cozy place on the street. There are plenty of seats both inside and outside. Veny like everywhere. A big advantage is that there is a large collection of junk shops nearby (Lidl, Kauflad, Tedy, Kik)

Neither when eating on site nor when ordering via Lieferando do they manage to pack everything into the bag.

You could wipe the tables and sweep the floor more often. Update August 11, 2024: The wooden tables and chairs are unsightly and I put a splinter of wood in my fingernail because of them. To date, customer service has not changed anything

Chai latte with oat milk was very very well made!

It's not even worth 1 star. Unfriendly staff, high prices. It's better to go to an Italian restaurant for around €40 (!) and be full afterwards. If you just ask for a straw, they cheekily say that you won't get it. It should also be added that cleanliness is not particularly important here. The floor is clean but there is leftover food scattered on the table.

That was the last time I ate here. No matter what you order, the quality is very poor and for expensive money.

Totally terrible!!! Not recommended!!! We made a large order, waited a really long time and were not answered to questions and were totally rude when they did. The bicmac was moldy, the fries were cold and tasted like rubber, there was hair in the food, and the nuggets tasted old and rubbery. Really totally disgusting. It was all disgusting, 6/6 people had a stomach ache, one vomited.

Something is always missing from the order, be it burgers, fries or something similar. I called for the first time and complained! Only foreigners in the branch, learn German. And make sure everything from the order is included! I will never come to this branch again! It's not the first time something is missing. Not just in this branch but in several, it's now a rip-off. You pay for it and then it's not there. When you ask, they all look stupid because they don't speak German.

Friday 11:25 p.m. McDrive (opening hours supposedly until 2 a.m.?) After ignoring it for 5 minutes, I drove again (no, there wasn't really anything going on) And the employees definitely had fun at the MC......

It's a great environment, great food but I can't understand why there aren't large menus available. I hope for your response.

Very tasty burgers and great service.

Unfortunately I can no longer recommend it and I won't be coming again. As a vegetarian, I wanted to come for breakfast and try it out. Something wrong was brought twice. The 2nd was the highlight. I took a bite and there was just bacon in it. So disgusting I threw it up straight away. You can't do your job cleverly. Just a shame...

Toilets dirty, no toilet paper and the employee didn't understand German...

I've had to experience so many times now that something is missing when ordering. Anything can happen but it honestly happens every other order! When you bring it up, the employees look extremely stupid and become unfriendly. Once I was at home (ordering via McDrive) and then noticed that a burger was missing. Mind you the most expensive and the only one. I live maybe not quite 10 minutes away by car. I then called and was given a curt answer on the phone saying that I should get the burger straight away. Then I went in, no apologies, nothing. I honestly expected that there would at least be a voucher for the inconvenience. But not even a “sorry” is really an impertinence. Today there was also drama with a customer in front of us. The lady at the counter was so unfriendly and then forgot something about me and she didn't throw my glass into the window. The employees are extremely overwhelmed. If I worked like them, help. So it's no wonder that you see other employees all the time. Partly cold food, burgers somehow thrown together, so really sad.

The new MC Plant Nuggets taste too dry. The taste is very close to the original, but they are very dry.

The burgers are reliably juicy, the toppings fresh, and the buns soft, making for a satisfying meal every time.

The order is not issued correctly. Example: McSundea chocolate with chocolate sauce becomes a normal McSundea with chocolate sauce. The restaurant near the Nordbahnhof is significantly better.

Such a juice shop. Staff completely overwhelmed. Waiting time on site for over 30 minutes, everything was cold and the wrong order!

It's clear that you only drive into the drive here, because this place is so dirty. Today we ordered the cheese sauce with the coupons, which of course wasn't included. Instead of this sauce, a sweet and sour sauce was simply thrown into the bag. Incomprehensible

By far McDonald's worst merchandising company. The worst part...no one cares Coupon codes cannot be completed at the machine, codes are invalid at the checkout. Not possible from two cell phones with two accounts. Branch management unfriendly, comment from her: not my problem. She then types in the order and wants the normal price... There's nothing she can do about it... order or leave Essentially a farmer's game... and the worst thing about it, neither McDonald's nor the franchise company is interested... probably because of their market position

Ordered 3 chocolate milk shakes and a strawberry, The chocolate was missing the CHOCOLATE - which is why it is called chocolate. Since these were bought on the way home from KH Ingolstadt and we went back to the station with the ESW - they were only discovered at the station. What's wrong with the McDs in IN at the moment? Do you have to drive to Langenbruck first???

The people who work are not friendly at all. The location of the restaurant is great, but it lacks cleanliness, which is what I pay money for. Dear agent, please do the needful for the money we paid.

The order and cleanliness within the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. Dirty tables and seating, as well as leftover food on the floor, can always be found. The food is mostly up to the usual standard of the chain.

Essen kam nicht all zu „lange“ und ich konnte mit meiner Bestellung gehen. Nun zum Essen, schlicht weg einfach nur noch minderwertiger Fraß zum schnell bekommen (so meine Meinung zu den Burgern ) Pommes des öfteren versalzen und labbrig gewesen , an Feiertagen oder Wochenende ziemlich voll mit längeren Wartezeiten, zudem sind die „männlichen“ angestellten ziemlich respektloses und tuscheln immer etwas auf ihrer Sprache (denke albanisch) und schauen Kundinnen immer komisch an, ziemlich unprovessionelles Verhalten und ein absolutes NO GO !!! Ich werde diesen McDonalds definitiv nicht mehr besuchen!

Ein schöner typischer Mc Donalds in guter zentraler Lage.

Der Laden ist sauber eingerichtet. Das Personal ist freundlich und ist hilfsbereit wenn man auch eine Möglichkeit gibt um ein Menü günstiger zu bekommen.

Sauber und noch recht schnelle Bedienung. Moderner McDonald's mit Bestellboard. Sonderaktionen nur nur an der Kasse.

Viel zu lange auf Essen warten müssen. Dass Freitagabend viel los sein könnte sollte man einplanen und dann mehr Leute für den Service einplanen. Dann würde der Tischservice vielleicht auch schneller klappen. Dazu waren keinerlei Servietten verfügbar, nichts aufgefüllt an der Servicestation.

Keine ahnung was die alle haben hatte noch nie probleme hier immer alles perfekt ja im drive in kann es mal ein paar min länger dauern kann ich aber vestehen die haben auch keine 10 hände

Pommes kalt und schmecken nach Papier...bürger ebenso kalt und käse Bull geschmolzen. Keine Strohhalme mehr ka ob nur da oder generell MC Donalds..

Alles okay. E-Ladestation ist aber eine Fehlplanung. Durch schräg angeordnete Parkplätze und zu kurzes fest verbautes Ladekabel an der Station wird man zum Geisterfahrer oder Falschparker

Das ist eigentlich der Beste Mcci in Ingolstadt aber die Mitarbeiter sind die schlimmsten. Die gaffen nur noch die Frauen an und sind nur am quatschen. Im drive in Schalter kommt der Mitarbeiter fast schon ins Auto rein. Für Frauen total ein unangenehmes Gefühl! Sie reden auf albanisch Sachen die unter der Gürtellinie sind…. Und egal wie alt man ist. Hab sie letztens erwischt wie sie über ein Junges Mädchen das bestimmt nicht volljährig ist geredet haben. Als sie gesehen haben das ich sie wütend anschaue haben sie sich hinter den Eismaschinen versteckt und gelacht. Meine Bestellung hab ich dann von einer Kollegin erhalten weil sie sie gerufen haben das sie mich bedienen soll. Den hätt ich schon was gesagt aber waren zu feige ! Ohne männliche Begleitung vermeide ich diese Filiale.

Essen passt wie immer aber die Burger sind immer immer irgendwie zamgewürfelt ,ein bißchen ordentlicher Belege würde da schon ausreichen. Aber am meisten stört mich bei dieser Filiale das das mann ständig angesprochen wird ob mann Albaner ist was interessiert es die Mitarbeiter was für eine Nationalität der Kunde hat .

Ich fühle mich hier mehr wie im Irrenhaus als beim Essen. Es wird krach in der Küche gemacht, dass mir fast das Trommelfell platzt und ich jetzt Kopfweh habe und danach schreien sie wie die Affen und klatschen. Werde nicht mehr kommen, da kann ich im Zoo entspannter Essen.

Im großen und ganzen alles ok. Sauber, ordentlich.

War wieder Mal nichts essen online bestellt 45 min gewartet etliche Kundenbeschwerden essen kalt hat gefehlt was ich nicht verstehen kann wenn insgesamt 12 Mitarbeiter hinter der Theke stehen war Mal besser

Am Sonntag war die Einführung des neuen Big Mac's für 1 Euro. Es war extrem voll, trotz Online Bestellung ca. 60 Minuten auf meine Bestellung gewartet. Es gab aber nette Gespräche und das Personal war trotz der Lage freundlich und hilfsbereit. Respekt Ich werde wieder hingehen wenn ich in der Nähe bin. Kinder haben teils Wasser zum Trinken bekommen bevor es dann das fertige Menü gab Trotz dem ganzen Stress waren sie sehr freundlich

Ich finde das dort der sauberste Mac Donalds in Ingolstadt ist, das Essen ist auch immer frisch ..

Was soll man sagen Mc Donalds eben. Einfach gut. Schöne Einrichtung. Spielplatz für Kinder vorhanden

Die Gaze schmutz und Esens Reste die am Boden liegen ist von euch und nicht von die Mitarbeiter die dort arbeiten also lieber jeden hinterher aufräumen wie zuhause und dann past auch alles

Einer der modernsten McDonalds Filialen in Ingolstadt. Das Essen ist wie bei jedem McDonalds und die Auswahl dementsprechend dieselbe. Ambiente auch wie gewohnt.

Mehrfach wurden die Bestellungen nicht richtig zusammengestellt, die Standards von McD scheinen unbekannt zu sein, die Verständigung ist meist im McDrive sehr schlecht.
