Das Menü so was von kalt die Pommes der Burger 🍔 🍔 alles kalt ,für was muss mann dort so lange warten für kaltes Essen ,bin gerne dort hin aber irgendwie ist etwas anders das war zum 3 Mal aber nun nicht mehr die haben nicht mal 1 Stern verdient

Der Service ist mir positiv aufgefallen. Der Kollege, der mir das Essen gebracht hat, hat sich erkundigt, ob alles passt, und den Laden gewissenhaft sauber gehalten. Auch sonst hat alles gut funktioniert. Danke!

Habe mir drinnen was zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Es war wirklich nicht viel los und die Mitarbeiter wirkten nicht gestresst, daher ist es mir ein Rätsel wie man so unfreundlich sein kann, die komplett falschen Soßen einpacken und der Burger in der Kompletten Verpackung verteilt war, sogar der Käse war eher auf der Verpackung als auf dem Burger

Diese Mc Donalds Filiale hat auffallend freundliche Mitarbeiter und es passt einfach immer alles. Die Kinder freuen sich natürlich auch immer wenn wir mal einen Ausflug dahin machen dürfen 😁 Sie dürfen immer einen Luftballon mitnehmen und nach dem Essen geht es auf die Rutsche im Kletterturm.

Bitte kontrollieren sie ihr Mitarbeiter. Der Laden ist eine Katastrophe. Ich hab es jetzt in meinem Leben noch nie eine schlechte Bewertung geschrieben aber das ist das erste Mal. Ich war bereits mehrfach in diesen McDonald’s immer im Monat Takt und jedesmal das selbe Problem Dort sind so viele Tage gestört und wartet eine Ewigkeit. Die Leute, die für Barzahlungen da sind, bekommen es nicht hin, sich an die Kasse zu stellen und nicht, weil sie zu viel zu tun haben. Nein, weil sie schlichtweg ignorieren. Die ganze Zeit am lachen und reden sind sie auch, damit ich auch kein Problem habe aber Kunden ohne Ende warten zu lassen, finde ich eine Frechheit. Und dafür steht ja eigentlich McDonald’s das Essen ist liederlich gemacht man merkt richtig qualitativ unterschied zu anderen Filialen. Ich bin noch nicht erst darüber beschwert daher kann ich McDonald’s persönlich nur raten, dass sie vielleicht mal jemanden vorbeischicken, der die Mitarbeiter kontrolliert weil das geht leider gar nicht. Die Sauberkeit des Ladens kann ich jetzt nicht genau beurteilen. Es sah nicht schlecht aus. Aber zum Service kann ich einfach nur sagen eine 0-10 also wortwörtlich Katastrophe Man wartet ewig dann auf das Essen und die Mitarbeiter drücken dann einfach die Nummern durch, dass sie Abgabe bereit wären, obwohl sie natürlich mal wieder lange nicht sind. Sehr nervend aufreibend für Leute, die es eilig haben, geschweige denn keine Lust haben ewig zu warten kann ich das nicht empfehlen.

Betrug bei der Bestellung. Anstatt Vio Mineralwasser aus der Flasche gibts stilles Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn im Papbecher mit einem losen nicht verschließbaren Deckel und das zum Mitnehmen. Das Fritieröl ist alt und ranzig, die Pommes kalt ebenso wie der McRib, einfach assozial dieser Saftladen. Diese Filiale gehört von den Behörden überprüft. Siehe auch meine Fotos mit Rechnung..!! Ich habe einen Philly Cheese Stack bestellt und mal wieder eine neue Zusammenstellung bekommen. Letztes Mal nur ein Birger Patty statt 2 und heute statt einem Patty Hänchen….

Leider habe ich vorhin ein Essen für meine Tochter bestellt und war überrascht, als ich nach Hause kam und feststellte, dass die Bestellung ganz anders war.

Ich habe kürzlich Fischburger bei McDonald’s bestellt und war leider sehr enttäuscht von der Qualität. Der Burger war schlecht zusammengestellt – das Fischfilet ragte aus dem Brötchen heraus und die Käsescheibe war völlig falsch platziert und hing einfach daneben. Das Ganze wirkte sehr lieblos und hastig zubereitet. Gerade bei einer bekannten Marke erwarte ich eine bessere Präsentation und Sorgfalt. So macht das Essen leider keinen guten Eindruck. Ich hoffe, dass hier künftig mehr auf Qualität und ordentliche Zubereitung geachtet wird.

Jetzt schon des öfteren statt den Pflanzlichen Nuggets die normalen bekommen, auch bei Getränken statt Zero dir normale Variante. Ist halt nicht so geil wenn man Intoleranzen hat.

Wenn mal etwas mehr los ist, werden falsche Sachen mitgegeben. Hab mir heute ein Schokomilchshake zum mitnehmen gekauft, aber hab einen Kaffeemilchshake bekommen und hab das ganze erst zu Hause festgestellt

Meine frau war am 08.02.2026 am Abend bei mc donalds in der münchenerstraße.134 Ingolstadt mit meinem 2 jährigen sohn und nachbarn mein kleiner ist im Restaurant rumgelaufen und hat den spielzeugschrank aufgemacht und hat sich einen Spielzeug rausgenommene dann der sichtleiter herkunft denke ich mal Syrien,irak oder afghanisch schreit mein sohn an und reist ihm das Spielzeug aus der hand mein kleiner kriegt angst bricht in tränen aus dann kam polizei hat alles aufgenommen nie wieder dort hin totale Katastrophe würde ich euch auch abraten

Sauber und obwohl es nur 2 Aufträge zu diesem Zeitpunkt gab, wurde die Hälfte der Bestellung vergessen....

Schlechteste Filiale im Umkreis von 100 km. Essen kalt, Getränke falsch, Service quasi nicht vorhanden und wenn dann langsam und unfreundlich

Wir waren heute im McDrive und es war sichtbar nichts los dennoch war unser Essen furchtbar. Wir hatten einen veganen Wrap und einen Big Tasty Bacon die beide wirklich alt und trocken geschmeckt haben.

Poor quality food. When I found out that the chicken nuggets are made from slaughtered pigs, I was shocked. But these pigs I'm talking about aren't meat. They use cartilage! And they're too expensive. I don't even want to comment on the wait time.

This has happened repeatedly now: my Mac Drive order was incomplete. Now I'm stuck at home watching everyone else eat. Please check your orders when you arrive so you don't pay and then receive nothing.

The number of McNuggets was not 20.

The fries were almost cold, and the Bic Mac looked like it had been thrown on from a distance.

Ordered 2 plant nuggets, got 1 with meat, after complaining (which was accepted with a roll of the eyes) I then got a box with 19 plant nuggets and one animal nugget (shame on anyone who thinks otherwise).

No vegan burgers, meat burgers with far too little sauce. McDonald's food is far from gourmet, but I can usually rely on a relatively similar standard. This McDonald's stands out negatively, as there wasn't a single vegan burger on offer. The only options were vegan nuggets. Then there was so little sauce on the regular meat burgers that you could only get them down halfway through with a drink.

Cell phone left behind, it was kept in the safe.

This McDonald's is definitely a no-go. Ordered 4 burgers and only got 3. They were cold, too. And the Flurrys seemed to have 10 Smarties on them, and that was it. It's a shame you can't give it 0 stars; one is already too many.

The M-Burger's patty in both cases was completely dry and hard. This was very disappointing, and the competitors could definitely do better.

Very poor service. No sugar in the coffee (it's not advertised). Customers only ask for cold milk the second time. I wanted to buy something sweet after the third employee left me standing there, so I decided not to. Very unfriendly

Delicious food, good service, ambience is difficult

The employees were all pretty angry today. Since I had three children with me, I wanted to order and pay at the cashier because I'm not good with screens. But the employees didn't help me. I asked for help twice, but they still made me use the screen myself. Actually, there were only a few people at McDonald's today, so sometimes they can customize their assistance so I don't have to run around with my children. The employees preferred to chat at their counters and discuss customers instead of helping families with children. It was truly a terrible experience today, and I won't go to that McDonald's again. McDonald's in the US and Japan is still better.

Disastrous service. When I ordered, I was told they didn't have any drinks except bottles. So my response was, "Please give me a bottle of Coke." I should have paid extra for it, even though I had ordered a meal. The bottom line is, I didn't get anything and had to leave without anything...

It was my first time there. I just arrived in Ingolstadt by train and wanted to quickly get a Habanero Ranch burger from the drive-thru. I got a burger, but a Philly cheese stack. It's really bad when they can't even make a burger right. At least the burger was there, which is half the battle. So that was the last time I'll get food from there. Unfortunately, I didn't open it until I got home. From now on, they'll always check the bag like they usually do.

I don't know what's wrong with the staff's facial expressions and attitudes—as if we owed them money. The quality of staff training is truly worrying.

The men's toilet is in a dirty condition

Warning to anyone ordering plant-based nuggets there: I was given real nuggets. When I tried to exchange them, two employees in the background laughed their heads off. One might assume this was intentional...

I ordered ice cream for 3 euros, received a portion for 1 euro and the composition of the order did not match at all. Terrible staff

It's very bad, it's not comfortable at all and the food is cold. I don't recommend it.

A degrading atmosphere where customers are openly laughed at and gossiped about, assuming you wouldn't hear it with headphones on. An extremely unfriendly McDonald's.

A very relaxed McDonald's. I've been here several times, and it has never disappointed me. The staff are very friendly, and the food and atmosphere are the same as in every McDonald's.

Today (July 16th), an order for our business in Ingolstadt was placed via the McDrive at your branch (Ingolstadt, Münchener Straße 134), consisting of two meals and two donuts. Upon receiving the order, we noticed that the donuts were of significantly inferior quality. After the first bite, it was clear that they were old and no longer edible: very dry on the inside and hard on the outside, comparable to a two-day-old roll. Our employee then returned to the branch to complain about the donuts. The donuts were replaced, but only with two equally old and dry donuts – which we consider extremely unprofessional and customer-unfriendly. I subsequently contacted your branch by phone, explained the situation, and asked that you send us two fresh donuts – frozen if necessary – at your expense. I was assured this over the phone. However, about 30 minutes later, I received a call back from your branch informing me that delivery could not be made and that we would have to pick up the donuts ourselves again. We consider this unacceptable, as a third trip to the branch is neither time-consuming nor organizationally feasible. I therefore informed them that we would forward the donuts to another McDonald's restaurant for inspection and to have their condition documented. We request an official statement regarding this incident, as well as appropriate compensation for the poor product quality and inadequate service. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered food online, delivered late, and cold, too. The burger was burnt, the fries were soggy, and there was no salt. Over €30 in the trash.

Once again, something was missing from the order. They can't even get a complete Happy Meal ready! The staff seems to me like they don't enjoy their job. Today, they forgot to pack all the fries and toys again. You always have to check everything because something's always missing! This was definitely the last time I'll be here! The food was brought, and it was cold. We went to a staff member and politely pointed it out. She said it was the right thing to do. We sat down at the table, and she immediately complained to her colleagues and made fun of us. Name unknown, loud voice, and blonde. Unbelievable how brazen someone can be.

I received the wrong order. I pointed it out to the employee. She just smiled cheekily and complained to her colleagues about how much I'd been complaining. But I just got the food I ordered. The employee was a blonde woman with a braid. She apparently had more to say there, but still couldn't get it done. A disgrace.

An urgent inspection with a test order from head office is needed here! Ordered takeout online, waited 32 minutes, then received the wrong order for immediate dine-in, waited again, received the correct order but the burgers were missing, waited again for the missing burgers, and received the rest of the burgers, which are now cold. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Staff are terrible, busy making fun of incorrect orders and ignoring customers. No apologies or anything. Store management even joins in the fun. Complaints are simply ignored. Other customers before me have had similar or even the same problems. This is even one star too many! First and last time.

I'm starting to get really pissed off. You walk in, the staff just stand around chatting. You experience everything here: from missing toys to missing fries to two chicken breasts missing. Today, something was missing from my order again, and I don't see the point in paying for something I then have to fight for. I'm avoiding this branch from now on! It was barely busy, I waited 15 minutes for the food (two meals). Then the fries were almost cold and limp. That's not enough anymore. I'd rather go to another fast food chain if my kids want them!

Seriously, guys? First I got cold food at McDonald's in West Park recently, and now you've got another amazing meal. The sauce and towels were in my 9 nuggets. I ordered large fries, and the packaging was for large ones, but there wasn't even a handful of fries in them. At least the food was warm. Hence the 3 stars. It's a shame I can't upload any photos here.

It's currently being renovated like the one in Westpark. That means lousy food and lousy service!

Unprofessional behavior – especially from management! We were at McDonald's on Munich Street in Ingolstadt around 1:00 AM, well before the official closing time. Nevertheless, we were told they were already closed – without explanation or apology. The team on site seemed overwhelmed, but what disappointed us most was the manager's behavior: instead of finding a solution or communicating in a friendly manner, we were simply brushed off. If you don't want customers, you shouldn't run a store. This was definitely the last time for us!

Very disappointing! We drove to McDonald's, but even though it was still open, we simply weren't served. The staff said it was "already closed," even though it clearly should have been open. No warning, no apology—just turned us away. That's not how you treat customers. We certainly won't be coming back.

The vegan nuggets taste very much like cardboard

The staff were very lazy and didn't bother to properly handle orders in a crowded store. My order arrived incomplete, I complained, and received no response. Furthermore, our order wasn't even large, and we had to wait about 50 minutes.

This isn't the first time a burger was left out of my order, which is why I officially decided today to never go to McDonald's again. It's sad that, for the increasingly incomprehensible prices, you now have to pay for products you ultimately don't even get. Very sad.

Everything was fine for me, it's a McDonald's so you can't expect anything crazy

I strongly advise against ordering takeout from this restaurant, as the staff and even the managers are extremely negligent and prepare takeout food for no good reason. Sometimes you have to wait longer than necessary for your order, not because there are many customers, but because people are talking and laughing among themselves and even staring at you while you wait for your order.

Cheated out of one Big Mac and the other was incorrectly filled.

The food wasn't delivered completely and didn't taste really good either. Additionally, the staff didn't speak German very well, which made communication difficult.

The food was freshly prepared. The table service worked very well. The order terminals were all functional. The outdoor area has a children's playground.

Unfortunately, everything that makes the child happy was forgotten in the drive. Missing from the Happymeal: fruit nonsense, Capri sun and toys. The tears were big, but did that mean driving back another 5 kilometers? Newbie mistake of not checking in the car but apparently it worked and Dad doesn't think about that. For tips, just look closely.

Very bad experience at this branch. The food was cold and not fresh, very different from other McDonald's branches. The staff was not helpful at all and was busy talking to each other instead of taking care of the customers. The service leaves a lot to be desired. I absolutely cannot recommend this branch unless something fundamentally improves.

Very friendly staff, neat and clean furnishings, good location/large parking lot, clean toilets. Food as you know it. Clear recommendation!

All tables full of rubbish, of course, no containers in the return boxes. But no one from the staff cleans up the trash tables or wipes them down. Burger cold. It's a shame, even at McD the quality and service are no longer the standard they once were.

Almost every time the coffee arrives lukewarm or in cups. If you then say you want cups, it will either be completely ignored or you will be shouted at.

I ordered through Liferando, I had to wait almost 2 hours for delivery and the food was almost cold, I will never order here again.

The burger was cold. It was very dirty, the tables weren't clean, the floor was really dirty. The toilets also looked like crap.

I have eaten at the restaurant four times and my experience with it has been very positive. Nice staff, cleanliness and I always got what I ordered. So I can only recommend the restaurant!

Usually quick drive in. Communication is sometimes strange over the drive because of the language barrier. But otherwise they put a lot of effort into creating bags that feel better put together than at many other drive-in restaurants in the chain.

It's a shame from 8 p.m. it's a Balkan party at mc, the chefs and waiters celebrate a Balkan party with music from their cell phones and the customer can then eat cold burgers and fries... but it doesn't matter, the main thing is that the employees are having fun... they just waited that a belly dancer comes by. Just think that if this continues, Burger King will soon be able to open a branch here.

cozy place on the street. There are plenty of seats both inside and outside. Veny like everywhere. A big advantage is that there is a large collection of junk shops nearby (Lidl, Kauflad, Tedy, Kik)

Neither when eating on site nor when ordering via Lieferando do they manage to pack everything into the bag.

You could wipe the tables and sweep the floor more often. Update August 11, 2024: The wooden tables and chairs are unsightly and I put a splinter of wood in my fingernail because of them. To date, customer service has not changed anything

Chai latte with oat milk was very very well made!

It's not even worth 1 star. Unfriendly staff, high prices. It's better to go to an Italian restaurant for around €40 (!) and be full afterwards. If you just ask for a straw, they cheekily say that you won't get it. It should also be added that cleanliness is not particularly important here. The floor is clean but there is leftover food scattered on the table.

That was the last time I ate here. No matter what you order, the quality is very poor and for expensive money.

Totally terrible!!! Not recommended!!! We made a large order, waited a really long time and were not answered to questions and were totally rude when they did. The bicmac was moldy, the fries were cold and tasted like rubber, there was hair in the food, and the nuggets tasted old and rubbery. Really totally disgusting. It was all disgusting, 6/6 people had a stomach ache, one vomited.
