Garbage 0815 is better than Burger King kebab

Charging 1.20 for extra cheese (for two burgers) and then realizing at home that you could have smeared the 1.20 up your hair because there's no cheese on the burgers. Absolutely outrageous. The place was empty except for two other customers, and then they weren't able to get an order right, but the main thing was to pocket the cash! Unfortunately, you can't give 0 stars.

I've been waiting at the drive-thru for 25 minutes. Ordering is taking a while. I'm not even at the pickup window yet, there are only two cars in total, the staff are incomprehensible, the display isn't working...honestly: never again.

The place is driving itself into a tailspin. I was at the drive-thru on a holiday, the only car. I ordered a completely standard meal with no extras. I ended up having to wait over 15 minutes. Something is seriously wrong with the organization there. If I hadn't paid in advance, I would have left long ago. The man at the drive-thru was friendly. I was used to the fries and the food.

I just wanted to try out Burger King's new products. I ordered EXTRA meat and EXTRA sauce for the fries box. I didn't get any more meat (even less than my friend, who didn't order anything). There was no more sauce either. The sauce tasted exactly like the "Ja" garlic sauce. The meat is 60% fat, 20% gristle, and 20% meat. I can NOT recommend these products...

Best Burger King around! 🍔✨ The food is always fresh and delicious, the fries are crispy, and the burgers are perfectly cooked. The staff is super friendly and fast – even when it's busy, you get your food without having to wait long. A particularly convenient feature: There's free Wi-Fi, so you can comfortably linger a little longer. Clean, modern, and simply top-notch – I'll be back again and again!

One of the usual mass catering places. However, you could order directly at the counter, not just at the stupid keyboard machines.

Very friendly staff and fast service. The food was fresh and delicious—just as you'd expect from Burger King.

I have visited many restaurant but the taste of this burger king is different from other restaurant. I think this is the best place for eating and enjoying because the environment is clean and the worker is very friendly.

Very unfriendly to customers!!! What about the disabled entrance, which was blocked with garbage cans because they were supposedly picked up on Saturday afternoons? After I asked an employee there to remove the garbage cans from the wheelchair ramp, he looked at it and went back inside. The manager today grinned cheekily and only cleared them after further insistence. I had to park right in front of the entrance because there was no wheelchair access, and when the ramp was clear, she told me to leave or she would call the police. All I can say is, once and never again, simply brazen and cheeky.

Crispy Chicken: Large meal with Coke and fries for €10.40 The burger is a disgrace; a few years ago, you could get a burger like that for €1. The fries were a handful, cold, and had just been sitting there for a while. The Coke was okay. The staff were completely uninterested and couldn't say hello. The table outside was dirty. No thanks.

You should at least understand enough German to be able to take an order. Received the wrong order twice, never again.

I ordered a Whopper® Cheese Tortilla and got a Whopper. The service was bored and unfriendly. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time we didn't get what we ordered.

The children's area is there, but the changing table was very dirty and so was the climbing frame inside!!

Wasn't worth the money! There was hardly any sauce on the burgers, they tasted of nothing. It was impossible to eat without a drink.

Personally, I like it but the price/performance ratio is no longer right for me. €8.50 for a burger is quite steep.

This was my third and definitely the last time there. I ordered via the terminal and had to wait about 15 minutes for my order. The food wasn't fresh. It's always freezing cold in the restaurant. Before that, I was there in the middle of summer and it was like being in a cold storage facility, and afterwards I was pretty cold. Conclusion: I will definitely avoid the Burger King branches in the area. It was not for nothing that the Wallraff team uncovered grievances at Burger King.

Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio is no longer right here. Had 2 cheeseburgers. Were ice cold. The cheese was extremely hard and the meat was almost non-existent. Paid 7 euros for it. Next time I'd rather go back to McDonald's ;)

I had a great experience at Burger King! The food was delicious, especially the burgers, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I can highly recommend it for a delicious meal in a relaxed atmosphere!! 😋😁👍

Best Burger King in the Ingolstadt area.

I recently went to Burger King and overall it was a solid fast food experience. The Whopper is still a classic – juicy, spicy and packed with fresh toppings. The flame-grilled flavor really sets it apart from other fast food burgers and the portion size is satisfying without being overwhelming. The fries were crispy and flavorful, although I personally prefer them a little thicker. A highlight for me were the onion rings – crispy, golden brown and perfect with their spicy dipping sauce. I also tried the chicken fries which were surprisingly addictive.

Currently the best Burger King there is in Ingolstadt.

Good BK with nice service and all you can drink. Modern terminal ordering function. Sometimes a bit economical with the sauce :D but otherwise always good. I'm here regularly.

As always, there were huge problems at this Burger King, this time the server crashed, several customers had to leave again because nothing worked. Staff totally overwhelmed. Really a shame. The boss should take action here soon.

"Yesterday there was a dog in the restaurant with a guest who was moving between the tables and touching other guests. That was extremely disgusting and very disturbing. This is a restaurant not a zoo.! Animals shouldn't be allowed in the restaurant - not everyone likes them ."

Almost no staff, far too long of a wait. Burgers are getting smaller and more expensive.

It takes them almost 4 minutes to process a single vehicle in the DriveThru. I waited 20 minutes because there were 5 vehicles in front of me. People don't have a break forever. You're finally getting better...

Always check the drive in here! Something is almost always missing

Everything was clean, extra sauce was forgotten. Much more important to mention is the radio interference when locking our cars in the parking lot. Only possible up to one meter. Why? No idea.

Forever a long wait. Large fries are, to put it mildly, a joke. The staff speaks English, which is generally ok, but the service may not always be appropriate.

Not all coupons work. It takes forever for the order to be ready. Doesn't take Amex even though it says so.

We were here on Sunday. There was a lot going on and the employees were completely overwhelmed. Cotton time over 30 minutes. The food was lukewarm to cold and the orders were initially not complete. The drinks machine mixes bad drinks and unfortunately there is no water from this machine. The store is very clean, but the tray carts were so overloaded that there wasn't room for any more. This is what the whole store looked like. What a shame actually!

This has nothing to do with “fast” food. Waited 40 minutes, order incomplete, burger cold. Staff overwhelmed, but remained friendly despite the stress. At least there was soap to wash your hands! But we won't be back that quickly.

No cheeseburger menu, what nonsense. I always come just because of the cheeseburger menu, I don't want a plant based thing, not a veggie, just a normal meat cheese burger. If it's not there next time, I'll never come back to Burger King with my family. I can buy it individually but not on the menu, nonsense!

Burgers were okay. Despite canceling the order for iceberg lettuce on two burgers, there was still iceberg lettuce on both of them.

Danger! Drinks dispenser delivers far too little water - only staff can access an intact drinks dispenser, know about the problem, but do not inform! There is still a lack of staff here, which leads to numerous other deficiencies. It's better to give this branch a wide berth. Minimum rating for food because drinks are not okay! Minimum rating for service because long waiting times and a defective drink dispenser are knowingly concealed. Minimum rating for ambience because dirty.

The burgers are good and everything is very clean. Unfortunately, the employees are more than overwhelmed. I went to the drive-thru for the third time today. You can't be hungry there. Like the last few times, I waited over 20 minutes (there were only two cars in front of me). Then at the cash register it took the employee several minutes to find my change. The burgers were already there next to him and were getting cold. In my opinion, far too few staff. What a shame!

You have to wait a little longer than usual, but I think 15 minutes is not a problem. If parts of the order are missing, it's not just annoying given the pace of work. Very clean branch - applies to the store and the food. Everything was great, it was really a life-saving experience after driving 800 km on the highway. So also easy to reach.

I worked here part time. I have to say this place needs to fire all the managers. They are very discriminatory towards their colleagues. And I and a lot of colleagues have seen two of the managers on the late shift, right before closing time, like 5 or 10 minutes before, when a customer comes to order, they take the order and just don't put it into the system, don't tell them kitchen people and ask them to prepare it. And asks the customer if he would like to pay with cash. If it's cash, they don't put it into the system, they take it with them. And these managers all come from the same country and support each other even when we complain about them. And when one of their friends/family comes, they give 10 to 20 burgers, drinks and fries for free. Literally free. And if it's crowded and your colleagues need help, they won't care. I saw them using their cell phone in the office or talking to their friend. I hope someone with authority sees this review, visits this place and questions the colleagues about the unfair things they do. You will receive proof there. I was really depressed working there, you are treated so badly.

Never had such bad service at Burger King. In the drive-thru you have to wait forever for someone to respond to you and then in the end you only get half of your order. So you took about €10 out of my pocket and stole my time. Thanks for that...
