Honestly, it's not going!! Fries are barely salted + taste like they came from the oven as do the curly fries. There is no ice in the drink and just a bit cold, the nuggets also taste different and the cheese doesn't melt on the people. Just like mc flurry half full and so little topping. Not worth a cent of the food, regret it. Therefore not worth a single star.

Orders are completely wrong every time, goods are cold, probably from the burgers and fries that were given in the morning, no ice cubes in drinks. So it couldn't be any worse. That was the last visit.

I have to revise my statement. Firstly, the colleague at the driver has hearing problems. I got something completely different than what I ordered, when I wanted to complain about it I got the same menu again, only this time it was already cold. I then went to the shift manager and asked for clarification. The answer was that I should order what I wanted. It's an outrage. My native language is German, but the staff doesn't understand it. Finally I had to pay extra to get my correct order. The worst McDonald's branch I know. Anywhere else you would have at least apologized. Replace entire staff. Hygiene isn't very important there either. A lot of things are handled without gloves

Absolutely bad, paid for food via the app, thanks to a system error, payment confirmation was apparently not received there but payment was demonstrably authorized by PayPal. Conclusion: no food, no money, no confirmation that no service was provided (in order to initiate a chargeback with PayPal if necessary), 25 minutes of life wasted for nothing but annoyance!!!

I don't know where to start, first of all the staff is unfriendly, plus they are poorly trained and don't know how to deal with customers. You have to wait forever here. People are leaving again because it's taking too long. Apparently no staff Better go somewhere else.

Unfortunately it takes a long time to get your food here. I once had to wait up to 45 minutes. Food only arrives lukewarm and shakes are usually made right at the beginning. So shakes are no longer shakes, they are just flavored milk. The employees there often only speak broken German and usually appear to be in a bad mood.

I took the Mcsmart menu. Cheap and tastes good too. The patties were 2mm high. Burger and fries so lukewarm. What a cramp in my stomach because of the bread. The display in the store didn't work properly, the order number was missing and then had to be corrected verbally.

11:30 p.m., where there was hardly anything going on. We forgot to pack six nuggets and a chicken burger when we ordered, even though we had of course paid for them. Fries cold and disgusting, never fresh! Of course we only noticed this when we got home. Tried to call several times by phone - no one answered! NEVER AGAIN !

Please give a bonus to the nice gentleman who took the orders in the drive on March 13, 2024 at 7:50 p.m. Friendliest service we have ever experienced at McDonald's. In addition, the annoying intermediate parking on the neighboring gas station area appears to have finally come to an end. It was so annoying to be sent there to wait for your order.

I was at the MCDrive counter today on March 11th, 2024 around 2:45 p.m. A voice spoke to me and wished me a good day. I ordered via the app and wanted to give my code before I was interrupted. “Good for you, I still have to collect”. Then I realized that apparently I wasn't meant and the employee forgot to turn off his microphone. When he wanted to record my code, he called me “Mickey Mouse”. Out of whichever reasons. When I drove to the next counter, he called me “Mickey Mouse” again and compared it to my first name and made fun of it. I was totally confused and uncomfortable with the situation. I hereby appeal to the McDonald's management level in this restaurant to consider additional employee training if necessary.

I wanted to redeem coupons and had no reception at all inside the Betellpoint. Then I had to go back out, look at the code, go back in and by then my order was gone from the terminal. I then had to order twice so that I got everything I wanted. It was extremely annoying, I won't do that again. The food was good and ready quickly. Unfortunately, the employees there didn't want to hear about my problem. When I asked if there could be poor cell phone reception, they just said no and then they just left me there. Unfortunately that doesn't exactly speak for this branch.

There is a lack of qualified management personnel here! There have been complaints about almost every visit, only today again... Burgers soggy and cold. A complaint was made...not the first time - missing content...you just have to read it - smeared tables and chairs - overfilled tray carts - Even if there are few guests, it takes forever for the order to be ready - It is unreasonable to communicate with employees who have little knowledge of German. Every attempted conversation/complaint came to nothing and more employees were brought in...in the end no one understood what I even wanted. - Low hourly wages and a lack of staff, the consequence of the whole thing.

Unfortunately it was very full, the staff looked overwhelmed and could hardly keep up with payment and service. When we picked it up, the numbers were mixed up and no longer in order. And finally, after the visit, I had 2 days of stomach/intestinal... and hadn't eaten anything at home beforehand.

Sorry or not, sometimes something like this can happen, but not almost every time. Today, however, was the straw that broke the camel's back - the option to pay by card at the drive-in was not available due to technical problems. Which isn't the problem at first, it can happen sometimes.... However (very annoyingly for me) the coupons were no longer available in the app. The statement that this is a problem throughout McDonald's Germany and that it can currently only be paid with a card at the ordering terminals turned out to be a lie 10 minutes later at another branch. So no one has ever tried to fool me so boldly. It's actually a shame because I like to get food from there once or twice a month... Nice McDonald's, very modern and also cozy with high quality seats and even real roses at the place. Unfortunately, the screens for pickup at the counter were not working. As usual, the food was freshly prepared and delicious.

Absolute disaster. The terminal was apparently malfunctioning. Ordering can only take a long time. Everything was canceled again and again. Staff tried to help but it didn't really work. The shop was pretty empty at lunchtime. There is still a lot to do here to make it perfect.

The service is good for a McDonald's, but interesting furnishings are often very greasy and a bit dirty. Often very crowded but plenty of seating options as well as parking and outdoor areas.

Das Internet dort ist eine Katastrophe. Man kann die Mac Donalds App nur vor der Tür aufrufen. Will man drinnen am Terminal Gutscheine einlösen; geht nur der eine, den man draußen schon geöffnet hat.

Sehr nettes und hilfreiches Personal bis auf den,... (ich denke Manager einziger im weißen Hemd)...sehr unfreundlich und arrogant. Meine Bestellung war zum Mitnehmen, es war alles in Ordnung bis auf das zwei große Pommes komplett gefehlt haben. Aber kann immer mal passieren. Ansonsten nutzen wir gerne alle paar Monate mal den Drive in. Da geht es immer recht zügig und meistens sind die am anderen Ende der Leitung sehr höflich und witzig.

Sind nicht in der Lage zu zählen. Bei jedem Besuch fehlt etwas. Keine Entschuldigung oder Kompensation, wenn man drauf hinweist. Sitze sind häufig mit Krümmeln bzw Salat oder Ähnlichem voll. Sehe dort nie jemanden, der sauber macht, Tische abräumt, oder auf Sauberkeit achtet. Lieferautos von McDelivery stehen häufig auf Familien- und Behindertenparkplätzen. Auf Nachfrage gibt es patzige Antworten. Positiv sei erwähnt, dass der Kaffee mit Barista-Maschine zubereitet wird. Das macht sich in der Qualität der Kaffee-Spezialitäten positiv bemerkbar.

Der Mc Rib und die Pommes waren wie immer gut! Ungewohnt war die Bestellung per Terminal, weil es länger dauert, aber auch kein Problem darstellt. Heute waren die Pommes nicht so doll und irgendwie herrschte Chaos hinter der Theke! Das Essen war okay, die Bestellung per Terminal war problemlos. Aber es dauerte ziemlich lange und die Angestellten waren im Schongang unterwegs!!!! Heute waren die Pommes okay, aber der McRib hatte viel zu wenig Soße, wird daran jetzt gespart!!!! Das Personal wie gehabt im Schongang unterwegs und es könnte sauberer sein, die Tische, die Sitzmöglichkeiten und vorallem der Boden, geht gar nicht!!!

Die Tische und der Boden sind klebrig. Ich warte seit 30 Minuten auf mein Essen: Netzkartoffeln und Latte Macciato. 🤐

Mehr Fach falsches Essen bekommen, schicken die Kunden vom Drive-in zu der Total Tankstelle rüber wo ein halte Verbot gilt, die bedinung war sehr unfreundlich zu anderen Kunden und mir, dazu wissen sie meist nicht mal was man für eine Bestellung aufgegeben hat und müssen mehr Fach fragen, die warte zeit ist für ,,Fast food" Restaurant ist sehr lang wir haben ca 30min gewartet für 3 Cheeseburger.

Ist halt ein weiterer McDonalds. Nicht schlechter und nicht besser als andere. Man bekommt was man kennt.

Nettes Personal. Nachts manchmal lange Wartezeiten. Wahr jetzt am Sonntag Abend da. Wartezeit 30 Minuten. Am der Klasse zum Bezahlen ließ sich keiner blicken in der Zeit und das obwohl Leute dort warteten.

Schnelle Service, sauber und schön in- und außen. Es gibt noch toller Spielplatz für Kinder. Das Essen war auch lecker

Das positive sind die Toiletten. Die sind für einen McDonald’s groß und waren einigermaßen sauber. Leider kann man das vom Rest des Ladens nicht sagen. Wir waren an einem Samstag Nachmittag da und es war nicht viel los. Das Tastaturfeld für die Kartenzahlung am Bestellterminal ist so dreckig, das es einen anekelt. Die Sitzkissen zum Warten sind total verschlissen. Obwohl wir nur ein Eis und ein Getränk bestellt hatten mussten wir lange warten. Im Sitzbereich standen überall Tabletts herum und obwohl ein Mitarbeiter das Essen zu den Kunden brachte räumte er nichts weg.

Hatten wohl einen schlechten Tag, statt ein halben Liter Cola gab es nur einen viertel Liter und die 2te Mayo fehlte. Nach der Reklamation wurde beides geändert.

Es ist an sich immer alles in Ordnung gewesen bis heute heute gab es endlose Wartezeiten fürs Essen der Laden war voll und es kam bis zu 1std Wartezeit auf zudem sind die Mitarbeiter sehr langsam und entspannt und lassen sich nicht aus der Ruhe bringen auch wenn die Leute alle lange aufs Essen warten müssen was ich persönlich sehr schlecht finde hoffe das es sich ändert wird !

Lange Wartezeit und Ständig wird essen vergessen egal ob beim Lieferdienst oder Drive-In. Aber Lieferanten sind sehr nett und Höfflich.

Zusammenfassung: unterdurchschnittlicher Mc‘s Pommes & McSunday - gut Grand BBQ Cheese - absolute Katastrophe Der Koch hatte wohl einfach keine Lust mehr. Kann man machen, muss man aber nicht.
