Best service for 30 minutes we waited for our food even though we ordered first and after we got first worst mcs here

Read the comments and it's even worse on site. But hey two employees can dance their name.

IT WORKED!!!!! TWO (2) SONGS!!!!!!!! OUT OF THE BOXES!!!!!! AND THE DOOR!!!! WIND WHISTLED THROUGH THE DOOR!!!!! mess

I ordered a Happy Meal, a Smart Menu and 6 nuggets. When I get home, I notice that the happy meal is missing the ice cream and the fries, the 6-piece nuggets and all the sauces. And the 0.4 L Cola is 0.3 at best. It's a mess.

I waited almost 40 minutes for plant mc nuggets despite multiple requests!

It took them 15 minutes to make two burgers

Incompetent employees who constantly do everything wrong. So you really wonder who hires the people.

I ordered via the app, then the payment didn't work. When I asked to make sure that the payment wasn't debited twice, no one understood what I wanted and the branch manager had to come, who ultimately understood me and helped me. Afterwards I was asked not particularly nicely whether I wanted to eat there or take the food away, to which I said TAKE AWAY. After completing my order, it was handed to me on 3 trays (large order), whereupon I said I ordered takeaway. This was followed by slapping my hands on the head and complaining, even though I said TAKEAWAY from the start. Unfortunately, this McDonald's always has behavioral problems and is unreliable because, like this time, not everything from the order is packed.

Despite occasional bad experiences, the toilet was broken, the sink was broken, the seats were torn open, the playground was broken/closed. What bothers me most is that the fries are regularly cold. The employees are mostly friendly and the McD is conveniently located.

Once a month we go to McDonald's and we always try different ones. Unfortunately, the selection of veggie items is very poor. The MC Donalds near Westpark was one of the few where we got warm food. There was such plexiglass lying around that hasn't seen a rag since Corona. The benches were e.g. Some dirty. I abstain from the floor and toilet. When our order came to the table after around 20 minutes, most of it was only lukewarm. If everything was prepared so freshly when there was a rush, why cold? Where was the food now? The fact that something was missing was a minor matter. The fact that I had a feud this morning annoyed me to no end. Dear operator of this branch, take a look at the store urgently.

Hire more staff… Westpark is well attended, we knew that when it was built. It can't be that there is a single person serving as table for 200 guests waiting for food.

Guter MC Drive, immer alles drinnen was man bestellt hat. Nur die Einfahrt ist durch die Bordsteine sehr eng, kenne ich von keinem anderen, dass das so ist.

Einer der besten McDonald's mMn, nutze aber nur den McDrive, daher kann ich zum eigentlichen Restaurantambiente nichts sagen. Sehr freundliche Leute und das Essen ist auch völlig ok, so geht McDonald's!

Selten habe ich ein Restaurant dieser Kette gesehen, in dem ein derart großer Missstand an Sauberkeit herrscht. Gestern Abend war kein sauberer Tisch zu finden, auf und unter manchem Tisch wäre definitiv mehr als eine Person satt geworden. Eine Mutter mit Kleinkind musste selbst für Sauberkeit sorgen. Mit Tempos und Feuchttüchern hat sie den Kampf für sich entschieden. Liebe Geschäftsführung, es gibt in Sachen Ordnung und Sauberkeit viel nachzuholen!

Alles gut mit dem Rollstuhl zu erreichen und die Mitarbeiter helfen immer gerne. Haben alles an meinen Tisch gebracht.

Mehrere Tische mit Tabletten nicht abgeräumt und Tische nicht gewischt. Schwer einen freien und sauberen Tisch zu finden. Parkplätze teilweise 2 Plätze mit einem Auto belegt - keine Plätze mehr frei. Wow - vor mehr als 15 Minuten per Touch screen bestellt und warte immer noch. Hammer. Leider sind Null Stern bei Service nicht möglich!

Waren vor ca. 3 Tagen schnell was zum Snacken holen. Dort bediente uns eine überaus zuvorkommende und freundliche Dame, namens Simone. McDonald’s kann sich sehr glücklich schätzen, solch eine nette Arbeiterin zu haben. Sie ist für euch Gold wert. Ps. Wenn sie da ist, dann nutzen wir den digitalen Terminal nicht mehr. 💅🏻

Була тут 4 рази з друзями ось що я скажу.Напочатку це було жахіття!Нам перші два рази взагалі приносили повністю холодну їжу а бургери наче ногою задавлені , таке навіть бачити не хочеться не те що їсти! 3 раз було все нормально, офіціант привітно підніс їжу , все було тепле але вигляд не найкращій.Буквально вчора ми туди зайшли і почали сканувати коди в автоматі,після закінчення замовлення автомат нам видав білий чек,АБСОЛЮТНО БІЛИЙ!Наскільки ви знаєте повторно QR-коди використовувати не можна.Ладно,буває.Ми замовили їжу і хочаб на цей раз вона була неперевершена: булочка гарненька, все свіже, гаряче і смачне.Дякую за вчорашню вечерю

Ich war heute nur der Essenorganisator, via "Drive In". Nachdem was sich da heute Gäste im Lokal und im Drive In befanden, muss MCy total gut bei seinen Fans ankommen. Ich schließ mich dieser Mehrheit an. Gegessen hab ich nux, deswegen dazu keine Sternenmeinung :-)🤒

Tensed atmosphere Overall with staff. Burger was complete catastrophe. Burger patty and salats seems to be thrown in. Then comes plastic cups. worst McD in the region.

Für den schnellen Hunger geht das Essen voll klar. Die kleineren Burger sehen manchmal katastrophal aus aber halb so wild.

Beim McDrive wird oft etwas vergessen einzupacken. Daher meine Empfehlung: immer kontrollieren, ob alles in der Tüte ist. 😉

Alles voller Dilaras und Mehmets. Man sollte seinen Deutschen Pass nicht vergessen, damit man die Grenze zur Türkei überschreiten kann. Essen ist bekanntlich Dreck, schmeckt mittelmäßig, für die fehlenden Kalorien/Proteine ist es aufgrund der perfekten Lage zum FitOne als Cheat-Restaurant allerdings gut geeignet. Ah, und bringt die Plastik Strohhalme zurück, die Milchshakes schmecken echt reudig wenn man die damit trinkt. Ein Pluspunkt ist, dass die Veganer nicht mehr hier essen können weil der Burger abgeschafft wurde. Feier ich!
