We were at the Shell gas station in Kirchheim unter Teck shortly after 11 p.m. on October 20, 2025. Since we wanted to fill up with V-Power diesel, we lined up at the appropriate pumps and waited. Instead of attending to customers, both employees stood in the entrance area, smoking or vaping (questionable at a gas station anyway) and chatting with several young men. After about five minutes, one of the employees finally came over to us and asked what we were waiting for. When we explained that we wanted to fill up with V-Power, she simply said she would inform the "owners." Another three minutes later, one of the young men started to drive his car away from the pump—obviously an acquaintance of the employees. An apology or a friendly word? None. Precisely because Shell is usually more expensive than other gas stations, I expect at least good service and a modicum of professionalism. Instead, we had the impression that private conversations were more important than the customers. Very disappointing and absolutely not the standard one would expect from a gas station in this chain.

Not even filling up the air is free.

Parking is ok. Price is 30 euros. 20 for food. No choice. Pay 3.50 for a shower + 1 for entry and only if you have a card you can pay twice Water for 6 minutes and that's including the sink. Time ran out and so did the water. How so? Or maybe Germany was divided into continents

And here you are very impudent. You take advantage of the fact that there are few parking lots, and your service is bad, in terms of food for drivers. In the evening you will not be able to eat, but you will not forget to take money for parking. Complete dislike on all points, I will not come again and will not recommend it to anyone.

It's dirty inside, a shower costs 3.5 euros plus you pay 1 euro to go there (toilet area), a shower for that money is only 6 minutes. In a word, a swamp.

This truck stop is pure fraud against truck drivers. €20 food + €10 parking for the night. Showers cost an extra €3.50 + admission €1. If you eat for €18, for example, you don't even get the rest of the money. It's a real scam and way too overpriced. Besides, you can only pay by card. So I'm going to report this!!!! I'm furious. Truck drivers can't park at a certain time, and this is being mercilessly exploited here...🤨💴💴💴

Friday 22.30 went to the Christmas tree, 4th place. The country is always busy no matter where I go. In the morning I went to pay, it costs 30 euros a day. 3 days 90 euros. 60 euros refund. I paid with a visa card. But then he said that DKV also started working.

Parking costs 30 euros 20 vouchers. Toilet 1 euro. You can get water for free at the vendor's window. Good food in the restaurant. It's Shell but you can't pay with a Shell fleet card, absurd. Only dkv and Visa. Nice service at the station and in the restaurant. Washing machines and a dryer are available from the KFC side

It does not accept DKW, but in the DKW program it is marked that it accepts the DKW card, there is no fuel to drive further, remove your gas station from the program and do not fool the drivers

It used to be a great truck stop but it's no longer worthy of being described as such 🤷🏻‍♂️ Parking 20 euros!!!!🤔unbelievably clear 10 euros consumption but the food you get for it in my case baked goods were harder like cement and inedible I then basically threw the 10 euros in the trash!!! Unfortunately no more Hermes, filling up the tank and dropping off packages was always great. Now I hardly ever stop to fill up because the competition is closer :-(

The facility appears very clean. €20 is charged for a long break. Showering costs an extra €3.50. The shower is unsuitable for people with a large body. The food at KfC is average.

Parking 20 EUR, entry to the restaurant 10 EUR, food delicious and great, and a very nice lady in the restaurant from Poland. Close to the city and shops, there is a place to go for a walk 👌

Here my wallet was stolen by a cashier. The police were there, a report was filed, and the cashier admitted the crime on the spot. I got my wallet back, but not with the full amount of cash that was originally in it. What annoys me the most is that I haven't received the money back yet.

20 euros 10 for the bar, noisy parking lot, I do not recommend it

Якщо є можливість, оминайте цей паркінг. За 20 євро, ви отримаєте постійний шум, гучну музику, легкові машини їздять навколо вантажівок, молодь розважається. Поряд постійно щось гупає. Не рекомендую цей паркінг. Приїхала молодь з гучною музикою, заблокувала виїзд своїм автомобілем. Касир відмовилася допомогти і викликати поліцію щоб розблокувати виїзд

20€ сутки, возврат 10€ купоном на еду, выбора еды нет, сэндвичи и бутерброды. Душ 5€, за это вы получаете 6 минут холодной (комнатной температуры) воды, туалет 1€. Набрать воду в канистру негде. Одна звезда, это очень много для этой клоаки... очередной пример, показывающий всю жадность, алчность арийской нациии и отношение к водителям в Германии.

Leider vom einstigen Highlight zur absolut allerletzten Bude abgestürzt!!! Alles total überteuert, unfreundliches (ausländisches) Personal und noch nicht mal auf Frittenbude Niveau. Das Konzept wird nicht aufgehen! Am besten ihr zieht auf den Bahnhof Stuttgart 21 um und macht einen Imbiss auf! Schade für diesen Autohof.Katastrophe!!!

Top Toiletten. So muss das sein. Kostet 1€, 0,5€ Guthaben beim Einkauf. Aber das ist ok, wenn alles so hervorragend sauber ist.

Not too far off the Autobahn, but a bit of an involved route and access/exit. Was no wait at pump or cash till when I was there. Toilets ok but could have been a bit cleaner.

Моя думка погано мало місця для фур ціна висока 20€ з них 10 на жахливий ресторан з грубим німецьким персоналом обману мене я не вспів зробити бо кінця заказ вона вже пробила в результаті одна піца вийшла 9.90€ а друга піца така сама + кава 16.10€ хоч сама кава 3.20€ кава до речі огидна. Душ 4€ за 6 хвилин душ та туалет чисті персонал на заправці привітний

Moin zusammen Habe den Autohof gestern 🚚besucht, und muss echt sagen das 5 Sterne verdient sind Mitarbeiter nett , Service Kraft kümmert sich um die Sanitäranlagen alles top 🚿🚽 Essen ist sehr lecker 🥩🥘und frisch zubereitet.🍺 Es gibt Menschen die zu schnell etwas verurteilen und später es merken😂( im Leben nicht alles schlecht reden 🫣🥴 Also zum Punkt ; der Autohof ist echt zum empfehlen komme gerne wieder 👍

Die Zapfsäulen sind schon sehr nah beinander... Zudem sind 70ct für's Klo ziemlich happig. Auch wenn man sich das Örtchen mit KFC teilt. Gewinnmaximierung trägt eben nicht zur Kundenzufriedenheit bei.

Tiszta mosdó ès fürdő 4 euro. Parkolás 20 euro, ebből ètteremben 10 euro használható fel. Az ètterem árai nagyon kedvezőek. Parkoló nem szemetes... takarítják.

20 € a parkolás ,amiből az éteremben levasarolhatsz 10 €.... más autohfban parkoltam 12 euróért...amiböl kávé ,szendvics , és zuhanyzo(összesen 10 €) levásorható volt....lehet egy kicsit drága🙂

2 Ladesäulen von EnBw mit 5 Anschlüssen, 4 CCS und leider nur 1 CHAdeMO ... diesen könnte es ruhig öfter geben! Aber hier funktioniert wenigstens alles 👍👍👍😊😎

Die Preise sind deutlich über dem üblichen Autohofniveau. Gegen das Personal kann man wenig gerechtfertigte Kritik äußern. Die umgebenen Räumlichkeiten und der gebotene rundherum Service bieten allerdings deutlichen Anlass zu Verbesserungen.

E-Auto-Ladeplätze sind gut einsehbar und erreichbar. Kaum Ruhe wegen hohen Durchsatz auch beim daneben liegenden KFC.

Прекрасный автохоф! 14 эвро сутки, возврат 10 на все , что есть в магазине кроме пром товара. В выходные туалет бесплатно , душ 3 эвро , вода есть , магазины : Эдека и Алди в десяти минутах. Паркинг чистый и спокойный. Возле мусорных баков не паркуйтесь , .. вам принесут всё , баки маленькие. В субботу после обеда стать будет сложновато.

Четвёртый раз здесь стою И в этот раз разочаровался Кафе работает только до 19:00,если приехать с расчётом покушать после рабочего дня ,то вам светит только сосиска или бутерброды Дали сосиски но не положили соус ,может надо было самому брать,но я не местный В следующий раз буду искать место получше Но для автохофа с именем shell,это низкий уровень 2 только из-за наличия туалета
