Great! We arrived at 11:58 PM and were served super quickly and freshly. Simply fantastic!

The food is delicious and driving is unbeatable, but the fact that the ice cream machines don't work or aren't available is a bummer.

My friends often used it as a place to meet up, eat, and chat. Since we were all TERRIBLY surprised and RIPPED OFF, with a bill from Park&Control for !!! €35!!!, we will avoid this place and go to the Golden M, for example. Unfortunately, there are hardly any signs about this new parking situation, and the staff don't even point it out. A disgrace and a rip-off! They could have made more effort, at least been accommodating to complaining customers. (Vouchers or something similar.) So you're losing customers again...as you can easily see from the recent reviews. Have a nice day ☹️

Everything always works perfectly!

The three of us went to the BK Essen on July 15th and had a long chat. A month later, we got a nasty surprise... We all got a parking ticket for €35 each! Even though we were only inside the BK the whole time. After complaining on-site, we were told that we had to extend our parking time by 30 minutes each time. So, for me, that has little to do with service. After that, I find it difficult to go there again.

Everything was perfect. The food was freshly prepared. The staff was friendly. Everything was clean.

It was nice to sit here with friends and children for dinner, as the kids can keep themselves entertained here. The associated parking lot is now managed by "Park & ​​Control." Anyone who parks here for more than an hour will immediately receive a €35 fine. This cannot be reversed, even by the friendly Burger King employees. We've been there regularly as a group so far, it's always relaxed and nice. BUT they've recently added Park&Control. When you drive up, they record your time and when you drive down, you get everything done in 60 minutes. That means you get in quickly, eat well, and leave again. Otherwise, you pay a €35 fine. Now, relaxed meetings, eating, and chatting will take place elsewhere. Burger King Elmshorn already has five fewer regular customers. Congratulations!

Our last visit to Burger King was a huge disappointment. After our meal, we received a €35 fine for parking too long – even though we had consumed food inside. Their collaboration with "Park & ​​Control" seems like a complete rip-off and makes a relaxing family visit impossible. Instead of offering a solution to parking problems, Burger King is scaring customers away. For me, that was my last visit – at least at McDonald's, I can eat with my family without stress and without having to worry about such things.

The food is okay—most of the time it's even hot. I ate there with my mother and my baby, and we had to wait about 30 minutes for our turn. Officially, you're allowed to park there for a maximum of 60 minutes—after 90 minutes, you get a €35 ticket! That makes the food as expensive as in a luxury restaurant! I think it's a disgrace! It was the last time I was there!

Daughter sat in restaurant with friends; people ate and snacked and forgot the time. If you want to add an additional €35 parking fee to your menu, this is absolutely the right place for you!

Feel free to go here. We've always had fresh burgers and fries. You have to get comfortable with the computer order. I also think it's good that you can pay at the counter. Some burgers are also offered vegetarian. Coffee with milk was also delicious. Mostly go there in the evenings.

The inventory and furnishings seemed to be two generations older, but everything was still in tact and clean. Waiting times are short even when busy. Food unusually hot. Which of course I like. But the biggest drawback and I can't explain it are the fries. Every time I visit they are cold and hard and don't taste good at all. At one point I thought they were from McDonalds. Urgent action is needed here.

I ordered two menus (via coupon) on the drive. The employee at the drive-thru counter had a thick accent and, just to be on the safe side, I repeated my coupon number and even said "4x Extra Long Chili Cheese." I have paid and received my order. When we get home, the children are sitting at the dining table and of course the order I was given is wrong! I called the branch and complained. Two suggestions were made to me: "Either just eat the burgers or come back and get the correct order." Because the burgers I got by mistake had pork (bacon) on them, I had to go back to the branch. I kindly kept the fries and drinks and got new fries and drinks. However, even the second time the order wasn't correct because this time I got chili cheese nuggets (9 pieces) instead of normal (9 pieces). Long story short: The branch manager/shift manager was friendly and accommodated me. But none of this is of any use if the employees are incompetent. That is not meant to be mean. They really need training. I will not order again as there have been problems with order delivery in the past.

Schlimmer Service… Mein Freund und ich haben im McDrive eine Bestellung aufgegeben und er hat klar und deutlich gesagt, dass er einen BigKing XXL im Menü möchte. Er ist Amerikaner und hat einen amerikanischen Akzent, aber ich gehe mal davon aus, dass dies in einer amerikanischen Kette kein Problem darstellen sollte. Als wir die Bestellung erhielten, war nur ein BigKing enthalten. Wir drehten um und er machte die Mitarbeiterin darauf aufmerksam. Sie hat es nicht für nötig gehalten dem Kunden entgegen zu kommen und sagte nur er habe einen BigKing bestellt, das habe sie gehört und wer einen BigKing XXL will, muss neu bezahlen.Echt frech.. die Differenz ok, aber einen kompletten Burger? Auf die Nachfrage was denn mit dem Display wäre, um seine Bestellung zu kontrollieren. -> kaputt

Die essenbestellung erfolgt nur noch digital. Leider ist die Software nicht bedienerfreundlich. Und wir sind kein Einzelfall, während wir zig mal versucht haben, einen whopper zu bestellen, haben in der zeit 2 Kunden wütend den Laden verlassen. Wir hatten allerdings whopperhunger und so hatte uns das Personal auf Nachfra, allerdings in genervter Art geholfen. Allmählich muss man sich die Frage stellen, ob hier noch der Kunde noch könig ist 🤔
