By far the worst manta platter I've ever had, the fries smell and taste like very old fat and are totally over salted, the sausage is so soft it's almost mushy, the best thing about eating it is the ketchup curry sauce, one star for that

Crispy Chicken... unbeatably delicious

Went there again after a long time, the chicken patty was a bit crispy but still completely ok. The thick cheeses were, as always, a dream (regardless of whether you like to eat them warm or cold). As always, the service was very nice to me and also asked how I was doing because I had back pain and they looked at it. It's just stupid that you can't pay by card.

Best snack in Gütersloh. You have to eat Pizza Spexard. Staff is very nice. Overall, highly recommended.

It was a short visit to Gütersloh. But the visit to Hermsburger definitely leaves my visit with positive memories. Who wants to go back home hungry? And here I could eat inexpensively and well. Very clean, very friendly. The burgers are good quality and filling. The other offers also made a well-thought-out impression. I'd love to come back.

An absolute nightmare. The taste of the food was an absolute disaster.. 🤢 But that was the least of the problems. The owner of this restaurant is incredibly rude and insulting. When I asked him for help with a slot machine, he completely freaked out and told me "not to play if I had no idea." When I replied that I certainly wouldn't do that, he brutally grabbed me by the neck and smeared mayonnaise all over my coat.. Actually, I should have called the police immediately. This shop is a disgrace and absolutely not recommended and should actually be closed down..

They've really gotten worse. A pity. Food doesn't taste as tasty as it did back then. Hamburger very small. Fries very very salty. Not cheap.

The best fries in the entire area ♡ In my opinion, the Crysbyburger is awesome. Very crispy and fresh. Always my pleasure .

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat burgers. The patties are most likely from the discount store and don't taste good. There is ketchup as a sauce. Service was nice, unfortunately the food is not recommended.

At its best, a must in GT if you want to get rid of your hunger quickly and effectively.

The woman who works at the cash register is super sweet and nice. I always get a free glass of cola while I'm waiting, which isn't a given. Pizza Spexard tastes really delicious 😋

Food is okay, service is great, but the shop is in dire need of a refresh. Just toilets and where you eat. But you can easily go out and eat there.

Delicious! Nice team. Price/performance is top!! Everything is freshly prepared when ordered. Highly recommended for fast food. The ambience isn't that great, but I don't necessarily expect it from a fast food shop

It has decreased - but prices have risen enormously. Chicken burger menu for 9 euros?? French fries are no longer salted with the special French fries salt. What a shame! Plate of cheeseburgers now cost 2.30 euros - mozarella sticks 5 pieces for 5 euros - these things are really small

Das Essen ist ganz okay, die Dame am Tresen ist sehr nett. Punkt Abzug für das Ambiente , die Toiletten und das es im Jahr 2023 immer noch keine Karten Zahlung dort gibt.
