McDonald's in Ingolstadt

+++ Currently closed until July 10, 2025 (according to the notice) +++ A regular McDonald's, but it doesn't quite match the Eriagstraße branch in terms of service, cleanliness, and food quality. Across all McDonald's restaurants, I can only advise everyone to check their order immediately upon receipt. This is a must for takeout anyway, but even when eating in, I've experienced several times that something was wrong on my tray, so I had to complain. If you take the food in a bag and only notice it when you get home, it's obviously too late. Tip: Complaining by email to McDonald's will at least get you vouchers as compensation.

A classic McDonald's, with plenty of parking. There's an HPC charging station with two plugs. Unfortunately, it's only capable of 150 kW, and the charging capacity is probably shared if two cars are connected.

The worst thing ever. My takeout orders are 95% wrong. If you call to complain, you just get a rude response. Since I have the opportunity, I'll often send the public order officer and the health department to the branch on Nürnberger Straße.

Food is good but often some things that you ordered were not given

I was going to get food from the drive-thru with two friends that evening. On the way to the first window, we saw a fallen display. I got out of the car because I didn't want to drive over it (the display was partially in the driveway). When we arrived at the order window, we were asked in a very rude tone, "Why did we knock over the display?" We didn't. We tried to explain that we were only moving it to the side because otherwise it could have been run over and, worse, damaged a vehicle. The woman at the counter then asked us why we were lying and not just telling the truth. She wanted to get her boss. At that point, it became too much and too childish for us (the cashier's behavior), so we left. Conclusion: Unfriendly employees who can't understand that young adults don't only have stupid things on their minds.

Highly recommended McDonald's! Ordered coffee, got coffee! The McDonald's employee even asked for milk and sugar! Not every McDonald's does this; at many, you have to ask and wait. Everything was fine at this McDonald's!

Ordering was quick and seamless, and the hot, well-salted food was delivered to my table in no time by my good friend Dr. Prof. Kan. Alex H. Furthermore, customer satisfaction was frequently and kindly inquired about, and any requests were immediately fulfilled. For example, I was treated to the luxury of extra salt and sugar packets, which were promptly delivered to my table.

Big Tasty Bacon doesn't have any bacon in it. The potato is a mix. The ice cream was ordered with 2 caramel drops, but there's hardly any caramel in it... The staff isn't polite... Good luck

FAST food meant to be served FAST and not in 20 minutes, even though the order was probably the most basic (double cheese smart menu). Happened 4 or 5 times, so If you decided to grab some food before your train - FORGET about it otherwise you’ll miss it. Completely understaffed Orders that were made after mine were served faster (at least 3 of them this time) Some employee really do their best and if it’s busy make it fast, but the same time some of them just roaming around and barely moving (no exaggeration, the guy was just chilling around when the other one was running) I don’t care if you forget to put sauce inside or some tissues but at least make it within 5, OMG okay 10 minutes but not 15-20 as it happened to me multiple times.

Fries were once a lot better according to my review on Lieferando, unfortunately not anymore, please just leave them in the fat a little longer, or make sure that the fat is hot enough, but I still give it 5 stars. An effort is made here to ensure that the burgers look good. I've actually never had such a beautiful filet o fish before. Please keep this up. All burgers have always been great. I can't understand the bad reviews, when I'm in the drive I always check the car to see if everything is in there. With so much activity, something can get forgotten, there are people working there and not robots. I can't confirm that the wait was long or that the burgers were cold. Got something again yesterday and it was great. I would also like to add, great respect for your performance, that you kept your nerve and packed super delicious warm burgers on Saturday night!

Hello, I would like to briefly tell you how it was for me after eating. So the first thing I ordered is big tasty with becon. I ate well and it also tasted good. At home around 7-8 p.m. I had nausea without a break and I went to the toilet all night because I was so sick and I'm still not feeling well. I don't think anyone should survive something like that after going to a restoran. My tip is to go somewhere else to avoid vomiting all night long

Yes, today was probably a bad day. There was no more ice cream:( I ordered a chocolate sundae. I got a vanilla one. Then I pointed it out to her, then after a short discussion I took an apple turnover. I wasn't happy about this solution, I would rather have my money back so that. Waiting time in the store is easily 20 minutes plus, even for small orders. Staff unfriendly.

Sometimes there's a lot going on and it can take a while. If you don't go there at peak times, it's always quick!

It's ice cold inside here! Sitting without a jacket is almost impossible. Here again today and it's still very cold inside.

Fast food restaurant, as usual, slightly outdated with normal clientele. As expected, food and drinks were of the cheap variety without much added value. Children's special and toilet available.

experience not to be repeated, the sandwiches were sour and too full of ketchap (my son's comment tasted like shit), but the chicken mc nuggets were good. Some of the staff were very nice, others seemed to be taking the piss out of us. The best thing was the slide for the kids. We will definitely not return to this place. Thanks for everything.

Went to McDrive yesterday and something was forgotten in the order again, we noticed it when we got home. This is the second time this has happened that we pay and things are missing from the order!

I've never had a visit where something wasn't missing. It's better to take 2 minutes before you forget something

The food is fine and good so far. It is freshly prepared. The restaurant is clean and neatly decorated. The staff is friendly.

My burger was only lukewarm, as were the curly fries. It wasn't fun to eat. For the price paid (35€) I expect something different. The furnishings are also very outdated for a McDonalds. I won't go there anymore

I was just there and ordered Sezar salt at the checkout, but another salad was brought to the table. So no one can speak German there!!

I was there in the morning and didn't have to wait longer than 3 minutes for breakfast. The employees were all very nice and it was very clean, both in the restaurant and the toilet area.

This restaurant is always clean and well maintained, food always hot and fresh! The team here enjoys their work and you can tell that as a guest! Thanks for that! You are all doing a great job! Special praise in this restaurant goes to Ms. Haunschild, Ms. Bruckner, Ms. Haase and Ms. Molnar...They ALWAYS have a smile on their face and always find time for a short conversation despite their hectic everyday lives! We love this restaurant, there is still a lot of value placed on a familiar and well-kept environment! Great and please keep it up!

Been visiting off and on for years. There were two incidents that two bosses solved well.

The young man at the counter was very, very helpful, patient and extremely nice. Only the chairs need to be cleaned every now and then.

We go every week. It's so much fun for our 3 kids because they have both indoor and outdoor play areas. My favorite is the Big Tasty Bacon Fish Mac, the Big Mac and ice cream are so good and the staff are friendly and helpful. Being within walking distance is an advantage, we believe that we burn the calories we consume on the road, and we have a clear conscience.😂🤦🏻‍♂️

Intolerable behaviour in Mc Donalds in Ingolstadt/Nürnberger Straße 12. I ordered McPlants and they served Chicken Nuggets instead. (Ordered today at 20.00). Considering that I am a vegetarian and I can’t tolerate meat, I asked for at least a refund of my order. They told me to ask the manager for that, and that lady’s behaviour was terrible. She told me there is absolutely nothing we can do except from giving you a new pack of Mcplant nuggets and that I should have detected colors of nuggets. Didn’t know that I should make a full assesment of my food before eating something from McDonalds… Never coming here again.

I ordered 20 nuggets today. I went home and wanted to eat them, unfortunately there were only 18 in there. Very disappointing, especially since the price has now risen quite a bit.

Unfortunately, something that has been ordered and paid for is always missing. It's little things but they add up. I also have the impression that the drinks machines are not calibrated. I even bothered to measure because there was almost 2 fingers of drink missing under the calibration line. Maybe I'm a bit picky, when you come from the branch you take a closer look. STAFF should be trained to be customer friendly.

So, this McDonald's branch is only recommended for eating fast food from spring until the onset of winter. Why ? The heating has been broken for years (!!!), the guests are sitting there bundled up, a positive restaurant experience looks different! It can't be that millions were shifted due to the recent change of ownership...at the expense of those who made McDonalds big = the customers! Ugh, is all I can say in view of the fact that my appreciation is being trampled on with (cold) feet!!

Man kann in diesem Restaurant wirklich sehr gut essen. Alles ist sauber und das Ambiente ist auch sehr gut.

Die Pommes waren nicht knusprig, die Burger so lala, der Kaffee war wie Spülwasser. Die Tische und Sitzplätze waren dreckig, es lagen Essens Reste am Boden und auf den Sitzen. Die Tische waren nicht richtig abgewischt. Hab ich bisher noch nicht erlebt. Bei diesen Preisen erwarte ich mir wesentlich mehr. Einige vom Personal wirkten desinteressiert, unfreundlich. Da geh ich sicher nicht mehr hin

Ist ein üblicher McDonalds. Schmeckt wie man McDonalds halt kennt, weder schlechter noch besser.

Das Publikum hier in dieser Filiale ist....wie soll ich das ausdrücken... sehr unangenehm. Das liegt wohl am angrenzenden Wohn-Viertel und dem Nordbahnhof. 🙄 Die Sauberkeit dieser Filiale ist dementsprechend im Mittelmaß anzusiedeln. Was ich aber sehr an dieser Filiale schätze ist, dass mein geliebter McRib mit sehr viel Soße gemacht wird und die Nuggets sehr frisch schmecken. Ansonsten ist das ein typischer McD. 😏

Sehr schnelle essensausgabe an dem Tag .. So schon lange nicht mehr erlebt bei Mc .. haben per App am Tisch bestellt nach Bezahlung keine 3 min war der erste Teil der Bestellung schon auf dem Tisch und kurz drauf der Rest... Wenn das mal überall bei Mc so

Fast and great service. It's a nice place to dine in, too. But sometimes at busy hour you might find difficulties in finding free seats.

Einer der besseren Mcdonalds- Filialen. Es gibt noch einen Kinderspielbereich im Inneren und das Essen kam schnell. Auch wenn mein BigMac etwas komisch roch… Der frische Burger mit Extrawunsch meiner Tochter war in Ordnung. Die Toiletten waren sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Mitarbeiter am Drive In sind extrem nett und sympathisch! hierbei liebe Grüße an die drei netten Jungs Edison, Ergim und Arlind -> sie sind wirklich großartig - profesionell, immer gut gelaunt und super freundlich. McDonalds kann sich glücklich schätzen, solche Mitarbeiter zu haben -ich komme immer wieder gerne :)
