Only a few restaurants have flowers on the table, but I have never seen any in a fast food restaurant - here for the first time. 👍 It's a bit of a shame that the late shift didn't clean the tables here. Lots of empty but also dirty tables in the beautifully decorated area late in the evening. Is that the reason why there were hardly any guests here, while at the same time there were a dozen people waiting in line at the neighboring subway?

Toilets have not been cleaned for a long time, it was also sticky on the floor in many places.

There was an error on the part of the staff when we ordered, but this was quickly remedied by the friendly staff

Unfortunately Playland was closed, but still had great international customers.

Since it is located on the A9, it is very poorly attended. We went there occasionally when we didn't want to cook in the barracks.

It's just a McDonald's. Totally expensive for it being so simple. 5€ for a simple milkshake is already ugh. Cleanliness is really okay, there are worse things. Fast service and ambience could be improved but it's fine.

The order was unfriendly and disrespectful... We're still at a loss for words... He ordered 3 menus and 5 sauces but none were delivered when he asked. Fries still white - half finished and food completely cold. Due to a lack of language skills, you ordered a cookie for 1.49 and what is charged and delivered a cake for 3.49, You didn't want to accept cancellation/exchange, after all you had already paid and were repeatedly told to just sit down, cheekily and loudly. Toilets were dirty... Speechless. We were just passing through - the store will never see us again.

If you are given a table number at the checkout during the ordering process and sit down at the table, then you expect it to come to the table. After a long wait, we were asked in a very inappropriate, unfriendly tone to get our food at the counter; there would be no numbers here. The food was correspondingly cold and the tone was not appropriate. In addition, the rear exit to the parking lot is permanently closed.

I'd love to throw that stuff back through the window at you. It can't be that if I order Sprite and Lipton I'll get something else and the sauces won't be right either. You pay a lot of money for the service now, so I can expect something, right?

Burgers and nuggets were fresh. The cola was just black, non-carbonated water. No more .

Of course you can't expect much from a Mc's. Amazingly, their fries, chicken nuggets and ice cream aren't bad! But their burgers are catastrophic for me! No taste! The only good burger for me would be the Big Tasty Bacon. What's encouraging, though, is that it's here Vegetarian options also exist. Now to the staff. The staff is rather unfriendly, rude and grumpy. A pity! For the price it's definitely not worth it. For those prices I could have another menu somewhere else with much better Get quality. Overall, my visit here was relatively okay. Recommended!

Very nice employees :) Despite problems with the coffee machine, I was satisfied with the service as both the checkout employee and the branch manager were very friendly and helpful.

The food is bad the service is also bad it took so long 30min and the worst thing in the ice cream is little sauce

We celebrated a children's birthday here. Everything was perfect, can only be recommended. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The children were really happy. Decorations for the birthday were beautifully prepared. Really well done! Many kind regards and see you next time.

I had my trial day here. The restaurant manager at my full-time job said that I would like it here and that's exactly what it was. That day I was able to get a glimpse behind the scenes. I'm looking forward to further collaboration!

McDonald's with consistently good quality. The premises are now a bit run down, so you should think about a few updates again. Across McDonald's, I can only advise everyone to check their order as soon as they receive it. A must if you take it with you anyway, but even when eating it on site I have now experienced several times that something was wrong on my tray, so that I had to complain. If you take the food with you in the bag and only notice it when you get home, it is of course too late. Tip: Complaint emails to McDonald's will at least bring vouchers as compensation.

I think we don't need to talk about food, one person likes it and another doesn't and it's standardized. But when I enter the restaurant at lunchtime and everything is dirty and the toilets look dirty, I don't want to know what the kitchen looks like. Then left straight away.

I was eating with friends when the manager rudely accused us of stealing the food we ordered and paid for. Not recommended, absolutely disrespectful employees. Would give 0 stars if I could.

There's nothing you can criticize about the food itself...usual fast food. But getting the food first is probably a great art here. Firstly, you are not understood, the staff is very unfriendly and something is missing every time. That's really an absolute disgrace... after all, the prices are already very steep. All you hear is that you should check your bag before you go...no excuse or anything. Very frustrating! Ambiance? - Oh well. After using the toilet, it is better to get checked for illnesses. The tables could also use a wet cloth again.

You also change your opening times every day, can't you keep them the same throughout Germany?!

Unfriendly and even rude staff. When the fries were handed out, we immediately complained, then were unfriendly, cheeky and rude... Store not recommended! What's more, hygiene is a foreign word there.!!

Obwohl wir das essen schnell bekommen haben, war die Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich wenn gefragt wann die andere Hälfte des essen bekommen würde.

Lange Wartezeit für einen halben McFlurry, auf Nachfrage ob man normal viel Eis hinein tun könnte antwortete die Dame mit nein, das kommt darauf an welcher Mitarbeiter das zubereitet wie viel Eis dann drin ist…na danke Nachtrag: Bin dann nach dem DriveIn nochmal rein und habe nochmals nachgefragt, eine Mitarbeiterin wurde dann geholt die wohl höher steht und diese machte ein neues Eis mit anständiger Füllmenge :)

Essen war top, etwas lange gewartet aber naja, was absolut ein No Go ist, dass Tische sehr verschmutzt waren und auf sehr vielen Tischen die ganzen Sachen von den den vorigen Gästen Stand, obwohl das Personal zig mal daran vorbei gegangen sind.

Das Essen war wie in jedem anderen Restaurant auch gut. Wer dort essen will dem Empfehle ich trotzdem zum Mitnehmen zu bestellen, denn es hat ewig gedauert bis der Mitarbeiter das Essen zum Tisch gebracht hat da sind teilweise Leute zum Mitnehmen später gekommen und hatten ihr Zeug schneller. Die absolute Frechheit find ich es wird bei 1 Grad Außentemperatur noch Eiswürfel ins Getränk getan. Klar dann bekommt man weniger zu trinken aber wenn ich Gehirnfrost oder so bekommen will gebe ich bescheid.

Hamburg war lauwarm und Geschmack los.

Staff is nice. Food wise, it seemed like the chefs lacked basic stacking skills. Cheese in one side, sauce in the other. Other than that it tasted perfectly mediocre like i expected.

Die letzten beiden male beim Essen zum mitnehmen keine Pommes dabei gewesen! Ja es war viel los.. .. aber wenn ich bei vier Menüs keine Pommes dazu bekomme ist es einfach sch...... Ich pack das Zeug erst Zuhause aus und das sind 20 km die ich dann nicht wieder zurück fahre. Also in Zukunft direkt im Laden checken ob alles drin ist, egal wie sehr man dann im weg steht oder gleich eine andere Filiale aufsuchen!

Nachdem der Streit zwischen dem Betreiber und MCDonalds beigelegt wurde,kann man auch wieder mit Karte ohne Probleme zahlen. Sonst ist es ein solides Restaurant.

Donnerstag 12.10.23 19.30 Uhr, sehr lange Wartezeit am Mc Drive, bei den zwei Fahrzeugen vor uns und auch bei uns. Aber trotzdem 5 Sterne weil mir die fast leer getrunken Cola nochmal aufgefüllt wurde. Danke!

In meinem Kitkat war bisschen McFlurry

Relativ sauber für ein McDonald’s - auch Toilette. Nettes Personal. Essen wie es sein soll. Essen kam schnell. Leider scheinen manche Ingolstädter ein bisschen rassistisch zu sein. Mehrere deutsche Jugendliche am Nebentisch machten wiederholt Bemerkungen über mich, die auf nix anderes schließen lassen. Scheinbar sind die es gewohnt, ausländisch gelesene Menschen aufzuziehen und zu beleidigen. Nicht gut für den Standort. Ingolstädter sollten ihre Kinder besser erziehen. Ich war kurz davor, denen Manieren beizubringen. Gut, dass ich nie wieder nach Ingolstadt muss.

Einer wie viele, dennoch auch aussen viel Platz und sauber. Toiletten haben Papierhandtücher, ist auch nicht selbstverständlich

Das Essen bei Mc Donald ist ja Standard, wie das Aussehen. Die Damen und Herren geben Mühe freundlich zu sein.

Pommes kalt lange gewartet zum bezahlen

Meine Begleitung meinte, dass ich eine Ausstrahlung habe, was ihn aus der Fassung bringt. Das muss an der guten Beleuchtung in dieser Filiale liegen. Es ist definitiv gut geeignet für erste Dates 👌🏼 Die veganen Nuggets waren allerdings trocken.
