Staff totally overwhelmed and also very unfriendly.

I wanted to get something with my mother today at 1 p.m., but the employees just said that everything was broken even though there were people sitting there

It was super busy. But they were helped well. Staff very friendly.

Cool location, free WiFi, great offers, with coupons in the app, what more could you want?! Today the good lady in service in Cloppenburg unfortunately earns a -20, she shuffles slowly across the floor as if she had just gotten out of bed. The food was cold when it arrived at the table. If you don't want to work, you should leave it alone...disaster unfortunately!

The food is like everywhere else, sometimes the staff is a bit slow. This time the young man wasn't even able to say anything when he slammed our food on the table.... must have had another bad day....

It was very disgusting, the food wasn't tasty MC RIP, the meat was very soft and cold, everything was full of flies, everything was dirty everywhere. Orders with extra requests will not be honored. Employees very unfriendly. This McDonald's should be cleaned properly.

Food totally cold and unappetizing to look at. The whole store is full of flies... Unfortunately we forgot a drink and so ordered a small Sprite separately. We then had to wait 10 minutes for that. Basically, the employees are unfriendly and seem annoyed by everything and everyone. Definitely not another visit to this McDonalds!

It was never so dirty there, our food was brought to the wrong table, then came back and was touched by three different people and when it finally reached us, it was of course cold

Unfortunately you usually only get half of what you ordered. I redeemed the coupon tonight with a 6 nugget and a tasty bacon. When I got home, only the nuggets in the bag were very disappointing

Ordered takeaway at 9:20 p.m. Went home and realized that something was missing again. Then went back and complained. After 20 minutes we finally received the missing wraps. The one that was put into storage was only lukewarm at home. The other one, where there was an extra request, was still warm. The shift manager “Felix” was once again very unfriendly. If he's there I'll avoid the store.

On July 10, 2024 around 1 a.m. we ordered food from mc drive and that's the 3 times I've ordered vegetarian and always get meat!!! This is a disgrace!!!! This is absolutely the last time I order food from you!! Next time I'll be at Burger Kind!!! They have never made any mistakes!!! I hope you learn from it!! This should never happen because there are people who are allergic This complaint wouldn't have gone in if you had answered the phone!! I called 4 times to clarify it!!!!

Fast cuisine. ....but very often something is missing when you order something to take away. The burgers are put together carelessly in the Fiale Cloppenburg. And the branch manager doesn't even have a small excuse if something goes wrong. Will be issued without a word. Although the food already received is currently getting cold. Most of the employees are very friendly despite the high pressure.

Every time the orders are incomplete, absolutely every time without exception, today a cheeseburger and a toy were missing which I noticed immediately, when I got home I noticed that 2 fries that I had bought specially were missing, it's not possible to drive there again, and it wasn't even packed in a happy miel bag like I ordered for my child, I rarely go to McDonalds in Cloppenburg and one of the reasons is that you always pay more than you get in the end 🤬

What would you like to say about a classic modern McDonald's. Staff friendly and happy to help. But you can only order via the terminals. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether this is customer-friendly, at least it is brought to the table and they don't have to stand stupidly and wait.

A short stop is always welcome to enjoy the Mc Bürgers!

I'm really disappointed, it's not the first time I've gotten cold food in Cloppenburg after waiting for almost half an hour, even though I had already pre-ordered via the app. When I went to the staff with the burger, I received a new one but had to wait at the front I wasn't allowed to go back to the rest of my menu, which was of course completely cold due to this waiting time It's really annoying and I won't be coming back anytime soon, even though I used to eat at least a little something here almost every week, but it's getting enough to get such bad food for the money

Unfriendly, annoyed order taker. This makes you wonder if there is no more employee training these days. Sauce for the Mc Flurry was neither asked nor was it on our ice cream. Something is always missing.

It's a good fast food restaurant if you expect star cuisine, you're in the wrong place here, but it's good for a fast food restaurant.

Shocked!! The children's chair was so dirty!! After asking if someone could please clean the chair, we got a rag and cleaned the chair and table ourselves. We don't even need to talk about the soil. It was so disgusting, I won't go into that store again, even in dirty shoes. Never again … I couldn't take so many pictures to bother other people but it was really extremely dirty!!

Just ordered something, unfortunately we are missing 2x fries and the sauces. It's a shame that you pay a lot of money for it and can't even get someone to answer the phone to have the things delivered!

Waiting too long in the drive. Half an hour isn't possible. Disorganized to the point of not being possible anymore. All in all, terrible. Not recommendable. And employees too snotty. I would advise everyone against this store.

Fries lukewarm (i.e. really bad, not just a little). No table service offered, probably because late and weekend. I wanted to eat the fries anyway because I was in a hurry, but that wasn't possible, so I waited for fresh ones (again, no offer to bring them to the place where my burger had to wait alone). On the second attempt, the fries were hot, but unfortunately quite oversalted. Again, I didn't want to complain (and wait), so I reduced some of the salt, which is a lot of effort and time for each frie. Overall, not the experience I expected, it could be better!

Total chaos with orders! Despite pre-ordering online, I still had to wait 30 minutes. At home, all 5 sauces were missing. The employees all seemed very overwhelmed today.

The tables were dirty. All four of the burgers from the MC Smart menu looked like they had been taken out of the trash. No napkins at all without asking. In the kids menu, the gift was only available upon request.

Were there last night. It took forever for the food to come. We ran out of fries and chicken burgers. As a replacement there were cheeseburgers that weren't worth the money. The Chrispychicken didn't work at all. Instead of the cappuccino we ordered, we had coffee. We won't go there again.

We had to wait over 2 hours for our food when it finally arrived half of it was missing. When I called I was immediately shouted at and hung up on. When I tried to call back there was no answer. Absolutely anti-social behavior from the staff never again and not recommended

Was in the mc drive today at around 3 p.m., that took 20 minutes, no longer normal, I only ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 6 mcnuggets, the burgers were almost cold and the cheese wasn't melted, and there was almost no ketchup and it was dry, no excuses, nothing the very last time!!!

....I wasn't thrilled, but the pictures of advertising and what you actually get really make sense I didn't have a shred of lettuce on my hamburger, and neither remulade, onion or ketchup 🙃 so I helped myself to some of the sweet and sour sauce on my side dish I am aware that there are no star chefs, but that was just a wobbly roll and dead fried meat!!!

At the McDonald's branch in Cloppenburg I had a disappointing experience that was lacking on several levels. Fries were, presumably warmed up again in the deep fryer, were very saturated with fat, so not to be expected, not good. Otherwise the food, burgers and Mc Nuggets, was fine as you would expect from McDonalds. Young female waitress at the checkout, friendly and helpful. With the voucher program the price is ok, normal prices otherwise feel quite high.

7 € Burger vergessen reinzupacken. Trotz Nachfrage.

Da bestellt mann sich ein ts royal, stellt fest das es alt und gestanden ist. Und reklamiert es und wird noch blöd angemacht von unhöfflichen, unfreundlichen Mitarbeiteren. Wenn ich schon 8 € für so ein Menü zahle dann will ich auch das es frisch und gut schmeckt. Auf deren Kommentare sowas wie es wird alles frisch gemacht kann ich verzichten. Service 0000000.

Ehrlich gesagt ist der neue double cheese wirklich gut.. Bin schockiert

Dafür zahlt man fast 10€ (im Menü) weiche Pommes, ein Becher Cola, der nur zur Hälfte gefüllt ist 🫣 und ein Burger, der den Namen definitiv nicht verdient… Natürlich war wieder die Maschine kaputt und es gab keine Milkshakes, dafür aber ein McFlurry. Aus irgendeinem Grund wird bei jeder Bestellung immer die Schokosoße vergessen, die man dazu bestellt hat. Wirklich bei JEDER Bestellung in diesem Jahr.

Bitte stellt Mitarbeiter/innen an den Drive in die das Alphabet beherrschen

EINMAL UND NIE WIEDER. Ich war das erste Mal in Cloppenburg. Essen per App bestellt ,und Tischservice. DAUERTE eine Weile ,da haben mich andere Gäste darauf hingewiesen, dass mein Tisch aufgerufen wurde . Habe das ESSEN abgeholt. DIE würden keinen Tischservice machen ( Fast Alle Mitarbeiter standen geschlossen zusammen) . Ich ging wieder zurück ,und habe meine inzwischen lauwarmen Chicken McNuggets gegessen. SPÄTER , habe ich gesehen, dass die doch Tischservice machten. Ich fühlte mich nicht wohl, habe aufgegessen und bin verärgert gefahren. SO geht man nicht mit Kunden um. Werde in Zukunft nicht mehr essen dort.

Erstes date dort gehabt, essen ok (pommes kalt und zu salzig), essen kam zum Tisch, Toiletten waren sauber, Personal sehr freundlich.

Essen bestellt über Smartphone gehe da zehn Minuten die Bedienung sagt nicht meine Nummer dass man essen da ist hätte ich nicht nachgefragt dann hätte ich noch heute da gestanden wenn man Essen bestellt ob online oder vor Ort man ist seine Nummer und hat eine Nummer dann bist du schon die Mitarbeiter sagen nur mal so und so das Essen zumindest nicht kalt wird das fand ich richtig richtig schlecht da muss bitte gearbeitet werden dass die Mitarbeiter auch die Nummer weiter sagen wollte zumindest laut sagen sonst alles andere Standard sehr sehr gut

Wenn die Toiletten sauber und ordentlich gewesen wären hätte es volle Punktzahl gegeben.

Mcdonald's wie immer, schnell & sauber. Speisen von der Zubereitung gut. Ambiente mit einem sehr gutem Konzept.

Sehr arrogant Frauen bei Kasse,ich habe meine Bürger bekommen und war sehr kalt, die Käse war noch von Kühlschrank kalt,habe ich nur gefragt zum Mehr warm zu machen....und sie sagte ganze aggressive nein.

Schlechter Service im McDrive! Unfreundliche Bedienung. Die letzten beiden Male wurde zudem was vergessen (Sauce) bzw falsch gemacht (Cola statt Cola light). Trotz wunderbarer Appfunktion in Cloppenburg nicht zu empfehlen.

Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und cool drauf. Leider keine große Auswahl an Veganen Menüs .

Ich habe 20 Minuten auf Kaffee gewartet. Sie brachten es kalt. Schrecklich, ich empfehle nicht, auf einen Kaffee vorbeizuschauen

Über 30 min im MC drive auf Essen gewartet sehr schlechte Leistung

Habe heute einen verbrannten Burger bekommen schwarz ,als ich freundlich um einen neuen fragte. Wurde ich tatsächlich ausgelacht am 23.9.23 um 10:15 Uhr , mit der Begründung ich hätte ja auch schließlich die Hälfte gegessen. Sagte noch das merkt man doch erstmal nicht sofort. Wer klappt vorher den Bürger auf und untersucht ihn ? Echt lächerlich die Frau heute spielte noch Psycho Spielchen als ich sagte ich könnte als Kunde doch verlangen vernünftige Ware zu bekommen oder nicht ? Lachte sie nochmals abfällig. Sagte zu ihr das melde ich Save deinen Chef darauf kannst dich verlassen wieder am lachen. Man wollte in Ruhe was essen und hat vor Aufregung Magenschmerzen bekommen.cola und Pommes stehen lassen müssen . Foto ist gepostet unter Fotos ,Pech schwarzes Brötchen von innen .

Pommes kalt... Burger kalt... Boden besteht aus einer 2cm dicken Fettschicht. Architektonischer Höllen McDonalds. Wer den geplant hat gehört ebenfalls in die Hölle.

Ich wünsche mir, daß wenigstens 1x die Burger so aussehen, wie auf den Bildern. 😊

Also für ein fast food Restaurant ist es echt lahm... Die Preise sind explodiert. Die Bestellung über Lieferando setzt preislich an Unverschämtheit noch einen drauf. Wir werden gar nicht mehr bei MC Donalds essen. Dann lieber ein richtiges Restaurant, mit super Essen, da wo sich der Preis auch lohnt. Bei dem geht's nur noch um Kohle und das merkt man auch.

Mc Donalds halt. Es gibt Mitarbeiter die freundlich und hilfsbereit sind aber auch Mitarbeiter die ihre Zeit rum bekommen müssen.

Normaler McDonalds. Personal sehr nett. Die Raumpflege war bei unserem Besuch aber sehr dürftig.

Jetzt bekommt man für seine Getränke nicht mal mehr nen Strohhalm. Auf meine Bitte nach nem Strohhalm sagte man mir, "wir geben keine Strohhalme mehr für Cola raus, nur noch für Milchshakes". Richtig Spaßig, aus der "Schnabeltasche" zu trinken mit Eiswürfeln im Getränk! Geht gar nicht Ronald!

Eines der wenigen, von mir bisher besuchten, MC Donalds die echt nicht gut sind. Zum einen kann man am Terminal nur bedingt bestellen, heißt Coupons können weder gescannt noch händisch eingetippt werden. Selbst an der Kasse war das nicht möglich, ein Unding! Und dann bis man bedient wurde an der Kasse, ist einiges an Zeit vergangen. Dann kommt hinzu, Tischbedienung? Fehlanzeige. Schade! Teilweise unorganisiert. Die eigene Nummer steht auf abholbereit und dann war sie nicht fertig. Wenn man da nicht aufpasset bekommt man sein Essen nicht oder bereits kalt, weil man die Nummer nicht gehört hat. Ich bin echt enttäuscht. Könnte man definitiv besser machen.

Zu wenig Eis drinne und kaum Schokososse. Und dann Schokomilchshake bestellt leider Vanille bekommen als ich es sagte würde wieder ein falscher Milchshake bestellt. Ob die jetzt kein Deutsch könnte oder was für rin Probleme war weiss ich nicht. Aber hat 90%nachgelasen.

2 von 4 Bestellautomaten kaputt. Über 50 Minuten auf die Bestellung gewartet (in einem Schellrestaurant) geht gar nicht. Völlig unorganisiert und überfordert.

Ich bin enttäuscht. Ich war vor vier Jahren das letzte mal hier. Es hat hat ganz schön nachgelassen. Schade

Service unterirdisch! Personal total überfordert, dadurch mega unfreundlich! Kein Tischservice. Ewige Wartezeiten. Bei sämtlichen Bestellungen fehlte was und man musste immer wieder zur Theke rennen. Wirklich grottig!

Eine Mitarbeitern hat mich auf russisch beleidigt. Dann habe ich eine andere Mitarbeiterin nach einer Tüte gefragt und die hat mich angeschrien. Der Service dort einfach unverschämt!!!
