McDonald's in Hamburg

Once again, the toys were forgotten at the happy meal. The order itself was not taken correctly. Too little of one thing for too much of what was not ordered. The wait was a bit long, probably because the manager in the yellow shirt favored her friends. I won't be ordering takeout from there again. This is the third time the people here have been incompetent and completely overwhelmed. 45 minutes wait time for three standard meals and a happy meal. Every 200 guests were given priority over the 100. Even people who arrived after us were given priority. The staff urgently needs to be replaced. It's a complete disaster and has nothing to do with fast food.

When you eat at McDonald's, you know what you're getting into. If you do, please steer clear of this branch. Absolutely rude and overwhelmed staff. You can only feel sorry for them, given their tight budget. Orders allegedly don't arrive even though they've been paid for (and thus aren't processed), no table numbers or paper in the machine (if you forget your number, you'll be yelled at), and order wait times of over 45 minutes complete the negative picture. As I said, McDonald's is McDonald's, but please steer clear of the Hörgensweg branch.

The dirtiest toilets in the entire city and have been for years. So I only see it in the car, but I'm tired of that too. I'm not coming back anymore.

Absolute disaster – be careful if you eat vegetarian/vegan! I've ordered plant-based nuggets twice now - and twice McDonald's Hörnsweg simply foisted normal chicken nuggets on me instead! The first time they were still in the plant-based packaging, but this time they didn't even bother - just threw regular nuggets into the bag, hidden at the bottom. I only noticed it when I got home! This is not just bad service, it is simply fraud and even dangerous to the health of people with certain diets or allergies. If you want to rely on getting what you order, go somewhere else. @Team Walraff, there is definitely some research to do here.

Disaster. Waited over half an hour for food, the "table numbers" were everywhere in the store, which is why there were no more at the ordering terminal, which created even more chaos. The apple turnover that was ordered was spontaneously swapped for the chocolate version with the statement that no apple turnovers were ready at the moment. After I asked, my chocolate bag was taken back with a roll of my eyes.

Employees are unfriendly and don't speak German. You have to wait far too long for food even though the shop is empty. The burgers are simply thrown together and not properly topped. Employees are incompetent. Always stomach pain after eating. Drinks are only half felt

The staff seems to lose concentration when there is a lot going on. Ordered the burger electronically without cucumbers and still had cucumbers on the burger. If even the simplest things don't work, it says a lot about this branch. I will avoid them in the future.

Food tastes so delicious here. (Insider tip: chicken nuggets, fries and a sweet and sour cheeseburger) The food has never disappointed me and I eat here every two weeks. The service is mostly friendly, but sometimes average. Which is okay. The ambience is ok. It's just McDonald's atmosphere.

I really loved the GLOBUS meatloaf roll – and the price is unbeatable! Only €1, it feels like a little journey back in time to the era of the legendary McDonald's €1 menu. 🤤🤤

Food actually as expected at McDonalds. The employee seemed stressed at the McDrive counter and couldn't be heard well. Everything was ok when paying. A little waiting time. And I think it's expensive... but it's probably like that everywhere now (when you go out to eat).

I went to MC Drive in the evening and really had to pull myself together not to get angry. The man at the counter was very rude and seemed very annoyed when I had to think for 2 seconds about what drink I wanted. My ice cream, which I had ordered, was handed to me in liquid form, which spilled all over the inside of the car door when I handed it over. My whole hand was full of ice and the nice gentleman just shrugged his shoulders and closed the window in my face.

One of the best McDonald's, fast service, ample parking. There are always souvenirs in the package for children, unlike other restaurants in the center. Convenient terminals for ordering and paying, spacious halls and a playground for children

I ate at McDonald's today, I actually like eating at them, but I waited 20 minutes for my order and then the whole thing was wrong and there was no compensation, very disappointing. I didn't get a Monopoly code for my last order either

I recently tried the new McFlurry here – it was super delicious! The team is always friendly and the store is always clean. It's really fun to eat here, especially with the delicious desserts. I'll definitely come by more often.

I always like it best at table 29. So I hope that other guests sit down at another table. The service is good and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is prepared conscientiously.

The receipt was not available because the roll was empty... of course there was no answer when I asked. Typical McDonald's for some time now in a new style with ordering kiosks and table service. The McCafe has since been dismantled. The last time we visited, the toilets were completely filthy. Haven't been to McDonald's in a long time! It was also the last time! I ordered an MC menu and waited and watched the food being prepared! Nobody wears gloves, nobody wears a hat, an employee packs up two garbage bags in the kitchen, comes back, doesn't wash his hands and uses the same hands to put cheese on burgers! Typical Mcdonald. However, the McCafé is a joke. There is a 50cm wide counter with muffins and dounats. There is coffee but no lactose-free milk, no chai or anything like that. Very slimmed down. The food on site is ok. Toilets, as is often the case Moderately clean. But it's a pretty cool playground, with a small climbing wall and a slide that isn't broken.
