Been visiting off and on for years. There were two incidents that two bosses solved well.

Has a green garden, cheap and alot of alternatives.

Lick my balls, they always forget something when ordering and are unfriendly. Plus, if you wait here for 30 years, you can retire straight away

We go every week. It's so much fun for our 3 kids because they have both indoor and outdoor play areas. My favorite is the Big Tasty Bacon Fish Mac, the Big Mac and ice cream are so good and the staff are friendly and helpful. Being within walking distance is an advantage, we believe that we burn the calories we consume on the road, and we have a clear conscience.😂🤦🏻‍♂️

The young man at the counter was very, very helpful, patient and extremely nice. Only the chairs need to be cleaned every now and then.

Food wasn't fresh and took a long time. Burgers have become smaller for a while, but they are too expensive.

You're McDonald's. It would be nice if the citizens were assembled symmetrically. Otherwise a relatively clean McDonald's. There was also enough parking space.

Intolerable behaviour in Mc Donalds in Ingolstadt/Nürnberger Straße 12. I ordered McPlants and they served Chicken Nuggets instead. (Ordered today at 20.00). Considering that I am a vegetarian and I can’t tolerate meat, I asked for at least a refund of my order. They told me to ask the manager for that, and that lady’s behaviour was terrible. She told me there is absolutely nothing we can do except from giving you a new pack of Mcplant nuggets and that I should have detected colors of nuggets. Didn’t know that I should make a full assesment of my food before eating something from McDonalds… Never coming here again.

We ordered 45 minutes ago and had two young kids with us. Food is still not there...

The food was served carefully and quickly. The building is clean and tidy.

Delicious food, great atmosphere, very friendly and helpful! Food always comes promptly - hardly any waiting time.

When paying in cash at the McDrjve counter, you should urgently check the change. Once again, too little was released.

I ordered 20 nuggets today. I went home and wanted to eat them, unfortunately there were only 18 in there. Very disappointing, especially since the price has now risen quite a bit.

Normal McDonald's, but it doesn't quite match the branch on Eriagstrasse in terms of service, cleanliness and food quality. Across McDonald's, I can only advise everyone to check their order as soon as they receive it. A must if you take it with you anyway, but even when eating it on site I have now experienced several times that something was wrong on my tray, so that I had to complain. If you take the food with you in the bag and only notice it when you get home, it is of course too late. Tip: Complaint emails to McDonald's will at least bring vouchers as compensation.

Unlike the one on Münchnerstrasse, you can't complain about this restaurant. Staff is also friendly.

It has been noticed more often that you order and you don't get what is on the receipt. Today we ordered points online again Debited the item shower gel ketchup but it wasn't in the bag I got.

Unfortunately, something that has been ordered and paid for is always missing. It's little things but they add up. I also have the impression that the drinks machines are not calibrated. I even bothered to measure because there was almost 2 fingers of drink missing under the calibration line. Maybe I'm a bit picky, when you come from the branch you take a closer look. STAFF should be trained to be customer friendly.

Ordered in front of the store and paid online. Shortly after entering, the food was ready to be picked up. Again, dropped food was pushed under the counters, and not just once.

So, this McDonald's branch is only recommended for eating fast food from spring until the onset of winter. Why ? The heating has been broken for years (!!!), the guests are sitting there bundled up, a positive restaurant experience looks different! It can't be that millions were shifted due to the recent change of ownership...at the expense of those who made McDonalds big = the customers! Ugh, is all I can say in view of the fact that my appreciation is being trampled on with (cold) feet!!

Wait 25 minutes for a simple order!😯Unfriendly staff too. Thank you and never again!

Heute bestellt essen , der Typ an der Bestellungs Anlage , verstand kaum deutsch ! Hab mich 7x müssen wiederholen was ich bestellen möchte , zum Schluss war er so inkompetent und hat alles falsch bestellt ! Und danach die Abteilungsleiterin das selbe Spiel ! Wenn eure Mitarbeiter kein deutsch verstehn , dann stellt sie nicht an wo man was bestellen will !!!! Und essen war kalt , jedes Mal das selbe

Man kann in diesem Restaurant wirklich sehr gut essen. Alles ist sauber und das Ambiente ist auch sehr gut.

Standard McDonald food. McRib and the Rossti burger were good. Do wear adequately during winter as it get a little cold 🥶

MC Was soll man sagen. Recht überlaufen.

Die Pommes waren nicht knusprig, die Burger so lala, der Kaffee war wie Spülwasser. Die Tische und Sitzplätze waren dreckig, es lagen Essens Reste am Boden und auf den Sitzen. Die Tische waren nicht richtig abgewischt. Hab ich bisher noch nicht erlebt. Bei diesen Preisen erwarte ich mir wesentlich mehr. Einige vom Personal wirkten desinteressiert, unfreundlich. Da geh ich sicher nicht mehr hin

Ist ein üblicher McDonalds. Schmeckt wie man McDonalds halt kennt, weder schlechter noch besser.

Das Publikum hier in dieser Filiale ist....wie soll ich das ausdrücken... sehr unangenehm. Das liegt wohl am angrenzenden Wohn-Viertel und dem Nordbahnhof. 🙄 Die Sauberkeit dieser Filiale ist dementsprechend im Mittelmaß anzusiedeln. Was ich aber sehr an dieser Filiale schätze ist, dass mein geliebter McRib mit sehr viel Soße gemacht wird und die Nuggets sehr frisch schmecken. Ansonsten ist das ein typischer McD. 😏

Sehr schnelle essensausgabe an dem Tag .. So schon lange nicht mehr erlebt bei Mc .. haben per App am Tisch bestellt nach Bezahlung keine 3 min war der erste Teil der Bestellung schon auf dem Tisch und kurz drauf der Rest... Wenn das mal überall bei Mc so

Fast and great service. It's a nice place to dine in, too. But sometimes at busy hour you might find difficulties in finding free seats.

Das Restaurant ist außen und innen Sauber. Es stehen genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Einer der besseren Mcdonalds- Filialen. Es gibt noch einen Kinderspielbereich im Inneren und das Essen kam schnell. Auch wenn mein BigMac etwas komisch roch… Der frische Burger mit Extrawunsch meiner Tochter war in Ordnung. Die Toiletten waren sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Mitarbeiter am Drive In sind extrem nett und sympathisch! hierbei liebe Grüße an die drei netten Jungs Edison, Ergim und Arlind -> sie sind wirklich großartig - profesionell, immer gut gelaunt und super freundlich. McDonalds kann sich glücklich schätzen, solche Mitarbeiter zu haben -ich komme immer wieder gerne :)

Super nettes Personal und super Service. Und das Essen war sehr lecker.

An sich schnell und gut, leider ist morgens um 9:30 der Salat des McMuffin halb Frisch und halb Gammelig. Der gammelige Teil ist dunkel und schmierig.

It has a nice outside area. Inside there is no A/C so not pleasant to sit down during summer days.

Top Service, essen wird an den tisch gebracht mit einem lächeln im Gesicht. Es wird nciht dumm geschaut wenn man ein Sparmenü nimmt. Socken kann man sich in der richtigen grösse auswählen! alle sehr freundlich! gerne wieder

Schmeckt wie man es gewohnt ist von McDonalds. Weder besser noch schlechter als hunderte anderer Restaurants. Mit Salz wird nicht gespart bei den Pommes und der Parkplatz wird schnell zu klein, ansonsten nichts Aussergewöhnliches.
