Super nice employee, gave us two cute little burgers.

Absolute impudence. Food was cold and we waited 40 minutes for the food. Any motivation has evaporated from the employees. We had to draw attention to us several times!! Find the nearest Mc's in your area if you want to enjoy some decent fast food. I had no expectations of Elmshorn and drove even less.

Great store, with great staff! We had hot food, which doesn't happen often at McDonald's. My cola tasted a bit strange, so an employee came and tried it and immediately brought me a new one, mega! And the food came very quickly too.

Never come here at 12:30 at night on a Saturday. The kitchen consists only of men who stare at pieces of paper and can't cook. The only Aische works as a waitress and can't deliver anything to the full house because nothing comes. A switch is broken, paying in cash takes a long time. In the cute outdoor area, 17 year olds climb around in the playhouse. Groups of 6 boys stand loose in front of the counter and eat popcorn in the store. Queue from Hamburg to the store at the checkout to pay and Aische can't come by to bring food. But Aische still can't do it anyway because no food is being made. But respect to Aische, she treats you to napkins and doesn't forget anything. She's running the store. Kiss 💋 We love.

Ordered “new fries” and only got a spice mixture for the super talahon-toasted potato slices. The mixture flew directly - accidentally - out of the car window. Has nothing to do with a new "creation".

McDonald's just. The food is as you would expect from McDonald's, i.e. average. Parking is ok. Quite large with 3 ordering terminals. Waiting time within acceptable limits. Nothing particularly positive, nothing particularly negative.

Manager (I assume that she is the manager in this branch) Inka, friendly, with enthusiasm and despite the stressful work, not to be disturbed! With smiles and humor, this very emphatic AND friendly employee is simply outstanding! Perfect, that's how service should work! Kind regards to the whole team, perfect! P.s. Hello, Unfortunately I was disappointed today... only chocolate ice cream... no vanilla. I didn't like the chocolate ice cream at all... it tastes like cardboard. But the service was very helpful and tip top.

Either I'm just unlucky or the staff is beyond incompetent. This is what you get when you order scrambled eggs with bacon.

So since Elmshorn was rebuilt, the service has become significantly worse. They offer table service and leave the food on the counter for ages. Some employees walk around the store like they make counterfeit money. It's important instead of bringing the finished food to the table. Apparently McDonald's has it too There's no point in putting the customer first since fame has now come from the VIP campaigns.

I went to McDonald's in Elmshorn for breakfast last Sunday and I was absolutely thrilled! As soon as I ordered through the machine, I was greeted warmly by a friendly and helpful employee. The service was exceptional and I felt really welcome. The cleanliness of the entire property was also remarkable. The quality of the food was excellent, significantly better than some other McDonald's branches. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. One thing is certain for me: When I'm back in Elmshorn, I will definitely choose McDonald's over Burger King. A big congratulations to the entire team for this great start to the day! Thanks!

Ordered food from mcdeive when arrived home. One menu is completely missing the fries. The other one has 4 curly fries in it. The bigmac has bacon on it and there is half a strip of bacon on it. That's the worst thing I've ever seen!

I was there with the family last night. It's getting worse and worse. Totally uncomfortable since the renovation. We waited half an hour for the food. If only the burgers had been fresh! But no, everything was cold and a lot of things were published incorrectly. Wrong drinks and sauces. A burger was missing. The chicken nuggets were totally soft and mushy. There wasn't that much going on. Things are going better in Itzehoe. Everything was dirty and garbage was piling up. I've tried it there several times recently. But that was the last time!

Pre-ordered food via app during the journey. Upon arrival, I joined the Drive Inn line (single lane), stood at one of the two order terminals to provide my order number. Instead of alternately calling up vehicles at the terminals, 4 vehicles were processed on the left before it was my turn on the right (chosen in the wrong line as always?) Waiting time: 12 minutes. I provided my pickup number and the waitress asked whether I had already paid. (is stored in the app??) Drive up to the serving counter (again single lane) and receive the order. Already warned by previous visits, the order was checked for completeness and found that a burger had been removed from its packaging and was in the large bag between the other packaged burgers and today one of the 7 burgers ordered was missing again. Received this after a complaint and was finally able to eat after 21 minutes. McDonalds, what can I order for on the way to you, only to wait a long time in a traffic jam created by you for an incomplete delivery. We ate here mid-week and were extremely disappointed. The service on site is a disaster. I ordered food at the drive-thru and was amazed at the ability to place my order in two places. However, since there is only one distribution point, cars were piled up behind the order drop-off point and it was difficult to get along. A good idea in and of itself, but for me it was implemented in a thoughtless way. Food is tasty, but not always hot and the fries are not always seasoned.

We had registered for a children's birthday party. The table was beautifully set and the cake we ordered was delicious. However, when I made the reservation I explicitly said that it was a 9 year old boy and please not pink Bibi and Tina. Unfortunately, they were pink plates and my son wasn't so impressed. The birthday table is in a corner so it's a bit "private". That was positive. What we didn't like so much was that we came with 13 children and had to order on the monitor while the children fussed around excitedly. Faster ordering by staff would be an advantage, at least for a birthday.

Went there twice and it always gets there quickly, my patty was burnt and we had to eat in jackets, and you also sit way too close to strangers! Playground not fenced off so children can run out. Tables dirty. The renovation was a total misstep, we won't be coming back

There are countless branches in Germany. Elmshorn is at the lowest end of service and quality. Forgetting sauces happens everywhere, but it's amazing how consistently the branch in Elmshorn forgets products, mixes them up or, in the case of take-away, packs entire orders incorrectly. Errors occur in 3/5 visits/orders. - If you use table service, you will most likely not receive napkins - When delivered via Lieferando, the fries were missing from the Family Bundle - A take-out order included a McWrap Chicken Cesar instead of "Hamburger Royal with Cheese". - If we ordered on site we would have to wait 11 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers (There were maybe 5 other guests in the store) - A “Hamburger Royal with cheese” was only brought after reminding us twice. Basically you can say that the renovation has made things even worse. Either the display “in preparation/ready for collection” is not even on, or it remains “in preparation” until the food has been collected by “calling numbers to the dining room”. Only then will the number be set to “ready for collection”. It's definitely a bad sign if you hope every time you pick up something that nothing has been forgotten THIS TIME

Just angry and disappointed. We were there and not all the tables were occupied, but our food still came ice cold. When we asked, we got a mushy answer that the food wasn't cold. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to rate Lieferando. The rating there is absolutely not correct at 2.4. I have always received very good products with friendly service and even if something didn't work out, it was made up for with the next order. After the renovation it is uncomfortable, drafty and cramped. The doors open every second and the icy cold sets in. When someone orders at the terminals in the entrance or guests dispose of their garbage in the garbage cans, the door is constantly open. The floor was sticky when we visited and in some places there was garbage or leftover food on the floor. Table service was stopped and the monitor on which you could see the order didn't work either. So the area before pickup was crowded with people waiting. It's a shame that this branch lost so much ambience after the renovation. But I'd rather go to the competitor where it's more comfortable and cleaner.
