Just plain old food! Service terrible, mostly don't understand German! And tables and toilets are cleaned once a week, if at all. I wouldn't recommend this KFC to anyone!!! Unfortunately, 1 star is already 1 star too many. In my opinion, this fast food restaurant needs to be completely reorganized. Especially when it comes to staff and hygiene.

The employee at the checkout was very nice. That was it already. Just small drink cups. Exclusively zero drinks! In the toilet at the hand basin the water only runs for two seconds - not enough to wash your hands. No towels to dry off and the electric hand dryer doesn't work either!

There were 4 of us (2 adults, 2 children), we had chosen what we wanted beforehand and then we queued up to order. The ordering itself went fairly quickly... But we waited a good 10 minutes for the food itself and then got a burger that was very poorly topped, had the impression of being thrown on it and eating here... apart from that The chicken piece was very small and not even half of the burger had meat... Which is very annoying and takes away your appetite, the fries were more old than fresh so it can't have been because of the long wait had to. The rest of the food was ok, but you could tell that it had been warmed up for quite a long time. All in all, only one thing was good for me and that was the cole slaw.

So the food was great as always, but the woman (Asian looking) at the drive counter didn't understand you at all, then again at the window you complained and just put something down where you weren't even asked (drink) and then she didn't even put the mayo in it. Then I went to the counter again and she was really annoyed by pressing the mayo into it. So customer service looks different. I'm in sales myself and can't afford something like that in my life.

This is probably the worst Kentucky I've seen so far. All products, whether wings, burgers, bites or crispies, are dry and bland. Very bad taste. The four of us spent €62 and no one ate it.

How the store carries itself is a mystery to me. The employees look at you at lunchtime as if you were a ghost. “Where do they all come from and what do they all want?” In Germany it is called a lunch break and is usually celebrated between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Particularly noteworthy is the breathtaking speed with which the KFC employees place the dead chicken in the box. That was definitely the last time at KFC. The food was the FINAL THING! Puree yuck, chicken pieces not crispy, service not great, all drinks with sweetener - who thinks of something like that? Overall it was underground and not worth €26 for two people! If one could give less than one star, that would have been my choice.

Ordered for pickup via Uber Eats. Then said I got food from Uber. The nice gentleman at the checkout was convinced he didn't have an Uber. After 20 minutes (the chicken was almost alive again) he noticed that there was an Uber bag there. Well... it's not so wild.

Very long waiting time, the person at the checkout was unfortunately quite overwhelmed. But the worst thing: there are only (poorly mixed) sugar-free drinks (zero). Not a single normal drink with sugar. If this becomes the standard at kfc you won't see me anymore. It definitely doesn't make it disgusting or healthy either.

Title: Disappointing experience at Kentucky Fried Chicken As a long-time fan of Kentucky Fried Chicken, I was disappointed with my last visit. The quality of the chicken was excellent as usual, but unfortunately the coleslaw was no longer what I expected. I also found the portion to be too small and the drinks were much too small. It's a shame to see how the quality has declined in some areas.

I understand that good staff is difficult to find, but the lady was overwhelmed and should be trained with an accompanying person. She wasn't ready to work independently and it wasn't even at rush hour

We went to KFC with my daughter today and I really have to praise the lady at the checkout, such great service, so customer friendly and so accommodating, respect. Opened late because the guest room was cleaned early, we also noticed the lack of staff there. At the counter there was a waitress who had a very difficult time with the German language and had no knowledge of the individual menus. Food was still ok.

It is difficult to communicate with the staff in German. Despite explaining my order several times, they hardly understood anything. The boss and the staff were not understanding. The service here doesn't even meet the minimum standard you would expect in a fast food chain. Never again!!

KFC in general is simply delicious! However, I always have problems with orders at the drive-in (e.g. wrong burgers, paid too much, received too little, etc.). Maybe you can get the food you ordered in the restaurant. Ps.: both burgers should be double, and one with bacon on it 🥓

That's a very small portion for prices.

We waited 15 minutes to place the order, while there were more people behind the counter than in front of it. They just did nothing. Neither taking orders nor preparing them. The chicken pieces were very oily, and the spice was not the same like at other KFCs. Nor was the french fries. It was like the cheapest gastro french fries from Metro, not the usual KFC style potatoes. The shop is very unorganized, half of the people should be more than enough to handle the load efficiently.

We now want to pre-order for the third time using the KFC app, but it has never worked in this branch. We then wanted to have the food we had already selected via the app exactly at the app price. The price of the app would have been 28.08, but after a discussion we paid the retail price, 29.38 We got food from this branch 3 times and nothing was ever right. When eating a burger was wrong instead of 1x chili 1x cheese burger there were 2x cheese 0x chili 🙄 Unfortunately, this branch is not a recommendation 👎

Terrible store! We recently ate there several times, cheese bites and milkshakes were basically sold out. They don't accept vouchers either. In addition, as a vegetarian, I ordered the veggie version twice and both times I got the product with meat. When I was informed, I was simply given the correct product, without an apology or compensation! When I asked, all I said was what I wanted now, she just didn't hear it.

Unfortunately, I can't say it any other way. The store was busy, 10 to 15 orders on the board, but the 8 employees were unable to get the orders ready and out in a timely manner. Fries were old and cold, chicken pieces were dry and actually inedible, and there was almost no sauce on the burgers. Almost €50 was thrown out the window. Definitely no more KFC for a long time!!!

Insgesamt eine mäßige Erfahrung. Laden insgesamt, sagen wir mal durchschnittlich sauber, eine Grundreinigung über das Tisch abwischen wäre mal nicht schlecht. Das sagt jemand der da nicht gerade pingelig ist. Bestellung war sehr schwierig, der Herr am Schalter war schnell, routiniert, aber nicht zu verstehen. Ich weiß bis heute nicht welche Optionen er stetig wiederholt hat. Er hat leider auch immer nur die gleichen Worte verwandt aber seine Aussprache war leider so schlecht - ich weiß nur, es hätte mindestens 4 verschiedene Soßen gegebenen. Da nichts los war hätte man da vielleicht etwas mehr auf das Problem eingehen können. Unsere Bestellung wurde dafür in sehr mäßiger Geschwindigkeit zusammen gestellt. Dabei war alles fertig - wie sich herausstellte schon lange!! fertig, und entsprechend eher warm als heiß. Also erhält die Filiale von mir ein dickes Minus, denn hier hat keiner Lust auf Kunden, keine Lust auf Service. Das Essen war aber auch von der Qualität enttäuschend. Coleslaw war schon mal besser. Zumindest war er noch frisch. Chicken fehlt inzwischen offenbar jeder Geschmack. Dazu kam eben dass die Zubereitung schon einige Zeit zurück lag. Insgesamt zog sich das durch alle Speisen, dass die Würze extrem zurück gefahren wurde, Schärfe nicht mehr vorhanden. Das Lokal hier werden wir nicht mehr besuchen, KFC überhaupt wohl auch eher nicht. Schade.

Könnte ich keinen Stern geben würde ich das tun. Es ist Winter und alle Gäste müssen mit Jacke da drin sitzen beim Essen weil es gefühlt nicht mehr al 10 Grad drinnen ist. Eine absolute Frechheit. Das Personal versteht nicht was ich möchte. Hat mich bei 2 Menüs so oft gefragt was und wie genau das ich dachte sie hat schon 4 Menüs eingetippt. Katastrophe das ganze Ambiente. Nie wieder. Vorallem nicht bei den Preisen. Schade!

Die McTwister Wraps sind sehr schmackhaft, allerdings auch sehr, sehr teuer. Man kann seine Getränke selbst nachfüllen, wobei die Getränke aus der Maschine eiskalt sind. Die Gegensprechanlagen benötigen ein Upgrade, es ist sehr schwer die Angestellten zu verstehen, selbst wenn sie perfekt deutsch sprechen.

Alles perfekt, bis auf die Wartezeit die wiederum für das Lokal spricht.

Zum wiederholten Mal fehlten Produkte bei meiner Bestellung. Der Rest war sehr geschmacklos. Der Service ist immer noch katastrophal. Mir reicht es jetzt und ich werde bei KFC nichts mehr kaufen.

Halt KFC Preise...Essen immer weniger ...Preise immer höher....Toiletten sind nicht sauber...Getränke haben nur Geschmack von Pepsi/Mirinda usw. mehr Wasser als Saft...ich werde diese Filiale nicht mehr Besuchen.

Fast Food geht anders, über 30 Minuten warten müssen, bis ich endlich drangekommen bin und ich bestellen konnte.

Leider dauert es immer so lange, dass man kaum die Mittagszeit Pause benutzen kann. Ein Mitarbeiter an der Kasse und ein Mitarbeiter an Ausgabe. Wäre schön wenn mehrere Mitarbeiter um die Zeit vorne sind.

18.11.23 da gewesen. Essen ok, aber das Personal beim bestellen hat sich nicht wirklich ausgekannt. Die Wartezeit war nach in Ordnung. Der Getränkeauffüller an der Kasse steht ungünstig. Am schlimmsten fanden wir die dreckigen Tische und Sitze. Vom Boden ringsherum will ich gar nicht reden. Personal wäre da gewesen, aber was abwischen oder säubern wollte keiner. Und zum guten Schluss die Toiletten… echt ekelig! Schade eigentlich
