The store is always quite clean. I've never had any problems ordering from them. The staff is always friendly.

The Super Deal box is definitely recommended, tastes delicious and is a great value for money 👌

It just never gets any better, regardless of the Country. From a once-upon-a-time, tasty treat, to the now greasy, expensive, monkey-see-monkey-do, couldn’t give any care service. Forever, off my takeaway food destination list.

Toilets cost money, better to go to McDonald's.

No matter what your opinion is, it's definitely delicious. They're currently running a special offer on cheese sauce. Absolutely delicious. Service is quick and always friendly. The ambiance, well, it's next to a gas station in an industrial area.

A shower costs 3.5 euros plus 1 euro to get in, so 4.5 euros for 6 minutes of water—that's trash. The food isn't very good, 60 euros for a weekend, 40 euros refunded, but the selection is limited. It's designed so you have to pay extra if you want a decent meal.

Disgusting. Chicken was half Raw and drowned in grease. mashed potatoes were hella dry and the coleslaw was drowned in weird white liquid. Would not recommend

Unfortunately, I didn't feel comfortable at the Kentucky Fried Chicken in Kirchheim. Furthermore, I had to wait a very long time for my order, which significantly detracted from the experience.

Well, in short... KFC isn't for us. The service staff are great and very friendly. Unfortunately, the food leaves a lot to be desired. The large pieces of chicken are inedible. The chicken burgers are good.

A restaurant without toilets or a sink to wash yor hands. You need to pay 1 euro to get in to the toilets next door. Unbelievable.

A very bad experience at the KFC branch in Kirchheim. I saw an employee put old fries back in the fryer instead of making fresh ones. When I complained, the shift manager came out of the smoking area and claimed he had made the fries himself—even though he wasn't even there. Afterward, he refused to take my order. Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional.

Restroom use, EVEN for KfC guests, costs €1 extra per person. No wet wipes for degreasing either.

You make your guests pay for the toilet at sanifer, and you don't provide wet wipes for your hands.

For a KFC service station, it's good. The food has always been hot so far. The atmosphere is comfortable, but you still get your food pretty quickly. The tables are clean, as is the dish return cart. I'd be happy to go again.

Normal fast-food restaurant at a truck stop. Food fresh, but nothing special. Clean facility. Perfect for a short break in between.

Regarding the external appearance, it can be said that it is visually in good condition, but the important thing why you visit the KFC is that the food was a complete disgrace. One thing in advance: The star is for the staff! Not for KFC as such. I came here in the hope that this branch would be better than the one in the Nuremberg area. And was bitterly disappointed. Dirty shop that smells of used grease. The food therefore tasted like old fat. Furthermore, I still mourn the good coleslaw that we had many years ago. It's really sad what has become of you. Too bad!

small KFC branch with the usual standard. There are 2 terminals and a small seating area. The branch partly shares space with another snack bar and is located directly at a gas station. Food was typical for the chain, overall the chicken was juicy and well done. Everything is quite salty and the price is of course quite high, but coupons are acceptable. The hot wings could be spicier. Overall, the selection at KFC is good. Had a large mixed bucket with fries, several dips and 2 drinks. (just under 22 euros, January 2025) Overall it was pretty good. It can be quite crowded here at peak times as the area is likely to attract a lot of people passing through. We were there on a quiet weekday. Good accessibility in the immediate vicinity of the A8 towards Stuttgart. There is also a modern McDonald's in the area that can handle significantly more people. Depending on where you're coming from or where you're going, there aren't many KFC locations in the area. Those in Stuttgart are quite difficult to reach from the A8, and those in Reutlingen and Göppingen are also much further away.

A fairly small branch of KFC. The staff is friendly and quick. The tables were quite clean. But unfortunately the quality in all KFC branches is decreasing more and more. I've been ordering the Zinger for years, and despite rising prices, the size of the chicken meat is getting smaller and smaller. The meat used to stick out, but now you have to look for the piece of meat under the bun. Sorry, I'll be coming less and less. Then you'd better get a kebab for €7.50.

A very small KFC, but the quality is top. Unfortunately, the chicken parts you want are not always available. Then there are good alternatives that are offered to you if you don't want to take a longer preparation time of 15 to 20 minutes.

Shortly before closing time we wanted to have a snack on the way. Although not all of the ingredients for the desired bucket were available and the staff was already busy cleaning, they were freshly prepared especially for us. Very nice and courteous employees and store managers and a great experience at KFC for a long time. 5* for food, service and cleanliness for this branch.

As someone who knows KFC well, I find it really surprising how negatively I have to talk about my visit this time. A total of 3 pieces of chicken and 2 dips were missing from my €32 order. When I wanted to draw attention to this, there was a communication problem that didn't get much better with the boss. Finally I got my chicken pieces but with the 2 extra dips they turned upside down. It's a shame... The cleanliness of the store was okay, but all of my chicken pieces were cold to lukewarm. I also had a Chilicheese burger and I have to honestly say that the sauce made me sick. On the whole, I can say that as of December 19, 2024 I would not recommend this KFC to anyone until the employees are better trained and more attention is paid to the quality and warmth of the food...

Unfortunately the food doesn't suit our taste. The service was a bit hectic at first, even though it was empty, but then it got better. For a burger menu, paid almost 14.00 euros, the fries were almost raw, the burger was dripping with fat, the taste was okay, and chicken pieces another 14.00 euros. Cola Zero was Cola normal, that's outrageous. Next time I'd rather go back to McDonalds...if it has to be junk food.
