Very friendly staff. Our fries were replaced upon request. We asked personally several times whether everything was to our satisfaction. Always my pleasure!

Food is good, ice cream machine works too ;). Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with FAST food. Unfortunately, the rule here is that you have to wait a long time at the drive-in.

Very disappointing! The McDonald's at Westpark left a very unkempt impression when I visited. The tables were dirty, there was trash everywhere that wasn't cleared away, and the surfaces were sticky. Overall it looked very dingy and not at all inviting. In addition, even café drinks are served on site in disposable cups, which has nothing to do with sustainability at all. Especially in today's world, a large company like McDonald's should take more responsibility and offer more sustainable alternatives. There is definitely a lot of room for improvement here!

Incredibly long waiting time - over 30 minutes for a fast food restaurant is too much

I never had anything to complain about at McDonald's and went there often. In the meantime, there are mostly 16 year olds here who think they can smoke vapes indoors or don't have to clean up their trays. Unfortunately, nothing is said or paid more attention to. Garbage also accumulates more and more under the tables. Unfortunately for me it soon became unbearable to eat there.

Had dinner there with 2 friends this New Year's Day. We had 3 McDonald's Monopoly stickers that I wanted to redeem in the app, but unfortunately I couldn't. I waited briefly until the cash register was unmanned and described my request on my cell phone. Then the manager himself came to me to help me with my problem. He tried several times on my cell phone and it still didn't work. Whereupon he tried it on his, which still didn't work. From this he concluded that Monopoly had already been switched off since it was also the last day. However, the manager was friendly and accommodating enough to give me 3 apple turnovers for the 3 codes, which I found very customer-oriented. I divided the apple turnovers among my friends. There is a 1 star deduction for the slightly longer waiting time for our order, which was also due to the store being somewhat full. But my entire meal, from burgers to fries, was surprisingly warm. Which made up for the slightly longer wait.

My bag was torn, so I asked for help at the counter. A lady came to me after a few minutes and said that it was my problem and that I should fix it myself.

Unfortunately, this McDonalds is no longer what it used to be. Ordering at McDrive has been catastrophic. Items (food) are very often forgotten when orders are placed. It's really a shame for the McDonalds at Westpark. Please change something about it. 😟

Unfortunately, my visit to this McDonald's branch was very disappointing. The staff were extremely unfriendly and made me feel unwanted. What particularly bothered me was the rushed way the orders were processed. Instead of treating customers in a friendly manner, they were literally rushed through the process - no greeting, no smile, just annoyed looks and a derogatory tone. The food is simply thrown together and handed into the car without any comment. After we didn't know if that was the entire order, we waited (no one said anything) after two minutes we were yelled at as to why we didn't want to go any further. Once again there were no napkins in the bag, there was sauce stuck to everything, the burgers were half open inside and were so dry and simply inedible. We paid for a large menu and as you can see in the photo we only got small ones, even they weren't completely full. Apart from that, almost every time they expect us to pull over to the right even though there is no car waiting behind us. I don't expect a luxury experience at a fast food restaurant, but a minimum level of respect should be a given. So I will definitely avoid this branch.

What happened to that McDonalds? We used to be regulars at this McDonald’s and often ate here 3 or 4 times a month. Unfortunately we have to ask ourselves what happened here, because yesterday's visit was simply disappointing and will be our last. As a novice driver, the Mc Drive is hell. You get complained about, sometimes yelled at because you rolled back for a moment, that you should drive forward and not backwards. Disappointing table service I recently used table service and unfortunately I was anything but satisfied. After I ordered my food, 15 minutes passed without anything being brought to the table. When I asked where my food was, I was told that my table number was called out multiple times. Why do I choose table service if I then have to get up and pick up the food myself? The point of table service is to bring the food directly to the table. Very disappointing!

We have never encountered anything as unprofessional and unfriendly as what happened on September 29, 2024 at around 12 p.m. The lady at the counter was visibly annoyed and rolled her eyes because we asked for the receipt. When we received the food, we checked whether everything was intact. Instead of a portion of lattice potatoes, we only received 3 individual ones. I went back and said "we didn't get any lattice potatoes, just 3 individual ones". But the lady was convinced that they were in there, she rummaged around in the whole bag and discussed them. Then another colleague came and threw the portion of lattice potatoes into the bag, visibly annoyed. Food was generally thrown in very carelessly and citizens were crushed. That was really our last visit. We will definitely contact the manager about such unfriendly treatment of customers. I added a photo.

At this MC Donald's you have to ALWAYS pull over to the right on the MC Drive for a few weeks now. It doesn't matter whether someone is waiting behind you or not and it doesn't matter whether the person behind you's food is ready faster or not. Things used to be different and definitely better!

Guter MC Drive, immer alles drinnen was man bestellt hat. Nur die Einfahrt ist durch die Bordsteine sehr eng, kenne ich von keinem anderen, dass das so ist.

Einer der besten McDonald's mMn, nutze aber nur den McDrive, daher kann ich zum eigentlichen Restaurantambiente nichts sagen. Sehr freundliche Leute und das Essen ist auch völlig ok, so geht McDonald's!

Selten habe ich ein Restaurant dieser Kette gesehen, in dem ein derart großer Missstand an Sauberkeit herrscht. Gestern Abend war kein sauberer Tisch zu finden, auf und unter manchem Tisch wäre definitiv mehr als eine Person satt geworden. Eine Mutter mit Kleinkind musste selbst für Sauberkeit sorgen. Mit Tempos und Feuchttüchern hat sie den Kampf für sich entschieden. Liebe Geschäftsführung, es gibt in Sachen Ordnung und Sauberkeit viel nachzuholen!

Alles gut mit dem Rollstuhl zu erreichen und die Mitarbeiter helfen immer gerne. Haben alles an meinen Tisch gebracht.

Mehrere Tische mit Tabletten nicht abgeräumt und Tische nicht gewischt. Schwer einen freien und sauberen Tisch zu finden. Parkplätze teilweise 2 Plätze mit einem Auto belegt - keine Plätze mehr frei. Wow - vor mehr als 15 Minuten per Touch screen bestellt und warte immer noch. Hammer. Leider sind Null Stern bei Service nicht möglich!
