Ordered a Coke Zero, but since you can now sit at the table while your order is being prepared, you can't look over Achmed's shoulder anymore... It was a regular Coke.
Today, Burger King is violating the pricing law. On the board, a large cappuccino costs 2.99, but at the checkout, they want a medium 3.99.
The manager explains that the price at the checkout counts. And they're violating the pricing law. Unfair competition, so to speak.
Not at all courteous, highly undignified and rude.
Unfortunately, there are no negative stars, otherwise the 1 star would certainly not be justified. Not recommended.
It's been a long time since I went to the MCD in Annaberg. The MA who took the order was very nice! The employee at the checkout didn't respond at all, didn't say a word to the customer, probably didn't speak German. It's not possible when two rolls cost €12. MCD think about the MA! Customer friendliness no thanks.
We were there twice on different weekends with the kids. I have to say the cleanest Mc. Donalds we have eaten at for a long time. Service, friendliness and speed are simply top!
There were no toys in the Minecraft menu, which wasn't mentioned when ordering. It was still available in the app. In other branches, if something is off, it is deactivated. When I asked about the toy missing, I was rudely told that I had to complain to McDonald's, not you (which I will do). You're literally stuck in front of the counter in the MC Drive, I noticed that when I asked again about the incomplete menu there. At home, instead of a plain cheeseburger, we unpacked a normal one. €9.99 for a menu that had no toys, no special sauce and not even the burger you wanted. Thanks for nothing
We ordered table service. The food then sat on the counter for 15 minutes, causing it to get cold. We immediately complained and received a response saying "no table service this late" – but nothing had been deactivated on the machine or in the app!
The fries were then replaced in a totally unfriendly and reluctant manner – the burger was still cold and wasn't replaced. We'll also report this to headquarters! This is completely unacceptable.
The fries were fresh, the burgers were cold and soggy... so no crunchy salad or anything like that. I was there around 3:30 p.m. and there were hardly any people there. So there's something else going on.
Staff really very nice.

An aggressive employee at the drive-thru. Rude. Cheeky. Doesn't help. Arrogant. We ordered the 905 crispy chicken meal. We asked the usual question. Does mayo come with it? He responded very arrogantly, cheekily, aggressively, and rudely. He doesn't feel like it. He said I don't know, no answer. No idea. It's going to be expensive. I've never seen employees like that before. It's a shame for Burger King; employees like that drive customers away. The customers never come back. One star too many. He deserves a minus star.
