I have to say they have really lost in friendliness and quality, which is a shame :( Today half of the food at mc drive was thrown into our car and people spoke very rudely :( And also the wraps stick to the paper so that you can hardly eat them and there was a hair in them too. I ordered Hamburger Royal Cheese Fried Egg and Hamburger Royal TS Fried Egg, among others, at McDrive. I had to wait briefly and the employee brought the bag shortly afterwards. His question, stating my order in bad German, made me ask again directly about the two burgers with the fried egg, to which the employee replied YES. I then drove away and in a nearby parking lot, I checked my order and noticed that the Hamburger Royal Burger I ordered was without a fried egg. I went back and complained about the wrong burgers and now wanted the real ones with a fried egg. I was told that they don't exist here. My disappointment was corresponding, and the question remains why they didn't say this straight away when I ordered at the counter. I suspect that because there was a lack of knowledge of German here too, people didn't understand it properly. That annoys me.

The coffee tastes good, the staff doesn't make enough of an effort, which is a shame because a visit there isn't fun.

At the drive-thru counter, the order was poorly packaged. Some of it was already in the bag. Repackaged after a complaint from the boss.

Table service inside and outside, unfortunately only 4 ordering terminals but that's probably enough... all the tables were clean, the food was fresh, special requests were taken into account, employees were dull/unmotivated as usual... with minimum wage but that's common everywhere ^^

We ended up here a few times while passing through. The food is okay, the cleanliness is okay, the parking is okay and it's okay far from the highway. We've now had milkshakes a total of 3-4 times on different days at different times of the year that were completely liquid.

It's ok! A typical highway McDonalds. The fries were OK but not salty enough. By the way, the branch was very clean and there are plenty of parking spaces here.

Nice employees who work quickly. Parking is really bad, you always have to wait in line for 10-20 minutes because the drive in is so full and you can't get out any other way. It would be nice if everyone who prepares the food also wore gloves.

I haven't been to McDonalds in probably 8 years because I just didn't miss it. This visit was simply a spontaneous decision on the way home. I was hungry and didn't feel like cooking. In terms of price, what McDonalds has to offer is a real challenge to reason and common sense. Nothing has changed in terms of taste over the years. It's just standardized uniformity. Next time it will be pizza again. If I'm going to spend money, then I'd like to spend a lot less in order to at least feel somewhat full.

Good day. The McDonalds on the highway in Verl. It's the worst branch for us. Reasons: Big Macs are always packed crookedly and thrown in the beautiful box. Two (2) out of three (3) orders were always missing something. And always with the gentlemen who themselves are really unfriendly. Last week our order number 177 disappeared from the screen and we waited for 15 minutes. Afterwards I went to the pick-up station and wanted to ask why the order number was gone. I didn't even finish speaking because the employee interrupted me and said one in a clearly aggressive tone that I should get out of the way with my notes. If it happens again in this store that an employee shouts at me or someone while we are there, the police will be called and a report will be filed. And the young lady who puts a fallen burger in a customer's bag. So please.

If you're in a hurry, the best place to go is McDonald's. People here know their way around and rarely experience a surprise. Same here, everything to the usual extent, so no special recommendation. We were passing through and were happy to be able to grab a quick meal here.

Unfortunately I have to change my rating. The food was a disaster!!! We were there at 11.30, so the food should have been warm. Everything was freezing!!! The burger, the fries, everything!!! It was complete disappointment! The tables were really dirty! The floor looked like shit. For me that was the last visit there! Never again!

I was there today and have to say that the operations manager or shift manager (small, older man) was very unfriendly and not competent at all. I don't know if he had a bad day or what. I canceled my order there and took the risk of driving into town to the McDonald's at the zob. I received my same order there without any problem. Thanks again to the shift manager or operations manager at the ZOB (always nice and smooth process) (The young man tall dark blonde) I've never experienced anything as unfriendly as the Mc Donalds in Spexard. I definitely won't go there again.

Każdy wie co tu się je i jak to smakuje ... Dla mnie i mojego dziecka to wszystko co tu serwowane już się przejadło. Dania moim zdaniem powinny być cieplejsze, bo zima to wszystko gwałtownie robi się zimne. Nie były dostępne w weekend najlepsze desery, jak na porę obiadową to było dużo wolnych miejsc siedzących i parkingowych. Szczerze powiedziawszy to ciężko tu się najeść we dwie osoby za mniej niż 20€.

Als Gast wünscht man sich mehr Sauberkeit auf den Toiletten. Tablettcontainer war voll. Essen wie immer, nix zu meckern. Man weiß ja vorher, was man bekommt.

Über die App bestellt und vor Ort 20min gewartet. Unglaublich. Vielleicht hatten die einfach einen schlechten Tag, aber eine Entschuldigung wäre angebracht gewesen

1tes mal am Automaten bestellt und hat geklappt!

Nach etlichen Bestellungen muss ich leider mal eine negative Bewertung da lassen. Es kommt leider viel zu häufig vor, dass bestellungen kontrolliert werden müssen. Leider habe ich dies heute mal nicht gemacht, da die Tüte so voll gepackt war, dass sonst alles im Auto verteilt gewesene wäre. Der Salat fehlte, die kompletten Soßen waren falsch und eine Mayonnaise war zu viel. Was ja durchaus mal passieren kann, aber in dieser Filiale ist das kontrollieren ein definitives MUSS, da es bei mir nicht das erste mal war, das Teile der Bestellung fehlten.

Die Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse sind völlig unfreundlich. Als wir sie baten, unserem Kind einen Strohhalm zu geben, weil er nicht aus dem Becher trinken könne, log sie und sagte, wir hätten keinen, aber ihr Schichtleiter gab ihn uns!!!

Leider wird dieser Mc Donalds immer schlechter. Heute wurden wir mal wieder enttäuscht, es war einfach alles kalt. Von der Pommes bis zum Burger. Wir werden zukünftig diesen Laden meiden.

Leider war alles sehr schmutzig. Das ganze Restaurant sah wirklich schlimm aus. Die Tablet Station war total überfüllt und die Toiletten wurde wahrscheinlich am Vortag das letzten Mal gereinigt worden.

Leider hatte bei den 3x Happy Meal das Spielzeug sowie die Sossen (süss-sauer) gefeht. Die Kids haben sich so darauf gefreut. Hatte per App bestellt und abgeholt. Schade ... war leider nicht das erste Mal, wo die Bestellungen unvollständig sind. Demnächst schaue ich vorher in die Tüten ...

Das mit der Automaten-Bestellung ist für mein Alter nix. Jetzt hatte ich den Vorteil direkt an der Kasse zu bestellen und bar zu bezahlen. Was easy.

Es ist halt MC Donalds...da erwarte ich nix. Die Clichés passen halt für das Restaurant und die Mitarbeiter. Das essen ist mal okay mal unterirdisch. Würde eh nicht empfehlen in das Lokal reinzugehen. Es ist die meiste Zeit siffig oder überfüllt. Der Drive-in (wenn ebenfalls nicht überfüllt) ist die einzige Option. Liefern würde ich lassen, da das Essen meist kalt und Matschig ankommt.

Wie immer bei MD, wenn ich zwei gleiche Burger oder Mac Ripp bestelle, ist einer heiß und einer nur lau warm. REINE VERARSCHE. Die sollten sich was schämen. Schlechte verkaufstaktik. So vergrault man gut zahlende Kunden. Gruß an den Filialleiter 👎👎👎 und an alle anderen MD-Filialien. PS. Temperatur beide nach Erhalt zum gleichen Zeitpunkt gemessen.

Früher war es lecker aber jetzt schmeckt es ehrlich nicht gut, die Mitarbeiter sehen unhöflich aus und der Boden klebt sehr. Tausend Fliegen und tote Fliegen sind dort was einem das Appetit verdirbt. Burgerking ist und bleibt auf die 1. Mcs ist abartig echt!

Mitarbeiter die durch die Monitore sehen, was ein Gast bestellt hat und dann an der Ausgabe vergessen, die entsprechenden Produkte bereitzulegen, nun ja, was soll ich sagen. Es gibt bessere Ableger der Fast Food Kette. Sorry, aber in der Systemgastronomie müssen die Prozesse sitzen.

Hatte am Terminal Mc Flurry Frozen Yogurt bestellt. An der Kasse hieß es dann, dass sie kein Yogurt mehr haben. Während ich überlegte, was ich stattdessen haben möchte wurde ich auf englisch gefragt, ob ich mein Geld zurück möchte. Ich fragte dann auf deutsch was man mir alternativ anbieten könnte. Erst der Filial- oder Schichtleiter konnte mir dann auf deutsch sagen, dass ich auch yogurt nehmen könnte. Also: Ich habe Yogurt bestellt, laut der Damen gab es kein Yogurt mehr, alternativ bot mir der Chef Yogurt an und bekommen habe ich yogurt. Aber immerhin wurde ich mit Englisch angesprochen. Englisch kann ich ein bisschen. Mein Kumpel wurde auf italienisch angesprochen. Er kann aber kein italienisch. 🤣

Das Essen bei McDonald's entsprach fast den Erwartungen – schnell und praktisch für einen schnellen Happen. Allerdings war der Service an dem Tag unseres Besuchs enttäuschend. Im Restaurant war kaum etwas verfügbar, da ein Lastwagen die Einfahrt/Ausfahrt blockierte. Die Mitarbeiter benötigten ziemlich lange für unsere Bestellung und vergaßen Vieles, wie zum Beispiel meine doppelte McRib-Bestellung, und bei den Pommes wurde sowohl normale Pommes als auch Curly Fries bestellt. Statt der erwarteten 2 mal Curly Fries und 2 mal Pommes, wurden uns 4 Päckchen Curly Fries hin geklatscht und nur 6 Pommes versteckt. Wir warteten insgesamt 30 Minuten auf unsere Bestellung, während sich auch andere Gäste beschwerten. Das Personal war nicht besonders angenehm, eine junge Dame sprach nur Englisch. Nachdem ich gefragt hatte, ob meine Bestellung fertig sei, nahm sie meinen Beleg und wir mussten noch weitere 5-10 Minuten warten. Die McRibs fehlten immer noch und sie sagte auf Englisch, dass sie gleich fertig sein würden. Als ich schließlich zur Theke ging, traf ich auf einen Mitarbeiter, der Deutsch sprach und mir freundlich half, die fehlenden McRibs zu bekommen. Leider schmeckten die McRibs nicht mehr wie früher – sie waren labrig und geschmacklos. Der Zugang zum Parkplatz war aufgrund des blockierten Lastwagens und der Menschenmenge während unseres Besuchs schwierig zu erreichen und zu verlassen.

Ganz ehrlich... Auf der Anzeige im Bestellsystem war ein schönes Foto einer echten Tasse mit leckeren Getränk. Und das war die Realität. Schade um die 2* 3,99 Euro

Was soll man besonderes dazu sagen... ein typischer McDonalds halt, sauber, nettes Personal was sich auch nicht aus der Ruhe bringen lässt, wenn es mal anstrengend wird.

BURGER POMMES UND NUGGETS SCHMECK AUF JEDEN FALL LECKER

Ja von McDonald's kann man ja nicht viel erwarten aber ich war mittags ohne hohe Erwartungen da und es war einfach nur schlecht

Es funktioniert nur 1 von 4 Bestellautomaten könnte auch die Biografie von McDonald's heißen. Nachdem ich dann endlich an der Reihe war, musste ich natürlich feststellen dass der BigMac "ausverkauft" war (wie bei jeder BigMac Aktion). Erstmal egal gibt ja genug anderes. Da ich mir nie Hoffnung auf ein Eis mache, wollte ich erst garnicht nachschauen - aber selbstverständlich habe ich geschaut und selbstverständlich gab es dies nicht. Hab dann nachgefragt ob die maschine schon wieder oder immernoch kaputt sei, darauf kam nur ein böser Blick in meine Richtung. nachdem mir dann eine freundliche Dame mein Essen zum Tisch gebracht hatte durfte ich feststellen, dass die Chicken Nuggets lauwarm und weich waren (kennt bestimmt der ein oder andere), auch die beiden Cheesburger waren mal warm und nicht unbedingt lecker. Die Pommes waren Super. Da kann man echt nicht meckern. Zur Cola bekommt man nicht mal mehr einen Deckel geschweige denn einen Pappstrohhalm. Und das ganze zu diesen Preisen?!?! Also bei allem Respekt McDonald's, aber da gehe ich lieber 2 mal döner essen und kann mir eine Cola aus dem Glas trinken. Ich will hier niemanden angreifen oder runtermachen (bin sonst gerne zwischendurch mal bei McDonald's eigekehrt) aber so macht das keinen spaß mehr. Das ist nicht mehr das McDonald's welches ich kenne (auch standortübergreifend).

Heute war ich zufrieden. Gab auch mal besuche wo ich es nicht war
