The burgers are good and everything is very clean. Unfortunately, the employees are more than overwhelmed. I went to the drive-thru for the third time today. You can't be hungry there. Like the last few times, I waited over 20 minutes (there were only two cars in front of me). Then at the cash register it took the employee several minutes to find my change. The burgers were already there next to him and were getting cold. In my opinion, far too few staff. What a shame!

You have to wait a little longer than usual, but I think 15 minutes is not a problem. If parts of the order are missing, it's not just annoying given the pace of work. Do you really have to spread everything out on the counter and count it every time you order (especially if you get something for several people), especially if you ask beforehand whether it is the right order and whether everything is in it?

Always forgetting something has become bad. This time I forgot the 9 Flame Wings. It sucks with the service.

As always with chains, unclean toilets - not even soap. Please avoid

I've been enjoying going there for some time now. I've never had to wait long. Often not all order terminals worked, but it was still pretty quick. Thanks to the app it's even faster. I'd love to come back!

How can you sell anything in a store that doesn't have a Burger King license? And the stupid people still eat there 😂

The employee who was at the drive in had to help the staff pack up. I think it was new employees who were trained. No Buddy is perfect!!! Otherwise the whole thing went pretty quickly! Thumbs up 👍🏻

Very clean branch - applies to the store and the food. Everything was great, it was really a life-saving experience after driving 800 km on the highway. So also easy to reach.

I worked here part time. I have to say this place needs to fire all the managers. They are very discriminatory towards their colleagues. And I and a lot of colleagues have seen two of the managers on the late shift, right before closing time, like 5 or 10 minutes before, when a customer comes to order, they take the order and just don't put it into the system, don't tell them kitchen people and ask them to prepare it. And asks the customer if he would like to pay with cash. If it's cash, they don't put it into the system, they take it with them. And these managers all come from the same country and support each other even when we complain about them. And when one of their friends/family comes, they give 10 to 20 burgers, drinks and fries for free. Literally free. And if it's crowded and your colleagues need help, they won't care. I saw them using their cell phone in the office or talking to their friend. I hope someone with authority sees this review, visits this place and questions the colleagues about the unfair things they do. You will receive proof there. I was really depressed working there, you are treated so badly.

Never had such bad service at Burger King. In the drive-thru you have to wait forever for someone to respond to you and then in the end you only get half of your order. So you took about €10 out of my pocket and stole my time. Thanks for that...

Great team. We accepted our large order last minute, meaning we couldn't get off work until later and were still super friendly and accommodating. Gladly again and thank you

The wrong burger is made every time. You order with chicken and get beef or the other way around or a double burger with just 1 patty. Then you get a drink and all that comes out is water. But it's always clean

Perfect ambience, Food quality was great. Fresh burgers and fresh fries. All Gutscheine works here, unlike other burger king. Highly recommended to visit.

Excellent food, but the music videos on tv are very inappropriate! almost naked people, and inappropriate scenes for q place were families are taking lunch with kids 😕 Why not just a ambience sound instead of a tv showing those artists? Or select better ones to show it.

Load clean and the food is as usual. The waiting time was okay and the staff was friendly. Addendum 9 months later: Waiting time is no longer okay, sometimes you wait forever. I feel like there's not enough staff. Sometimes the trays are piled up everywhere because no one comes to clear them away.

They do like we dont even excist. Then they ask us if thats our menu without any number or telling what kind of menu it is. We take our drinks and its totaly dead without bubbles.. the food whas good but thats all.

Such bad & unfriendly service. You wait forever and the food is ok. Not more. Went to BK again after almost 2 years and I realized why again.

I'm not satisfied with the service and I've been to this Burger King in Zuchering more than once. Today is the last time I was there. I ordered takeaway, but there was probably some error on the screen and I had to re-enter the order. OK, happened. Then I get what I ordered, but not to take away, but to eat in the store. I said very politely that I ordered takeaway and also asked very politely if they would put it all in the bag for me. The employee simply gave me a bag with the words: I give YOU (not you) a bag. Very rude and I had to pack everything myself.

Went quickly, was clean, order complete and fresh, hot. Top Today I was there with the family. Mega compliment to the kitchen worker Ms. C from RO and cashier, who remained cool despite our special requests. It would be nice if your bosses would honor that.

There's always something missing at the moment. I've been refraining from rating you for a long time. But it can't be the case that if you order Maijo every time you always get ketchup. But what's worse is the King Jr. Meal fries AND FORGETTING THE TOY is a really great achievement.

Tastes good, accepts coupons. Wiping the tables every now and then wouldn't hurt.

Der Laden ist sehr ordentlich, klein und hat viel Charme und parkplätze sind auch viele vorhanden. Nebenan finden sich auch noch Bäcker und Discounter und die autobahnanbindung ist gut. Meine modifizierte Bestellung habe ich innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erhalten und war gut.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier und waren sehr positiv überrascht wie alles ganz frisch zubereitet wurde. Da warte ich gerne auf superfrisches und sehr gutes essen.

Essen in Ordnung, Restaurant sauber. Aber sorry; 25 Minuten Wartezeit für 16€-Bestellung? In fast jedem Restaurant wird man schneller bedient.

Wie schon andere berichteten, anfangs sehr gut. Aber der Burger wurde sowas von zermanscht und in die Tüte geworfen, sowas habe ich nicht mal bei MD gesehen. Der Salat war sichtlich überm Berg. Wer soll das essen? Und vor allem wie? 22. Oktober 2023 King des Monats bestellt, 2 Mal. Dazu 2 mal Pommes. Schaut euch das an: Patties passen nicht zum Bun und sind viel zu klein. Nachtrag 24.Oktober… alle drei Burger wurden ersetzt.

In zuchering ist alles perfekt. Da kann sich Donauwörth mehrere Scheiben abschneiden

Es lohnt sich wirklich die kleine Strecke von Ingolstadt aus hier her zu fahren, obwohl es in der Nähe noch weitere BK‘s geben würde. Hier ist zum Glück alles recht neu & ordentlich. Daumen hoch 👍!

Ich war sehr überrascht, so ein Burger King habe ich noch nie besucht. Sehr saubere Toiletten und saubere Essbereiche. Coupons funktionieren, sehr viele Möglichkeiten an Bezahlungsmethoden.

Je nach Bedienung mal super mal nur okay. Oft ist ein Terminal nicht funktionsfähig. Auch weitere Kunden meinen, das sie einfach nur ausgeschaltet werden. Essen ist aber sehr lecker und gut gemacht.

Die Burger waren gut und warm, die Pommes Frittes teigig und nicht sehr warm. Das Personal wie immer unmotiviert und "Mundfaul".

Wie man aus der Praxis von BK weiß, erfolgt die Zubereitung des Gerichtes zügig. Das Personal ist sehr überfordert. Die mangelnde Sauberkeit von BK stellt zwar keine Neuheit dar, jedoch ist dies nicht neu bei BK. Die Menschen, die dort zum Essen gehen, sind meist gleich gekleidet. Parkplätze sind ausreichend und das Essen schmeckt nun einmal.

Really nice, clean, modern BK restaurant. The order displays work and are responsive. The credit card reader works. The drink dispenser works and drinks taste good. The food is freshly prepared, looks good and tastes good. Restaurant space is clean, albeit a bit sparse looking. Will definitely visit again.

Vielleicht hätte ich bei meinen letzten drei Besuchen einfach nur Pech ... Aber meiner Meinung nach handelt es sich bei dieser Burger King Filiale um das langsamste Restaurant Deutschlands. 10 Minuten Wartezeit im DriveIn sind kein Einzelfall. Und bei einer Bestellung im Restaurant kann man auch bei moderatem Andrang gerne mal 20 Minuten das Team dabei bewundern, wie es scheinbar ohne jedwede sinnvolle Aufteilung untereinander irgendwie versucht, Herr über auch nur eine Handvoll Bestellungen zu werden. Vielleicht findet sich ja einmal jemand, der das an sich ganz nette Personal darauf schult, so ein Lokal in einer angemessenen Geschwindigkeit zu betreiben ... Oder das ist einfach Burger King's heimlicher Versuch eines SlowFood Restaurants ... Leider leidete bei meinen Besuchen auch die Sauberkeit im Restaurant unter der offensichtlichen Überlastung des Personals. Nichts für ungut, liebes Burger King Team, aber vielleicht geht ihr einfach mal in anderen Eurer Filialen essen und vergleicht.

Leider muss ich nach langer Zeit, meine sehr gute Bewertung korrigieren. War heute drinnen, fast nichts los. Alles gut. Aber 2 Meter vor dem Getränke Automat, fing es an zu stinken. Becher erhalten, Richtung Automat, um trinken zu holen, Sehr unabetitlich. Als ob es paar Tage nicht gereinigt wurde. Es sollte öfters mal gereinigt werden. Normalerweise müsste ich Gesundheitsamt hinschicken.

Eigentlich ganz gut. Der Burgerking ist aber teuer geworden. Der Service ist eigentlich gut aber manchmal verpeilt. Obwohl man gewisse Zutaten ab oder hinzu wählt, bekommt man das Standardgericht .

Sehr lecker, leider keine Option für Tischservice. Vegane Burger sollen besser kenngezeichnet werden.

Dieser Burger King ist der beste im ganzen Großraum Ingolstadt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles ist nagelneu. Und das Beste ist es werden ALLE COUPONS akzeptiert. Es gibt einen neuen Getränke Automat, siehe Fotos. Papiercoupons und die App Coupons der offiziellen Burger King App 😋😋😋 Alle Produkte werden frisch zubereitet. Hierher lohnt sich der Weg 🍽️🍽️🍽️ Wir wurden sehr freundlich und kompetent von Frau Jana bedient. Vergesst die schlechten Erfahrungen bei Burger King Nord oder Süd. Dieser Burger King ist der neue Maßstab Update vom 4.04.2023: Immer noch alles bestens 🥰😋😋😋😋

Gerne wieder war lange nicht beim King Burger kamen mir etwas kleiner vor aber lecker 😋
