Burgers are getting smaller and smaller at an expensive price. Elecronic determines more and more the personal aspect is disappearing.

Elaborately ordered at the machine. Then the food wasn't delivered to the table. When asked after 15 minutes they said they had forgotten it but the food was ready. Then I took the food to the table myself. It should be brought to the table. Of course, the food wasn't lukewarm and didn't taste as good anymore.

I was in Elmshorn today, October 20th, Terrible, at least 15+ people were waiting for their food at the same time, the number board was out of order, you had to listen to which number was announced. There are no more straws or napkins either

At peak time, 3 terminals were down and the queue was correspondingly long. The food came after 20 minutes. SlowFood but in fast food quality.

Never come here at 12:30 at night on a Saturday. The kitchen consists only of men who stare at pieces of paper and can't cook. The only Aische works as a waitress and can't deliver anything to the full house because nothing comes. A switch is broken, paying in cash takes a long time. In the cute outdoor area, 17 year olds climb around in the playhouse. Groups of 6 boys stand loose in front of the counter and eat popcorn in the store. Queue from Hamburg to the store at the checkout to pay and Aische can't come by to bring food. But Aische still can't do it anyway because no food is being made. But respect to Aische, she treats you to napkins and doesn't forget anything. She's running the store. Kiss 💋 We love.

I went to McDonald's in Elmshorn for breakfast last Sunday and I was absolutely thrilled! As soon as I ordered through the machine, I was greeted warmly by a friendly and helpful employee. The service was exceptional and I felt really welcome. The cleanliness of the entire property was also remarkable. The quality of the food was excellent, significantly better than some other McDonald's branches. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. One thing is certain for me: When I'm back in Elmshorn, I will definitely choose McDonald's over Burger King. A big congratulations to the entire team for this great start to the day! Thanks!

Ordered food from mcdeive when arrived home. One menu is completely missing the fries. The other one has 4 curly fries in it. The bigmac has bacon on it and there is half a strip of bacon on it. That's the worst thing I've ever seen!

I provided my pickup number and the waitress asked whether I had already paid. (is stored in the app??) Drive up to the serving counter (again single lane) and receive the order. Already warned by previous visits, the order was checked for completeness and found that a burger had been removed from its packaging and was in the large bag between the other packaged burgers and today one of the 7 burgers ordered was missing again. Received this after a complaint and was finally able to eat after 21 minutes. I ordered food at the drive-thru and was amazed at the ability to place my order in two places. However, since there is only one distribution point, cars were piled up behind the order drop-off point and it was difficult to get along. We had registered for a children's birthday party. The table was beautifully set and the cake we ordered was delicious. However, when I made the reservation I explicitly said that it was a 9 year old boy and please not pink Bibi and Tina. Unfortunately, they were pink plates and my son wasn't so impressed. The birthday table is in a corner so it's a bit "private". That was positive. What we didn't like so much was that we came with 13 children and had to order on the monitor while the children fussed around excitedly. Faster ordering by staff would be an advantage, at least for a birthday.

There are countless branches in Germany. Elmshorn is at the lowest end of service and quality. Forgetting sauces happens everywhere, but it's amazing how consistently the branch in Elmshorn forgets products, mixes them up or, in the case of take-away, packs entire orders incorrectly. Errors occur in 3/5 visits/orders. - If you use table service, you will most likely not receive napkins - When delivered via Lieferando, the fries were missing from the Family Bundle - A take-out order included a McWrap Chicken Cesar instead of "Hamburger Royal with Cheese". - If we ordered on site we would have to wait 11 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers (There were maybe 5 other guests in the store) - A “Hamburger Royal with cheese” was only brought after reminding us twice. Basically you can say that the renovation has made things even worse. Either the display “in preparation/ready for collection” is not even on, or it remains “in preparation” until the food has been collected by “calling numbers to the dining room”. Only then will the number be set to “ready for collection”. It's definitely a bad sign if you hope every time you pick up something that nothing has been forgotten THIS TIME
