The food is freshly prepared and served very warm. The coleslaw tastes very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. Ordering is possible via service terminals, through the KFC app or at the service counter.

I was recently in Dortmund and got an 18mm Bucked, the bucket was full. And in Ingolstadt you get these tiny things and one of them isn't even half full. Mega cheek

Image and reality of the burger are very far apart. Fries, much too small and too soft for us. Price and performance don't match at all.

Filled with chicken and in all variations. Anyone who likes cockerel cattle will find what they want to eat here.

It's a complete joke, you pay 0.5 cups of drink and just because you're here and can empathize with it you only get 0.3 cups. Go back. It's better to eat in Greding, everything is better there.

So I have to say that I'm disappointed now, I ordered 3 gravy sauces because I thought they were full. Pustekuchen you now get a maximum of 30ml, see pictures!! Food is way too overpriced and the quality of the food has deteriorated a lot! Very disappointing!

Went there again after a long time after the renovation just to see if anything had changed. What else can you say about that (to go) just eat it gruesomely. 2 small wraps with 6 fillet bites where there were only 5 in it, coleslaw, table water and micro fries that were also cold, paid 26 euros. Then the dip was forgotten. Dünpfiff the next day you get free and underground pimples because of the bad frying fat. Would give 0 stars.

Food is debatable. Low-level fast food, I would say. But this forced order at the terminal is an outrage. Behind the counter there are people who don't speak German and are bored but unable to take an order. In the future, I will avoid any shop that tries to indoctrinate me with terminals for ordering or paying. That's just impersonal and repetitive.

I like this Kentucky, and now that it's been remodeled, the ambience is much nicer. Unfortunately my burger didn't have any cheese, but I guess I didn't pay attention when ordering.

Wrong order received, very unfriendly staff despite complaint. Either I take the order as it is or not at all and they didn't want to refund any money. Never again

For 40 euros cold chicken pieces and hot wings, the fries with cheese sauce were also cold and there was hardly any sauce, we paid 2 euros extra for each. The Zinger Burger was just dough, you had to look for the meat. That was our last visit.

Back again after the renovation. The wooden chairs very hard to sit on. Only use terminals to order. The food was only lukewarm. Taste bland. Where has the typical Kentucky taste gone? Do you need air conditioning to cool the place in November? It was very fresh. The music, even in the toilets, was very loud. Toilets new in order, except soap dispenser didn't work. The prices are pretty steep. Conclusion: After the renovation everything looks new, but the quality of the food, service and the price-performance ratio are poor. No longer worth a visit for us.

KFC Ingolstadt, despite your renovation, you still haven't learned anything. On the subject of cleanliness, I don't know where to start. The food is an absolute disgrace for the price, subterranean quality, the supposed mashed potatoes are soup, the corn on the cob is half dried out and inedible, the cheese thalers taste rancid. A great picture of the whole thing is attached, the butter was melted in the bag so it was no longer usable and we were also cheated out of two bags of fries, which we paid for but didn't get!!! The store will never see me again!! Zero stars!!!!

Food was good, everything was great, service too. The only thing that bothers me is that the restaurant only plays pop songs or some Shirin David songs, which really hurts my ears now. My suggestion is to play songs that also fit the restaurant or Drake Hotline bling (Aggressive Gym Phonk Remix). Otherwise everything was great 👍

It borders on fraud. We had to argue for ages about what we ordered because we got the wrong burgers. In the end it was replaced and we got the wrong one again. Classic fillet burger instead of Colonel. The lady at the checkout apparently didn't know what the burgers were called and tried to explain to us 10 times what we had ordered. If you type it incorrectly into the cash register, we can't do anything about it. I stood next to it and heard what my wife ordered. The burgers aren't really that good either. In front of us, someone was really insulted because they took the wrong number. Then you just have to be careful who you give what food to...

Just plain old food! Service terrible, mostly don't understand German! And tables and toilets are cleaned once a week, if at all. I wouldn't recommend this KFC to anyone!!! Unfortunately, 1 star is already 1 star too many. In my opinion, this fast food restaurant needs to be completely reorganized. Especially when it comes to staff and hygiene.

The employee at the checkout was very nice. That was it already. Just small drink cups. Exclusively zero drinks! In the toilet at the hand basin the water only runs for two seconds - not enough to wash your hands. No towels to dry off and the electric hand dryer doesn't work either!

There were 4 of us (2 adults, 2 children), we had chosen what we wanted beforehand and then we queued up to order. The ordering itself went fairly quickly... But we waited a good 10 minutes for the food itself and then got a burger that was very poorly topped, had the impression of being thrown on it and eating here... apart from that The chicken piece was very small and not even half of the burger had meat... Which is very annoying and takes away your appetite, the fries were more old than fresh so it can't have been because of the long wait had to. The rest of the food was ok, but you could tell that it had been warmed up for quite a long time. All in all, only one thing was good for me and that was the cole slaw.

So the food was great as always, but the woman (Asian looking) at the drive counter didn't understand you at all, then again at the window you complained and just put something down where you weren't even asked (drink) and then she didn't even put the mayo in it. Then I went to the counter again and she was really annoyed by pressing the mayo into it. So customer service looks different. I'm in sales myself and can't afford something like that in my life.

Disappointing. Fries lukewarm and anything but crispy, the burger carelessly slapped together, half of the sauce in the paper and not on the burger. Service incredibly slow, but at least friendly.

This is probably the worst Kentucky I've seen so far. All products, whether wings, burgers, bites or crispies, are dry and bland. Very bad taste. The four of us spent €62 and no one ate it.

How the store carries itself is a mystery to me. Ordered for pickup via Uber Eats. Then said I got food from Uber. The nice gentleman at the checkout was convinced he didn't have an Uber. After 20 minutes (the chicken was almost alive again) he noticed that there was an Uber bag there. Well... it's not so wild.

Very long waiting time, the person at the checkout was unfortunately quite overwhelmed. But the worst thing: there are only (poorly mixed) sugar-free drinks (zero). Not a single normal drink with sugar. If this becomes the standard at kfc you won't see me anymore. It definitely doesn't make it disgusting or healthy either.
