Kentucky Fried Chicken in Ingolstadt

Unfortunately, not anymore. Very disappointed. We used to go there more often. I'll now rule out eating out.

Ordered a salad. There was more leafy greens than the rest. Expensive for the price.

Unfortunately, the quality isn't consistently good. Sometimes everything is perfect (fresh chicken, crispy fries, etc.). Sometimes the chicken tastes like it's been kept warm for days.

I got home and for the second time in a very short period of time, my belongings were forgotten at the drive-thru. What a disgrace.

Disgusting!!! I was craving crispy chicken and got hours-old, soggy, and lukewarm chicken! After asking for more, the irritated employee gave me exactly the same mess as before! The mashed potatoes tasted like they'd been reheated a few times, so at least 2-3 days old. This will be reported to the health department. It's a disgrace that you should pay €15 for this junk, and the calories are wasted, too.

It used to be good, but now they have incompetent employees, like today at the drive-thru. They just can't get me the right order.

Even one star is too many. If you order directly from the employee, you're immediately treated rudely. Then, when you pick up your order, everything is cold and you point out that there's no burger, the employee immediately yells at you and then you don't get a refund. Such unfriendly and incompetent staff.

I've been to KFC Ingolstadt several times, but it's getting worse and worse. During peak hours (around 7:00 p.m.), it was chaotic and very loud. People shouted numbers loudly, but it was incomprehensible because the employees barely spoke German. The wait for the food was 15 minutes, and during that time, there were many complaints. The nuggets are getting more and more expensive, but they're also getting smaller each time, and the fries were cold, unsalted, and completely soggy. It's a shame; I used to love going there.

We pre-ordered online and picked it up at the restaurant. The fries weren't salted and were rather soggy. My burger was missing lettuce, and we had to ask for two forks for the mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Oh well, it was okay...

The food is delicious, but the menu is small.

High praise! This is the cleanest fast-food restaurant I've ever been to. The food was great and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The restrooms were also very clean, even though the restaurant was busy. I even saw an employee cleaning the parking lot and removing the weeds between the paving stones. That shows how much effort they put into this. Right off the A9 motorway and easy to get to. Unfortunately, KFC also has a few black spots, but this branch is really great 👍

The food was served very quickly, and it was good and tasty. However, the restrooms reeked terribly, like a dentist's office. It was impossible to sit in the restroom.

Surprise there is a charging station

I'm very disappointed. We ordered something to take away and only got half of it. Even when we went back and complained, something was still missing. Among other things, all the children's toys were missing. I had a friend drop me off and it was an orange soda. Very disappointed.

I've only been to KFC in Ingolstadt twice now. Both times I ordered takeout. Both times I was disappointed. About half of the items I ordered were always missing. Once you leave the restaurant, there's no chance of complaining. I suspect this is active fraud. That way, they can make twice as much money on one burger.

Except for one table, all the tables were completely greasy, ordering at the cash register is really rubbish, there is no menu list with advertising food that you can order, you only see employees as if they were brought to work by force, everything is negative, really expensive, what else can I say, the toilet is a different problem, oh my, I think the state office hasn't been here yet, terriblemmmmm

The food at Kentucky simply tastes good. Since they switched to ordering kiosks, ordering is also easier, and there are no more language barriers. This time we had the Squid Game menu, which was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, Kentucky is quite expensive compared to other fast food restaurants.

We just went to eat, and the meat was disgustingly dark and not crispy. The fries were soggy too. I complained, and they gave us friendly, fresh white food, which was also inedible, so we left it. What a waste of 40 euros. Never again!!!

Overpriced and definitely gotten worse over time. Portions are becoming smaller and more expensive. Hot wings are now the size of a thumb; 3 pieces cost €5, is too much... If you're lucky, the bone will splinter while you're eating or something will be forgotten when you order

I was really looking forward to KFC. Unfortunately, the French fries and 9er hot wings were older and no longer completely fresh. It was definitely due to the time of my KFC visit. I prefer it red hot, then it would have been freshly prepared. Otherwise, you would have to have enough time to enjoy Original KFC to the fullest.

I give the one star for the cleanliness in the toilet, that's what my daughter wanted... for large fries with ketchup I paid €4.49 not only because they were old but also for the few pieces that cost €5. You used to get them on your plate and it was a reasonable amount. Chicken pieces no matter what kind they were were over salted so even the dips didn't help. Paid a total of €49 for nothing!!!

Hello, my wife and I went to KFC in Ingolstadt today and were very disappointed. We always enjoyed eating there, but in our opinion the quality has deteriorated a lot. The chicken mix menu didn't taste good, it was bland, not crispy and not really hot, my wife's burger was cold and the fries, which were actually always very tasty, were horrible. In addition, we weren't full, so the price/performance ratio wasn't right either. Too bad!

First of all, I loved the cleanliness. Every employee was wearing fitting protection, including beard masks. The place was being constantly cleaned and the job they did was thorough. Every order is checked by the employee together with you to make sure you got everything you ordered. The Filipina lady working there is an absolute delight and I wish I'd gotten her name but there was a rush. She was making sure that everything was running smoothly and being very encouraging to her colleagues. The atmosphere was very friendly and all the workers were very nice as well. Not only did we get greeted with a smile, but the workers seemed genuinely happy to be there, which isn't to be expected when you go to a fast food chain restaurant. The food selection is awesome. And we're still surprised at how AMAZING those veggie strips are. They are absolutely the best meat alternative I've ever had and my whole family agrees. The mashed potatoes with gravy and the coleslaw were absolutely delicious and the fries are really flavorful. Everything we've tasted has been a hit, no duds whatsoever. We would gladly come back! P.S. I don't care that the corn on the cob may be a bit pricey, it's SO GOOD.

Long wait time for food, incomplete or inaccurate, portions seems smaller in comparison to other KFC facilities, the chicken wrap was poorly wrapped and the sauce used was not a good combination for the wrap toppings. The atmosphere of the crew seemed very stressed, not a good work environment as it was clearly visible the discomfort and hesitation of the crew, poor leadership causes such behavior in my opinion.

Paid almost €40 for the most disgusting fries I have eaten in my life. It's an absolute disgrace to sell something like that!!!!!! The cola tastes like piss, totally stale. Unreasonable for the money you now pay in the juice shop. That was the last time!!!!! If you can't even get the basics down, you should consider changing jobs!!!

Very long waiting times, sometimes 30 minutes in the drive, even though there was only one car in front of me inside the shop. I sometimes had to wait over an hour for my paid meal. Getting a milkshake is a matter of luck, the machine is usually switched off about 2-3 hours before closing time (of course you only find out about this after you have already paid and then they always claim that it is not possible or only very difficult to give you the money back if you don't want something else instead). Last time I was lucky for once. I ordered via the app at 10:30 p.m. Was there around 10:50 p.m. I then waited at the drive-in for about 30 minutes, even though I was the only vehicle. At 11:30 p.m. I was told that the ice cream machine was unfortunately already out. When asked what we could do instead, I said very clearly that I would like my money back. And suddenly I got my milkshake with the statement. She thought the machine was already off but I was lucky, it was just on. There's no complaining about the quality of the food at all. That's actually always good. Sometimes due to the long waiting times, parts are already cold and other parts are still warm and the staff is actually always pretty friendly, but the long waiting times sometimes make it more like an evening-long program than fast food.

Disaster, I've been waiting for my order for 30 minutes. The women at the counter work in slow motion. Have to check every packed bag three times. When asked, I was accused as a customer of saying that I should have asked where my food was. Outrageous. Today I went to KFC with my daughters. The food isn't bad, the service is too, but the selection isn't particularly large. Something VERY bad, unsafe and irresponsible is that outside the entrance to the slide was open but the exit where the child was supposed to come out was closed. This is extremely dangerous for children! I had to climb up to get my daughter out from above while I left my younger daughter waiting outside. Very irresponsible!!! My child was so stressed that I couldn't even go in to report him to the staff.

Place has a new makeover. Food was fine. Service can be improved.

I was recently in Dortmund and got an 18mm Bucked, the bucket was full. And in Ingolstadt you get these tiny things and one of them isn't even half full. Mega cheek

Image and reality of the burger are very far apart. Fries, much too small and too soft for us. Price and performance don't match at all.

Filled with chicken and in all variations. Anyone who likes cockerel cattle will find what they want to eat here.

It's a complete joke, you pay 0.5 cups of drink and just because you're here and can empathize with it you only get 0.3 cups. Go back. It's better to eat in Greding, everything is better there.

But THE food is no longer really warm. The tables are not cleaned after someone has eaten. It takes a long time for the order to be ready even if there are not many customers

Went there again after a long time after the renovation just to see if anything had changed. What else can you say about that (to go) just eat it gruesomely. 2 small wraps with 6 fillet bites where there were only 5 in it, coleslaw, table water and micro fries that were also cold, paid 26 euros. Then the dip was forgotten. Dünpfiff the next day you get free and underground pimples because of the bad frying fat. Would give 0 stars.

So I have to say that I'm disappointed now, I ordered 3 gravy sauces because I thought they were full. Pustekuchen you now get a maximum of 30ml, see pictures!! Food is way too overpriced and the quality of the food has deteriorated a lot! Very disappointing!

I like this Kentucky, and now that it's been remodeled, the ambience is much nicer. Unfortunately my burger didn't have any cheese, but I guess I didn't pay attention when ordering.

Food is debatable. Low-level fast food, I would say. But this forced order at the terminal is an outrage. Behind the counter there are people who don't speak German and are bored but unable to take an order. In the future, I will avoid any shop that tries to indoctrinate me with terminals for ordering or paying. That's just impersonal and repetitive.

For 40 euros cold chicken pieces and hot wings, the fries with cheese sauce were also cold and there was hardly any sauce, we paid 2 euros extra for each. The Zinger Burger was just dough, you had to look for the meat. That was our last visit.

Back again after the renovation. The wooden chairs very hard to sit on. Only use terminals to order. The food was only lukewarm. Taste bland. Where has the typical Kentucky taste gone? Do you need air conditioning to cool the place in November? It was very fresh. The music, even in the toilets, was very loud. Toilets new in order, except soap dispenser didn't work. The prices are pretty steep. Conclusion: After the renovation everything looks new, but the quality of the food, service and the price-performance ratio are poor. No longer worth a visit for us.

KFC Ingolstadt, despite your renovation, you still haven't learned anything. On the subject of cleanliness, I don't know where to start. The food is an absolute disgrace for the price, subterranean quality, the supposed mashed potatoes are soup, the corn on the cob is half dried out and inedible, the cheese thalers taste rancid. A great picture of the whole thing is attached, the butter was melted in the bag so it was no longer usable and we were also cheated out of two bags of fries, which we paid for but didn't get!!! The store will never see me again!! Zero stars!!!!
