Mitarbeiter sehr nett und essen schmeckt auch immer sehr gut im groben und ganzen bin ich sehr zufrieden

App funktioniert nicht, EC Kartengeräte brauchen 5 Minuten, bis sie dann jedes Mal doch wieder abbrechen.

Ich habe zweimal bestellt, beide Male wurde die Bestellung storniert.

Mitarbeiter sind nett Essen kann man das Geld sparen absolut no go Getränke Farbstoffe irgendwas drin egal aber essen nicht zu empfehlen

Die Hähnchenteile sind wie immer bei KFC lecker. Service gibt es nicht, aber die Mitarbeiter am Schalter sind freundlich. Keine Wohlfühlenoase, aber SAUBER und hell.

Der KFC wo ich bisher nicht nur parierte Knochen als Hänchenteile bekommen habe. Im Vergleich zu früher auch kleiner geschnitten, aber noch im rahmen. Bisher immer schnell und freundlicher Service. Sauberkeit top. Einrichtung ist ok. Aber da macht z.B McDonalds usw mehr her. Halt etwas öde.

Es herrschte eine tolle Atmosphäre und das Essen war sehr warm und frisch.

KFC hat sich in all den Jahren so verändert von Qualität Service und allem und nur zum beispiel 3 hähnchenteile für so einen preis anzubieten ist eine Frechheit sonder gleichen , aber leider habe ich mal bock zeitweise mist zu essen ob mc Donald, Burger King oder KFC, die tun sich alle nicht viel. Zum Speisen geht man in ein gutes Restaurant, zum fressen zu den drei berühmten Fastfood ketten.

Leider war das Essen dieses Mal nicht knusprig und fast kalt.

Akshay und Niaz boten einen hervorragenden Kundenservice, ich kann sie definitiv weiterempfehlen und werde sie wieder besuchen.

Ich hatte ein fantastisches Erlebnis, das Essen war frisch und es gab keine Wartezeiten. Außerdem war der Service von Akshay und Niaz hervorragend.

Die asiatische Geschäftsführerin ist leider untragbar! Schon mehrere male will sie einem einfach nur die Hälfte des bezahlten essen geben. Passiert leider wirklich immer wieder.. Und dann wird man auch noch extrem unhöflich angemacht... Schade eigentlich..

Ich wünschte, ich könnte null Sterne vergeben. Das war mit Abstand mein schlechtestes Essenserlebnis überhaupt, und ich habe schon so viele Restaurants ausprobiert. Ich bekam meine Bestellung und sollte zwei Tüten Pommes erhalten, aber es war nur eine dabei. Aber das ist noch nicht das Schlimmste. In einem der beiden bestellten Chickenburger war rohes Fleisch. Das Stück Hähnchen war wirklich roh und fühlte sich an wie Gummi und schmeckte auch so. Man konnte nicht mal reinbeißen. Nach diesem Ekel haben wir den ganzen Burger weggeworfen.

Ich fand KFC früher besser. Ja man kann mich jetzt steinigen aber es ist Geschmackssache. Die pommes finde ich z.b. nicht mehr so gut aber Burger sind immer noch sehr lecker. Die Angestellten waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Speisen haben leider irgendwie alle gleich geschmeckt. Teilweise kalt und auch nicht vollständig … Naja!

Heute waren meine Freundin und ich bei KFC, das Essen war sehr frisch und alles war in Ordnung, es hat mir gefallen, wir waren sehr zufrieden. Und die Arbeiter waren sehr höflich.

Nachdem ich KFC in verschiedenen europäischen Ländern getestet habe, kann ich mit Sicherheit sagen, dass KFC Deutschland – oder in diesem Fall KFC Ingolstadt – mit Abstand das schlechteste ist. Ich hatte hier schon zweimal matschiges „knuspriges“ Hähnchen, und der Geschmack ist im Vergleich zu KFC in Ländern wie Tschechien extrem mild. Am schlimmsten war aber der „Kebab Special“. Das Brot fühlte sich an wie Papier, und der Geschmack war so fade, dass ich ihn wirklich nicht genießen konnte. Hinzu kommt, dass die Sauberkeit des Restaurants – insbesondere der Toiletten – gelinde gesagt fragwürdig war. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Lässt immer mehr nach. Heute gleich nach Öffnung bestellt. Crispys nur lauwarm… Langsam mach’ ich mir Sorgen in Sachen Hygiene. Auf dem Bild die offenbar nicht geputzte Fläche nahe der Getränkeanlage. Da ich heute der erste Gast war, ist der wohl von gestern…

All staff is friendly and respectful behaviour with customers.

It's a filthy dive! The floor and tables aren't cleaned! I had to wipe my own table. When I asked if staff were also responsible for clearing trays of leftover food and cleaning tables, I was just met with blank stares. (All the trays were overflowing). Their German skills are nonexistent!

Everything is fresh and delicious.

The portions are getting smaller and smaller, but they're getting more and more expensive. My chicken piece consisted only of ribs and small bones, and the fries were completely soggy.

Fantastic! Everything arrived incredibly fast, the products were hot, delicious, and fresh! It was great to be here, and the music in the KFC restaurant was really upbeat! I'll definitely be back!

We were asked by two people (who weren't together) if we had any food to spare, which we declined. Aside from that, the place is actually quite clean. The food is ready in a flash, and at least you can refill your own drinks. Unfortunately, the prices are a bit higher, in typical KFC fashion.

The entrance to the drive-thru has been redesigned. I don't think the architect owns a car. Why is it so incredibly narrow?

A truly awful restaurant; items are constantly missing from orders. The sandwiches never arrive as they should. Terrible staff. You place orders worth €60-70, get home, and half your order is missing. Simply ridiculous.

I was there on October 20th around 10 p.m. and I was surprised by how good it was. Half a year ago, the taste was a disaster (several times), but this time it was perfect.

Easy quick food, shame some wasn't hot. Service down as you do the self service kiosk followed by a pick up.

We go there regularly, and it's improved after the renovation. The toilets had been broken for a long time before that. The food was always good, and the service was always attentive. The ambiance is new again, and things can only get better.

The indoor seating is very comfortable, and the outdoor seating is also good, but sometimes it gets dirty with food. The playground is a bit old, but otherwise, it's low-key cool.

I usually order via the app and then pick it up. The system is simple and quick. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. You don't wait long for your order, even when it's busy. I also think it's great that there's a place for people waiting to lean/support themselves, from where you can see the display. The food is really delicious. The restaurant is also easily accessible by bus. The only thing I have to complain about is the price. However, there are often vouchers that make it much cheaper, so you only pay about the same as at other fast food chains.

I think the branch has been renovated since the bad reviews, and at the moment, there's really nothing bad to say. It's clean, the staff is nice, friendly, and jokes around, and so far everything has tasted delicious. I can definitely recommend it.

Well, we have been to KFC quite often, but what has happened in the last couple of years is simply the wansin, the staff above speak hardly any German, the food is very badly prepared, they always forget something when ordering, and when you point it out to them, they don't even apologize, they don't just hand you the hand, see you again, then you come home and see the photo, I see the photo, it should actually be something like this, no bacon, nothing, that is really disgusting, I am talking about Ingolstadt, Manchingerstrasse.

The wings are good as always! But they could really clean up! The ordering screens are so disgustingly dirty, you don't even want to touch them anymore! The tables could also be wiped down every now and then. It looks really awful in there.

The chicken was crispy and juicy. The salad tastes different than in the US; I think I prefer the freshness and sweetness they give it in the US. But I have no complaints; overall, it's good chicken.

Want to try KFC? Go to Poland or the Czech Republic. In Germany it's tasteless and the dish is incomplete. Where are the onion rings? Why does Pepsi look like it was watered down 3 times? Learn to fry chicken. You should be ashamed.

I've been to KFC Ingolstadt several times, but it's getting worse and worse. During peak hours (around 7:00 p.m.), it was chaotic and very loud. High praise! This is the cleanest fast-food restaurant I've ever been to. The food was great and the atmosphere was very pleasant. That shows how much effort they put into this. Right off the A9 motorway and easy to get to. Unfortunately, KFC also has a few black spots, but this branch is really great 👍

The food was served very quickly, and it was good and tasty. However, the restrooms reeked terribly, like a dentist's office. It was impossible to sit in the restroom.

Surprise there is a charging station

I'm very disappointed. We ordered something to take away and only got half of it. Even when we went back and complained, something was still missing. Among other things, all the children's toys were missing. I had a friend drop me off and it was an orange soda. Very disappointed.

I've only been to KFC in Ingolstadt twice now. Both times I ordered takeout. Both times I was disappointed. About half of the items I ordered were always missing. Once you leave the restaurant, there's no chance of complaining. I suspect this is active fraud. That way, they can make twice as much money on one burger.

Except for one table, all the tables were completely greasy, ordering at the cash register is really rubbish, there is no menu list with advertising food that you can order, you only see employees as if they were brought to work by force, everything is negative, really expensive, what else can I say, the toilet is a different problem, oh my, I think the state office hasn't been here yet, terriblemmmmm

The food at Kentucky simply tastes good. Since they switched to ordering kiosks, ordering is also easier, and there are no more language barriers.
