This McDonalds is clean and cozy. This McDonalds made us feel like driving to Switzerland again. We even think that without this stop we would not have arrived at our final destination.

The toilets are always dirty 😕. Whenever we order to get them as a package, apart from the fact that they take too long without being crowded, in the end they forget half of them which we discover at home. Unfortunately we don't live close by to come back.😡

There are virtually no vouchers, which is not visible in the app. Ordering machine is so poorly built that mobile phone payments with NFC are virtually impossible. Very expensive

The food is fine and there's never been a long wait. And it's nice that they're open late for night owls. But they really need to fix the fly problem. There are flies *everywhere* as you try to eat. Please get some bug lights or something to deal with this. It really ruins the atmosphere.

Charming restaurant with a very good location close to the highway and lots of food options. The main area was quite clean but unfortunately the toilets were dirty and one was not working.

Every time, literally EVERY time, when I order takeout from this McDonald's, something is missing from the menu or put in the bag incorrectly. Shrimp have been missing, sauces have been mixed up, and I haven't had a single Happy Meal there that wasn't missing a toy. Much to my daughter's chagrin. I'm avoiding this McDonald's from now on. I'm tired of having to check everything every time I receive the bag.

You can agree with the many other reviews. You're just amazed at what you can do with a McDonald's. Very modern furnishings and a great feel-good atmosphere. An exemplary store for the brand. My food was prepared quickly, the restaurant was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Food cold 🥶 after we observed that our food was waiting for at least 5-8 minutes for someone to bring it to our table (table service booked) The joke is that three employees look at the tray and discuss where the 4th is to bring it to the table! Just ridiculous! No one there does what they have to do anymore! And the shift manager or whatever you call it also shows the employees and prefers to look for the 4 mentioned above. McDonald's tip for all of you who were behind the counter today at 10 p.m. Get out! It can only get better 😉 P.s the 4th man should be paid well! He keeps everything running!

90% of food ordered was relatively fresh. Occasionally fries are medium cold. I don't mind changing them and employees do so but this slows things down.

Fries were okay, chicken burgers were slapped together completely carelessly.

Completely normal McDonald's but even with coupons an extremely poor price-performance ratio! I'm also wondering how I'm supposed to get the cheese sauce from the mini container onto my little burger.

Do I have to turn the music so loud that I have to text my partner?! I do not think so... Otherwise clean friendly and is becoming more and more expensive..

There is no discount without an app, even though there is a promotion. Annoying.

Burgers and fries already cold at table service

We have been to MC again for a long time and are very satisfied. Ordering was very easy and the food came quickly. My McPlant was super fresh, especially there were lots of delicious tomatoes on it. The fries were standard. But McNuggets Plantbased were very juicy and delicious. The only negative point was that we had poor cell phone reception (MEDIONmobile/Aldi Talk).

Very nicely designed. Friendly staff. Clean place. It was just a bit cold in the room and therefore uncomfortable to sit there for a long time.

Make sure if you order that you state that you want your burgers ans fries to be warm and there is gas in your coke.

The food is okay, but way too expensive. For 2 people you can easily spend 25-30€. No refills of drinks possible, only a single vegetarian burger on offer.

Essen... wie fast immer bei Mc, auch hier heiß. Das freundliche Team, die Blumen auf den sauberen Tischen und das an einem Rückreise-Wochende haben uns allerdings ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Danke dafür!

Den Service muss ich hier leider mit 3 Sternen bewerten. Obwohl nicht viel los war und die Mitarbeiter gesehen haben, dass ich, als 1 Gast von 2, sehr lange auf mein Essen gewartet habe. Immerhin hatte sich dann ein Mitarbeiter, bei der Übergabe meines Essen zum mitnehmen, für die lange Wartezeit entschuldigt.

Die Vorabbestellungen sind eine feine Sache, kein langes Warten oder nerviges Bestellen am drive in mehr! Coupons aus der App lassen sich recht leicht aktivieren, gesammelte Punkte direkt und einfach einlösen. Das Essen war wie immer und wie erwartet, Mitarbeiterin war freundlich und konnte die vorab getätigte Bestellung sofort aufrufen. Perfekt für den Heimweg 👍

Wir haben in der App vorbestellt und mussten nur einen Code am Schalter sagen. Essen war ein paar Minuten später fertig. Finde ich eine tolle Sache. Man kann einfach Zuhause oder im Auto bequem vorbestellen ohne gestresste Autofahrer hinter einem.

Eines der besseren Restaurants der Kette. Sauber, immer genügend Parkplätze , schnell, freundlicher Service. Die Burger sind korrekt zubereitet und lange genug erhitzt. Allerdings ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei (allen) Mc Donalds zwischenzeitlich eher schlecht, weshalb es nicht die volle Punktzahl gibt..

Das WC obwohl frisch geputzt roch immernoch Strange.

Super... 😃 Allerdings finde ich es unmöglich dass Reinigungsaktionen stattfinden während Gäste anwesend sind, man muss nicht zu solchen Zeiten den ganzen Aussenbereich unter Wasser setzen und das Mobiliar durch die Gegend feuern, da gibt es mit Sicherheit günstigere Zeitpunkte...

Diese McDonald's liegt auf der Heimfahrt. Sieht sehr gepflegt aus. Wie bei stosszeiten aussieht, das kann ich nicht beurteilen. In der Kategorie gehört zu den größeren. Sauberkeit und vor allem Hygiene ist immer bei Schnellrestaunt ein großes Problem. Diese Filiale ist sehr geräumig, daher haben die keine Platzmangel wie bei vielen anderen kleinen Restaurants der Fall ist. Meine Meinung dazu ist, kann jedem empfehlen, weil ein unzufriedene Gast kommt nicht noch einmal.

Solange kein Schulbus vor einem Bestellt, schneller service!

Das war mal der beste McDonald's in der Bruchsaler Umgebung leider verschlechtert sich er, die Motivation des Personals sinkt und es wird an Zutaten gespart wie es nur geht. Burger furz trocken kaum noch Soße, was macht Ihr damit? Heimlich mit nach Hause nehmen?
