Burger King in Heide

Slow food! Even when there's nothing going on. You get charged and then you wait, wait, wait... The store, the service, the people are an incompetent bunch...

Overall, it was okay. I'm used to better food quality from the Burger Kings in my area.

This used to be my favorite after Elmshorn, but it's getting worse every time. Mayo, ketchup, or sweet and sour sauce are always forgotten, as happened again today. The Whopper was salty and almost inedible. Extra mayo was checked but not included. The long chicken was carelessly thrown together. This time, the toy in the King Jr. box was intact; the last time I visited, it was broken because it had been gnawed on by rodents. I'm so angry, so much money for such poor quality. I'm attaching a photo of the toy. We've thrown away the bag with the bite marks and disinfected the item.

I can recommend Burger King. Everything is just a normal burger place.

The burger was so dry, hardly enjoyable

This place is highly recommended. We were there late in the evening, only via drive-thru, but the lady at the window was in a great mood and was also having fun... and that was around 11 p.m.... If we're ever in the area again, we'd love to stop by again.

I ordered, and once again a burger was missing. Something's always missing when you order. This was truly the last time I visit this BK branch. When I report it, I'm told they can't change anything. That's a disgrace, considering I paid for goods I didn't receive.

A well-maintained shop, and the staff is always attentive and friendly. The store is usually never crowded, and there's always a seat.

My experience has been consistently positive so far; the staff is always super friendly, and I've always found everything very clean :) I enjoy coming here.

My son ordered a burger without jalapenos. The burger also came without sauce. Even when I asked, he was told it was without sauce. Of course, he didn't get the sauce that was included for free. Excellent service and unbeatable friendliness. But this isn't the first time the incompetent employees have been unfriendly and overwhelmed.

The times on the website are incorrect. The website says it's open until 12:00, but it actually closes at 11:00. Please refresh the website. I was just there, but it was closed.

It should be obvious to everyone that the "food" here is rather inferior. But unfortunately, it's also very dirty. Dirty chairs and tables, disgusting ashtrays, and a floor littered with trash. The staff just stand around, bored, staring at the walls!

The food was very good. The restaurant is clean and tidy. We received a very friendly welcome and assistance with ordering. I'm pleasantly surprised; unfortunately, it's not like that in North Rhine-Westphalia, where I come from.

I really enjoy the food at this branch. The premises are tidy and clean. But unfortunately, the staff has a lot of trouble serving complete orders, especially in the drive-thru area. The last five visits have unfortunately resulted in me having to go back to the counter twice because something was forgotten each time. Whether it's burgers, finger food, or sauces, it doesn't matter. If I'm paying so much, I'd like to get everything and not have to introduce myself twice to get the rest of my paid-for meal. It would be great if they could get this under control. And it would be nice if the staff didn't laugh at me for asking for my missing food.

The menu items are way too overpriced, and most of the burgers are way too small for the price they're sold for. Not filling at all!!! Burger King could definitely cut back on the sauce, which isn't great at all.

One of the best Burger King branches I know. Everything is always clean, prices are fair, dishes are available for vegetarians/vegans and the climate there is otherwise pleasant. The only thing I have to complain about is the toilet paper. BK is a billion dollar company and their toilet paper is lower quality than some schools. I would invest a little bit and the 5 stars would be there. As I said, apart from that everything is pleasant there, workers are super nice too, but this one thing takes the place away from the 10/10.

Food was good, only the new employee with an Asian background is very unsympathetic and unfriendly, we've never had such bad service anywhere, otherwise we always get great service!!!

Everything was great, the only thing missing was a description of the parking lot. I thought I had to go through the drive-in because there was no sign for parking. But otherwise everything was great.

Good shop. Was there a few times. Staff friendly and hardworking. The store isn't super fast, but it's clean.

I have nothing to complain about in terms of the quality of the food and we enjoy being there, but every time we go there we don't get enough ketchup packets. I am now convinced that this is either done on purpose or that the employees cannot count more than three.

After a long time of home-made burgers, we felt like going to Burger King. It tasted good, but it has now become so expensive (18€ for 2 burgers) that we probably won't treat ourselves to it anymore.

The food is great there, but it has happened several times now that two whole burgers etc. have been forgotten. It's a shame and absolutely annoying that you then have to turn around from the drive in and go to the effort and then have to go to the store again and the rest of it gets cold in the meantime.

You have my order 1. understood linguistically, 2. prepared to be edible, 3. don't forget anything. 4. even looks and smells OK and not bad. It's more than you can expect from many Burger King/Mäcces. I can't report any more. Not a luxury item but vegetarian long chicken with cheese and fried onions is OK.

Theoretically better than McDonalds because for me personally they have a better selection of chicken burgers. But long waiting times, even though you ordered while it was quiet and then you forget because it gets busier. Then something is almost always missing from your order when you take away. So it's best to check in the car in the parking lot. And if you unsubscribe from something, tomato or something, even mentioning it several times, that will also be forgotten and you will get everything. So if you don't like something, you have to laboriously scrape it down yourself, which in the worst case scenario will result in a lot of the sauce being lost.

Dirty shop, always closed when I come despite opening hours, supposedly still open, employees probably don't want to work...

Yesterday I drove through the drive and ordered a menu + an ice cream. I was handed the ice cream first and started to eat my ice cream very slowly, hoping my menu would arrive soon after. An incredible 12 minutes passed while I finished my ice cream and waited for my actual menu. Those behind me were visibly annoyed that it was taking so long for the food to be ready. For me this no longer has anything to do with fast food…. Too bad.

Honestly... taste, quantity and price are rapidly going down the drain!!! Even just for now and then, you can save it for the future!!!!!

While I waited about 10 minutes at the drive-thru for my food, the milk shake was handed to me right at the start. My fries were already packed in a bag and were waiting in the bag with me. After having to wait longer and longer, I asked for new fries and a new shake. The shake melted and the fries became wobbly. The salesman stood across the street and told me to wait in the front of the car. That seemed strange to me. I went in and looked at what was going on. They simply wanted to repackage the burgers in new packaging. When I asked the manager about it, he banned me from the house and said I was lying. I saw that.

Nice and quick service. Relatively clean and fresh, tasty food. Apart from the fact that unfortunately customers often leave dirt behind 🥺. However, the restaurant is not crowded and it is easy to find a clean table. A good surprise is the ability to refill your drink and access to napkins. This was my second time at this Burger King and I will probably go back again at some point. Highly recommended 😊👌

Been here again for ages. In my opinion, the design has changed for the better. The staff was nice and friendly. I would particularly like to emphasize that you can also order in person and don't just have to use the displays.

The burgers were good, but the country potatoes seemed like they had already been in the deep fryer and reheated. Unfortunately it was like cardboard and the sour cream had nothing to do with sour cream. It was like a disgusting sour mayo. Update 02.01.23: Everyone was great today! As a rule, everything is great. Today: Old nuggets in 2x KidsBoxes (cold and hard) and to top it off I was allowed to pack everything myself! Apparently Mr. Boy doesn't feel like it today.

Also wer auf kalte burger steht, ist hier genau richtig, haben 4 burger bestellt, dazu 2x Pommes, ein Getränk und dazu kam eine Sauce (teriyaki) Und was soll ich sagen, daß einzige was warm war, war die Sauce.... Pommes lagen wohl schon länger, abgesehen von den burgern, die schmeckten alt, kalt und überhaupt war kaum was drauf (danish burger) Fleisch, Ketchup, röstzwiebeln. Also konnte meine Freundin überzeugen mal wieder dort zu essen, nicht wie sonst bei mcdonalds.... Naja nun sind wir zu 101% überzeugt, das es das allerletzte mal war dort hinzugehen. Ich hatte eine Portion cheese Pommes, da fehlte mir eine Gabel, ich fragte freundlich ob es eine Gabel gäbe, da wurde ohne etwas zu sagen auf die umrührsticks gezeigt. Bevor wir uns hinsetzten, haben wir erstmal den Tisch gereinigt, der voll mit Krümel, ketchup und sonstigem war. Aber auch andere Gäste die nach uns kamen, mussten erstmal den Tisch säubern um sich setzen zu können.... Es war mäßig zu tun, also nicht voll! Waren gegen 17uhr dort.... Und das letzte mal. Preise sind enorm gestiegen, für so eine Qualität unter aller sau!

Sehr netter junger Mann mit dem Namen Derjong. Hat meine Bestellung schnell erledigt, als ich keine Cola sondern doch eine Fanta wollte hat er es gemacht. 🥇🫶

Gute Filiale, Burger etc sind nie kalt oder alt und die Leute immer nett, Wartezeiten fast immer kurz. Also das genaue Gegenteil von der Konkurrenz mit den goldenen Boegen im Heide! :) Edit nach 5 Jahren: Inzwischen hat man da 1. diese ätzenden Bestellterminals mit schlechter Benutzerführung aufgestellt, 2. habe ich da fast 10 Jahre lang immer den "Double-Steakhouse" bestellt, der jetzt nicht mehr existiert. Stattdessen gibt es ein verwirrendes Sammelsurium von "Premium"-Burgern die mindestens das doppelte kosten. Den scheinbar menschenlos betriebenen, kalten Fastfoodroboter in den auch diese Kette verwandelt wurde kann und will ich nichts fragen, ich will dem auch kein Trinkgeld mehr geben und müßte ich dort arbeiten würde ich den ganzen Tag versuchen diese orwellianische Monstrosität zu sabotieren, also kann ich dem auch kein Vertrauen mehr schenken. Kurz, die gelegentlichen Sündenfälle bei amerikanischen Fastfoodketten haben sich inzwischen in ihrer Gesamtheit selbst abgeschafft. R.I.P BK.

Sauber und ordentlich und nettes Personal

Ich mag gerne Burger King. Den in Heide kann man leider total vergessen. Ich beobachte das jetzt seit über 10 Jahren. Es ist hoffnungslos. Der Laden wird sich nie bessern. Man bekommt zwar was man bestellt aber es ist zB immer schlechter Salat auf den Burgern, Kinder dürfen sich kein Spielzeug aussuchen, Drive dauert sehr lange, Mitarbeiter unfreundlich und/oder verstehen kein deutsch. Reklamation werden nicht angenommen. Ich wollte nach langer Zeit mal wieder was am Tresen bestellen.... die junge Frau war nicht in der Lage die Sachen einzugeben. Man muss am Terminal bestellen. Echt unpersönlich. Das wars jetzt. Ich hab da keine Lust mehr zu. Ab jetzt nur noch wenn ich in einer anderen Stadt bin

Essen, naja, Fastfood. Die kinderveranstaltubgsecke ist gut gemeint und mit rutsche und spuelturm gut gedacht, leider ist das kinderseparee für die Geburtstagsfeiern viel zu klein und schlecht belüftet

Ich und mein Freund bestellen grundsätzlich sehr gerne bei Burger King. aber jedes Mal wird irgendwas vergessen! Egal ob Pommes, Burger oder Soßen vorallem die Soßen. Waren eben da und haben wieder bestellt, ging zwar relativ schnell was ja auch gut ist, aber es wurde Wieder was vergessen. Natürlich erst zu spät Bzw zuhause gesehen das mein Burger gefehlt hat. Das passiert leider wirklich viel zu oft.. es ist einfach nur nervig.
