Well organized but despite everything completely overcrowded on weekends!

It's McDonald's. Staff is very friendly.

What a run down McDonald's. Dirty, partially defective ordering devices, displays defective, seats defective. Toilets appalling. Staff neutral.

Since the renovation, you now have to wait twice as long for your food, and not just in this branch. It's a shame it only benefited the company but not the customer. And please, dear McDonald's, reintroduce the old Mc Chicken, which still had spice 01/26/2025 the condition of the toilets is sick...how can you leave them so dirty? The hand blower probably hasn't been cleaned for years, the deposit is already 1cm thick. Who wants to put their hands in it? Well, unfortunately the rest of the toilet isn't any better. I'm assuming it hasn't been properly cleaned once since it opened

Employees are unfriendly and don't speak German. You have to wait far too long for food even though the shop is empty. The burgers are simply thrown together and not properly topped. Employees are incompetent. Always stomach pain after eating. Drinks are only half felt

The staff seems to lose concentration when there is a lot going on. Ordered the burger electronically without cucumbers and still had cucumbers on the burger. If even the simplest things don't work, it says a lot about this branch. I will avoid them in the future.

Food tastes so delicious here. (Insider tip: chicken nuggets, fries and a sweet and sour cheeseburger) The food has never disappointed me and I eat here every two weeks. The service is mostly friendly, but sometimes average. Which is okay. The ambience is ok. It's just McDonald's atmosphere.

I really loved the GLOBUS meatloaf roll – and the price is unbeatable! Only €1, it feels like a little journey back in time to the era of the legendary McDonald's €1 menu. 🤤🤤

Food actually as expected at McDonalds. The employee seemed stressed at the McDrive counter and couldn't be heard well. Everything was ok when paying. A little waiting time. And I think it's expensive... but it's probably like that everywhere now (when you go out to eat).

I went to MC Drive in the evening and really had to pull myself together not to get angry. The man at the counter was very rude and seemed very annoyed when I had to think for 2 seconds about what drink I wanted. My ice cream, which I had ordered, was handed to me in liquid form, which spilled all over the inside of the car door when I handed it over. My whole hand was full of ice and the nice gentleman just shrugged his shoulders and closed the window in my face.

Food didn't taste like anything and was cold. NOT RECOMMENDED

One of the best McDonald's, fast service, ample parking. There are always souvenirs in the package for children, unlike other restaurants in the center. Convenient terminals for ordering and paying, spacious halls and a playground for children

Digga, how do you manage to do 3 things wrong with a cheeseburger. 1. no cheese 2. salad on it 3. no onions.

I ate at McDonald's today, I actually like eating at them, but I waited 20 minutes for my order and then the whole thing was wrong and there was no compensation, very disappointing. I didn't get a Monopoly code for my last order either

I recently tried the new McFlurry here – it was super delicious! The team is always friendly and the store is always clean. It's really fun to eat here, especially with the delicious desserts. I'll definitely come by more often.

And we didn't receive the missing order. So RUDE and disrespectful. After asking for your name, you got a "It's none of your business." Perhaps the employees should be trained in friendliness, politeness, manners, etc. The toilets are disgusting!!!!!! You couldn't get in because of the smell!!!!!

I always like it best at table 29. So I hope that other guests sit down at another table. The service is good and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is prepared conscientiously.

Quite OK, but the delivery was an absolute disgrace when it came to the distance. But Rellingen does not deliver to Bönningstedt even though it is the same distance. Even the Lieferando drivers find this strange. The owner should urgently think about it!

Don't even know where to start... Staff more than unfriendly! Eating there is comparable to eating on the floor in the shed. The receipt was not available because the roll was empty... of course there was no answer when I asked. I usually don't expect much from McDonald's... but at least the fact that you don't have to choose when you enter the store... would be nice

Employees tried hard, but were very poorly organized. Every guest had to wait at least half an hour for their food. We got our food after 45 minutes. Order sheets were mixed up at times... Many ordered items were forgotten and therefore had to be handed over to the complaining guests from time to time.

Unfortunately, I had to witness a deaf guest ordering food at the terminal and then waiting the whole time for his number to be shown on the display. In fact, you only announced the number acoustically. By the time we noticed, the food had long since become lukewarm. I always take my food to go and always find that numbers don't appear on the screen. Dear McDonald's team, think about the fact that this system is also an important help for some people. So use it too!!! The information display is no longer in use at all. So it's gotten even worse. I really don't think it's nice. Today I had to wait almost an hour, and not just me, for the order.

Typical McDonald's for some time now in a new style with ordering kiosks and table service. The McCafe has since been dismantled. The last time we visited, the toilets were completely filthy. Even though table service was ordered using the app, nothing came. When asked, the only reply was “I’m alone here”. No apology, nothing. The monitor that displays the finished orders was also broken. We were here on a Saturday, the guests were standing in the cash register area as if something was being given for free. No display board for the numbers. The staff is mercilessly overwhelmed, and table service is probably only available for VIP customers.

Haven't been to McDonald's in a long time! It was also the last time! I ordered an MC menu and waited and watched the food being prepared! Nobody wears gloves, nobody wears a hat, an employee packs up two garbage bags in the kitchen, comes back, doesn't wash his hands and uses the same hands to put cheese on burgers! Sorry, there are really good alternatives, it doesn't work that way! Sorry but you have to expect that in every restaurant!

Food was better than other branches I've been to lately. Everything was freshly prepared and delicious.

Food was good, but the toilets and the cleanliness of the dining room were subpar. Leftover food everywhere on the floor, overcrowded delivery stations and hardly a table without traces of ketchup...then we ate in the car...that's just not possible

I was there and the burger was completely moldy, everything was missing except the drink and the fries and there were only 15 chicken nuggets in the 20 chicken nuggets box. I was there five times and always had the same experience.

They forgot 6 pieces of sauce at my place, which is very annoying. You can't eat the food without sauce. They keep forgetting things and I don't notice until I get home. This is all a real shame. 6 x chilli sauce was simply not given.

Typical Mcdonald. However, the McCafé is a joke. There is a 50cm wide counter with muffins and dounats. There is coffee but no lactose-free milk, no chai or anything like that. Very slimmed down. The food on site is ok. Toilets, as is often the case Moderately clean. But it's a pretty cool playground, with a small climbing wall and a slide that isn't broken.

Behind the counter area were many hard-working (mostly female) employees with presumably a southern immigrant background. They were extremely nice and polite. The shift manager (male, also with a migrant background) treated the employees very roughly. In my opinion, his facial expressions and gestures towards his employees were also unacceptable.

Unfortunately there are no name tags otherwise you could address the young lady in the yellow shirt personally. The simplest things when ordering were simply overlooked and when we pointed them out, the lady became unfriendly, disinterested and snotty. The next time she asked for a few extra napkins, she simply turned around and ignored the request. Young lady, if you don't enjoy your job and you don't know what good service means, you should stay at home and leave your job to the people who would enjoy doing this job and would be grateful for it! This Mäggers on Hörgensweg, in the Gewerbehof in Hamburg, has CONTINUED TO BE THE PUREEST HOUSE STABLE OVER SEVERAL SPORADIC VISITS!!!! The social housing residents there and the half-strong BMW/Audi tuning pumpers on the corner are certainly also responsible for the fact that the entire parking lot is full of garbage because you are simply too lazy or feel too cool to clear away the garbage and leave everything in the parking lot where you stood leaves. However, the fact that many tables have all sorts of things stuck to the edge under the surface - many bench surfaces are now repeatedly covered in sauces - and worst of all - you come out of the toilets with dirtier fingers freshly washed as you get in because toilet paper and towels are soggy everywhere and Lying on the toilet bowl across the floors, urinals and even in the sink because other guests behave like pigs is just DISGUSTING! Service was ok. O. Missing food was provided later. Unfortunately, the burgers and fries were brought directly to the table only lukewarm and the interior was moderately busy - we won't be going there again for the time being. BAH 🤮. The operator should take urgent action here and, given the volume of traffic/orders there, employ at least one professional cleaner for the restaurant and the parking lot during the peak period from midday to evening. And provide significantly more large folding trash cans in the parking area. Otherwise, the next wrong guest will probably get the health department(!). After all, the store would have to be a small goldmine economically (!) just because of its location right at the junction between the B4, A23 and A7. As a result of the littering, other guests shouldn't be surprised by cheeky seagulls and, as a result, scratched car paint. There is food on the street 👍. A pity. A family of four ate here this Sunday afternoon around 4-5 p.m. for around €50.
