Took too long (about 15 minutes)

The fries were forgotten when we ordered. At the drive-in there are sometimes very long waiting times and when it comes to it you are told at the counter that you should come in. Unfortunately, the food is not always freshly prepared. Our pack of churros sometimes contains 18 pieces and today there were only 9. My chilli cheese nuggets were cold and no longer crispy as usual.

The food was optimal, quick, fresh and warm. Great service The only negative thing is that the tables and seats should be clean, because that wasn't the case...

Inedible food. We had to spit it out.

I stood in the drive line for over 10 minutes, when I was at the counter and waiting there, another car came next to me to the other counter, which was empty, and was taken ahead... When I asked the employee at the window why the other vehicle that didn't have to wait was taken before me, the employee was very rude, cheeky and said the car was there before me and portrayed me as a liar! !!The employee said he had seen that and wanted to take me for a fool and that's how he spoke to me!!!Very unfriendly and disrespectful. I'll never go there again.

The food combined with the service is not worth the money.

So please avoid the drive in. Takes forever. Because there are 2 switches, one switch is preferred even though some came much later. Also extremely rude staff, makes you look stupid!!! DISRESPECTFUL

Brought food for 4 people (to go). At the terminal I couldn't order the curly fries for 3 menus, so I asked at the cashier. The service was very friendly and easily changed my order to the right fries. Everything was freshly prepared, neatly packed and handed to me. Overall, the store and all the employees make a great impression. I would love to come back here!

I was at Drive I said my order the lady was rude and she was swearing in Arabic the whole time and that wasn't the first time that happened. The lady tries to badmouth employees every time, that she is the good one every time, but at this moment you can see employees talking badly about other employees and our wishes did not go through. We didn't get what we wanted and everything was missing. We went back, the lady was cheeky and said no, that's what we said, unfortunately it wasn't true. I go more often, this has never happened before, but if you're in a bad mood, you don't have to go to work. Don't you even have to work? There are also other employees that never happen and if you often go there at 1:00 a.m., it happens every time and the lady is there every time and it's really disrespectful how she treats guests and her colleagues treat you

Quality of the range has decreased. Just as bad as the competitor. Instead of tomato there is only cheap ketchup on it, very sour cucumber. Meat patty has become thinner. Buns very soft.

Have been here several times with the hope of improvement. Unfortunately in vain. Above all, the cleanliness and order leave a lot to be desired here. Hopefully the food is all OK... And we also noticed today that instead of taking care of the store, employees gathered and chatted. I don't mind if you exchange ideas with each other, but in a restaurant where cleanliness and order are important, it can't be that the tray area is completely overfilled and there are leftovers lying around under or on the tables, including the seating areas.

The good service is particularly noteworthy here. We made an order to take away in Gütersloh. Not only did she give us good advice, but she also responded to our special requests. The food was nice and fresh and nothing was missing! (It's different from other fast food restaurants) With the coupons you get an unbeatable price. We ordered for 6 people for under 40 euros.

There was nothing going on in the store, employees were talking to each other instead of keeping the store clean. When ordering, some things weren't there, some of the toppings on the free burger were missing.

I was in the drive-in and the employees were arguing among themselves because they were too overwhelmed with the orders. Then I just asked away because it was too stupid for me. I waited in the drive-in for what felt like 20 minutes. I've been there several times and something was always missing or wrong (drink, sauce...). I was really hoping that they would get it done, but somehow it doesn't work. Overall, I can't recommend the store.

I spent 25 minutes in the drive in and there were only 3 cars in front of me, the employees were more concerned with themselves than with work. I went to the store afterwards, but no one seems to have been interested. Toilets are a disaster and the whole floor in the store is sticky. Never again... whoever gives 5 stars here is probably one of the employees

WATCH THE RTL CONTRIBUTION FROM TEAM WALLRAFF. Food cold, and what's more, it just tastes old. Order worth €32 and, as always, half of it is missing. How can something like that happen, especially when everything is digitally in front of you and you just have to read it. It wasn't full, the staff is just unmotivated. If that becomes standard then goodnight. And specified extra requests are not taken into account for which reason the extra function is used. Maybe it will help to read. Hopefully your paper won't stain the burger too

We were just there and ordered at the terminal - to take away. At this point there were about 7 people in the store besides us who were already eating. We ordered 2 King smart menus, each with a cheeseburger and a chicken nuggets burger, plus a portion of 6 nuggets with 2 dips. Unfortunately we didn't check the order with the number A150 on site and drove home. When we got there we discovered that a burger was missing and the extra chicken nuggets weren't there, but the dips were. It's a shame we can't prove this. So people - it's better to be safe than sorry, check your order!!
