The service was truly disgusting and unclean. One guy blew his nose into his sleeve, another had such awful hair that dirt was practically falling off him, and he was even scratching his head with a pen. I wondered why he wasn't wearing a hairnet; it was difficult to eat what I had ordered. Speechless. Where is the hygiene, especially since it's mandatory in the food industry?

Very friendly service, the food was still hot and arrived quickly. The restaurant was very clean and stylishly decorated.

Nobody speaks proper German. Orders can only be placed at the machine. The employee takes the paper receipt to prepare the order. And then forgets half of it, so two more employees come to check the receipt 🤷 to see if it's actually there. This isn't fast food. Otherwise, it's the usual: something's beeping all the time, the toilets are dirty, and they've counted out the napkins. This place is not recommended.

I love the coffee. And this time it came with a delicious pistachio praline. Very tasty.

I was driving home from vacation with a small child who wanted McDonald's, and we thought we'd make a quick stop at this fast-food restaurant. It was around 6:00 PM, and we were in a hurry to get going again, as it was bedtime. After ordering and paying, we waited in the restaurant for 45 minutes. Then I asked about it and had to argue about whether I'd even get the food I ordered or my money back, because the staff couldn't find my order. I had the receipt, though. They said they couldn't resolve the issue so late and that I should contact customer service the next day. Which I have since done. Nothing has happened so far. Furthermore, someone walked through the entire kitchen with my phone without asking. The email with the receipt was open, but the employee was happily typing away on my email and phone. Incredibly rude, unacceptable, unlawful, and unprofessional. After 1.5 hours, my child unfortunately didn't eat anything.

The toilets are a disgrace! The only toilet that wasn't completely filthy had no paper, the sink was littered with paper, and the entire floor was covered in toilet paper. Disgusting.

I've never seen such a slow McDonald's. It was midnight on a Friday evening, and two tables were occupied, and we had to wait 15 minutes for our food.

The restrooms were indescribably in condition, and the entire store was dirty and untidy. Drinks were left on the floor; I received an apple pie that was two hours out of date. After complaining, the staff were unable to provide a fresh one within fifteen minutes. All in all, a disaster. Absolutely not recommended.

Today, after returning late from vacation, we didn't feel like cooking for ourselves and followed our daughter's suggestion to go to McDonald's. We ordered three meals at the terminal and asked for the food to be brought to our table. After 20 minutes, I had to ask if our order was ready. It was gone. So we had to wait another 12 minutes for the food to be brought to our table. No apology or explanation followed, let alone an ice cream or any small gesture of compensation for waiting over 30 minutes at a fast-food restaurant. If the food had tasted good, we'd never have to worry about it. Far from it: fries and burgers were lukewarm and poorly seasoned, Coke was under-carbonated, there were no napkins on the tray, and of course, something was missing from our order. So, back to the counter, more waiting. Around €36 for really bad food, which we had to wait a long time for. We won't be visiting this "restaurant" again, that's for sure.

This is the most horrible shop I have ever experienced. You have to call several times before you are served, they speak extremely loudly in Turkish, as a customer you are definitely only second choice. It took an extremely long time, even though there were no other customers there and the general situation was not pleasant as a guest.

The food itself was okay, but the staff needs serious training or replacement. I stood in the McDrive for 20 minutes and there was only one car in front of me... The employee was polite, but completely overwhelmed. It was truly a disgrace.

You get a rude response if you want extra sauce for your McFlurry. It's not allowed, even though it says so on the sign. They cheat on timekeeping by letting everyone drive through. Worst McDonald's ever. 30 minutes waiting for ice cream. At the drive-thru. Never again.

Hello, is there no lettuce on the Hamburger Royal Cheese? MCRib barely any sauce and ice cold not even 5 minutes before I got home! I haven't been there for years, and that was the last time! Paid €12.48 for something like that. No words.

Unfriendly, I ordered a milksake which only had syrup in it and the burgers were all soft and mushy, just bad

I wanted to order three ice creams from the staff. They told me they could only order at the terminal. And they didn't have any ice cream, only shakes. At the terminal, I ordered three drinks in reusable cups. I received one paper cup and two reusable cups. Because it was full and I didn't have the nerve anymore, I settled for this. It's a shame the seat cushions look so worn. My iced coffee was delicious, but the shakes were watered down.

1. Every second order is missing something. 2. I was at the McDonald's drive-thru today. I paid and drove to the end because I saw two cars coming after me. I wanted to make room so they could pay. Then the employee started shouting at me in broken German and asked me why I drove so far away even though he supposedly told me to stay. Simply rude and unfriendly.

I'm not a fan of this kind of food at all, but I was captivated by the cold drink with matcha tea and milk and the ice cream without additives from McDonald's. It's super tasty :) my appetite was slightly spoiled by the girl who was cleaning tables right in front of us and shaking a bag of scraps in front of our noses... But otherwise everything was great. We made our order quickly, paid, waited about 10 minutes and went on.

I thought long and hard about whether I should write something about this place. Ordered food there today. It wasn't really busy. So a burger and fries shouldn't be a problem... I thought. The fries had been sitting under the lamp for a while. Oh well, I thought. An employee got the fries, put them in the bag, and they sat there for another 10 minutes. The burger still needed to be made. Shortly after the employee took my fries away, another one came and took all the other already-finished fries and threw them away. When the food was ready, I wanted to look in the bag again to see if everything was in there. The employee got rude and said everything was in there. I expressed a desire for new fries, as the ones in the bag were almost cold and had been sitting there for a while. I was just yelled at them, saying they were hot and fresh. Warm Coke and no mayo. This place is awful. Dirty too. Never again. I'd go somewhere else...

The food is good, the Coke is practically like water. They should update the syrup.

I just ordered my food via Uber Eats. The delivery was no problem, but a burger (€7) was missing. I then called them, and the only option they offered was to pick it up myself, or I could order again tomorrow and get it for free. So, no solution to the problem of getting my ordered burger delivered, let alone a refund of the €7, even though it was their fault. Choke on your undelivered burger. Never again, shame on you! I'd gladly give the service 0 stars.

I had a 12-hour shift and just wanted something warm to eat. After waiting 50 minutes, I can sum it up as follows: The burger was cold, the fries were cold, and not even the ice cream, which should have been cold, had melted. I had placed a proper order for which I spent almost €50 in the store. They increased their profits again. They simply left my nuggets out. I was looking forward to it, thanks for that. I will never go to this store again; I'll go to the competition instead. With that in mind: If you care about your taste buds, your stomach is already dragging its feet, and your time is too precious, avoid this place. Additional information: I tried to call them, but couldn't get an answer. They don't respond to messages either.

I ordered 20 Spicy Chicken McNuggets to take home. When I unwrapped them at home, they weren't golden brown, but dark brown and very crispy.

The salad was supposed to have cucumber—but there was a single piece of cucumber peel in the entire salad. Absolutely outrageous. You should be ashamed of yourselves for selling a salad like that.

Unfortunately, there seem to be hardly any employees here who repack old orders and paid items. This is especially annoying when you're getting something to go. Then you get home and there aren't any burgers or sauces... This definitely needs to be checked. Today I lost another eight euros, I have a long face, and I'm hungry. I'll avoid this branch from now on. Maybe it's better to try Scheiding.

Today my family and I visited this establishment and were simply horrified! The service was 0, we ordered a happy meal for our child, they didn't put a toy in it, the potatoes were poured on top of the burger, the potatoes were cold and there were also pieces of other potatoes in a spiral. There were no straws. I don't recommend this establishment. The table was wet, no one even wiped it down!

Unfortunately, it's often very dirty here, and some of the employees are very unfriendly. The store is unfortunately usually very dirty, and the floor is slippery. Since I've had thick pieces of gristle in my nuggets or McChicken several times, I no longer eat chicken at McDonald's.

Fries were ice-cold and raw. We wanted Coke without ice cubes, but we still had to ask for new ones, but this time without ice cubes. We forgot to give them a glass of Coke, and we had to ask for that as well. The burger was cold and the bacon tasted weird. The toilet was disgusting. The staff were unfriendly. So, the authorities should have shown up unexpectedly, and that was just disgusting.

It took forever, the staff generally had a very bad mood among themselves and then instead of plain nuggets we were simply given real nuggets, which only became apparent when we took a bite. Something like that is absolutely incomprehensible. Never here again

After a long time we felt like eating there again. Unfortunately a failure. Burgers weren't really warm. The curly fries looked like the last thing left out of the pan. The restaurant was full of rubbish, it wasn't cleaned up and the used trays were on the tables. Not really appealing. That was the last sad time for now.

There was nothing going on here, so no other guests! Which should have made me suspicious, but the shop's tables and benches are still totally dirty. Unfortunately, the charging station in the McDonald's parking lot didn't work and then I asked for the straw for the Sprite and was relatively rude. There is no longer anything to point out. This has never been a problem in other branches.

Today, after many negative experiences in the past, I finally had a positive experience at the Drive Inn counter of this MC Donald's: This time my order was received very friendly and without any problems by the employee. The food came after a short wait and was served very friendly. I actually didn't want to visit this branch again because of the bad experiences and poor service in the past. Today I went there again out of necessity before I took the A2 towards Frankfurt. And...lo and behold: Thank you for the friendly service! That's why I asked the employee her name. She said her name is Yasmin. Thank you very much Yasmin and hopefully you will be there again on my next visit. You are the ray of hope there and I just want to say THANK YOU for that.

Schlimmster McDonald’s den es gibt in ganz Deutschland gibt, wieder mal fast 1 std für ein Happy Meal gewartet, am Ende ohne HappyMeal nach Hause gegangen weil ich die Schnauze voll hatte. Kalte Pommes, unfähige unfreundliche Mitarbeiter und nur eine funktionierende Bestellststion. Der Laden selbs super schmutzig und von der Wartezone gesehen wie eine Mitarbeiterin was vom Boden aufheben und zum Essen pack! Ecklig! Ich würde echt das Management dieses Geschäfts mal wechseln!

Since we know that something is often missing, we always check pretty carefully (take everything out of the bag in the car). The fact that you now have to check the contents is new to me... my husband ordered a chocolate milkshake for my little son (which he was really looking forward to) and at home I put the shake in front of him (it's evening and only a smaller light on, that's why I don't know exactly looked into it) my son drinks and drinks grimaces and says “Mom, that tastes strange) so I turned on the big light and looked closely! Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. After what felt like an eternity in the drive-thru, I finally got my food. Surprisingly, this time everything was actually there - a rare moment, as something is usually missing. But the joy only lasted for a short time: I noticed from the first bite that the burger tasted strange. To my horror, I discovered that the meat was still raw - absolutely inedible and disgusting! The picture speaks for itself... Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend the store.

Scary - I can confirm everything negative here: there was a station wagon in front of us where the children all got a shake for HM instead of Sprite. I also exchanged back and forth in the car in front of it....one of our 3 Happy Meals was missing the nuggets - great!!!👿to explain to the crying children's eyes that there is only something to eat for 2/3 of the children today.... I ordered from MC Drive today. 1. The man assumes that he understands German very poorly, even though he claims to have been at MC for 5 years. I wanted to put together my menu. Before I mentioned the side dishes, he had already decided on other side dishes. When I told him that I decided on the side dishes, he became cheeky. Long waiting times at the drive-in, you have to wait on the gas station property. People are totally overwhelmed and don't understand any German. Food is cold. I was surprised that you couldn't get any food there. The restaurant is very dirty, the floor is sticky and greasy, you really get stuck. You have to clean the tables yourself first, very disgusting. If you want to sit on the bench you have to make sure your pants don't get dirty. The garbage is piling up in the return area.
