You can really eat very well at this restaurant. Everything is clean, and the ambiance is also very pleasant.

The problem seems to be that this branch has apparently taken over the staff from the closed Burger King. Every time I place a larger order, something I've already paid for is missing, and I have to go back again. It's a constant annoyance. Perhaps the staff should be offered better training by the company.

Honestly, if you're overwhelmed with the delivery service, just quit. It's happened twice now that my order was simply canceled after an hour's wait. During that time, I was waiting and couldn't get anything else to eat after 10 pm. You take the order at 9:45 pm and then simply don't deliver it, making the customer wait an hour only to then say the order was canceled. What's the point of that? Seriously, that's outrageous.

I used to love McDonald's, but unfortunately, since the renovation, a lot of things aren't as good as they used to be. The Big Mac has way too much sauce now, the nuggets aren't as crispy, and the fries used to be really good. They just take so long. Everyone's trying to save money by cutting 10 seconds, etc., but fries simply need the time they need. I'm sorry, but the last two times, my order was canceled half an hour later, even though it had been accepted, etc.

We wanted a cheesecake. At McCafé, we were told to queue at the other checkout. When it was our turn, they told us to queue at McCafé again. The McCafé staff said it was sold out earlier! And then, a minute later, suddenly it wasn't! There was a whole cake on display when we went to order.

McDonald’s just finished its renovation, and the place looks very clean and fresh. It’s surprisingly convenient and comfortable to sit down, enjoy a meal, and take your time with a cheeseburger. The location is also great, which makes it an easy spot to drop by whenever you need something quick and satisfying.

The store is very clean. Furthermore, all the employees, even though they're from abroad, speak German. And while others are still sleeping on Saturday morning, they're already hard at work. This morning, I went into the store specifically to buy breakfast—I love the cups! The employee was super nice and helped me pick out four different ones. It wasn't until I got home that I realized I should have asked her her name. Thank you to everyone who works so hard!

There's a debate about missing food here. It's listed on the bill, but it's not in the bags, but there's discussion about the fact that the order was weighed on some kind of scale, and therefore what you get is correct. I'll avoid this branch in the future.

Every time you order takeout, something is missing. This time, there were no toys in the Happy Meal (luckily, I noticed it on the spot, but the book I wanted wasn't there). Instead of a cheeseburger, there was a hamburger, and the milkshake was missing chocolate sauce.

After the renovation, this McDonald's is really attractive. It's great for breakfast, as well as for a coffee or snack. Much better than the Westpark branch. The employees are very friendly and the service is very fast. I like coming here, even though it's not the closest branch to me. Westpark could learn a thing or two from this.

Wow. Spent almost €20 ordering takeaway, and only realized WHILE EATING that the vegan wrap with honey mustard I wanted was actually made with real meat, and they also charged for the curry version. Money wasted, food thrown away because there was no other option. For this kind of customer service, the customers shouldn't be collecting the money for the food, not the branch. I go there less and less anyway because something's just not right almost every time, but today was one too many. All in all, I gave McDonald's money. Thanks!

Got my order wrong asked where my happy meal was they said it got declined i was confused and the employee (manager i think) got mad and yelled to an employee that my happy meal was declined + gave me a mcspicy instead of a mccrispy ordered the happh meal again after i ate it didnt get the toy i clicked onto (didnt say that the toy that i wanted isnt in stock no More)

It's well known that I don't have to write anything about the food. The employees are mostly very friendly. Unfortunately the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.

We were there yesterday after a concert. It was incredibly crowded. We were expecting the worst, but the food was excellent. The burgers looked pretty good considering the stress, and the employees remained calm. I've had a completely different experience at McDonald's.

A very new, expanded McDonald's. One of my nuggets was cold, but the remaining 19 were very fresh and delicious. The staff are extremely friendly, and the decor is very new, with great, soft sofas. My best McDonald's yet.

Since the renovation, the branch has noticeably improved. The employees speak and understand German well. While it can get a little hectic when it's busy, I haven't been treated unfriendly. I usually order via the app (because of coupons) and then pick it up. The wait time is okay. The ambiance is quite nice and looks friendly. However, there's no place for people waiting to lean. If you lean against the wall, you can't see the screen, and when there are lots of customers in the restaurant, you can't sit down anywhere. Plus, you always feel like you're in the way.

I ordered it for home delivery. Bree doesn't speak a word of German. The cheese wasn't melted. The chicken nuggets were B simply rubbery. They gave me a weird black pepper and soy sauce that smelled and looked dead. The burgers completely fell apart.

Only 2 stars because many things are broken or empty. The atmosphere is nice, the staff are friendly, and the fries are hot. The Ewego charging station was broken on August 2nd, as were several ordering terminals. The paper in the restrooms was also empty.

After the renovation, it's barely recognizable, looking very modern and "American." Some details are still unfinished. Food and service are typical of McDonald's. Across all McDonald's restaurants, I can only advise everyone to check their order immediately upon receipt. This is a must for takeout anyway, but even when eating in, I've experienced something wrong on my tray several times, so I had to complain. If you take the food in a bag and don't notice it until you get home, it's obviously too late. Tip: Complaining by email to McDonald's can at least get you vouchers as compensation.

I recently visited the newly renovated McDonald's branch right next to Nordbahnhof (North Station). The restaurant now looks more modern and much more inviting than before. The seating areas are spacious, and the new digital ordering kiosks make ordering much faster and easier. The food itself is typical McDonald's: classic, fast, and reliable. The burgers and fries taste exactly as you'd expect—nothing extraordinary, but solid. The location right next to Nordbahnhof is particularly convenient, ideal for a quick meal on the go. Overall, the newly designed store makes a good impression and offers a pleasant atmosphere for a short break.

Ideally, no stars would be given to such disrespectful employees. You go there because the wrong drink was brought, and then you get insulted and treated like a fool, "That's how it should be, that's right." So, I'm stupid, I don't know what I ordered, right? Employees like that are absolutely terrible, especially a lady with blonde/brown hair and squinty eyes, really weird. Never again!!! I won't tolerate disrespectful behavior, especially if I was initially friendly as a customer! To the lady, she must have chosen the wrong profession if she can't even make a drink properly herself!!! Maybe a better job as a cleaning lady :) And, of course, I didn't even get anything back as compensation. Neither did they accommodate my request, nor did they offer an apology, which is the least of it. Very unprofessional and rude. A little tip: You should quit if you can't work with people. :)

This dump can't get anything done. I waited almost 45 minutes for one cheeseburger and two chicken burgers. It's absolutely outrageous!!! And the staff was unfriendly too.

Until two weeks ago, it seemed much more mediocre because they were still using their old concept and interior design. But now, the interior is much more spacious. The number of tables has been reduced, the distance between them has increased, and both the interior and exterior have been renovated. It's become a standard McDonald's you'd find in a central location. The interior definitely looks much cleaner. The service is also much better (I can't figure out why). In short, the performance is as good as I'd expect from a McDonald's. But nothing special.

Unfortunately, I can only describe this visit as disappointing. The service was not only rude, but downright disrespectful. Particularly shocking was the behavior of a senior employee who became verbally aggressive toward us and even threatened us with physical violence. This kind of behavior should never happen in any restaurant—especially not at an international brand like McDonald's. I sincerely hope that this behavior has consequences and that appropriate measures are taken to ensure that other guests don't experience something similar. Message to Copilot

I was going to get food from the drive-thru with two friends that evening. On the way to the first window, we saw a fallen display. I got out of the car because I didn't want to drive over it (the display was partially in the driveway). When we arrived at the order window, we were asked in a very rude tone, "Why did we knock over the display?" We didn't. We tried to explain that we were only moving it to the side because otherwise it could have been run over and, worse, damaged a vehicle. The woman at the counter then asked us why we were lying and not just telling the truth. She wanted to get her boss. At that point, it became too much and too childish for us (the cashier's behavior), so we left. Conclusion: Unfriendly employees who can't understand that young adults don't only have stupid things on their minds.

FAST food meant to be served FAST and not in 20 minutes, even though the order was probably the most basic (double cheese smart menu). Happened 4 or 5 times, so If you decided to grab some food before your train - FORGET about it otherwise you’ll miss it. Completely understaffed Orders that were made after mine were served faster (at least 3 of them this time) Some employee really do their best and if it’s busy make it fast, but the same time some of them just roaming around and barely moving (no exaggeration, the guy was just chilling around when the other one was running) I don’t care if you forget to put sauce inside or some tissues but at least make it within 5, OMG okay 10 minutes but not 15-20 as it happened to me multiple times.

Hello, I would like to briefly tell you how it was for me after eating. So the first thing I ordered is big tasty with becon. I ate well and it also tasted good. At home around 7-8 p.m. I had nausea without a break and I went to the toilet all night because I was so sick and I'm still not feeling well. Yes, today was probably a bad day. There was no more ice cream:( I ordered a chocolate sundae. I got a vanilla one. Then I pointed it out to her, then after a short discussion I took an apple turnover. I wasn't happy about this solution, I would rather have my money back so that. Went to McDrive yesterday and something was forgotten in the order again, we noticed it when we got home. This is the second time this has happened that we pay and things are missing from the order!

The food is fine and good so far. It is freshly prepared. The restaurant is clean and neatly decorated. The staff is friendly.

I've never had a visit where something wasn't missing. It's better to take 2 minutes before you forget something

We go every week. It's so much fun for our 3 kids because they have both indoor and outdoor play areas. My favorite is the Big Tasty Bacon Fish Mac, the Big Mac and ice cream are so good and the staff are friendly and helpful. Being within walking distance is an advantage, we believe that we burn the calories we consume on the road, and we have a clear conscience.😂🤦🏻‍♂️
