Always dirty inside, no matter where you want to sit down! The employee stands there with his arms crossed and doesn't do anything except grab the girls! And ordering online was a complete disaster, waiting 1.5 hours for 2 burgers late in the evening during the week. Apparently they are full. They are never so full at that time in the middle of a weekday and if they are, 1.5 hours for 2 burgers is just not possible! And when the driver comes he doesn't even get out but instead honks or calls. It's a shame for the bad rating because the employees there don't get anything done!

Big, clean and it's quick. The only thing that's strange is the access because you can't get in from the main street, you have to go into the side street and then immediately left across another area.

The Burger King is quite good for a quick bite to eat. However, I didn't enjoy staying there. The staff is not particularly friendly or customer oriented. There is neither smiling nor communication. The burger I got was only lukewarm and was neither nicely prepared nor well packaged. Unfortunately it didn't taste good at all. I was very disappointed that I had to wait over 10 minutes. The restaurant is very new and modern. The surrounding parking areas are also only a few years old. Very good from the outside, but the implementation inside is less so. This should be improved. Until then, I'd rather go eat somewhere else.

We had a pleasant stay today, ordering was easy and the food was served fresh and warm. Made the children happy again (with the choice of food) 😅 and the friendly staff gave the children the Golden Crown 😉

Hawaii pizza didn't have enough pineapple on it for me. I found the pizza too dry. My friend had gyros with fries and coleslaw which was delicious. Next time I'll probably get gyros too. Otherwise the service was nice.

Absolute shame what the employees do there. Not in the mood for her life and not in the mood for working. EVERY TIME the order is wrong. EVERY TIME they make such a fuss and when you have questions/complaints you are attacked by them as if I were the stupid one or even laughed at. They just lie to make their lives easier 👍 Apparently you can't even change orders anymore, receipts are deliberately not given so that you can't do anything afterwards 👍 You wait for ages even though I often just saw the employees standing around. You can't care about my rating because I'm just one of many, but the employees don't work at all! I always have to go to the juice shop because it's close by and colleagues send me there from work, but I just know every time it's going to be catastrophic. You want to save time because it's nearby and then you have to spend 10 minutes in the drive for 2 hamburgers??? Just ridiculous. The store itself can't do anything about it but the employees urgently need to be trained on how to damn deal with customers or people! I have worked with patients and customers in my life and can say from experience that this is not okay.

I'm not a friend of the German authorities. But I HOPE and will also arrange for the health department to visit THIS store. Such stores destroy Burger King's reputation.... NOT even received a correct order. Burger without e.g. Onion, fries without mayo...Small fries swapped for large ones and charged for, and and and... SIMPLY CHECKS EVERY ORDER....maybe the employees understand ZERO.....

PURE DISASTER!!! I ordered chilli cheeseburger but got cheeseburger. I ordered chilli cheese nuggets but got normal nuggets. Fries were probably put back in the oil 5 times. Disgusting store!!!

I was visiting a friend in Gütersloh and went to this location at night because it had great late hours, I enjoyed the party music at night, and the food was amazing, a great burger king. I ate here 4 times, next year when I visit Gütersloh again I'll have to visit. This one is great

The burgers here look and taste good. There is a star deduction because sometimes something is forgotten when ordering, such as sauces or a drink. This happens, which is why we generally check our orders for completeness

A chicken burger was without bacon, even though it said so, and the strawberry milkshake was without chocolate sauce, as ordered. When it came to the shake it was said that they had never heard of it or that it wasn't common for there to be sauce in the strawberry shake. Then why can you choose this in the menu?! From the citizen, one slice of bacon was taken from me, instead of 3 as is usual, and this was not put on a new one, but on the old one, half raw! The one at the checkout was young with long black hair and she was also very cheeky.

Getting up and down there is very poorly done. You literally get in each other's way. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired in the restaurant and outside. Food itself was just okay. Absolutely not recommended for the price, I'm sorry. Unfortunately it was cold too. I ordered at the counter because the terminal itself showed a price that wasn't correct. So fresh 1 to 1 actually. You think. Because it was cold, probably not. After years, I ate at Burger King again instead of at M...after the experience, that was it but now with Burger King, I'm sorry. PRICE PERFORMANCE is absolutely not right here. And in the branch it was a chilling example. Staff very nice but overwhelmed despite there really being nothing going on!!

I have shopped for very delicious burgers at another Burgerking store, they are not much different from the normal ones, but they are really different and delicious compared to the others here.

After 30 minutes the food was finally ready to be picked up and well what can I say. The new wrap was next to the warming thing the whole time and was therefore cold and the second burger was also wrong. They could have saved themselves the 5x ketchup. Oh yes, due to a lack of change, I also got my €4 in 20ct pieces. Thank you.

After 45 minutes I got my food and it was all cold, I then complained and said the food was cold, I paid for a warm meal and not for a garbage can. The food just sits there for half an hour before it is packed up. Better go to McDonald’s!!!!!!!!

I would like to give 20 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at this Burger King! The restaurant was extremely clean and the staff (Dildar) was very friendly and helpful. The quick service was particularly impressive. I had to wait a maximum of 2 minutes before I got my food. The toilets were also clean and well maintained. All in all, an excellent visit! Gladly again.

Yum yum 🤤 I imagine if you are traveling abroad going to burger king is not on the top list of things to do. However If you do need something to eat on the way somewhere, I cannot recommend enough. Burger king Deutschland is a different experience to its UK counterpart. Better value and better taste

This is the second time I've ordered something on site... Back then I got chili cheese without chalapeños, onion rings were like bicycle inner tubes. Brobbered a cheeseburger today. After a customer complained to me, I was served EXTREMELY unfriendly... This shop should be closed and banned

The fries were forgotten when we ordered. At the drive-in there are sometimes very long waiting times and when it comes to it you are told at the counter that you should come in. Unfortunately, the food is not always freshly prepared. Our pack of churros sometimes contains 18 pieces and today there were only 9. My chilli cheese nuggets were cold and no longer crispy as usual.
