It's a filthy dive! The floor and tables aren't cleaned! I had to wipe my own table. When I asked if staff were also responsible for clearing trays of leftover food and cleaning tables, I was just met with blank stares. (All the trays were overflowing). Their German skills are nonexistent!

Everything is fresh and delicious.

The portions are getting smaller and smaller, but they're getting more and more expensive. My chicken piece consisted only of ribs and small bones, and the fries were completely soggy.

Fantastic! Everything arrived incredibly fast, the products were hot, delicious, and fresh! It was great to be here, and the music in the KFC restaurant was really upbeat! I'll definitely be back!

We were asked by two people (who weren't together) if we had any food to spare, which we declined. Aside from that, the place is actually quite clean. The food is ready in a flash, and at least you can refill your own drinks. Unfortunately, the prices are a bit higher, in typical KFC fashion.

The entrance to the drive-thru has been redesigned. I don't think the architect owns a car. Why is it so incredibly narrow?

A truly awful restaurant; items are constantly missing from orders. The sandwiches never arrive as they should. Terrible staff. You place orders worth €60-70, get home, and half your order is missing. Simply ridiculous.

I was there on October 20th around 10 p.m. and I was surprised by how good it was. Half a year ago, the taste was a disaster (several times), but this time it was perfect.

Easy quick food, shame some wasn't hot. Service down as you do the self service kiosk followed by a pick up.

We go there regularly, and it's improved after the renovation. The toilets had been broken for a long time before that. The food was always good, and the service was always attentive. The ambiance is new again, and things can only get better.

The food was wonderful for a fast food restaurant. The staff was wonderful, very friendly, and fast. The atmosphere was very good for a fast food restaurant; modern with good amenities. The indoor seating is very comfortable, and the outdoor seating is also good, but sometimes it gets dirty with food. The playground is a bit old, but otherwise, it's low-key cool.

I usually order via the app and then pick it up. The system is simple and quick. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. You don't wait long for your order, even when it's busy. I also think it's great that there's a place for people waiting to lean/support themselves, from where you can see the display. The food is really delicious. The restaurant is also easily accessible by bus. The only thing I have to complain about is the price. However, there are often vouchers that make it much cheaper, so you only pay about the same as at other fast food chains.

Tastes like shit, maybe they should put people in it who are also up for something like that and can do it, drinks were diluted with WATER not even ice cubes or cooling

I think the branch has been renovated since the bad reviews, and at the moment, there's really nothing bad to say. It's clean, the staff is nice, friendly, and jokes around, and so far everything has tasted delicious. I can definitely recommend it.

Well, we have been to KFC quite often, but what has happened in the last couple of years is simply the wansin, the staff above speak hardly any German, the food is very badly prepared, they always forget something when ordering, and when you point it out to them, they don't even apologize, they don't just hand you the hand, see you again, then you come home and see the photo, I see the photo, it should actually be something like this, no bacon, nothing, that is really disgusting, I am talking about Ingolstadt, Manchingerstrasse.

This KFC is one of the best I have ever eaten at with a beautiful view of the sunset and very crispy chicken golden brown with really fast service

The wings are good as always! But they could really clean up! The ordering screens are so disgustingly dirty, you don't even want to touch them anymore! The tables could also be wiped down every now and then. It looks really awful in there.

The chicken was crispy and juicy. The salad tastes different than in the US; I think I prefer the freshness and sweetness they give it in the US. But I have no complaints; overall, it's good chicken.

Want to try KFC? Go to Poland or the Czech Republic. In Germany it's tasteless and the dish is incomplete. Where are the onion rings? Why does Pepsi look like it was watered down 3 times? Learn to fry chicken. You should be ashamed.

Even one star is too many. If you order directly from the employee, you're immediately treated rudely. We pre-ordered online and picked it up at the restaurant. The fries weren't salted and were rather soggy. My burger was missing lettuce, and we had to ask for two forks for the mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Oh well, it was okay...

I've been to KFC Ingolstadt several times, but it's getting worse and worse. During peak hours (around 7:00 p.m.), it was chaotic and very loud. People shouted numbers loudly, but it was incomprehensible because the employees barely spoke German. The wait for the food was 15 minutes, and during that time, there were many complaints. The nuggets are getting more and more expensive, but they're also getting smaller each time, and the fries were cold, unsalted, and completely soggy. It's a shame; I used to love going there.

High praise! This is the cleanest fast-food restaurant I've ever been to. The food was great and the atmosphere was very pleasant. That shows how much effort they put into this. Right off the A9 motorway and easy to get to. Unfortunately, KFC also has a few black spots, but this branch is really great 👍

The food was served very quickly, and it was good and tasty. However, the restrooms reeked terribly, like a dentist's office. It was impossible to sit in the restroom.

I'm very disappointed. We ordered something to take away and only got half of it. Even when we went back and complained, something was still missing. Among other things, all the children's toys were missing. I had a friend drop me off and it was an orange soda. Very disappointed.

I've only been to KFC in Ingolstadt twice now. Both times I ordered takeout. Both times I was disappointed. About half of the items I ordered were always missing. Once you leave the restaurant, there's no chance of complaining. I suspect this is active fraud. That way, they can make twice as much money on one burger.

The food at Kentucky simply tastes good. Since they switched to ordering kiosks, ordering is also easier, and there are no more language barriers. Overpriced and definitely gotten worse over time. Portions are becoming smaller and more expensive. Hot wings are now the size of a thumb; 3 pieces cost €5, is too much... If you're lucky, the bone will splinter while you're eating or something will be forgotten when you order

I was really looking forward to KFC. Unfortunately, the French fries and 9er hot wings were older and no longer completely fresh. It was definitely due to the time of my KFC visit. I prefer it red hot, then it would have been freshly prepared. Otherwise, you would have to have enough time to enjoy Original KFC to the fullest.

I give the one star for the cleanliness in the toilet, that's what my daughter wanted... for large fries with ketchup I paid €4.49 not only because they were old but also for the few pieces that cost €5. You used to get them on your plate and it was a reasonable amount. Chicken pieces no matter what kind they were were over salted so even the dips didn't help. Paid a total of €49 for nothing!!!

Hello, my wife and I went to KFC in Ingolstadt today and were very disappointed. We always enjoyed eating there, but in our opinion the quality has deteriorated a lot. The chicken mix menu didn't taste good, it was bland, not crispy and not really hot, my wife's burger was cold and the fries, which were actually always very tasty, were horrible. In addition, we weren't full, so the price/performance ratio wasn't right either. Too bad!

It was quite ok. Everything was hot or warm and the service was nice. Food came out quickly despite the restaurant being full... Keep it up.

At the drive-in, the wrong burgers are packed, the wrong drinks and sauces are forgotten

First of all, I loved the cleanliness. Every employee was wearing fitting protection, including beard masks. The place was being constantly cleaned and the job they did was thorough. Every order is checked by the employee together with you to make sure you got everything you ordered. The Filipina lady working there is an absolute delight and I wish I'd gotten her name but there was a rush. She was making sure that everything was running smoothly and being very encouraging to her colleagues. The atmosphere was very friendly and all the workers were very nice as well. Not only did we get greeted with a smile, but the workers seemed genuinely happy to be there, which isn't to be expected when you go to a fast food chain restaurant. The food selection is awesome. And we're still surprised at how AMAZING those veggie strips are. They are absolutely the best meat alternative I've ever had and my whole family agrees. The mashed potatoes with gravy and the coleslaw were absolutely delicious and the fries are really flavorful. Everything we've tasted has been a hit, no duds whatsoever. We would gladly come back! P.S. I don't care that the corn on the cob may be a bit pricey, it's SO GOOD.

Long wait time for food, incomplete or inaccurate, portions seems smaller in comparison to other KFC facilities, the chicken wrap was poorly wrapped and the sauce used was not a good combination for the wrap toppings. The atmosphere of the crew seemed very stressed, not a good work environment as it was clearly visible the discomfort and hesitation of the crew, poor leadership causes such behavior in my opinion.

Paid almost €40 for the most disgusting fries I have eaten in my life. It's an absolute disgrace to sell something like that!!!!!! The cola tastes like piss, totally stale. Unreasonable for the money you now pay in the juice shop. That was the last time!!!!! If you can't even get the basics down, you should consider changing jobs!!!

Very long waiting times, sometimes 30 minutes in the drive, even though there was only one car in front of me inside the shop. I sometimes had to wait over an hour for my paid meal. Getting a milkshake is a matter of luck, the machine is usually switched off about 2-3 hours before closing time (of course you only find out about this after you have already paid and then they always claim that it is not possible or only very difficult to give you the money back if you don't want something else instead). Last time I was lucky for once. I ordered via the app at 10:30 p.m. Was there around 10:50 p.m. I then waited at the drive-in for about 30 minutes, even though I was the only vehicle. At 11:30 p.m. I was told that the ice cream machine was unfortunately already out. When asked what we could do instead, I said very clearly that I would like my money back. And suddenly I got my milkshake with the statement. She thought the machine was already off but I was lucky, it was just on. There's no complaining about the quality of the food at all. That's actually always good. Sometimes due to the long waiting times, parts are already cold and other parts are still warm and the staff is actually always pretty friendly, but the long waiting times sometimes make it more like an evening-long program than fast food.

Today I went to KFC with my daughters. The food isn't bad, the service is too, but the selection isn't particularly large. Something VERY bad, unsafe and irresponsible is that outside the entrance to the slide was open but the exit where the child was supposed to come out was closed. This is extremely dangerous for children! I had to climb up to get my daughter out from above while I left my younger daughter waiting outside. Very irresponsible!!! My child was so stressed that I couldn't even go in to report him to the staff.
