Burger King in Gütersloh

Disgusting! All of the citizens immediately get diarrhea, even in these lousy toilets. The staff only had to do with talking to the neighboring stand. The burgers were beyond bad in taste. Just give it a wide berth.

Friendly staff and quick service. There weren't any long waiting times today because there were enough people on site and we weren't there during peak hours. The food tasted good and we were able to refill our drinks for free as often as we wanted. We would definitely go here again if we drove this route again.

The disabled toilet could not be locked

It was very nice to meet the smiling saleswoman. It was as if she was waiting for us! Eating and drinking coffee is what you need on the road.

Mass processing and those stupid ordering terminals

Food was cold. Unfortunately it wasn't particularly clean either.

As with all burger kings: no atmosphere, tasteless and expensive. Almost always cold food.

Two of four terminals were broken, long queues, employees who had stubbornness plastered all over their faces.

The taste and preparation of the burgers leaves a lot to be desired. Grade 4-

The rest area is very good 👍 and ☕️ kept very clean and the staff is very friendly you can also sit outside there and very good 👍 shopping and eating. The toilets 🚽 are also kept very clean

Nice place to take some rest during the trip across Germany. Fast service and freshly prepared BK burgers and fries. Kids can also play outside on a small but good playground.

The branch seems a bit unkempt. After the order was ready and we wanted to pay, the device went offline, payment was not possible and the order was lost. After that we were no longer interested in eating anything there. BG should maintain its technology better

Wanted to redeem points for a burger. The cashier scanned the QR code and my points (crowns) were gone. Afterwards I was told that they weren't taking part in the campaign and that I was out of luck. Should contact BK to get the points back. I wasn't told exactly where I could do this 🤬 The store is just ridiculously unfriendly

Recently I was at the Burger King on the highway, Brockweg 300/A2 in Gütersloh. The burgers and fries were fresh and tasty, just as you would expect from Burger King. The prices are a little higher, but that's normal at a motorway service station and therefore completely okay. Ideal for a quick and easy break on the journey. All in all a good stop for a snack on the way.

The cola is tapped yourself. A non-carbonated beer that tastes old and stale. We dumped it because we didn't want to catch anything.

This place is under renovation and offers construction noise and bockwurst.

80% of vegetarian offer not available. Points cannot be collected or redeemed. Sanifair coupons also cannot be redeemed for orders placed via the terminal. At least it was finished quickly, average BurgerKing quality and we got the right thing

Be prepared for a longer wait. Otherwise competent and friendly service. Nicely done.

My criticism is aimed at the communication regarding redeeming the vouchers. I couldn't redeem them at Burgerking after I paid at the order counter. There is no indication in the machine's menu that the vouchers can only be redeemed at the checkout

The burger tasted like dish soap. There was no fresh cloth to wipe the mess from your fingers.

Fast food at the rest stop... Sorry, but the value for money hasn't been right for a long time.

Unfortunately it was very full there and there was only one cash register open, you probably didn't take into account that people would stop at the rest area and want to eat or drink something. But after a long wait, everything worked out so far.

Instead of plant based nuggets I got chicken nuggets, a drinking straw wasn't included and there wasn't a large french fry either. Unfortunately, we were already on our way when we noticed this.

The Burger King is great, it was quick, we have nothing to complain about. Everything was alright.

Oh well ... I ordered 2 vegan burgers and after ages just got 2 other citizens who were hopefully at least vegan. Unfortunately I only noticed this when I unpacked the second burger. Unfortunately they weren't tasty either.

Seht Stilvolle Einrichtung. Sehr nettes Personal. Schöne kleine Speisekarte mit viel Auswahl. Tolle Preis Leistung. Viele Einheimische im Café...Das sagt ja schon alles. Kommen gerne wieder.

Eine Theke in einer Raststätte. Essen war wie erwartet. Die Wartenzeiten waren relativ lang, weil nur zwei Menschen gearbeitet haben. Für uns nicht so tragisch, für den Herrn, der mit der Reisegruppe im Reisebus weiterwollte eher stressig.

Ein typisches Autobahn Burger King Restaurant, nichts besonderes, eher etwas schmuddelig und zu warm. Eine Klimaanlage wäre schön gewesen.

Es ist und bleibt halt fast food. Geschmacklich also wie erwartet. Allerdings wurde dem Wort "fast" hier eine ganz neue Wertung zugeschrieben. 30 Sekunden nach Bestellung hielt ich den Burger in der Hand.

Zweimal in Gütersloh bei Burger King gegessen, beide Male war das Essen höchstens lauwarm, eher kalt.

Kaltes Essen, keine Getränke somit keine Menüs, unhöflich bis unverschämt, wollten das Menü ohne Getränk, würde nicht gehen. Dann zwei Burger bestellt, unflexibel bis inkompetent. Schade eigentlich. Zumal da eh wenig los war.

Heute 29.01 um 15:20 Bestellt wurde : Sprite Burger Chilli Cheeseburger Pommes, ohne jalapenos! Nugget Burger Keine Servietten bekommen Keine Gabel für die chilli Cheese Pommes Und Jalapenos auf den Pommes gehabt Alles schiefgelaufen was schieflachen konnte Zum draußen essen war das Essen ungenießbar.

Ist eine ALternative zu den ohnehin ungesunden Angeboten an Autobahnraststätten. Allerdings leider bei reduzierter Produktauswahl (z.B. keine Salate).

Das Restaurant an der Autobahn ist eigentlich wie jeder Burger King Restaurant gut, schnelle und freundliche Bedienung. Nach ein paar Minuten habe ich das Menü bekommen, hat wie gewohnt gut geschmeckt. Die Tische waren sauber und genug Plätze waren da. Ich komme bestimmt wieder!!!!
