Been back here for a long time and very disappointed: sticky floor, untidy and not even the cheese on the burger melted. It doesn't work at all.

Terrible. 20 minutes waiting time for a standard order. Overworked employees. Unmaintained sanitary facilities. If you can, you should give this restaurant a wide berth.

The worn seat cushions made a shabby impression. The food was of the tried and tested Burger King quality BUT we had to ask the counter for improvements several times: we sometimes received the wrong drinks sizes, dips/sauces were missing. In the end we discovered that the squeezes were missing from the kids menu - when we asked, we were told that they were out and that we didn't get an alternative. Thanks, it's not like it's part of the menu... Run to the checkout countless times and demand repairs and interrupt your meal. At the end you get a stupid comment because the squeezes are a gift... Never ever!!!

I was at Burger King in Kirchheim 5 minutes ago and ordered 9 nuggets. To my surprise, there was a chili cheese ball in the package, even though I have a cheese allergy. That was very dangerous for me. In addition, the nuggets tasted old, as if they had been fried 3-4 times. The shell was extremely strong and thick, and there was hardly any meat left inside. I waited at the counter for my order for 17 minutes, which I found to be quite long. However, it is important to emphasize: the staff cannot do anything about it. They have all been very hardworking and I appreciate their efforts. My thoughts are with you and I hope that the conditions will improve soon.

The toilet smells nastier than a train station toilet. The service leaves a lot to be desired. Instead of a large chip, a small chip was packed. Actually a Burger King that brings you what you order and even without food poisoning (it happened twice). Toilets have been very clean so far and the service has been fine too.

There wasn't much going on in the restaurant so no stress or anything like that. Ordered 3x hamburgers, 1x cheeseburger, 1x large, 1x small fries and 1x King Shake strawberry to take away. We got 4x cheeseburgers (3x but hamburger ticked), large fries were completely missing and instead of strawberries we were surprised to get a vanilla shake. To our delight... everything is cold! Disappointing.

Keine Kartenzahlung. Kaltes Restaurant. Lauwarme Burger trotz angeblicher frischer Zubereitung. Später doch starke Flatulenzen bekommen. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Mit Service und Freundlichkeit wird hier sehr gespart. Man merkt förmlich das das arbeiten nur Mittel zum Zweck ist. Im Drive in sollte man immer seine Bestellung kontrollieren, es wird gern mal was vergessen. Und auch hier wird mit einer Entschuldigung gern gegeizt. In allem sehr ausbaufähig!

Gewohnte Buger King Qualität. Was mir aber besonders gefallen hat, ist der SB Getränkeautomat mit seiner Vielfalt an Softdrinks. Personal war sehr freundlich und lustig drauf. Gerne wieder.

Wenn in der Mittagszeit (12 Uhr) nur eine Person zum bedienen und eine Person in der Küche da und dabei alle Rutschen leer sind, ist es mit fast bei Fastfood nicht mehr weit her. Dann ist beim Cheeseburger das Fleisch lauwarm und der Käse kalt weil man hudeln muss. Getränkeautomat ist auch nicht sonderlich gut eingestellt.

Die Cola aus dem Automat schmeckt nicht, viel zu arg nach Zitrone! Sollte mal richtig eingestellt werden! Qualität und Menge gleichbleibend, Preise steigen aber stetig.

Pommes kalt, Brötchen nicht aufgebacken , schmeckte ekelhaft nicht zu empfehlen Das einzig gute war die Cola.

War nur zum Toilettengang hier, Toilette ist soweit ganz bequem. Essen ist eben wie bei jedem anderen Burger King.

Statt Erdbeermilchshacke Vanillemilchshacke erhalten. Bürger bun trocken. Auf Bild Mozarella in Wirklichkeit Zwiebeln beim Veggie Menü. Statt Pommes Country-Potatos bekommen. Die Sitze waren teilweise kaputt.

Leider war der Spielplatz trotz schönem Wetter geschlossen. Die Kinder waren sehr traurig. Auch die Spielecke bzw Computer Ware nicht zu benutzen. Essen war ok.

Immer mal wieder gut, nur die Plakatierung für das angebotene sollte überdacht werden, mangelhafte Plakatierung was es überhaupt gibt, man muss die App herunterladen um das Angebot anzuschauen! Das geht besser!!

Man muss deutlich mehr Zeit mitbringen, als in andern BK Restaurants. Aber alles lecker und sauber.

Amerikanisch Fastfood...Die haben auch nicht das Rad neu erfunden. Es ist ganz ok - im Vergleich zum M Weil das Gleich auf offener Flamme gegrillt wird und nicht auf einem Blech... Die Sterne Abzug für die Gemütlichkeit vor Ort und das öfters mal Burger/Soßen vergessen werden.

Haben im Drive in eingekauft. Die Pommes waren eine Katastrophe noch halbroh wahrscheinlich neben der Fritteuse oder dem Backofen gelegen, die angepriesen Saucen fehlten ganz. Die Zwiebelringe waren labbrig. Alles in allem Fehlgriff. Nach meiner Reklamation sollte ich neue Pommes abholen, dass habe ich aber sein gelassen.

Könnte man 0 Sterne bei Ambiente geben würde ich die hier geben. Der Laden macht mittlerweile einen miserablen Eindruck. Die Toiletten und Waschbecken sind öfter defekt als in Ordnung. Seife findet man auch eher selten... der Aussenbereich wurde in den letzten Jahren auch nur mäßig gepflegt. Überall im und am Laden sieht es alt und ungepflegt aus. Am drive arbeiten (aus meiner Erfahrung) meist die mit den schlechtesten Deutsch Kenntnissen. Es wird fast immer etwas vergessen oder falsch gemacht. Ich gehe wenn es mal Fastfood sein muss nicht mehr zu diesem Laden sondern zur deutlich besseren Konkurrenz an der Autobahn. Ach und auf Kritik per Mail wird nicht reagiert...
