I order online , and everytime there is a Delay more than 30 min !!

When it comes to written complaints, the focus is on discussion rather than engaging with the customer. This is completely unprofessional.

If you offer delivery via Lieferando, you should at least specify the delivery times! After complaining to Lieferando several times, the food finally arrived after almost three hours! And that's exactly how it tasted, so I threw it away immediately. PS: I called the restaurant itself three times... No one answered. Terrible behavior.

No gluten-free options... embarrassing

The food was cold and inedible! The "M" was awful, the meat was dry and disgustingly topped, as if someone had just thrown all the ingredients into the container. I complained to customer service online – no response. Never again!

A really nice and well-maintained McDonald's. Service is quick and friendly. There's even a Christmas tree as decoration. Restrooms are modern and very clean 👍. There's also a counter for properly separating your trash.

Vegetarians/vegans and allergy sufferers should definitely avoid this branch, as you can't rely on them serving the correct plant-based alternatives (in my experience). Today, I was given a McWrap Plant Nuggets (honey mustard) with a real chicken patty, even though the packaging was explicitly labeled vegetarian. Since I ordered through the drive-thru, I only noticed this after it was too late to exchange it. This is unacceptable and, above all, dangerous for anyone with allergies to animal proteins. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened to me at a McDonald's. You're much better off with the competition.

By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The SDE staff were incredibly unfriendly. I placed my order through the app, had my code, and sent someone to pick it up, but they didn't hand over the food. They refused to give me food I'd already paid for. There was a huge argument. It was a massive drama over €30, which was paid securely and correctly via PayPal. This is the most unfriendly restaurant I've ever been to. I will never eat there again.

I ordered a vanilla shake and received a chocolate one. I wanted to have the mistake corrected, but the employee was absolutely convinced it was vanilla. Either he's colorblind or otherwise impaired.

We went to the restaurant on October 17th: Never again bad food and good service – that was my wish, but on that day my hopes were shattered. Ignoring the concept of crispiness and freshness, the fries were more like mashed potatoes. This unfortunate start to the day didn't stop there. I ordered two burgers: a hamburger and a cheeseburger. The indeterminate mass resembling the cheeseburger was neither served with a decent sauce nor did it taste good. The hamburger meat reminded me of a rock. Despite the staff's efforts, I was able to leave the restaurant and get home safely. The poor service and the "food" completed a devastating first impression. Stay away from this place, for your own sake!

The burger was scattered throughout the package, and I got the wrong one three times. When I asked, I was told it wasn't available, but the next table served everything that was apparently out. Just plain rude, and I can't complain because no one understands me!!!

Something has been forgotten a few times now. For example, my previous order of 6 chicken McNuggets only included 5, and the sweet and sour sauce was also forgotten.

The branch looks quite chic, apparently recently renovated. The staff is also very friendly. But no vegan burgers to choose from? What's the point? A real shame. Unfortunately, there aren't enough seats for a Sunday afternoon crowd.

I go to McDonald's a lot, but this branch... I'm speechless. The Fanta I received was without ice cubes and only half full. The customized burger came with two things wrong. Fries were cold. The nuggets I ordered were forgotten. And: they advertise reviews on a display, but they don't work with app orders. Too bad, so I'll just stick with this one.

It's always dirty here, but that's the fault of the customers, not the staff. Less than ideal is the staff, who speak little German and then, while eating outside with small children, spend two minutes blowing trash against the wall at the next table with a leaf blower instead of picking it up. The food is usually fresh.

The new McDonald's branches are unfortunately pretty windowless, but yes, the menus are good, the wait time is also okay, and the restrooms are clean. Can't complain.

Quiet in the morning. Everything is very clean. I like the new style. You can enjoy breakfast in peace. The products are good, and you can easily order and pay via the app. The ability to customize products is great (-> without the sauce 😍)

I ordered from McDonald's Kirchheim today (September 30, 2025) at 6:28 PM via Lieferando (order number: 4JH34Y). No delivery had arrived by 7:54 PM – and despite several attempts to call the restaurant, no one answered the phone. Now they're even claiming that the food was delivered at 6:46 PM, which is simply not true. This is truly disappointing: no delivery, no availability, and then incorrect delivery information. This shouldn't happen.

Good McDonald's. Above all, clean.

They can't get anything done, you get the wrong food. It's a disaster. And then they forget the sauces. What a mess.

I ordered and paid online. 10 minutes later, I'm at the drive-thru counter, and they don't even remember what I ordered. When they asked, I told them. Everything was fine. I drove on and stopped again in the parking lot and realized they hadn't packed everything I ordered. I then quickly ran back to the counter to ask for the forgotten product, which I got, but we live in the 21st century. The level of rudeness and incompetence was unmatched. They didn't even give me an apple turnover as an apology. If I treated my customers like that, I'd be living on the public income today—because then I wouldn't have any customers.

The McDonald's in Kirchheim unter Teck is clean, the staff is friendly, and the app lets you see all the specials, choose your food at your leisure, and have it brought to your table. I think it's great, and you can also collect points.

Very good food and the workers are nice

I find a carelessly packaged burger in the box, which has slipped out of place. The jalapeño is on the back, the bacon is squashed to the side. I was in a hurry, so I decided not to complain.

The food was fine, but we had to wait a long time (we ordered three takeaway burgers, which took 20 minutes even though it wasn't busy). Colleagues were arguing loudly among themselves about who had corrected their order at the checkout counter. It was very embarrassing when several other guests were present.

A somewhat smaller McDrive-thru on the A8 in Kirchheim/Teck. The staff was friendly and the fast-food restaurant was clean.

This was definitely the last time I went to the drive-thru AND went inside. I bought food there three times, and twice I went back to get missing burgers/fries. Today I ordered five burgers, three of which were in the bag, and the wrong ones at that. When I tried to order inside, I was ignored for over 30 minutes at the cash register. Then it took another 30 minutes for a drink and an ice cream, and they "forgot" the drink there, too.

Unfriendly service, old fries, and everything else was cold. I've never had such a bad meal at McDonald's.

A very nice and modern McDonald's. The restrooms are really cramped. The food quality is as usual. However, the staff is unfriendly and rude. Large free parking lot with two charging stations. The highway is very close.

I don't really like the M because they don't actually sell food. But that's not the point. Since it's the same everywhere, I don't need to tell you anything about the food. The atmosphere is top-notch for a McDonald's. Especially since one of the chain's stores was spotlessly clean. Very nice waitresses who speak our language and are very friendly. The food was fresh and hot. Which isn't a given for this chain.

I don't like going to the big M. But on the way back, we looked for one. It was the cleanest and nicest I've seen. There were fresh flowers on the table. The music was pleasant. Very clean. Friendly. The food was delicious. I wasn't disgusted like I sometimes am. The restrooms were clean. Lots of play options for children, including indoors.

This evening we wanted to grab a quick drink. We wanted to order at the café, but no one was looking after us. After waiting forever, an employee who had seen us three times but ignored us told us to order at the cash register. So we went to the cash register and waited another 10 minutes. We were specifically asked if we wanted drinks there. Yes, we did, but after 15 minutes the drinks came in paper cups. We repeated that we wanted the hot drinks in cups. The employees took the drinks and came back with the same cups. This happened twice. Then we accepted it. He said there were no more cups left. We finished our drinks and went inside. Cups and glasses galore. So, as much as I'm sorry, the employees either have a language barrier or are very rude and disrespectful.

The worst MC in the area. Not only did I wait 20 minutes, but the meat in the sandwiches tasted like charcoal. I took it to go, but I couldn't go back and return it.

Endless waits at the drive-thru, even though it was empty, and at 9:00 p.m. Never experienced anything like this at McDonald's. Nothing works anymore in this country.

Communication is a top priority here. Just not with the customer. Long lines at the checkout are ignored by simply turning around. I used to enjoy coming here. I never would have guessed it gets worse every year. One advantage is that when the food finally arrives, it's usually warm. It's a shame that service isn't more of a priority.

The fries are usually placed on the trays first, followed at some point by the burger (or similar) and lastly the drink! The fries are already cold by this time and often the burger too because the drinks usually take too long. If you use table service, the tray often sits there for minutes until a member of staff brings it to the table. This has nothing to do with customer service or customer service!!! The staff here do not understand that the food ends up arriving cold. The staff obviously couldn't care less! This is not an isolated incident; it is seen and handled this way on every visit (about twice a week). I will be avoiding this branch in the future because the staff are obviously not trained sufficiently and are not given any instructions. This was never the case there before and it was one of the best McDonald's in the region.

A modern McDonald's with a standard menu. Typical McDonald's quality, except for some burgers that are very carelessly slapped together in the box. Therefore, one point deducted for the food. The service is rather below average. At the counter, the tone is often uncertain or even annoyed. During peak hours, and even outside of the store, terminals are often unavailable. Communication between employees seems rather poor. This is evident when ordering (incorrect products are dispensed) or even during the drive-thru between order taking and payment. The ambiance is actually quite nice, but the cleanliness of the outside area could be improved. Children have opportunities to play inside and outside, which is very positive. The parking lot is sufficiently large. Overall, we're glad there's a McDonald's in Kirchheim. If there were another (better) one, we'd be more likely to go there. It's sometimes unclear when a recently renovated restaurant, everything is actually quite nice, and they couldn't put a little more effort into the preparation of the products and the professionalism of the service. Stay away, they have absolutely nothing under control. Long lines and wait times, order taking is interrupted in the drive-thru – a waste of time.

The McDonald's was very busy, but the food was still delivered quickly and was very tasty. Highly recommended. The ambiance is also very modern, and the restrooms are great.

At the counter, you're hardly ever served anymore. You walk past someone five times. They look at you but don't serve you. When you do get served, the employees show they're annoyed. Since the renovation, the service here has been nothing but rubbish. Using the order code in the app, I was two minutes late for breakfast. There's no such thing as bad luck. The service is truly abysmal.

The outdoor tables and chairs/benches were very dirty. The burgers were poorly prepared. Everything was falling apart. Special orders were not accommodated.

Absolute disappointment! We got takeout from the drive-thru. Placing the order was difficult because they couldn't find the coupon numbers at first. Then the disappointment when we unpacked the food at home: The curly fries were ice cold and a burger was missing. 😡

We stopped by McDonald's for a quick breakfast. The branch was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly. The food was prepared quickly with table service. Restrooms were also clean, perfect!

The food didn't taste good, the tables were completely dirty, and the Coke tasted watered down. I was seriously disappointed.

This restaurant is very clean, the staff is very friendly. The food is fresh, and the coffee is excellent. A plus for us: dogs are allowed.

Unfortunately dirty and service bad

We had been outside for a while. The tables were uncleaned, there was quite a bit of trash on the floor, and the trash cans were overflowing. The staff were there and hard-working, but overwhelmed. The food was excellent, as always. I also don't think it's okay that you're allowed to smoke at the tables. A family with three children had to go inside because three smokers were smoking nonstop around the table. A no-go for an area with slides and a climbing castle for kids.

Fast food is only defined by the quality of the food: We waited almost 30 (!) minutes for the food. The price was €33 for two people, so for that price, you could almost go to a pizzeria or something similar.

It took 30 minutes, I had to order twice, the staff were unfriendly, and the ordering kiosks didn't work.

Last but not least, I wait over an hour for my food and nobody answers the phone in the restaurant, not even worth 1 star

Disaster... We ordered an iced latte at the terminal, and after 20 minutes!! we finally received the drinks, although we had already asked twice before... What a mess... 🤦🏼‍♀️

I can't recommend this place anymore. Huge wait times, incompetent staff, language barriers when ordering, and the new McFlurry is made with the wrong ice cream – the standard white one, not the blue one. And if you complain, you just get more sauce. Never again!

The disappointment begins in the parking lot, where one of the two charging stations isn't working and isn't marked as defective anywhere. Then, inside, the next situation arises. Oat milk is supposedly sold out... Another typical McDonald's situation. What a coincidence that oat milk is always "sold out" at German McDonald's... or is it intentional, and people don't even order it? Then, out of four items ordered, one is forgotten. And last but not least: the staff is unfriendly and doesn't even apologize for the situation.

I can only agree with the other reviewers. First, half of the food was forgotten, then instead of a latte macchiato, only a cappuccino was served. The staff is sometimes completely overwhelmed.

The ambience is really nice and the operators have done a really great job purely in terms of design. However, I have never experienced in Germany that I had to order my food in English because the employees didn't understand me and I didn't speak German. Unfortunately, the staff is not informed about the menu and relies on the vouchers. If you order event products, most of them don't even know what they are. Food is becoming smaller and smaller and tastes more and more artificial. Unfortunately very negative experience.

I regularly go to MC Drive in Kirchheim/Teck with my wife and child. It's like a lottery game. Do I get cold fries or do I get hot fries. You have to be lucky. I chose the Big Tasty. My wife and child want something different. I configured my Big Tasty and ordered a meat patty. So there should be two in the burger. Paid and there are 2 patties on the bill. I then drive home and for the third time I realize that only one patty was used. It's a shame that you get ripped off like that.

The backdrop is much too loud and the staff just get the glasses without having to look for one, if they even get one at all, so on the whole the staff is overwhelmed

45min before closing time, I go there by foot to order, and they told me only drive thru is working. I was in 20 other McDonald's in my life but this is first time I experienced this. Also, there is trash everywhere on parking like bins don't exist. Same inside, totall mess.

2025: Even worse, how can an order take more than 1 hour 2024: Used to be the best MC around. Today it's a shadow of its former self. Since the old team left, there's been nothing going on here. Something is always missing, cold fries, orders take up to 30 minutes. McCafe coffee variants are available from fully automatic machines. The store is now a shadow of its former self.
