What's particularly disturbing is that people regularly urinate and even defecate directly on the premises – right in front of the cars waiting at the drive-thru. Instead of consistently removing such people from the premises, they even give them free fries, which only further exacerbates the problem. As a paying customer, I expect a clean and safe environment. This requires urgent action!
