Food was good, but the toilets and the cleanliness of the dining room were subpar. Leftover food everywhere on the floor, overcrowded delivery stations and hardly a table without traces of ketchup...then we ate in the car...that's just not possible

1. The food distribution took almost 20 minutes, which was catastrophic given that there were hardly any customers there. 2. Staff standing behind the counter looking absolutely awkward and not getting the orders right. 3. The screen that is for the customer to see what their order is is ignored by the staff and the numbers shown are simply pressed and you have no overview of your order apart from the indistinct exclamation from the lady in front. 08/23/24 around 8 p.m. probably shortly before shift change, absolute disaster staff.

Very strange waiting concept. You should wait at the front by the camera and only drive through when they say so. Then pay immediately and move on straight away... why all the hustle and bustle?? It's been like this for months... It's annoying!

I was there and the burger was completely moldy, everything was missing except the drink and the fries and there were only 15 chicken nuggets in the 20 chicken nuggets box. I was there five times and always had the same experience.

They forgot 6 pieces of sauce at my place, which is very annoying. You can't eat the food without sauce. They keep forgetting things and I don't notice until I get home. This is all a real shame. 6 x chilli sauce was simply not given.

Typical Mcdonald. However, the McCafé is a joke. There is a 50cm wide counter with muffins and dounats. There is coffee but no lactose-free milk, no chai or anything like that. Very slimmed down. The food on site is ok. Toilets, as is often the case Moderately clean. But it's a pretty cool playground, with a small climbing wall and a slide that isn't broken.

You absolutely cannot stay outside. Why is smoking allowed outside when there is a children's play area? Customers absolutely inconsiderate. You can definitely get food with cigarette smoke there.

Unfortunately, some fries were still raw and others were slightly fried. Since we were very hungry, we only kept a couple left to show so that the staff would pay more attention to the next customer. Behind the counter area were many hard-working (mostly female) employees with presumably a southern immigrant background. They were extremely nice and polite. The shift manager (male, also with a migrant background) treated the employees very roughly. In my opinion, his facial expressions and gestures towards his employees were also unacceptable.

I've been here several times and so far I've never been disappointed. I never actually had to wait, but I was also rarely there at typical meal times. Since it is a bit out of the way, there will probably never be a line that is too long. There is definitely enough parking space.

Food is like everywhere else at Mac Donalds. What I'm upset about is the men's toilet, whoever designed it must be a skinny man. To go to the toilet I almost have to climb into the toilet because the door opens into the toilet. Honestly, it's not possible now

We were there on Saturday. It wasn't that busy at all. Still, it was super dirty and the waitress who was supposed to do table service just put the food on an empty table because she didn't even look for ours. Underground

The “nice” lady laughed in my face when I complained that I had waited 15 minutes for my food and then my order wasn’t even ready. Completely incompetent staff who hardly speak German or English.

Good, friendly service doesn't seem to be very important here... Were there on the night of May 26th. around 1 a.m. there... Unfortunately there are no name tags otherwise you could address the young lady in the yellow shirt personally. The simplest things when ordering were simply overlooked and when we pointed them out, the lady became unfriendly, disinterested and snotty. The next time she asked for a few extra napkins, she simply turned around and ignored the request. Young lady, if you don't enjoy your job and you don't know what good service means, you should stay at home and leave your job to the people who would enjoy doing this job and would be grateful for it! If anyone in charge reads this and is interested, they should really have a serious word with the young lady! Thank you!

This Mäggers on Hörgensweg, in the Gewerbehof in Hamburg, has CONTINUED TO BE THE PUREEST HOUSE STABLE OVER SEVERAL SPORADIC VISITS!!!! The social housing residents there and the half-strong BMW/Audi tuning pumpers on the corner are certainly also responsible for the fact that the entire parking lot is full of garbage because you are simply too lazy or feel too cool to clear away the garbage and leave everything in the parking lot where you stood leaves. However, the fact that many tables have all sorts of things stuck to the edge under the surface - many bench surfaces are now repeatedly covered in sauces - and worst of all - you come out of the toilets with dirtier fingers freshly washed as you get in because toilet paper and towels are soggy everywhere and Lying on the toilet bowl across the floors, urinals and even in the sink because other guests behave like pigs is just DISGUSTING! Service was ok. O. Missing food was provided later. Unfortunately, the burgers and fries were brought directly to the table only lukewarm and the interior was moderately busy - we won't be going there again for the time being. BAH 🤮. The operator should take urgent action here and, given the volume of traffic/orders there, employ at least one professional cleaner for the restaurant and the parking lot during the peak period from midday to evening. And provide significantly more large folding trash cans in the parking area. Otherwise, the next wrong guest will probably get the health department(!). After all, the store would have to be a small goldmine economically (!) just because of its location right at the junction between the B4, A23 and A7. As a result of the littering, other guests shouldn't be surprised by cheeky seagulls and, as a result, scratched car paint. There is food on the street 👍. A pity. A family of four ate here this Sunday afternoon around 4-5 p.m. for around €50.

I was there today with my children. We ate outside and the kids played on the playground. I think it's a shame that guests and employees come out here and smoke in the playground. In addition, there were no tray return carts outside and no one came out to wipe the tables or inquire about cleanliness during our 45 minute stay.

We ordered food at the drive-thru counter. It was freezing cold, half of it was missing, €33 and the waiting time at the drive-thru was just 25 minutes. That was our last time!

Overall a good branch. It does get a bit “chaotic” from time to time, but that’s more because it’s perhaps impossible to put down a tray. The staff is friendly even in stressful situations. However, one point needs urgent and continuous improvement. Use the system with the pickup numbers. Unfortunately, I had to witness a deaf guest ordering food at the terminal and then waiting the whole time for his number to be shown on the display. In fact, you only announced the number acoustically. By the time we noticed, the food had long since become lukewarm. I always take my food to go and always find that numbers don't appear on the screen. Dear McDonald's team, think about the fact that this system is also an important help for some people. So use it too!!!

The Mc-Doof is a hotspot for all fast food enthusiasts, like me, but after the Hamburger Royal Cheese TS menu I went bald, as can be seen in the picture. Nevertheless, there was a service like no other Mcd near me, which is why the 5/5 stars. The ambience with the ASMR fryer looks very inviting, but the seagulls penetrated me and stole my curly fries.

Der Stamm MC Donalds. Direkt an der A7 mit vielen Parkmöglichkeiten und seit neuestem auch mit eLadesäule. Die Kleinkinder Spielecke ist etwas mau und die WCs sind 3/5 aber immer noch okay. Auch wenn es voll ist behalten die Mitarbeiter den überblick

Das Essen war heute recht kalt, der Boden, die Tische und die Toilette waren schmutzig. Wir sind häufiger hier und kennen es auch anders.

Sehr offen gehalten, sehr hell, ich habe in keinem McDonalds Restaurant eine so tolle und freundliche Beratung gefunden wie hier, einfach eine super tolle Bedienung

Also ich muss sagen die Burger sind ok...Pommes sowieso. Aber der Preis...3,50 Euro für ne Pommes?! Geht es noch? Und dann ist der Laden immer brechend voll. Da wir preislich aber schon so hoch sind, nur 4 Sterne!

Die Toiletten sind eine absolute Katastrophe. Parkplätze, Spielplatz (auch wenn ich da nicht drauf war) Tische, Stühle alles ok. Aber die sanitären Anlagen… ich verstehe das auch einfach gar nicht.

Nur der Drive-in genutzt. Zügige nette Bedienung und frische heiße Burger, gut für Tage mit der kleinen Mahlzeit zwischendurch.

Die Freundlichkeit in dieser McDonalds Filiale lässt zu wünschen übrig, keiner füllt sich angesprochen, und am besten ich kann kein Deutsch. McDonalds ist immer noch ein Dienstleister wo Leute wie du und ich essen wollen, oder auch nicht mehr. Schade

Heute Abend war eine nette Dame , die sofort ihren Kollegen snimierte mich zu bedienen.

McDonald's eben, es ist immer etwas spooky. Die Angestellte, die die Bestellung an den Tisch brachte, hätte weniger Zeitlupe nicht schaffen können. Aber ansonsten durchschnittlich und wie überall.
