McDonald's in Kirchheim unter Teck

Conveniently located on the highway, 2 charging stations in front of it. Unfortunately the food was cold and the fries were too greasy. Number was shown as ready for collection but wasn't ready yet. Then it disappeared again, still not finished. Chaos inside. One of the worst managed McDonalds.

The side door is broken and keeps opening and closing. Permanent, irreparable according to manager. As a result, when the outside temperature is 0 degrees, it feels 16 degrees cold inside. You don't want to stay long. Please be sure to repair it!!! The staff is consistently very, very friendly.

Now for the second time in a row we can't get the order ready. There were 2 medium fries missing, last time a burger. If you then talk to the staff about it because you opened the bag in the car and compared the orders of 3 people, the service staff smiles at you and tells you that you have taken out the fries and are trying to sneak some.... Absolute juice shop. Sure, I'll look through the big bag at your small counter while you process the next order there. I have never experienced such incompetent staff at a McDonald's. Even in motorway service stations, where people see you once every leap year, they are nicer and more competent. Even if people don't earn huge amounts of money, it's just normal to be friendly towards other people, especially if I'm a service provider.

We only had coffee. But it was good. The employees could be a little friendlier.

I received my cappuccino with “normal milk” instead of almond drink (milk), which would be bad as a vegan. Luckily for me it's just a question of taste. Otherwise quite okay.

Food ordered, only part received, impudence!

We went to the drive-thru and got 3 cheeseburgers, 2 of them without pickles, and a chicken burger for me and my daughter. You would think it would be a simple order. Well, two were with gherkins and one was plain with onions... Now my daughter is still hungry and going back for a few euros makes no sense. Thanks! Thanks for nothing.

The cola had no fizz and was already dried around the edges, as if it had been rotting under the counter for a few hours. Overall, the food had a lot of defects and the order was handed out incomplete. Truly one of the worst McDonalds I've been to. Definitely not the standard McDonalds quality delivered here. The staff seems more listless than anywhere else.

I just ordered something and it's cold, I request a new one and it's also cold, my order was supposed to take 15 to 30 minutes and I've been waiting for 1 hour and 2 minutes

2+/5 I ordered coffee "on the spot" and received it in a paper cup. I pointed it out to the staff after receiving the order. After filing a complaint, I was offered coffee in a cup. I didn't take advantage of it, I ate the cheesecake with a rather average taste and drank coffee outside.

Unfortunately, several burgers were forgotten and one burger that was ordered was not prepared as ordered. This was quickly remedied. Unfortunately, the fries we ordered were green and were not exchanged even when asked. It's a shame, of course we didn't eat them. Otherwise quality as always.

He brought the coffee in a cup instead of in a paper cup as ordered. When asked if I could get the cup I ordered to refill, he harshly said “No” and just kept walking, leaving me completely flabbergasted. Then I had to leave the coffee cup undrunk because our car had finished charging.

Despite the huge rush, we got our food quickly. Everything fresh. Restaurant clean.

The branch has developed negatively. The team seems disorganized and completely overwhelmed. Waiting half an hour for a few burgers etc. seems normal now. It doesn't matter what day of the week you are there. Disaster.

A bottle of water €4.50. That's the reason for 1 star.

It's unbelievable how the coupons are now rip-offs. I will now always eat fine, cheaper and mainly at Burgerking.

Too much going on and not enough staff

Absolute juice shop. Receipts for picking up food are not printed. The food cannot be picked up. And you wait forever until it's sorted out

One hour wait for two people. The terminals do not work. Simply Catastrophic for a MacDonalds A customer returned his Burger and it was put back with the others coming out of the kitchen to be given to the next customer.

Cash was not accepted. Was forced to pay by card. So is cash no longer an official means of payment? Where are we going from here?

Food came quickly, there weren't enough places to sit, the cleanest toilet I've ever seen in a McDonald's

It's terrible what has become of what was once a beautiful restaurant. Whether it's the staff, the quality of the food or the composition of the burgers, it's a disaster... and that as Mc Germany

We were there on Sunday evening after our ski holiday with the ski club. There were probably 20 of us marching into the already well-stocked McDonalds. Unfortunately only 2 out of 6 ordered terminals went. The screen with the pickup number didn't work either. But the service was very quick and we didn't have to wait long. The burgers were okay. The curly fries were good. Unfortunately, the cheese slice was not well placed on my Hamburger Royal TS. As a result, I didn't get the taste of the cheese in every bite. (See image) We ate outside. Unfortunately it wasn't cleaned up and the garbage was overflowing. (See image) Another negative point for me as a dog owner was the drinking bowl for dogs. As you can see in the picture, this was used as an ashtray... whoever throws their butt in there. 🐶 We'll still be back next year.

This review was originally posted with 5 stars and I have now decided to change it. This establishment is the last one. I've been eating here for years and I've never experienced such nonsense. You walk in and it's crowded 70% of the time. As a result, many people leave McDonald's and go to the neighboring KFC. Even a renovation couldn't save this store. There are fewer seating options and everything simply works worse now than before... It is: - Dirty, messy and disorganized -5/6 terminals not working. For months - The order display never works - You sometimes wait 45+ minutes for your order only to find out that something is missing or was packed incorrectly. I can absolutely no longer recommend this McDonald's. Sry

By far the worst McDonald's in terms of operations that I have ever seen in Germany. 20 minutes of waiting time for a product order, which was then pushed away and I was not compensated for, is really catastrophic and unacceptable €6.50 for nothing

The food is good but half of the food is missing because they forgot it and that's now the 3 times a month here and they work there are not always friendly and then in front of the children!!!!! Please do this better.

First stand in the drive for 20 minutes. One person for 2 counters then for the 3rd time forgetting the matter and lying to your face is all there is to it. So you can really rip off each customer. Don't trust anyone there. Of course not reachable by phone. And always the excuse is busy. The store belongs to the staff closed.

Got the wrong burgers after a long wait!

THE PHONE APP DOES NOT WORK. They don't receive the orders and don't look for a solution to the problem. They simply say the order didn't arrive and make the customer wait.

After an unpleasant transition phase due to staff changes, the current staff is friendly and accommodating again. 4 stars for service because it often happens that you get the cappucino in the restaurant in a cup and not in a cup, which affects the comfort. The seating has clearly improved since a few months ago, so that different seating interests can be implemented: group at the table with bar stools, families, couples, individuals. So it's recommended again compared to a few months ago.

Disastrous employees who fail to pack everything ordered. By now I would bet money that something would be missing when I picked something up here. In 90% of cases, something is missing, be it the toy in Happy Metal, the extra burger, fries you ordered, etc. No matter whether you order for five people or just a Happy Meal + hamburger, something is always forgotten. I wonder if it's the system or the employees there are just incompetent. Now too expensive with deteriorating quality.

Terrible Experience. Half of the ordering Kiosks were down, the line insane, and it turned out to be a throughput issue. My order was on the "Ready for pickup" screen, then disappeared. After another 10 minutes, I was finally able to grab an employee, I asked if they just decided to cancel my order, showing my receipt. They finished it, and gave it to me shortly after. It's also worth mentioning that the parking lot is poorly designed, and cars speed through there looking for a spot (remember the long waiting times). There's a blind turn that makes me think someone is going to get hit by a car. Chaotic, unorganized, and inconsiderate staff. I will not go again

Drive in is an issue. After paying, you are always asked to continue driving and wait at the parking space. Why? What if there is no one behind me and everything from ordering to collecting should already be ready? This is probably about quotes. Anyone who continues their journey has already been processed and that will probably give them points in the internal ranking. It’s time to defend yourself. Then the food will be there within a minute. Otherwise typical McDonald's.

Clean McDonald’s that we like to use on our way to Munich. Mostly for a coffee. It's an advantage that in Systengastro you always know what the coffee tastes like. And here it fits in terms of price/performance.

I always thought McDonald's was a fast food restaurant. Mc Drive...no one takes the order. After several minutes we drove up. Cash desk not manned either. Then go to the pick-up counter. Stood here for what felt like an eternity. Inside, the employees were chatting actively. At some point someone took pity on me and took my order. Why are there two Mc Drive entrances here if you can't use one properly?

Waited with enthusiasm for the new opening after the renovation, the first visit! At first the furnishings seemed quite friendly and modern to me, but upon closer inspection it was a complete disaster! Who chose the interior design? That doesn't work at all! The light wood with the grain, like in the 70s! the white tiles on the wall like in a slaughterhouse, OMG! We used to be able to sit outside in the long corridor even in bad weather, but now it's only possible when the weather is nice and, mind you, when there's not too much sunlight - there's no roof anymore! Why not? There are 2 seats mounted opposite each other on the tables in the long aisle, which is ok at first, but the table is so small, you can only put a tablet on it. Where should the accompanying person's tablet fit? The prices! a big mac 5, €49! The only thing that's big about it is the price, this is no longer my MCD!. Update, just sitting on the terrace, it's raining, despite the umbrellas in the front area being open, all the seats and tables are wet, customers are leaving the terrace! Incredible!!! My message to the interior designer…You’re fired! Now switch to the competition!

Nice and clean restaurant and the food was ok but the service time was abysmal. We only ordered some breakfast muffins, a coffee and a cinnamon croissant. I could see my order on the counter, then I saw someone take the muffins off again! A few minutes later a server strolled over to tell me the croissant wasn't in stock and I could either choose something else or wait 10 minutes!!! Who knows what the wait was for so I got a muffin instead. No offer of a refund. So, I thought the food would appear but no! They then made the coffee and we finally got our order 20 mins after we ordered it. No apologies. I would not visit this restaurant again.

Yesterday I bought food with my family for 20 euros. The 20 nuggets had pieces of plastic in them. I went back and explained the problem. At first I was insulted and they couldn't help it, but I made it clear that it was about my children Does she go out to eat something like that and something could have happened in the end? Thank God we noticed it from the start. The boss gave us the money back and supposedly we will get compensation but I am very disappointed because we have been McDonald's customers for many years.

It is and remains a McDonalds, but the one in Kirchheim is one of the best! Above all, the quality of delivery always surprises me. The drivers are very, very friendly, the food arrives quickly and warm and I have absolutely NEVER had a problem with my order. McDonalds is doing something very important for this: As soon as a lot of orders have come in, you cannot temporarily order on Lieferando. In this way, they avoid unnecessary stress for the drivers and for us customers to eat cold food and wait for a long time. The competition that starts with B didn't do it that way and countless drivers have honestly complained during delivery that orders are being accepted endlessly without being able to do it at all. One driver after the other there quit until the service was no longer offered for months. Back to McDonalds Kirchheim, this branch is very well managed and all the employees there do their jobs well. Of course the food doesn't compare to the restaurant, but compared to other McD branches it deserves all 5 stars.

McDonald's is getting more and more expensive and the quality and taste is getting worse!!! Yesterday was the last time I went to a McDonald's with my family. It's really just a mess, I can't say it any other way. I always liked to eat Mc Rib or anyway...but yesterday it was just terrible...the sauce, rolls, meat in the quote if you can call it that and the topping a small gherkin was 3-4 on top...me I don't know why so many people eat there... Anyone who has even a little taste... can't eat this food. It's better to have a kebab box with fries for €5.50 here in Heiningen because you'll be full and it tastes good. Farewell McDonald

I didn't like McDonald's that much before but now that it's been renovated it's much nicer. Since I eat vegetarian there isn't that much for me (I almost don't go there anymore) but it's still great

Top branch, very clean and friendly staff

Everything was cleaned clean, except for the children's high chairs, which were all very dirty!

The food was alright, nothing too extraordinary although the atmosphere was quite nice as it was at night. The service wasn't all too good though as we had to wait a long time for our order to be ready.

It's been a long time since we've been to a McDonalds where we felt really comfortable. Nice staff, very well-kept toilets, decent food and a great play tower outside for our daughter. A special highlight is the comfortable seats in the outdoor area, where others only have backless wooden benches. It's a shame that we were just passing through and won't be able to get back here any time soon.

Food was good. Unfortunately, the toys were forgotten for 4 Happy Meals and the ice cream was forgotten once. Of course I got everything when I complained about it. However, there wasn't too much going on and it still seemed to me that things weren't going quite smoothly with the only ladies there. Men's toilet was also relatively clean, unfortunately there was no soap.

2 out of two visits the automatic ordering machines don’t give out receipts and the workers are unable to print a new one out. This is really horrible for people who are out with clients and have no receipt to hand in for reimbursement. The environment is good and seems clean but there are flies everywhere which make for a really uncomfortable meal.

As a regular customer, today was a shock... Before the renovation, the Kirchheimer Mc was one of the best I knew. Nice, bright restaurant, with flowers, well-rehearsed team. - Friendly - when I think of the nice gentleman who kept the guest room clean. Even if not everyone had a friendly disposition... Today, after the renovation, I was there again for the first time and ordered take-away from the dining room. The new ambience is simply a disaster! It's dark and the furniture looks like it was newly borrowed. The room layout is simply idiotic! The food serving area is narrow and looks like a 1970s canteen. The cafe tavern takes up an excessive amount of space. The play area is open and children can run freely into the parking lot. The only + point - the automatic entrance door. The staff was as friendly (3 stars for that) as they were desperate at the same time. Nothing worked! The lady hastily gathered the food after I handed her my order receipt. Unfortunately, the food wasn't great either. It was cold and the fries were soggy. I won't be going there any time soon, I've lost interest in Mc for now. EDIT: After a break of almost a year, I was there again. I still don't like the restaurant. However, the double menu RoyalTS / Filet-o-Fish with fries we ordered at an attractive price of around €11-12 was nice and hot and tasted really good. The fries were missing some color. In terms of mood and atmosphere, the store still has a negative effect on me. No comparison to Merklingen. This is the alternate store I've been going to ever since.

Schön gestaltet und nicht zu voll. Bedienung spricht wie immer sehr wenig. Bei meiner Cola war kein Deckel oder Strohhalm vorhanden. Kostenloses Laden und WLAN! Neuste Bezahlsysteme und keines außer Betrieb! Sehr zu empfehlen… Nur das ich nicht so der Mcces Fan bin… Deshalb geh ich nur auf Urlaubsreisen. Lg

Unfortunately, I forgot something when ordering drive-thru for the umpteenth time today. If you forget something, okay, no problem. The second time I turn a blind eye out of goodwill. But for the third time in a row, I'm really wondering whether there's a system behind it to make more profit, or whether the employees are simply overwhelmed and can't prepare simple orders correctly.

We couldn't sit outside because of the flies. There are flies in there too. The employees can't do anything about it. The company manager must find a solution for this.

The worst McDonald's I've ever come across. Waited 24 minutes at the drive in as the 4th car. Nothing moved and the poor woman at the checkout probably had 2-3 jobs at the same time because she kept being gone for minutes at a time. In the end, the 3 cheeseburgers were cold and the Cola cup was so deformed that it was completely leaking, so at least I'll have some of it for longer now...

After complaining that the burger was missing and the wrong burger was in the order that had been put together, a grumble was heard from the back area, the order was checked again and we were assured that it was now correct, which was not the case and was only discovered at home.

We were able to relax and take a break in this quiet McDonalds near the motorway on our drive from Munich to Cologne. So good that we didn't miss our backpack until four hours later in Cologne. Many thanks to the entire McDonalds team for first securing the backpack for us and then sending it to us free of charge. Despite being busy, it was a super friendly exchange and we were immediately supported with full commitment! Service really comes to life here! Typical MC. Therefore I don't have to say much about the food and ambience. Unfortunately the toilet was very disgusting, it smelled awful. The EWE Go charging station on site worked great. Good stopover.

very modern and good branch, which is strategically located on the highway. Even has 2 drive-in counters. We ended up here late at night on the way back and there were coupons so it was worth it. Everything was fresh and delicious, no problems. Table service also worked perfectly. I have to say that McDonald's at this level is absolutely fine, especially late at night and if you've been out for a long time. Unfortunately we miss the spicy nuggets and hotter sauces (like those available abroad, e.g. Spain), but the sweet chili is also quite okay. In my opinion, Big Tasty is the tastiest burger when it comes to coupons, otherwise it's definitely the Double Royal cheese.

At noon at 1:30 p.m. you get the information “everything is closed” from an employee. No why no nothing. It says open on the internet. If you drive 20 km of petrol then the shop is closed. Absolute impudence. If there is no voucher, they will NEVER see me in Kirchheim AGAIN

Something was forgotten. I initially called without success, but was called back and the nuggets were promptly delivered. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly.

McDonald's always offers a reliable and fast fast food experience. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the quality of the food is consistently good. The atmosphere is welcoming and it is always clean and well organized. A small suggestion for improvement would be for the manager to take off his street clothes when in the kitchen in order to fully comply with hygiene regulations and to convey an even more professional image. Overall, I am very satisfied with my visit and will happily come back.

Visited you this afternoon and placed an order worth €27 (pickup) and only got half of it!! The order included 20 nuggets but they were forgotten again! It's not the first time this has happened to me in a McDonald's branch! Food good but service staff the very worst! If you can't even process an order properly, no one in Germany should receive minimum wage! Oh yes, you will definitely be reimbursed for 30km easier travel to you 😀 😀

Since the renovation, this branch has gone from one of the best to the worst. Of the 6 ordering terminals, only one has been working for 4 weeks. Unfortunately, the staff doesn't understand German, so I couldn't point that out. Ordering in the drive-thru takes an incredibly long time and the taste of the food has been significantly worse since the renovation. The team alone used to be a reason to visit this McDonald's, but unfortunately there is nothing left of that. The catering area has also become very uncomfortable. All in all, there is clearly a need for action by a district manager or similar.

Best McDonald's in the area. I don't understand the negative reviews because I've never had any problems there. Of course there are days when there is a lot going on, but I was always served quickly and politely. My order was correct, fresh and tasty. For me number 1
