Der Mitarbeiter mit schwarzen Haaren und voller Bart ist sehr unsympathisch und Aggro weil man fragt ihn ganz nett man bekommt freche Antwort zurück…!!!

Gehen Sie nicht dorthin, wenn Sie es eilig haben. Wir haben eine Stunde dort verbracht, weil das Essen 40 Minuten auf sich warten ließ. Es fehlten alle Soßen, Servietten und Getränke; wir mussten mehrmals nachfragen, bevor wir die Getränke bekamen. Insgesamt wirkte das Personal sehr unorganisiert.

Sehr lange Wartezeiten, Essen größtenteils kalt oder nicht vollständig. Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern eher schwierig. An dem Standort leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Wir sind heute hier angekommen und mussten erstmal 20 Minuten warten, damit man bezahlen konnte. Auf Ansprache wird patzig oder mit Schulterzucken reagiert. Dann durfte man über 1 Stunde und 20 Minuten warten. Mehrmals nachgefragt und auch dort wird patzig reagiert oder man einfach ignoriert. Als am Eiskaffee-Karamell ein Haar hing, wird mandarauf hingewiesen, dass es von einem selbst sein muss. Mal abgesehen davon, dass sich der Schweiß mit der Hand abgewischt wird und dann mit den Finger in die Pommes gefasst wird. Von Händewaschen Fehlanzeige. Die Container werden ebenfalls nicht geleert, sodass man nur das Tablett auf dem Tisch stehen lassen kann. Die Tische ebenfalls seit längerem nicht abgewischt. Solch ein Erlebnis ist nicht das erste Mal hier.

Vorsicht! Oft falsche oder fehlende Produkte. Immer nachschauen, gerade wenn der Laden voll ist.

Unendlich lange Wartezeiten, egal, wann ich hier vorbei komme. In den Mc Drive fahre ich schon gar nicht mehr, da kommt man nie unter einer halben Stunde raus.

McFlurry hatte ein perfektes Mischungsverhältnis.

Heute um 18 Uhr haben wir geschlagene 20 Minuten auf die Bestellung von einem Deutschlandmenü , und einem Veggiemenü gewartet ! Bei Nachfrage des Schichtleiters , warum wir warten und ich die Situation geschildert habe , kam außer Kopfnicken und Weglaufen NIX!!! Der Mitarbeiter , mit Mundschutz am Kinn ( dort nützt das Teil gar nix !!!) wurde pampig , als ich gefragt hatte , warum es so lange dauert , „ ja halt die Gitterkartoffeln , kann ich nix für !“ und schmiss die Tüte auf die Theke ! Das ist an unfreundlichem Personal und Inkompetenz nicht zu überbieten !!!

Betreff: Formelle Beschwerde über Filiale Castrop Rauxel/Bahnhofstraße 110– Unprofessionelles Verhalten & Hygienemängel Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,hiermit möchte ich mich über zwei Besuche in Ihrer Filiale in beschweren, die mich massiv enttäuscht haben.1. Vorfall (Service & Betriebsklima): Bei meinem ersten Besuch kam es vor den Augen der Gäste zu einem heftigen Streit zwischen zwei Mitarbeiterinnen. Selbst das Schlichtungsangebot einer Vorarbeiterin (mit Turban) wurde ignoriert, und der Streit setzte sich im hinteren Bereich fort. Ein solches Klima ist für Kunden extrem unangenehm und wirkt höchst unprofessionell. 2. Vorfall (Gesundheitsrisiko & Unfreundlichkeit):Am [03.05.26] gegen 14:00 Uhr bestellte ich einen Cappuccino mit laktosefreier Milch aufgrund einer starken Unverträglichkeit. Als ich höflich nachfragte, ob die genutzte Milch tatsächlich laktosefrei sei (da dies auf der Packung nicht erkennbar war), reagierte eine Vorarbeiterin (indischer Herkunft) äußerst zickig und genervt. Die Aussage „Wir arbeiten hier, wir wissen schon, was wir machen“ ist bei einer medizinischen Notwendigkeit wie einer Unverträglichkeit absolut inakzeptabel und riskant. 3. Hygienemangel (Rattenbefall): Zusätzlich ist mir auf dem Parkplatz gegen 14:00 Uhr eine Ratte über die Füße gelaufen. Dass Schädlinge am helllichten Tag bei hohem Betrieb sichtbar sind, deutet auf ein massives Hygieneproblem hin. Ich werde diesen Vorfall daher auch dem zuständigen Gesundheitsamt melden.Ich erwarte von McDonald’s einen respektvollen Umgang mit Kundenanliegen – insbesondere wenn es um gesundheitliche Sicherheit geht. Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von diesem Besuch. Wir haben ein ganz normales Basis-Menü bestellt, das laut Standard in wenigen Minuten fertig sein sollte – stattdessen warten wir inzwischen seit über 30 Minuten. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel für ein Fast-Food-Restaurant. Noch schlimmer ist jedoch der Umgang mit Hygiene: Das Personal arbeitet teilweise mit bloßen Händen und ohne jegliche Kopfbedeckung. Von Sauberkeit und Professionalität kann hier keine Rede sein. Insgesamt wirkt alles unorganisiert, unhygienisch und wenig vertrauenswürdig. So einen Service habe ich selten erlebt. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Ein weiterer Punkt, der die Situation noch schlimmer macht: Als wir angekommen sind, standen zwei Mädchen bereits vor uns und warteten auf ihre Bestellung. Sie haben am Ende über 40 Minuten gewartet – und das nur für zwei einfache Eisportionen. Erst danach konnten sie endlich gehen. Das zeigt deutlich, wie schlecht hier alles organisiert ist. Wenn selbst so einfache Bestellungen derart lange dauern, läuft hier definitiv etwas grundlegend falsch. Absolut enttäuschend.

Essen war kalt,fauler Salat auf dem Burger und Tische waren fast alle sehr verschmutzt. Dazu kamen die extrem langen Wartezeiten bei einem nicht so vollem Restaurant und das Personal ist frech und unverschämt und geben einen extra keine antwort.mir fehlen die Worte

Ich bin nicht für negative Bewertungen, aber heute hat der Laden das Fass zum überlaufen gebracht. Erst lässt man mich mit meiner Bestellung über Liferando 1 1/2 Stunden warten, mit dem Resultat, der Status wurde auf "Bestellung wurde geliefert" gesetzt. Der Lieferservice ist absolut NICHT zu empfehlen. Gerne auch Null Sterne.

Es wird extrem gespart mit den Beilagen, Hauptsache teuer machen aber weniger drauf machen Lohnt sich nicht mehr Habe 3 große beherrscht gegessen und war immer noch nicht satt

Average Mecces Athmosphäre und Essen, waren einmal an einem vollen Tag da. Das Personal war sichtlich gestresst und ist (meines Erachtens) nicht wirklich hinterhergekommen. Wir mussten 25min auf unsere Bestellung warten. Der 2. Besuch war leider auch nicht so gut, weil die 20er Nuggets vergessen wurden.

Keine Filiale in unserer Nähe ist so sauber wie diese Filiale. Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind mega freundlich. So etwas positives habe ich in jeglicher Hinsicht noch nicht erlebt.

Gute Atmosphäre. Musik, Einrichtung. Das Essen wurde schnell serviert.

Wir sind regelmäßig bei Mcs in Recklinghausen und Umkreis frühstücken. Dieser Standort ist der einzige der IMMER kalte Burger rausgibt. Das macht einfach keinen Spaß sich immer wieder zu beschweren. Die Angstellten sind hier jedoch sehr freundlich und das Ambiente gefällt uns hier auch sehr.

Ich war auf einem Samstagabend dort und habe am Tisch mit dem Smartphone bestellt. Das Essen kam schnell und der Kaffee kam sogar in der Porzellantasse. Gute und freundliche Bedienung. Danke!

Man bekommt nach meinen Erfahrungen regelmäßig nicht das, was man bestellt hat (z.B. einen Cheeseburger ohne Käse, und ohne sonstige Zutaten! Nur Brötchen und Fleisch!) - auch bei Lieferungen nach Hause, bei denen es natürlich besonders ärgerlich ist!

Fahre eigentlich gerne hierher freundliches personal und kurze wartezeiten, jedoch wurden jetzt schon mehrfach Teile meiner Bestellung nicht mitgeliefert z.B fehlten beide Spielzeuge im Happy Meal oder Burger wurden falsch belegt. Das ist leider echt schade, ansonsten ein guter Laden.

Haben das Frühstücksangebot genutzt, gute Auswahl und auch sehr lecker. Super leckerer Kaffee.

Zuerst mussten wir ewig auf unser Essen warten, obwohl bei McDonald's nicht viel los war. Als wir es dann endlich bekamen, fehlte ein Teil. Unsere Getränke (ohne Eiswürfel) und der Milchshake waren nicht einmal richtig gefüllt, und der Hamburger war kalt. Die Toiletten waren unsauber, und überall lagen Mülleimer herum.

The McRib is okay, but otherwise it could be cleaner, especially the restrooms – unacceptable! The staff could also be friendlier.

Fast food is different (waited at least 25 minutes). At least it tastes like any other McDonald's.

The service was truly disgusting and unclean. One guy blew his nose into his sleeve, another had such awful hair that dirt was practically falling off him, and he was even scratching his head with a pen. I wondered why he wasn't wearing a hairnet; it was difficult to eat what I had ordered. Speechless. Where is the hygiene, especially since it's mandatory in the food industry?

Very friendly service, the food was still hot and arrived quickly. The restaurant was very clean and stylishly decorated.

Nobody speaks proper German. Orders can only be placed at the machine. The employee takes the paper receipt to prepare the order. And then forgets half of it, so two more employees come to check the receipt 🤷 to see if it's actually there. This isn't fast food. Otherwise, it's the usual: something's beeping all the time, the toilets are dirty, and they've counted out the napkins. This place is not recommended.

I love the coffee. And this time it came with a delicious pistachio praline. Very tasty.

I was driving home from vacation with a small child who wanted McDonald's, and we thought we'd make a quick stop at this fast-food restaurant. It was around 6:00 PM, and we were in a hurry to get going again, as it was bedtime. After ordering and paying, we waited in the restaurant for 45 minutes. Then I asked about it and had to argue about whether I'd even get the food I ordered or my money back, because the staff couldn't find my order. I had the receipt, though. They said they couldn't resolve the issue so late and that I should contact customer service the next day. Which I have since done. Nothing has happened so far. Furthermore, someone walked through the entire kitchen with my phone without asking. The email with the receipt was open, but the employee was happily typing away on my email and phone. Incredibly rude, unacceptable, unlawful, and unprofessional. After 1.5 hours, my child unfortunately didn't eat anything.

The toilets are a disgrace! The only toilet that wasn't completely filthy had no paper, the sink was littered with paper, and the entire floor was covered in toilet paper. Disgusting.

I've never seen such a slow McDonald's. It was midnight on a Friday evening, and two tables were occupied, and we had to wait 15 minutes for our food.

The restrooms were indescribably in condition, and the entire store was dirty and untidy. Drinks were left on the floor; I received an apple pie that was two hours out of date. After complaining, the staff were unable to provide a fresh one within fifteen minutes. All in all, a disaster. Absolutely not recommended.

Today, after returning late from vacation, we didn't feel like cooking for ourselves and followed our daughter's suggestion to go to McDonald's. We ordered three meals at the terminal and asked for the food to be brought to our table. After 20 minutes, I had to ask if our order was ready. It was gone. So we had to wait another 12 minutes for the food to be brought to our table. No apology or explanation followed, let alone an ice cream or any small gesture of compensation for waiting over 30 minutes at a fast-food restaurant. If the food had tasted good, we'd never have to worry about it. Far from it: fries and burgers were lukewarm and poorly seasoned, Coke was under-carbonated, there were no napkins on the tray, and of course, something was missing from our order. So, back to the counter, more waiting. Around €36 for really bad food, which we had to wait a long time for. We won't be visiting this "restaurant" again, that's for sure.

This is the most horrible shop I have ever experienced. You have to call several times before you are served, they speak extremely loudly in Turkish, as a customer you are definitely only second choice. It took an extremely long time, even though there were no other customers there and the general situation was not pleasant as a guest.

The food itself was okay, but the staff needs serious training or replacement. I stood in the McDrive for 20 minutes and there was only one car in front of me... The employee was polite, but completely overwhelmed. It was truly a disgrace.

You get a rude response if you want extra sauce for your McFlurry. It's not allowed, even though it says so on the sign. They cheat on timekeeping by letting everyone drive through. Worst McDonald's ever. 30 minutes waiting for ice cream. At the drive-thru. Never again.

Hello, is there no lettuce on the Hamburger Royal Cheese? MCRib barely any sauce and ice cold not even 5 minutes before I got home! I haven't been there for years, and that was the last time! Paid €12.48 for something like that. No words.

Unfriendly, I ordered a milksake which only had syrup in it and the burgers were all soft and mushy, just bad

I wanted to order three ice creams from the staff. They told me they could only order at the terminal. And they didn't have any ice cream, only shakes. At the terminal, I ordered three drinks in reusable cups. I received one paper cup and two reusable cups. Because it was full and I didn't have the nerve anymore, I settled for this. It's a shame the seat cushions look so worn. My iced coffee was delicious, but the shakes were watered down.

1. Every second order is missing something. 2. I was at the McDonald's drive-thru today. I paid and drove to the end because I saw two cars coming after me. I wanted to make room so they could pay. Then the employee started shouting at me in broken German and asked me why I drove so far away even though he supposedly told me to stay. Simply rude and unfriendly.

I'm not a fan of this kind of food at all, but I was captivated by the cold drink with matcha tea and milk and the ice cream without additives from McDonald's. It's super tasty :) my appetite was slightly spoiled by the girl who was cleaning tables right in front of us and shaking a bag of scraps in front of our noses... But otherwise everything was great. We made our order quickly, paid, waited about 10 minutes and went on.

The staff are completely overwhelmed. They forgot to pack some things. Three bottles of curry sauce were missing again.

I thought long and hard about whether I should write something about this place. Ordered food there today. It wasn't really busy. So a burger and fries shouldn't be a problem... I thought. The fries had been sitting under the lamp for a while. Oh well, I thought. An employee got the fries, put them in the bag, and they sat there for another 10 minutes. The burger still needed to be made. Shortly after the employee took my fries away, another one came and took all the other already-finished fries and threw them away. When the food was ready, I wanted to look in the bag again to see if everything was in there. The employee got rude and said everything was in there. I expressed a desire for new fries, as the ones in the bag were almost cold and had been sitting there for a while. I was just yelled at them, saying they were hot and fresh. Warm Coke and no mayo. This place is awful. Dirty too. Never again. I'd go somewhere else...

The food is good, the Coke is practically like water. They should update the syrup.

An endless wait and then thrown-together burgers, everything cold and half missing!!

I just ordered my food via Uber Eats. The delivery was no problem, but a burger (€7) was missing. I then called them, and the only option they offered was to pick it up myself, or I could order again tomorrow and get it for free. So, no solution to the problem of getting my ordered burger delivered, let alone a refund of the €7, even though it was their fault. Choke on your undelivered burger. Never again, shame on you! I'd gladly give the service 0 stars.

I had a 12-hour shift and just wanted something warm to eat. After waiting 50 minutes, I can sum it up as follows: The burger was cold, the fries were cold, and not even the ice cream, which should have been cold, had melted. I had placed a proper order for which I spent almost €50 in the store. They increased their profits again. They simply left my nuggets out. I was looking forward to it, thanks for that. I will never go to this store again; I'll go to the competition instead. With that in mind: If you care about your taste buds, your stomach is already dragging its feet, and your time is too precious, avoid this place. Additional information: I tried to call them, but couldn't get an answer. They don't respond to messages either.

I ordered 20 Spicy Chicken McNuggets to take home. When I unwrapped them at home, they weren't golden brown, but dark brown and very crispy.

I've ordered takeout twice. I've always received it without sauces.

We waited for a very long time. But the food was not bad. We recommend this place for a snack.

They made a mistake at the checkout. I politely pointed out to the employees that I didn't get my order. The cashier insulted me and said "sharmutta" or something. Disrespectful, I'll never come here again.

The salad was supposed to have cucumber—but there was a single piece of cucumber peel in the entire salad. Absolutely outrageous. You should be ashamed of yourselves for selling a salad like that.

Unfortunately, there seem to be hardly any employees here who repack old orders and paid items. This is especially annoying when you're getting something to go. Then you get home and there aren't any burgers or sauces... This definitely needs to be checked. Today I lost another eight euros, I have a long face, and I'm hungry. I'll avoid this branch from now on. Maybe it's better to try Scheiding.

Today my family and I visited this establishment and were simply horrified! The service was 0, we ordered a happy meal for our child, they didn't put a toy in it, the potatoes were poured on top of the burger, the potatoes were cold and there were also pieces of other potatoes in a spiral. There were no straws. I don't recommend this establishment. The table was wet, no one even wiped it down!

Unfortunately, it's often very dirty here, and some of the employees are very unfriendly. The store is unfortunately usually very dirty, and the floor is slippery. Since I've had thick pieces of gristle in my nuggets or McChicken several times, I no longer eat chicken at McDonald's.

Fries were ice-cold and raw. We wanted Coke without ice cubes, but we still had to ask for new ones, but this time without ice cubes. We forgot to give them a glass of Coke, and we had to ask for that as well. The burger was cold and the bacon tasted weird. The toilet was disgusting. The staff were unfriendly. So, the authorities should have shown up unexpectedly, and that was just disgusting.
