Drive in is an issue. After paying, you are always asked to continue driving and wait at the parking space. Why? What if there is no one behind me and everything from ordering to collecting should already be ready? This is probably about quotes. Anyone who continues their journey has already been processed and that will probably give them points in the internal ranking. It’s time to defend yourself. Then the food will be there within a minute. Otherwise typical McDonald's.

Clean McDonald’s that we like to use on our way to Munich. Mostly for a coffee. It's an advantage that in Systengastro you always know what the coffee tastes like. And here it fits in terms of price/performance.

I always thought McDonald's was a fast food restaurant. Mc Drive...no one takes the order. After several minutes we drove up. Cash desk not manned either. Then go to the pick-up counter. Stood here for what felt like an eternity. Inside, the employees were chatting actively. At some point someone took pity on me and took my order. Why are there two Mc Drive entrances here if you can't use one properly?

Waited with enthusiasm for the new opening after the renovation, the first visit! At first the furnishings seemed quite friendly and modern to me, but upon closer inspection it was a complete disaster! Who chose the interior design? That doesn't work at all! The light wood with the grain, like in the 70s! the white tiles on the wall like in a slaughterhouse, OMG! We used to be able to sit outside in the long corridor even in bad weather, but now it's only possible when the weather is nice and, mind you, when there's not too much sunlight - there's no roof anymore! Why not? There are 2 seats mounted opposite each other on the tables in the long aisle, which is ok at first, but the table is so small, you can only put a tablet on it. Where should the accompanying person's tablet fit? The prices! a big mac 5, €49! The only thing that's big about it is the price, this is no longer my MCD!. Update, just sitting on the terrace, it's raining, despite the umbrellas in the front area being open, all the seats and tables are wet, customers are leaving the terrace! Incredible!!! My message to the interior designer…You’re fired! Now switch to the competition!

Nice and clean restaurant and the food was ok but the service time was abysmal. We only ordered some breakfast muffins, a coffee and a cinnamon croissant. I could see my order on the counter, then I saw someone take the muffins off again! A few minutes later a server strolled over to tell me the croissant wasn't in stock and I could either choose something else or wait 10 minutes!!! Who knows what the wait was for so I got a muffin instead. No offer of a refund. So, I thought the food would appear but no! They then made the coffee and we finally got our order 20 mins after we ordered it. No apologies. I would not visit this restaurant again.

Yesterday I bought food with my family for 20 euros. The 20 nuggets had pieces of plastic in them. I went back and explained the problem. At first I was insulted and they couldn't help it, but I made it clear that it was about my children Does she go out to eat something like that and something could have happened in the end? Thank God we noticed it from the start. The boss gave us the money back and supposedly we will get compensation but I am very disappointed because we have been McDonald's customers for many years.

It is and remains a McDonalds, but the one in Kirchheim is one of the best! Above all, the quality of delivery always surprises me. The drivers are very, very friendly, the food arrives quickly and warm and I have absolutely NEVER had a problem with my order. McDonalds is doing something very important for this: As soon as a lot of orders have come in, you cannot temporarily order on Lieferando. In this way, they avoid unnecessary stress for the drivers and for us customers to eat cold food and wait for a long time. The competition that starts with B didn't do it that way and countless drivers have honestly complained during delivery that orders are being accepted endlessly without being able to do it at all. One driver after the other there quit until the service was no longer offered for months. Back to McDonalds Kirchheim, this branch is very well managed and all the employees there do their jobs well. Of course the food doesn't compare to the restaurant, but compared to other McD branches it deserves all 5 stars.

McDonald's is getting more and more expensive and the quality and taste is getting worse!!! Yesterday was the last time I went to a McDonald's with my family. It's really just a mess, I can't say it any other way. I always liked to eat Mc Rib or anyway...but yesterday it was just terrible...the sauce, rolls, meat in the quote if you can call it that and the topping a small gherkin was 3-4 on top...me I don't know why so many people eat there... Anyone who has even a little taste... can't eat this food. It's better to have a kebab box with fries for €5.50 here in Heiningen because you'll be full and it tastes good. Farewell McDonald

I didn't like McDonald's that much before but now that it's been renovated it's much nicer. Since I eat vegetarian there isn't that much for me (I almost don't go there anymore) but it's still great

Top branch, very clean and friendly staff

Everything was cleaned clean, except for the children's high chairs, which were all very dirty!

The food was alright, nothing too extraordinary although the atmosphere was quite nice as it was at night. The service wasn't all too good though as we had to wait a long time for our order to be ready.

It's been a long time since we've been to a McDonalds where we felt really comfortable. Nice staff, very well-kept toilets, decent food and a great play tower outside for our daughter. A special highlight is the comfortable seats in the outdoor area, where others only have backless wooden benches. It's a shame that we were just passing through and won't be able to get back here any time soon.

Food was good. Unfortunately, the toys were forgotten for 4 Happy Meals and the ice cream was forgotten once. Of course I got everything when I complained about it. However, there wasn't too much going on and it still seemed to me that things weren't going quite smoothly with the only ladies there. Men's toilet was also relatively clean, unfortunately there was no soap.

It used to be the best McDonald's in the area, but unfortunately not anymore. After the renovation everything changed for the worse. The drive-thru has been expanded, but there are fewer seats inside. We often had to wait a long time for the food and sometimes it still wasn't fresh. We were even there today (August 20th, 2024) and there were no soft drinks but only water bottles. I've never experienced anything like that.

2 out of two visits the automatic ordering machines don’t give out receipts and the workers are unable to print a new one out. This is really horrible for people who are out with clients and have no receipt to hand in for reimbursement. The environment is good and seems clean but there are flies everywhere which make for a really uncomfortable meal.

As a regular customer, today was a shock... Before the renovation, the Kirchheimer Mc was one of the best I knew. Nice, bright restaurant, with flowers, well-rehearsed team. - Friendly - when I think of the nice gentleman who kept the guest room clean. Even if not everyone had a friendly disposition... Today, after the renovation, I was there again for the first time and ordered take-away from the dining room. The new ambience is simply a disaster! It's dark and the furniture looks like it was newly borrowed. The room layout is simply idiotic! The food serving area is narrow and looks like a 1970s canteen. The cafe tavern takes up an excessive amount of space. The play area is open and children can run freely into the parking lot. The only + point - the automatic entrance door. The staff was as friendly (3 stars for that) as they were desperate at the same time. Nothing worked! The lady hastily gathered the food after I handed her my order receipt. Unfortunately, the food wasn't great either. It was cold and the fries were soggy. I won't be going there any time soon, I've lost interest in Mc for now. EDIT: After a break of almost a year, I was there again. I still don't like the restaurant. However, the double menu RoyalTS / Filet-o-Fish with fries we ordered at an attractive price of around €11-12 was nice and hot and tasted really good. The fries were missing some color. In terms of mood and atmosphere, the store still has a negative effect on me. No comparison to Merklingen. This is the alternate store I've been going to ever since.

Schön gestaltet und nicht zu voll. Bedienung spricht wie immer sehr wenig. Bei meiner Cola war kein Deckel oder Strohhalm vorhanden. Kostenloses Laden und WLAN! Neuste Bezahlsysteme und keines außer Betrieb! Sehr zu empfehlen… Nur das ich nicht so der Mcces Fan bin… Deshalb geh ich nur auf Urlaubsreisen. Lg

We couldn't sit outside because of the flies. There are flies in there too. The employees can't do anything about it. The company manager must find a solution for this.

Unfortunately, I forgot something when ordering drive-thru for the umpteenth time today. If you forget something, okay, no problem. The second time I turn a blind eye out of goodwill. But for the third time in a row, I'm really wondering whether there's a system behind it to make more profit, or whether the employees are simply overwhelmed and can't prepare simple orders correctly.

The worst McDonald's I've ever come across. Waited 24 minutes at the drive in as the 4th car. Nothing moved and the poor woman at the checkout probably had 2-3 jobs at the same time because she kept being gone for minutes at a time. In the end, the 3 cheeseburgers were cold and the Cola cup was so deformed that it was completely leaking, so at least I'll have some of it for longer now...

After complaining that the burger was missing and the wrong burger was in the order that had been put together, a grumble was heard from the back area, the order was checked again and we were assured that it was now correct, which was not the case and was only discovered at home.

Surprisingly positive McD. Food was fresh, therefore good. It was clean and ordering went smoothly and quickly.

We were able to relax and take a break in this quiet McDonalds near the motorway on our drive from Munich to Cologne. So good that we didn't miss our backpack until four hours later in Cologne. Many thanks to the entire McDonalds team for first securing the backpack for us and then sending it to us free of charge. Despite being busy, it was a super friendly exchange and we were immediately supported with full commitment! Service really comes to life here! Typical MC. Therefore I don't have to say much about the food and ambience. Unfortunately the toilet was very disgusting, it smelled awful. The EWE Go charging station on site worked great. Good stopover.

very modern and good branch, which is strategically located on the highway. Even has 2 drive-in counters. We ended up here late at night on the way back and there were coupons so it was worth it. Everything was fresh and delicious, no problems. Table service also worked perfectly. I have to say that McDonald's at this level is absolutely fine, especially late at night and if you've been out for a long time. Unfortunately we miss the spicy nuggets and hotter sauces (like those available abroad, e.g. Spain), but the sweet chili is also quite okay. In my opinion, Big Tasty is the tastiest burger when it comes to coupons, otherwise it's definitely the Double Royal cheese.

Got the wrong drink and 2 different wraps, even though they should have been the same.

At noon at 1:30 p.m. you get the information “everything is closed” from an employee. No why no nothing. It says open on the internet. If you drive 20 km of petrol then the shop is closed. Absolute impudence. If there is no voucher, they will NEVER see me in Kirchheim AGAIN

Something was forgotten. I initially called without success, but was called back and the nuggets were promptly delivered. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly.

McDonald's always offers a reliable and fast fast food experience. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the quality of the food is consistently good. The atmosphere is welcoming and it is always clean and well organized. A small suggestion for improvement would be for the manager to take off his street clothes when in the kitchen in order to fully comply with hygiene regulations and to convey an even more professional image. Overall, I am very satisfied with my visit and will happily come back.

Visited you this afternoon and placed an order worth €27 (pickup) and only got half of it!! The order included 20 nuggets but they were forgotten again! It's not the first time this has happened to me in a McDonald's branch! Food good but service staff the very worst! If you can't even process an order properly, no one in Germany should receive minimum wage! Oh yes, you will definitely be reimbursed for 30km easier travel to you 😀 😀

Since the renovation, this branch has gone from one of the best to the worst. Of the 6 ordering terminals, only one has been working for 4 weeks. Unfortunately, the staff doesn't understand German, so I couldn't point that out. Ordering in the drive-thru takes an incredibly long time and the taste of the food has been significantly worse since the renovation. The team alone used to be a reason to visit this McDonald's, but unfortunately there is nothing left of that. The catering area has also become very uncomfortable. All in all, there is clearly a need for action by a district manager or similar.

I can't understand all the negative reviews coming out at the moment. Especially not the one where it says that the employees were swapped. So I still see the same faces that I saw a year ago. Of course there are few new ones but the majority are still the same as back then. Through a newspaper article I read at the end of February, I found out that there was only one change in the restaurant manager. And I think that McDonald's is now even better thanks to the change. The food is fresh and delicious. The employees are all very polite and, especially now, I always get table service, which I didn't always get before. The new boss is really into it. There must have been a reason for bringing him to Kirchheim.

Zero stars would be correct. They are all still sleeping at 7:10 in the morning. I go to McDonald's because it has to be quick. None. I waited almost ten minutes and then continued without my breakfast because otherwise I wouldn't be able to make my appointment. Unfortunately it's not the first time. There's nothing going on, but they can't get it under control. Not recommendable :-(

The first time here in 28 years Waited 25 minutes for two chicken burgers I was only at the checkout for 10 minutes. Three people prepared trays and ignored me!!!!! The new team is a disaster!!!

Absolute disaster. The "new" products like the magic stars in the McFlurry and the cherry sauce taste incredibly artificial. And the service is underground. We ordered a chocolate McFlurry. The waitress came to the table, slammed down a normal McFlurry with the comment "Chocolate is out, that's more normal" and disappeared again. And in such an unfriendly tone. After we spoke to the shift manager, it turned out that there was chocolate after all. The service lady just made a fake one and to cover up her laziness or mistake or whatever, claimed it was out. Everything is becoming more and more expensive and in return you get worse and worse quality with even worse service. That's it for us with McDonalds.

I regularly get dinner at McDonald’s in Kirchheim Teck. Something was missing from the last 6-10 orders (6 nuggets, extra beef on the burger, fries, burgers...), the burgers were carelessly thrown together and the fries were mostly cold...not lukewarm...cold. Of course, if that happens once, it's not a problem. It’s a “fast food place”… but every time it just doesn’t work.

Unfortunately the customer service was very poor. Products are always missing from the order. And there is no excuse either.

Not a 5 star restaurant like some expect from the recessions here, but a classic McDonald’s. Chesseburgers, fries and flurry fit.

I was there with a few friends and wanted to order food. Since the store was relatively full, we were able to place our order quickly and received it a short time later. The quality was very good. The food hot and fresh. The staff was very friendly and the store was very clean.

Food is getting worse and service leaves something to be desired

Orders via DriveIn are a catastrophe.... out of 10 orders, 8 times something is missing....either fries, some citizens and sauces they actually ALWAYS check!!.... For me it's a scam to increase costs save.... Sure you can say, then check it.... But I often order for 6 to 8 people and as a driver you can't see through everything in 2-3 bags.... That's what I EXPECT FROM THE SERVICE PROVIDER !!! I'm getting really annoyed with the store. BK in Kirchheim that never happens!!

Really nice shop, terrace a bit inappropriately placed as there is a lot of traffic here. This makes it relatively easy to get there by car. Music here was very contemporary and had ever so slightly 2012 vibes

Absolute disaster after the renovation. The old team seems to have completely disappeared. So does the taste and the service. The new ambience is also a disaster and appeals to very few people. After some research, it seems that there was a strike by the old team in February, which apparently resulted in them being completely terminated. Absolute NOGO. Here is the picture of the old team.

I ordered 12 mini pancakes and only got 10, I don’t know how you mess up this badly, utterly ridiculous.

We went to McCafe specifically to get good coffee from the portafilter machine. After we waited 15 minutes until someone finally took our order, the coffee was made from the fully automatic machine in the baking area. We politely asked if we could please have the coffee from the portafilter. The answer was so unfriendly & then we were insulted by the staff. Many other guests were also unhappy that they had been working for a long time. Better go to the nearest McCafe!!

Simply underground. The second star is only because the food is ok. The service and waiting times are really a disaster. Complete chaos - waiting time for 6 nuggets and a coffee 30 minutes. There were people in front of us who said they had waited 45 minutes for hamburgers and fries. Staff really completely lost and running all over the place. Finish orders that no one wants and throw them back in the trash can. As a McDonald's shareholder, my heart bleeds here.

The renovation made it much more uncomfortable and had fewer seats. Unfortunately, the change in management and personnel is clearly noticeable. The delivery service suffered a lot, which can also be seen in the reviews. On Sunday it was no longer possible to get breakfast at 10:40. Just disappointing. Friday lunchtime (April 12th, 2024) Never again. Waiting time of 45 minutes is too long. Food was cold. Ordered 7 cheeseburgers and 3 of them without pickles, but got 4 without pickles. Staff overwhelmed and extremely unfriendly, as was the branch management. My personal recommendation goes to KFC opposite the Shell gas station.

Stopped at McDonald's in Kirchheim/Teck for breakfast today. Scrambled eggs with bacon and cappuccino were chosen at the terminal, plus butter for €0.50 extra. Food came to the table with information: They didn't have any butter. The money wasn't returned, but I could have gotten Nutella instead. Well, delicious, scrambled eggs with Nutella rolls!!! I didn't make a fuss about 50Cent, I didn't have any time either. But of course something like that doesn't work AT ALL! If something the customer paid for is not in stock, McDonald's will, of course, refund the money without being asked. Basically this is a scam! Next time I would order a menu and say when paying that I am 50 cents short. I'm very excited to see whether I'll get my menu... Addition: Although the branch opens at 7 a.m. there is actually almost nothing there. 3 weeks ago off the motorway at 7.30am - there were only drinks, no breakfast. Another try today and there was only a minimally reduced offer. Then don't open so early if logistics don't allow you to offer the usual McDonald's offer.

The proximity to the A8 is positive. The rest is just McDonald's. The staff was very nice and the sanitary facilities were top notch. The outdoor seating is OK. I don't think the ambience in the interior is that good.

Clean McDs with several electric car chargers nearby. Staff were nice but service was slow. Only two other tables were occupied and both had their food yet it took about ten minutes to get our sandwiches This McDs accepts coupons from the app but will not scan the code to allow collecting points. There are no order screens.

Very modern MCD but I've seen better staff because having the most modern store doesn't help if the staff doesn't care. A pity.

The service and speed leave a lot to be desired, I've never had to wait so long for an order at the drive-thru. It was a Royal TS and a McRib that can't take that long. Also, the employees don’t understand codes….

At breakfast time there was only coffee and some kind of breakfast toast. Why?

We just waited over an hour for our food and then the woman at the front of the service just yelled at us and threw our note away. Never experienced anything like that.

It has to be said that when I order at the drive-in counter, my orders often don't arrive quite correctly even though I speak clearly. Nevertheless, this is a very nice, clean and extremely quick to prepare McD.

The McDonalds offers a great selection of products. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The selection of snacks and drinks was large. Paying at the terminal was quick and easy. Highly recommended!

Since the renovation there have been absolutely not enough seats, especially for families. No coupon issue on the touch panel several times. Therefore no proof. Wrong size of cappuccino in the cup. Problem: No proof!!!! Staff used to be much friendlier!!! You were noticed more.
