Unfortunately, the outdoor area of this Burger King branch is repeatedly plagued by unhygienic and unpleasant situations. I've repeatedly encountered people shouting loudly and behaving inappropriately. What's particularly disturbing is that people regularly urinate and even defecate directly on the premises – right in front of the cars waiting at the drive-thru. Instead of consistently removing such people from the premises, they even give them free fries, which only further exacerbates the problem. As a paying customer, I expect a clean and safe environment. This requires urgent action!
Feel free to go here. We've always had fresh burgers and fries. You have to get comfortable with the computer order. I also think it's good that you can pay at the counter. Some burgers are also offered vegetarian. Coffee with milk was also delicious. Mostly go there in the evenings.
I love McDonald's. I go here with my boyfriend maybe 3-4 times a week. The employees are very friendly, especially the men. Sometimes they forget something because they are under stress but it's understandable.🥰
This time we were on MC Drive. Fast service thanks to pre-ordering in the app and smooth processing by the very friendly employees. Everything received as ordered. Vouchers used. However, the discounted MC fish only had half a slice of cheese on it! Is that normal?
Update, got chicken nuggets instead of plant nuggets today. Plant Burger wasn't in the bag at all. Had to go back and point it out. Employees speak German poorly.
Sorry, you come in there around 8 p.m. and at first you hear Arabic music and only long-time southerners at the checkout... I really thought that going to a kebab shop wouldn't be fun... I find it really unpleasant because of the hygiene with such long beards sometimes hair out.
I won't eat there again.
Waited 20 minutes for food even though there wasn't much going on, other customers who had large orders kept getting their food before me even though they ordered long after me and I got food poisoning that left me in the hospital for a day
We almost got what we ordered. Instead of Coke Zero, Diet Coke was brought without asking. After all, this was communicated with the words: "We don't have any Coke Zero, I brought Diet Coke." Later (about 10 minutes) there was a call from behind the counter for someone to plug in the Coke Zero - thank you. The floor and the tables in the restaurant would definitely appreciate some attention.
