Unfortunately, some of the food wasn't quite right, although the table service was super fast and friendly. Prices are the same as everywhere. Cleanliness was okay. Restrooms were okay. We were just "shared" by a lot of people.

The food is like any other MC. Only I was there with my colleague around 2 a.m., and the staff were incredibly nice and friendly, which isn't typical for that time of day.

The question is what do you have automatic barking machines, stickers on the burgers and the like for if 2 of 3 burgers are prepared incorrectly. It's a shame when you only notice it when you get home and it's even worse that two burgers are now thrown in the bin.

Clean restaurant, toilets are pretty okay, but still ok for a McDonald's. Friendly staff, food was hot and tasted as it should. Parking can be difficult when there is a lot going on on the highway.

I was at McDonald's in Karlsdorf on Friday and would first like to highlight the positive: The pancakes were very tasty and so was the coffee - both fresh and tasty. The staff was also friendly and accommodating, which made the stay pleasant. I liked the atmosphere in the restaurant – clean, modern and inviting. Unfortunately, there was also one clear point of criticism: some of my McMuffins were still half-frozen and therefore hardly edible. I only ate them because I was pretty hungry - I regretted that later in the evening because my stomach was sensitive to it. All in all, the visit was mixed - with very positive aspects, but also a clear lack in the quality of the food.

You get what you want, no more, no less. This is the good McDonald’s or worse but definitely. The quality is always the same in nine out of ten branches and I also think it's good that we have a breakfast menu.

Very average tbh. Cup of klein coffee from mc cafe is 200ml almost of waterish substance. Make it 100ml but coffee. Burgers are not felt fresh, more like mass, flattens in hands.

There is a truck stop nearby which is very convenient

Pretty chic for a truck stop, the view is kind of funny. Some electrical devices for the kids were out or damaged. Food came quickly and hot. However, one donut was not fresh - hard and dry as a fart. The staff was a pleasure, nice, courteous - I would like that in every branch.

I made a quick stop at this McDonald's on the way home from Hamburg. The food was generally okay, but unfortunately they forgot a few things when I ordered, which of course isn't ideal, especially if you're only there to pick up and have to drive on - in my case directly to Switzerland. Of course, that was a bit tedious because I stopped specifically but had to drive off again with the incomplete order. Still, the food itself was fine - typical McDonald's, nothing extraordinary, but solid. The service was friendly and the process itself was quick, but the order was not complete. So overall it was a rather mixed experience, but still okay for a short stop on the journey. I hope that on future visits more attention will be paid to the details. 3 out of 5 stars.

Solid McDonald's visit without any special highlights. The order was prepared quickly and table service was good. The overall cleanliness was decent, especially the toilets were clean and in good condition. Everything went smoothly, but nothing particularly stood out. Good standard, but nothing more.

We regularly take coffee and muffin breaks here. Sometimes very crowded and unfortunately the noise is unbearable. Otherwise a clean McDonald's, as it should be.

We went there in mid December on a trip to North Germany. The food was as you would expect (I had my first McRib in years), but the service and atmosphere were outstanding. It is by far the best experience I had at a McDonald's. It was clean, tables had fresh flowers, staff asked if everything was fine...

I ordered via the app and paid via Paypal. The PayPal app showed me the debit, the cashier didn't want to give me the food I ordered because his cash register was on strike. I'm not happy with the way I'm treated as a customer and I'm supposed to pay twice for the food.

McDonalds 😅 unfortunately we regularly forget products and I think the children's corner is very small and awkward and inconveniently or unpleasantly located in a corner right next to the toilets. The branch has now stood unchanged for several years.

It is located in a place that is a bit difficult to access. The bathroom is well maintained. 4G/5G does not work well inside the store, and even the Wi-Fi provided is unstable.

I have had good experiences with the branch. Very friendly staff and the food is good too. Unfortunately, on my last visit I spent more than 3 hours driving. For this I now have to pay 30 euros to a Berlin (Munich) parking depot. I haven't noticed until now that you can't park there for that long. I didn't see any parking time signs. This detracts from the actually positive impression. I miss the explanation from the parking company (service friendliness) and feel harmed because I didn't hinder anyone or take away a parking space.

My wife and I visited this branch on August 12 around 6 p.m. The first thing I noticed was that the toilets were clean despite the crowds. What was even more striking was the quality of the food delivered. the fries were fresh, hot and plenty of them and the burgers ordered were also hot and very tasty. Reported this to the manager and he immediately called his staff in front and said that they were the ones who ensured that the food was good and he was only providing some supervision.
