The branch is a bit dated. The service is excellent; you can order at the terminals, which makes the whole process much more pleasant and relaxed. It's always clean and relatively quiet, so you get your order quickly. There's plenty of parking, and it's in a fairly quiet location.

Completely unacceptable. We were just at Burger King and I ordered a meal. According to the display, my meal was supposed to be prepared next. After a 20-minute wait, I was able to pick it up. The result was an outrage: a cold Big King XXL, cold fries, and the chicken burger was just as cold. What happened there? The kitchen was staffed by two employees who had no clue. One woman was yelling and only working the drive-thru. And the cashier simply wasn't there and then came back with a lame excuse. At the self-order terminals, you press 'Takeout', pay at the register, and your order is prepared for 'Eat In'. You politely tell the cashier you want it to go, whereupon an unfriendly cashier hands you a bag and says, "You can do it yourself." Furthermore, the drinks machine has been out of order for months, and they don't even serve ice cubes. I always enjoyed eating here and was very disappointed!

I'm really disappointed and, to be honest, pretty angry. I paid €21 for it. The app shows the burgers as huge, fresh, and delicious, but in reality, you get small, carelessly thrown-together burgers that barely resemble the pictures. It's almost deceptive because you expect something completely different from what you end up getting. I'm really disappointed because I used to like Burger King, but after this experience, I'm just annoyed. This is how you lose customers, and permanently.

The slide has been removed. The food... the meat tasted watery. Kindergartens are only available cold. The kids' snacks were missing. The kids' fries were so old they were simply inedible. The fries for the adults were fresh, though. My child ate half a cheeseburger, fries, and apple juice, and then spit EVERYTHING out in the car. She's not a spit-up child; she didn't spit as a baby, and she didn't spit as a 3-year-old either. So we won't be visiting this chain a second time.

10/19/2025 I was here again today after a long time and immediately regretted it. I ordered 6 chili cheese nuggets, 6 flame wings and 1 Coke. There were two employees behind the counter. The employee took my order and said it would take 10 to 15 minutes and handed me my receipt with a number on it. At the top of the board my number appeared next to "In process". 20 seconds later it jumped to "Ready to enjoy", and the employee called out my number and said it was ready. What can I say, I put out my Coke, sat down at a table and started on the chili cheese nuggets, which were cold. The same thing happened with the flame wings, also cold, and I paid almost 20 euros for them. I could have had a delicious pizza for that money. There should really be a law that allows you to report employees like that. I consider this fraud. Google should finally introduce a system for giving negative stars, or report such reviews directly to a regulatory authority, where such businesses can be inspected and customers protected from such behavior. 20 euros for NOTHING!!! Thanks, Burger King! Unfriendly staff and the noise level is unacceptable. Children run around the restaurant, and you have to be careful not to knock the tablet with the food out of your hand. The staff is incapable of providing even a modicum of peace and quiet. Absolutely unacceptable.

Staff very unfriendly and stressed

I'm stunned. The so-called "Whopper Junior" was a disgrace – a miniature version of a burger that would be considered too small even in a dollhouse. Taste-wise? A tragedy. A soggy bun, carelessly thrown-together greens, and a patty that's probably seen better days. As a decent citizen of this country who earns his living, I expect more respect from consumers! Where are we? This isn't gastronomy, this is an outrage. I've experienced more seasoning in a dry crispbread! This experience was not only disappointing, it was a disgrace for anyone who proudly expects a schnitzel on their plate. Burger King, this is not acceptable. I demand reform – for bigger burgers, better taste, and more honor in the fast-food world!

The lady at the checkout verbally assaulted me just because I was looking around the corner to see if the little boys at the checkout had enough money. I wanted to stand up in case they had, but instead she said, "Why are you looking like that? Is there a problem with you looking like that, the way the sound was? We don't even want to talk about that yet." I hope the complaint goes to headquarters; this is unacceptable.

The food, however, was cold, as was the coffee. By now (around 8 p.m.), I also have severe stomach pain and nausea – I really hope it's nothing serious. The employee at the cash register was very unfriendly and refused to work at the cash register and was very unfriendly just because she didn't want to type anything in because what I wanted wasn't available at the ordering machine. This branch now has the new self-service checkouts but the whole atmosphere and the seats etc. are so old and shabby, which makes it simply nice to eat there. There is also a branch in Filderstadt that is so much nicer and more modern, you should take a leaf out of their book and the air conditioning doesn't work!

We've gotten something from here several times and were always satisfied, but the BK seems run-down now. One vending machine has been out of service for months! And today was the icing on the cake. The takeout order was incomplete! It can't be that difficult to pack 2 fries in the bag when the screen says 2 fries? The burgers were also made with a lot of love 🙄 They looked like they'd been thrown on the floor. It might be trivial to some, but I paid for something and didn't get it! We'll avoid this BK in the future, and I'd rather drive further than go there again. Update 09/08/2025: I actually didn't want to go there again. Burger King's competence department is definitely not working here. On one burger, we swapped the meat patty for a plant-based one. Instead, we got the plant-based version instead of the meat patty. A little extra thought would probably help. When we wanted to return the reusable cups, they asked for the receipt, because apparently it was absolutely necessary. The employee didn't understand that we had the receipt as an e-receipt on our phones and accused us of just taking a photo, which wasn't allowed. But it worked after all—I haven't experienced that at any other Burger King. It's astonishing, in any case, that even at Burger King, they can fall short of expectations. :)

Lukewarm fries Soggy burger Not worth the money!

As for the food, you get what you'd expect as a hungry fast-food junkie. The only problem is that the burgers are often just cold, the cheese looks like it's fresh out of the package, and the classics are often the wrong thing, or you don't even get what you ordered. That has more to do with the service, and it's not good, to say the least. You only have to look at some people's faces and you know you're truly unwelcome and annoying. I'll leave it at that. Okay, a little tip: Sometimes friendliness and a smile don't hurt at all. Otherwise, the place is quite spacious, but is starting to show its age. The drive can be quite exhausting to understand at times, and we're back to the topic of the inner balance of some employees. But as it is, it's nice that there's a BK in Kirchheim. Perhaps the employees' mood depends on the time of day. I haven't tested that yet.

Fries were poorly cooked. A bit dirty inside.

The service was a disaster. Three people behind the counter refused to use the cash register, so you had to order at the screens. One large fries were the same size as one medium. When they asked them about it, they were rude and insulting. The burger bun was cold. A terrible attitude in a company where customer contact is unavoidable.

Unfortunately, I ordered through the drive-thru and didn't look in the bag right away. The junior bag contained old toys and not the dragons that had just been handed out, so my grandson was bound to cry. And then they ask if it's a boy or a girl. Would a boy be happy with an old pink Peppa Pig?

Absolutely disgusting shop! I was there twice and was so unfriendly and then they made mistakes and blamed it on you! I'm never going there again and I don't recommend it!

The service is abysmal, and the branch manager is overwhelmed when I have complaints. That was my last visit to Kirchheim.

Overall, it seems dingy. All the storage compartments were full of used tablets. There were a lot of napkin scraps lying around on the floor. The staff barely spoke proper German. But the food was quite okay by BK standards.

Unfortunately, drinks are not carbonated and warm at the self-service and after complaining, the drinks were filled at the drive-in counter and it was ok

I didn't know the voucher number. I had my cell phone at home. I had to drive 4km home for two bucks. They enter the number hundreds of times. CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY.

VERY BAD! I had to wait quite a long time for my order, which included a large drink but didn't arrive. After repeatedly speaking to various employees who ignored me, I went over to the gas station and bought myself a drink. The outside area was pretty rundown (construction site tape), but the inside was spartan but practical. Two vending machines were broken :( The children's play area was dismantled or broken. At least the staff were very friendly, and the service was good.

The coffee machine doesn't work. There's no ice cream, which is great in the summer. No milkshake either because there's no ice cream. The machine is broken.

Update 4/21/25: I just got the chilli chees burger.... If that's not crap for €4.49, I don't know what is (see picture). You wait forever, the drink machine is broken. If a customer just wanted water, she was told no, there's no such thing. So since I've known the store, it's currently at its lowest point. Not to mention old cheeseburgers that I've had a few times now. Something is often forgotten during the drive. The store is closed with the owner/current management team.

First problem was the app that didn't feature online ordering. We went to order in the drive through, there they had a pretty old looking paper on which it said: no card payment. Online it says that it is possible to pay with card. Waiting time wasnt long, food was typical for bk. Also got an vanilla milkshake instead of a chocolate one :) Not going there again and also for all of the introverted people: u have to talk to them. No order terminals inside. I went to Burger King today and I really love it! The food was fresh, hot and delicious – the fries were crispy and the burgers were cooked perfectly. The service was also friendly and quick. In addition, the restaurant was clean and cozy, a pleasant atmosphere for eating.

It's a nice place to grab something to eat on the go. Unfortunately, the accompaniments to the coffee, such as muffins etc., are quite expensive and the selection is limited. Reusable dishes like those in bakeries would be better. But otherwise very nice staff and nice atmosphere.

Unfortunately it's probably the worst Burger King I've eaten at in the area. They try to give it another chance every few years, but as you can see, nothing changes here. The last time we drove through the drive in, they simply forgot a burger and instead of a large fries and riffled potatoes we got a small fries. The second time we drove through the drive in and ordered a burger and a strawberry milkshake, we got a burger and a vanilla milkshake (I hate vanilla) this time we sat down at the terminal and waited 5 minutes at the checkout until someone cashed me in. About 30 minutes later we were finally able to pick up the food. Instead of the chicken rap and BBQ rap we ordered, we got two beef wraps and one was completely overflowing with jalapenjos, the drinks felt half frozen despite the fact that we didn't have any ice cream in them. Since I didn't eat the rap, there were cold riffled potatoes and... over-salted fries and no, I didn't want to be the next one standing at the dresen and complaining about what didn't fit, there were already two people standing there discussing it ✌️

Card payment was constantly broken, lettuce on burgers was no longer green, the fries were dry and dark yellow (I don't know when the oil was last changed). Staff very unprofessional and slow. With the drive I had to scream to be understood, probably the micro was bad or defective. This all happens with one order, so I had to get rid of it.

I had the pleasure of eating at Burger King today and all I can say is that it was an outstanding experience! I would particularly like to highlight Mr. Gobalekrishnan who served us during our visit. He was extremely friendly, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was fresh and tasty, as you would expect from Burger King. Mr. Gobalekrishnan made our visit special with his positive attitude and excellent service. Thank you for the great support – I'll definitely be back!

We ate in the restaurant with four people. None of the menu was as warm or freshly prepared as one would expect. However, one portion of fries was so lukewarm that we had to complain. The worn seat cushions made a shabby impression. The food was of the tried and tested Burger King quality BUT we had to ask the counter for improvements several times: we sometimes received the wrong drinks sizes, dips/sauces were missing. In the end we discovered that the squeezes were missing from the kids menu - when we asked, we were told that they were out and that we didn't get an alternative. I was at Burger King in Kirchheim 5 minutes ago and ordered 9 nuggets. To my surprise, there was a chili cheese ball in the package, even though I have a cheese allergy.
