Zu erst war das Essen kalt, dann den falschen Burger gebracht. Nicht gut.

Schönen Guten Tag, Ich ware letztens um 1:23 Uhr in der Nacht zu besuch. Die Bestell Hilfe war sehr nett doch die Kameraden die dort gespeißt hatten. Haben sehr komisches Pulver auf dem Parkplatz konsumiert. Das ist inakzeptabel. Doch dass wlan ist bombe ich habe gleich eine Runde Hand of blood angeschaut. Das Essen war sehr gut aber bischen zu teuer ich habe mir noch ausversehen im wlan mir Viren herunter geladen jetzt spinnt mein I phone. Es ist sehr zum empfehlen Lg Raik „ Müsst ihr wissen

Ich bin Stammgast und weltweit in hunderten McDonald's gewesen. In diesem hier gab es tatsächlich keinen einzigen schmutzigen Tisch, das ist mir sofort aufgefallen, ebenso lag Nichts auf dem Boden herum. Hier wird sehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet. Bei meiner Bestellung wurden die Pommes vergessen, jedoch habe ich gleich darauf hingewiesen und die Pommes waren innerhalb einer Minute da. Kann passieren, jedoch gut das mit das nicht beim MC Drive passiert ist. Ansonsten ist das Ambiente schön, man fühlt sich wohl!

Bei McDonald's esse ich nur den Big Tasty Bacon, und zum ersten Mal ist mir der Burger nicht in den Händen auseinandergefallen!

Als wir die niedrige Bewertung gesehen haben, dachten wir, dass uns ein eher schlechter McDonald’s erwartet. Aber nein — er hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Alles war sehr sauber, auf jedem Tisch standen frische Blumen, die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und haben gelächelt, die Bestellung wurde schnell gebracht und es war lecker. Wir sind sehr zufrieden geblieben!

Nach dem Umbau 2025 kaum wiederzuerkennen, wirkt sehr modern und "amerikanisch". In letzter Zeit war das Essen bei mir immer heiß und frisch. Service (sofern ich Service in einem Fast Food Restaurant erwarte) hat Luft nach oben. Wenn viel los ist, tritt eine gewisse Überforderung ein. Wie bei jedem McDonald's kann ich auch hier jedem nur raten, die Bestellung sofort bei Erhalt zu prüfen. Bei Mitnahme sowieso ein Muss, aber auch beim Verzehr vor Ort habe ich mittlerweile mehrfach erlebt, dass auf meinem Tablett irgendwas falsch war, so dass ich reklamieren musste. Nimmt man das Essen in der Tüte mit und merkt es erst Zuhause, ist es natürlich zu spät. Tipp: Beschwerde-E-Mail bei McDonald's bringt dann immerhin Gutscheine als Entschädigung.

Hole hier öfter am Abend etwas. Normalerweise bin ich ganz zufrieden. Wenn was vergessen wurde, wird mir noch beim Verlassen des Ladens Bescheid gegeben. Heute haben bei meiner Bestellung leider die Gitter Pommes gefehlt. Habe ich leider erst zu Hause gemerkt :(

Ich bin enttäuscht,ich habe einen happy meal bestell.Habe extra yoshi eingegeben da Stande es gibt yoshi aber als ich was anderes bekam,bin ich hin gegangen und sie sagten es gibt nur 2 Spielzeuge.

Meine Bestellung wurde 3x falsch übergeben. Jedes Mal hat etwas gefehlt oder war falsch. Die Mitarbeiter haben immer genervt reagiert und waren unfreundlich. Mein Erster und letzter Besuch.

Drücken hier die nummern 12 minuten früher bevor das essen überhaupt ankommt jedes einzelne mal Mc Donalds leitung soll mal was machen das geht garnicht!!! Wenn meine nummer grün da steht sollte mein essen schon da sein 1:01 stand meine bestellung und vier andere in grün da um 1:09 hab ich dieses erhalten essen war gut aber trotzdem nervt es wie ein depp vorne zu stehen nur um noch 8 minuten zu warten...

Alex ist der beste Mitarbeiter vor Ort vor allem der Tischservice war sehr angenehm.

Es ist das schlechteste Restaurant.

Die neuen spielecken innen sind nicht schön. Das Konzept spart evtl. Platz aber es ist im durchgangsbereich. Nervig weil man immer aufpassen muss. Keine Haken in der damenToilette für Jacke oder Tasche...

Ich war am Samstagabend dort und habe mir ein Eis geholt und ich musste an der Ausgabe warten und mir ist dort aufgefallen, dass die Chefin oder Filialleiterin oder wie auch immer den Mitarbeiter vor anderen Kunden so dermaßen blöd angesprochen hat und umgegangen ist, dass ich das nicht in Ordnung finde. Zum Sachverhalt: der Mitarbeiter, der das bestellte Essen an die Tische liefert, hat ein Tablett genommen, wo noch Pommes und ein Burger gefehlt hat. Die Schlichtleitung oder Chefin oder wie auch immer hat ihn dann vor anderen Kunden ziemlich blöd angesprochen, was das soll. Er muss doch alles kontrollieren und das kann nicht machen und sie regt ihn auf. Solches Verhalten einer Führungskraft finde ich absolut nicht in Ordnung.

So ein unfreundliches team habe da 2 mal online bestellt erst kahm falsche lieferung und dan bei 2te bestellung fehlt einfach die hälfte. Und dan noch frech am telefon sein.! So eine frechheit

Es dauert ein bisschen, bis man sein Essen bekommt, aber es ist gut.

In der Nachtschicht am Drive In war ein bayrisch sprechender Mitarbeiter. 5 Sterne.

Gut, dass McDonald's neue vegetarische Menüs eingeführt hat.

Ganz ehrlich, wenn ihr überfordert seid mit dem Lieferdienst, lasst es doch einfach. Jetzt ist es schon zweimal passiert, dass die Bestellung nach einer Stunde Wartezeit einfach storniert wurde. In der Zeit habe ich gewartet und konnte nichts anderes zu Essen holen nach 22 Uhr. Ihr nehmt die Bestellung entgegen um 21.45 und liefert sie dann einfach nicht, lässt den Kunden 1 Stunde warten um dann zu sagen die Bestellung wurde storniert. Was soll das ? Wirklich dass ist ne Frechheit! Zudem ist es trotz kurzer Entfernung immer kalt!

Man kann in diesem Restaurant wirklich sehr gut essen. Alles ist sauber und das Ambiente ist auch sehr gut.

The problem seems to be that this branch has apparently taken over the staff from the closed Burger King. Every time I place a larger order, something I've already paid for is missing, and I have to go back again. It's a constant annoyance. Perhaps the staff should be offered better training by the company.

I used to love McDonald's, but unfortunately, since the renovation, a lot of things aren't as good as they used to be. The Big Mac has way too much sauce now, the nuggets aren't as crispy, and the fries used to be really good. They just take so long. Everyone's trying to save money by cutting 10 seconds, etc., but fries simply need the time they need. I'm sorry, but the last two times, my order was canceled half an hour later, even though it had been accepted, etc.

We wanted a cheesecake. At McCafé, we were told to queue at the other checkout. When it was our turn, they told us to queue at McCafé again. The McCafé staff said it was sold out earlier! And then, a minute later, suddenly it wasn't! There was a whole cake on display when we went to order.

Waiting times: minimum 20 minutes They fudge the times, and sometimes your order is simply deleted or marked as picked up. This has happened twice already, resulting in my order simply disappearing and me having to reorder.

McDonald’s just finished its renovation, and the place looks very clean and fresh. It’s surprisingly convenient and comfortable to sit down, enjoy a meal, and take your time with a cheeseburger. The location is also great, which makes it an easy spot to drop by whenever you need something quick and satisfying.

Well, it's usually better. The fries were unfortunately cold and under-salted. The burgers were okay. I think the nuggets could have used fresher oil. Too bad, we've been to much better places.

My Honest Review: Not Bad A Mediocre Mcdonalds Nothing Too Special.. Is Ok If You Are Starving And In a Hurry But Otherwise don't go here unless you have good deals like on the app or something like that..

There's a debate about missing food here. It's listed on the bill, but it's not in the bags, but there's discussion about the fact that the order was weighed on some kind of scale, and therefore what you get is correct. I'll avoid this branch in the future.

The store is very clean. Furthermore, all the employees, even though they're from abroad, speak German. And while others are still sleeping on Saturday morning, they're already hard at work. This morning, I went into the store specifically to buy breakfast—I love the cups! The employee was super nice and helped me pick out four different ones. It wasn't until I got home that I realized I should have asked her her name. Thank you to everyone who works so hard!

Every time you order takeout, something is missing. This time, there were no toys in the Happy Meal (luckily, I noticed it on the spot, but the book I wanted wasn't there). Instead of a cheeseburger, there was a hamburger, and the milkshake was missing chocolate sauce.

After the renovation, this McDonald's is really attractive. It's great for breakfast, as well as for a coffee or snack. Much better than the Westpark branch. The employees are very friendly and the service is very fast. I like coming here, even though it's not the closest branch to me. Westpark could learn a thing or two from this.

Wow. Spent almost €20 ordering takeaway, and only realized WHILE EATING that the vegan wrap with honey mustard I wanted was actually made with real meat, and they also charged for the curry version. Money wasted, food thrown away because there was no other option. For this kind of customer service, the customers shouldn't be collecting the money for the food, not the branch. I go there less and less anyway because something's just not right almost every time, but today was one too many. All in all, I gave McDonald's money. Thanks!

Got my order wrong asked where my happy meal was they said it got declined i was confused and the employee (manager i think) got mad and yelled to an employee that my happy meal was declined + gave me a mcspicy instead of a mccrispy ordered the happh meal again after i ate it didnt get the toy i clicked onto (didnt say that the toy that i wanted isnt in stock no More)

It's well known that I don't have to write anything about the food. The employees are mostly very friendly. Unfortunately the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.

We were there yesterday after a concert. It was incredibly crowded. We were expecting the worst, but the food was excellent. The burgers looked pretty good considering the stress, and the employees remained calm. I've had a completely different experience at McDonald's.

I had to wait 15 minutes because the cheeseburgers were "freshly prepared." When I finally got them, they were cold. I don't know how that works... It definitely shouldn't happen.

A very new, expanded McDonald's. One of my nuggets was cold, but the remaining 19 were very fresh and delicious. The staff are extremely friendly, and the decor is very new, with great, soft sofas. My best McDonald's yet.

Since the renovation, the branch has noticeably improved. The employees speak and understand German well. While it can get a little hectic when it's busy, I haven't been treated unfriendly. I usually order via the app (because of coupons) and then pick it up. The wait time is okay. The ambiance is quite nice and looks friendly. However, there's no place for people waiting to lean. If you lean against the wall, you can't see the screen, and when there are lots of customers in the restaurant, you can't sit down anywhere. Plus, you always feel like you're in the way.

I ordered it for home delivery. Bree doesn't speak a word of German. The cheese wasn't melted. The chicken nuggets were B simply rubbery. They gave me a weird black pepper and soy sauce that smelled and looked dead. The burgers completely fell apart.

Only 2 stars because many things are broken or empty. The atmosphere is nice, the staff are friendly, and the fries are hot. The Ewego charging station was broken on August 2nd, as were several ordering terminals. The paper in the restrooms was also empty.

I recently visited the newly renovated McDonald's branch right next to Nordbahnhof (North Station). The restaurant now looks more modern and much more inviting than before. The seating areas are spacious, and the new digital ordering kiosks make ordering much faster and easier. The food itself is typical McDonald's: classic, fast, and reliable. The burgers and fries taste exactly as you'd expect—nothing extraordinary, but solid. The location right next to Nordbahnhof is particularly convenient, ideal for a quick meal on the go. Overall, the newly designed store makes a good impression and offers a pleasant atmosphere for a short break.

absolutely incompetent employees

Ideally, no stars would be given to such disrespectful employees. You go there because the wrong drink was brought, and then you get insulted and treated like a fool, "That's how it should be, that's right." So, I'm stupid, I don't know what I ordered, right? Employees like that are absolutely terrible, especially a lady with blonde/brown hair and squinty eyes, really weird. Never again!!! I won't tolerate disrespectful behavior, especially if I was initially friendly as a customer! To the lady, she must have chosen the wrong profession if she can't even make a drink properly herself!!! Maybe a better job as a cleaning lady :) And, of course, I didn't even get anything back as compensation. Neither did they accommodate my request, nor did they offer an apology, which is the least of it. Very unprofessional and rude. A little tip: You should quit if you can't work with people. :)

This dump can't get anything done. I waited almost 45 minutes for one cheeseburger and two chicken burgers. It's absolutely outrageous!!! And the staff was unfriendly too.

Until two weeks ago, it seemed much more mediocre because they were still using their old concept and interior design. But now, the interior is much more spacious. The number of tables has been reduced, the distance between them has increased, and both the interior and exterior have been renovated. It's become a standard McDonald's you'd find in a central location. The interior definitely looks much cleaner. The service is also much better (I can't figure out why). In short, the performance is as good as I'd expect from a McDonald's. But nothing special.

Unfortunately, I can only describe this visit as disappointing. The service was not only rude, but downright disrespectful. Particularly shocking was the behavior of a senior employee who became verbally aggressive toward us and even threatened us with physical violence. This kind of behavior should never happen in any restaurant—especially not at an international brand like McDonald's. I sincerely hope that this behavior has consequences and that appropriate measures are taken to ensure that other guests don't experience something similar. Message to Copilot

A classic McDonald's, with plenty of parking. There's an HPC charging station with two plugs. Unfortunately, it's only capable of 150 kW, and the charging capacity is probably shared if two cars are connected.

The worst thing ever. My takeout orders are 95% wrong. If you call to complain, you just get a rude response. Since I have the opportunity, I'll often send the public order officer and the health department to the branch on Nürnberger Straße.

Food is good but often some things that you ordered were not given

I was going to get food from the drive-thru with two friends that evening. On the way to the first window, we saw a fallen display. I got out of the car because I didn't want to drive over it (the display was partially in the driveway). When we arrived at the order window, we were asked in a very rude tone, "Why did we knock over the display?" We didn't. We tried to explain that we were only moving it to the side because otherwise it could have been run over and, worse, damaged a vehicle. The woman at the counter then asked us why we were lying and not just telling the truth. She wanted to get her boss. At that point, it became too much and too childish for us (the cashier's behavior), so we left. Conclusion: Unfriendly employees who can't understand that young adults don't only have stupid things on their minds.

Highly recommended McDonald's! Ordered coffee, got coffee! The McDonald's employee even asked for milk and sugar! Not every McDonald's does this; at many, you have to ask and wait. Everything was fine at this McDonald's!

Furthermore, customer satisfaction was frequently and kindly inquired about, and any requests were immediately fulfilled. Big Tasty Bacon doesn't have any bacon in it. The potato is a mix. The ice cream was ordered with 2 caramel drops, but there's hardly any caramel in it... The staff isn't polite... Good luck

FAST food meant to be served FAST and not in 20 minutes, even though the order was probably the most basic (double cheese smart menu). Happened 4 or 5 times, so If you decided to grab some food before your train - FORGET about it otherwise you’ll miss it. Completely understaffed Orders that were made after mine were served faster (at least 3 of them this time) Some employee really do their best and if it’s busy make it fast, but the same time some of them just roaming around and barely moving (no exaggeration, the guy was just chilling around when the other one was running) I don’t care if you forget to put sauce inside or some tissues but at least make it within 5, OMG okay 10 minutes but not 15-20 as it happened to me multiple times.

Hello, I would like to briefly tell you how it was for me after eating. So the first thing I ordered is big tasty with becon. I ate well and it also tasted good. At home around 7-8 p.m. I had nausea without a break and I went to the toilet all night because I was so sick and I'm still not feeling well. I don't think anyone should survive something like that after going to a restoran. My tip is to go somewhere else to avoid vomiting all night long

Yes, today was probably a bad day. There was no more ice cream:( I ordered a chocolate sundae. I got a vanilla one. Then I pointed it out to her, then after a short discussion I took an apple turnover. I wasn't happy about this solution, I would rather have my money back so that. But unfortunately that didn't work. The order (a cola) also took 5 minutes. Tomorrow it will be better again!

Sometimes there's a lot going on and it can take a while. If you don't go there at peak times, it's always quick!

Fast food restaurant, as usual, slightly outdated with normal clientele. As expected, food and drinks were of the cheap variety without much added value. Children's special and toilet available.

experience not to be repeated, the sandwiches were sour and too full of ketchap (my son's comment tasted like shit), but the chicken mc nuggets were good. Some of the staff were very nice, others seemed to be taking the piss out of us. The best thing was the slide for the kids. We will definitely not return to this place. Thanks for everything.
