Dirty place. I ordered a King Selection meal at the drive-thru counter. So I always double-check my order. The burger was soggy and cold and nowhere near the burger I ordered. After I pointed it out, I was blatantly lied to and sent away without a hint of acknowledgment that a mistake had been made. This wasn't the first time I've been there and there was always something wrong. Cold, soggy fries, what felt like chili cheese nuggets from the day before and my mayonnaise was always missing but I've always had my burger and then suddenly like this. If you want to scare people away, that's the best way. Just stay away from the place. Such a miserable place should be closed down. I don't know what it's like inside but if people are out and about like that maybe a spontaneous hygiene and food inspection should be done. I've never seen such unmotivated and bad-tempered employees. I think the Burger King chain is great, but the place in Gütersloh ruins the image I have of the burger chain. A real shame. Find another fast food restaurant like Subway or something.

Ordered via Lieferando. Burgers were missing, fries were so soggy, like they were left over from earlier. You can't reach anyone there. They probably won't care anyway, since you're making a good profit that way. We've also gone through the drive-thru a few times, and even then they can't get the order right. Unfortunately, another very disappointing delivery experience. Immediately after ordering, I received a call saying it would take about an hour. In the end, it took an hour and 45 minutes, and the food arrived completely cold. The driver apologized but said he had to get ice on the way – which, unfortunately, is hard to understand. After an hour and a half, I tried calling myself, but no one answered. I've never had such problems at the store or at the drive-through: the quality is good and the service is fast. However, I won't be ordering from the delivery service again in the future. It's a shame.

Went there with the family today and all I can say is how can someone be so blatantly unmotivated? I asked myself whether it's intentional, maybe the manager doesn't care what's going on there. There were three of us and only one man with us who was waiting for his order. The older lady at the drive-thru counter had her cell phone to her ear and was listening to videos or something similar. One table had been wiped down even though there was nothing to do. Instead, people preferred to chat. There are grease stains everywhere. The hanging lights above the tables have a cloud of dust. People, what do you get money for? Where is the manager or someone who's in charge there? The kids' corner is as dirty as the glass pane with so many grease stains, just disgusting. We won't go there again. The burgers were very dry, as were the fries, they looked as if they had already been in the fryer twice. How the place is still open is a mystery to me.

Whether you buy something in-store or order online, the staff is unfriendly, the tables are dirty, and the restrooms are just as dirty. It's gotten incredibly bad. Our orders never even arrived at our homes, and we couldn't reach anyone at the branch by phone. They take the cashier but don't deliver!

Burger King is basically like any other restaurant. There's plenty of seating, both inside and outside, and the restaurant itself is relatively clean. The staff is average, not particularly friendly, but they do their job reliably. What bothers me personally is the crowd in the parking lot. Motorcyclists and car drivers in particular, who congregate there and sometimes block half the parking lot, sometimes make things a bit noisy. Of course, Burger King itself can't be blamed for that. Overall, though, it's a pretty decent restaurant.

Disappointing. We were there on a Saturday night. The restaurant wasn't very busy, but the music was uncomfortably loud, making it difficult to eat in peace. The women's restroom was dirty, and the water barely came out of the tap. The burgers weren't really warm, and the meat was dry. Two dishes were quite spicy, even though we didn't order the chili version; it was as if they had been topped with the wrong toppings. The large fries also seemed too small. I can just order from McDonald's in Verl using Uber Eats, and they're faster. I'm going to get my money back. The food arrived almost cold. That's unacceptable. Make sure your store runs smoothly.
