Oké for a quick bite when driving over the German Autobahn. It’s a combined restaurant. So you have other options.

One thing in advance: The star is for the staff! Not for KFC as such. I came here in the hope that this branch would be better than the one in the Nuremberg area. And was bitterly disappointed. Dirty shop that smells of used grease. The food therefore tasted like old fat. Furthermore, I still mourn the good coleslaw that we had many years ago. It's really sad what has become of you. Too bad!

small KFC branch with the usual standard. There are 2 terminals and a small seating area. The branch partly shares space with another snack bar and is located directly at a gas station. Food was typical for the chain, overall the chicken was juicy and well done. Everything is quite salty and the price is of course quite high, but coupons are acceptable. The hot wings could be spicier. Overall, the selection at KFC is good. Had a large mixed bucket with fries, several dips and 2 drinks. (just under 22 euros, January 2025) Overall it was pretty good. It can be quite crowded here at peak times as the area is likely to attract a lot of people passing through. We were there on a quiet weekday. Good accessibility in the immediate vicinity of the A8 towards Stuttgart. There is also a modern McDonald's in the area that can handle significantly more people. Depending on where you're coming from or where you're going, there aren't many KFC locations in the area. Those in Stuttgart are quite difficult to reach from the A8, and those in Reutlingen and Göppingen are also much further away.

Food is good, unfortunately selection is limited by the size of the restaurant. Staff changes often and could be a little friendlier (in some cases). Ambience: that's it

Was at KFC for the first time and it was also very tasty. Above all, I liked the selection. The best thing was definitely the fries.

A fairly small branch of KFC. The staff is friendly and quick. The tables were quite clean. But unfortunately the quality in all KFC branches is decreasing more and more. I've been ordering the Zinger for years, and despite rising prices, the size of the chicken meat is getting smaller and smaller. The meat used to stick out, but now you have to look for the piece of meat under the bun. Sorry, I'll be coming less and less. Then you'd better get a kebab for €7.50.

A very small KFC, but the quality is top. Unfortunately, the chicken parts you want are not always available. Then there are good alternatives that are offered to you if you don't want to take a longer preparation time of 15 to 20 minutes.

Shortly before closing time we wanted to have a snack on the way. Although not all of the ingredients for the desired bucket were available and the staff was already busy cleaning, they were freshly prepared especially for us. Very nice and courteous employees and store managers and a great experience at KFC for a long time. 5* for food, service and cleanliness for this branch.

KFC is a fast food restaurant, at this location it is located directly at the Shell gas station. It is possible to order directly from the staff, although it is pointed out that you should place the order yourself using the self-service terminal. As someone who knows KFC well, I find it really surprising how negatively I have to talk about my visit this time. A total of 3 pieces of chicken and 2 dips were missing from my €32 order. When I wanted to draw attention to this, there was a communication problem that didn't get much better with the boss. Finally I got my chicken pieces but with the 2 extra dips they turned upside down. It's a shame... The cleanliness of the store was okay, but all of my chicken pieces were cold to lukewarm. I also had a Chilicheese burger and I have to honestly say that the sauce made me sick. On the whole, I can say that as of December 19, 2024 I would not recommend this KFC to anyone until the employees are better trained and more attention is paid to the quality and warmth of the food...

Unfortunately the food doesn't suit our taste. The service was a bit hectic at first, even though it was empty, but then it got better. For a burger menu, paid almost 14.00 euros, the fries were almost raw, the burger was dripping with fat, the taste was okay, and chicken pieces another 14.00 euros. Cola Zero was Cola normal, that's outrageous. Next time I'd rather go back to McDonalds...if it has to be junk food.

Autohof 20 euros. 10 euros for food. The 6 euro small iron and the 12 euro large iron work, there is a clothes dryer. The car park is small for 50 cars. Asphalt. There are only 2 free seats left on Saturday at lunchtime. Shower 3.5 euros

Considering it's a fast food chain, the restaurant and toilets are surprisingly clean. You can't rate the rest because this is a fast food chain where everything is always relatively the same. When it comes to service, you should be friendly yourself, then the employees will also be friendly towards the customer.

There was no free toilet for guests, so we would have had to pay €2 for washing our hands as guests, that was too stupid for us so we had to use our water bottle, which is best given 0 stars.

I was just there when it was said that you could make us burgers. In the end, 2 mini chicken wings were cut into small pieces and put on the burger and we were given 2 “burgers” for 5 euros with hardly any meat that you couldn’t eat!

Food is like in any Kentucky, but the fact that I have to pay to pee here, like at a motorway bike station, and then have to go past the slot machine, something like that annoys me to no end.

The KFC in our town is much better, we would have to pay for toilets and we weren't even allowed to refill our drinks. And it doesn't have the same taste.

A rather small branch, integrated into a gas station. This is only two minutes from the motorway and so you can easily combine cheaper refueling with a snack. There are few seats inside, which has recently been air-conditioned. In summer there is also the opportunity to sit outside in front of the building. However, this possibility is clouded by the view of a large LNG gas container.

The only praise I can give here is the service staff was friendly. Large volume of orders, some chaos and forgotten orders. Non-carbonated Pepsi, fries 🍟 were not good at all, fillet strips more dusty breading than meat and absolutely dry. Hot wings and zingers were ok. I think you should still pay for the toilet 🚻 a no go! It's a shame ☹️

14€ for a zinger box. It's expensive, but OK. The only difference is that you have to pay €1 for peeing after eating. That's not possible.

Flabby fries, the chicken on the check cheeseburger wasn't even half the size of the soggy bun. I will avoid KFC in the future.

At least flycatchers or something similar wouldn't be bad. There are flies everywhere on the food in the restaurant.

The food was delicious and I would recommend the crispy chicken portion. There was a QR code under it that said "Scan and get 3 hot wings for free" I scanned the code and had to do a survey. Then my phone said we sent them an email, I said I didn't get one and kept driving. I didn't get the email until 10 minutes later.

Bland drinks. Standard: Zero sugar. Fries weak and poorly seasoned. If I'm going to have junk food, then I want normal drinks with sugar and well-seasoned food.

Food is OK. The staff doesn't really speak German well and isn't really friendly. What kind of ambience do you expect from a burger chain in a rest stop? That's exactly what you get.

Kentucky is at a truck stop. There is a second restaurant. The burgers are okay, as is Kentucky. What pissed me off the most was that they asked for money. If you have to go to the toilet, I don't think it's okay at all, as they also serve drinks here and that's how it is. Anyone who serves drinks must offer a toilet. Well, it is offered, but it also has to be free. I can't condone anything completely wrong. There are three companies. They should just treat themselves to this for their guests, an absolute no-go for me.

The food is ready very quickly and the staff is super nice. Small shop, more for take away. The Kfc in Wangen sometimes has really dry chicken. This one is always crispy & juicy as well as the vegan versions.

Unfortunately the salad wasn't very fresh anymore.

So far, something has been forgotten in every single one of my orders here. Often a burger or drinks. Most of the time the staff would forget even more if they weren't explicitly reminded of something.

The food here is usually good and always fresh. Only the ambience on site is not really nice. When I'm here I prefer to take the food with me and eat in the car.

Essen ist gut aber manchmal wenn ich da war konnte man nicht mit Karte zahlen und ich musste halb Kirchheim abfahren bis ich ein Funktionierenden Automaten gefunden habe

Optisch nicht wie in der Werbung, geschmacklich lecker.

50:50 das man nicht das bekommt, was man bestellt. So oft nun schon zuhause geärgert! Wenn es allerdings mal klappt und der Burger frisch zu zubereitet wird, geht's.

Essen schmeckt gut, obwohl nur 2 Angestellte im Sevice waren, hat alles gut geklappt. Sitzmöglickeiten eher gering, zur Toilette muss man die Tankstellentoiletten nutzen die dann mit 1 € bezahlt werden müssen.

Bin gerne Gast bei KFC, heute wurde ich dermassen enttäuscht. Der Bucket den ich mir gekauft habe, hat einfach nach trockenem und altem Fleisch geschmeckt. Wäre ich nicht auf der Durchreise gewesen hätte ich mein Geld zurückverlangt. Die Qualität war katastrophal.

Duschen sind sauber, Das Essen hilft gegen Hunger das ist es aber schon. Das Mädchen hinter der Theke ist eher uninteressiert , ich wollte einen Schwäbischen Rostbraten essen gab es nicht. Stattdessen eine Schwaben Pfanne, die Spätzle ohne Salz und andere Gewürze, das Schweinefiet sehr gut durch😭😭 und trocken. Einzig das Bier hat gemundet, der Chef freundlich aber etwas abwesend. Resüme einmalig.

Wir haben gestern mit meiner Familie dort zu Abend gegessen. Ich muss gestehen, es war die schlechteste Erfahrungen, die ich je in einem fast food Lokal gehabt habe. Die Belästigung durch Stubenfliegen ist unbeschreiblich gewesen. Wir waren umgeben von mindestens 20 kleinen Fliegen und waren ständig damit beschäftigt, diese vom Essen fern zu halten. Das Problem mit den Fliegen muss der Betreiber dringend und schnellstmöglich lösen.

Die Mitarbeiter waren nett und das Essen okay

Essen ist das bekannte KFC Sortiment. Restaurant war sehr sauber. Essen kam schnell. Kann ich weiterempfehlen.

Trotz Tankstellen KFC war das „Erlebnis“ unterirdisch. Klimaanlage, wischen, Technik in Ordnung bringen und mal freundlich zu den Kunden sein wäre ein Anfang.

War im Juli dort, war nicht sauber, viel zu heiß ( keine Klimaanlage?) Völlig verschmutzt und keine Reinigung weit und breit.

Essen war gut aber verdammt teuer.
