The breakfast is good but very dirty early in the morning almost all the tables were dirty

The food thing is like a game of chance, strangely enough... Sometimes the Big Mac in the box looks like the one in the advertisement, so it's really unbeatable...but sometimes it just doesn't taste like much... At least the salad and everything is always fresh, sauces etc are all good.. The same thing with the Chicken Mc Nuggets... sometimes really tasty and crunchy but sometimes really floppy? The staff is always friendly and sometimes funny... Nothing is ever missing, the prices still go up...

All in all, as usual and delicious. There are deductions in the area of ​​cleanliness. We often come in the evenings where it feels like you can only fill half of the tables because they are all dirty and covered in grease. That's the only point that's a shame.

Also ganz ehrlich, die Mitarbeitern haben 2 chickenbürgers ein großen Pommes bei uns vergessen wir sind vorne gegangen und habens gesagt, der eine schmeißt den Pommes einfach so wo manche Pommes runtergefallen sind vor uns okk also sie sind unfreundlich muss ich ehrlich sagen. Man wird so komisch angeguckt wenn man dort denen sagt das sie was vergessen haben.(Nicht alle Mitarbeitern sind so aber)

Just a McDonalds with good technical equipment and friendly staff. It's clean and tidy. What I like best is the McDonalds app, where you get coupons and save some money, and you also collect points that you can redeem later. I think the points system is designed fairly. I think ordering via the screens is great.

I always have a hard time choosing. The illuminated boards move far too quickly to the next offer. Otherwise everything else is rather unspectacular. Only interesting for younger customers. We have also had it delivered. But you get such poor quality that you really lose your appetite. Even when I ordered again, nothing got better. Quite the opposite. They had forgotten my MC Flurry. It was delivered later, but not in the reusable cup paid for. So the supplier had to come again. What an indictment.

I was there about 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately I had to wait 20 minutes for my order and as a small compensation I was offered a McFlurry. Nevertheless, it's not a problem because the staff were friendly despite all the stress and the restaurant was very clean despite it being close to closing time.

For the first time at McDonald's in Heide because we needed a toilet quickly and also something for the stomach 🤔 So the team is 5x 👍🏻 and the new breakfasts are 😋🥰🤤 The only drawback is that the disinfection dispenser in the "middle" of the women's toilet would have to be replaced, the team accepted this information 😉

Whenever we need something quick or after a very long day at work, we often buy our food here. So far we have only had good experiences and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself is always very clean and there is a feel-good factor. Recommended to everyone.

Some of the staff speak little to no German. Prices are way too high because I get 3 burgers from the competitor with the Krone. I only like it there to a limited extent... The inside of the branch is very inviting.

The toilet paper holders are a disaster and a test of patience, the system should be thought through. Otherwise everything was “normal” as usual.

Service is not so good, people prefer to talk to each other, tables are not wiped and sometimes the feet are sticky. It's a real shame or I didn't get a replacement or my money back.

We were there for our youngest's birthday and ordered from the machine. Our order was brought to the table by a very young man who looked 13 in age. He tipped over a large cup of cola right in front of our table, flooding the entire delivery and the floor. Instead of going back with this floating wetland, the young guy was left completely overwhelmed and not knowing what to do. And while there was still a lot of cola spilling from the tray, he held the tray over my jacket and soaked it all over it. I was actually expecting an apology. This never came, not even later from his boss. Our order was only reordered upon request. You could only feel sorry for the cleaning lady. Although you would think that they would now make an effort to deliver again, only warm burgers were delivered, which also tasted bad. With this total failure on the part of the operator and his vicarious agents, we were of course the attraction for many other guests. Another man asked me if I wanted a refund. But I was content with the new delivery and also decided not to consider the costs of cleaning my jacket. Later in the toilet, when I wanted to wash my sticky cola hands, there wasn't even water coming out of the tap. Everything is just “McDoof”. Any other small restaurateur without this media giant behind them would definitely go bankrupt! Never again!!!

Wir waren schon im vielen McDonalds Restaurants in verschiedenen Ecken von Deutschland. Aber keiner war bisher so ansprechend dekoriert (Weihnachten) und hatte so freundliche Mitarbeiter wie dieses. Das Essen war super schnell fertig und ordentlich zubereitet. Es ist zwar "nur" Systemgastronomie, hebt sich aber deutlich von anderen ab. Lob an die Mitarbeiter.

Ein guter McDonald's der leider zu meiner Zeit sehr überfüllt war (Sonntags 16Uhr). Ansonsten war das Essen trotzdem sehr warm, wurde frisch zubereitet und stand nicht lange rum. Das Ambiente ist gut. Scheint ein recht modernen McDonald's zu sein. Ich bin zufrieden

Definitiv eine Filiale, die doch um einiges sauberer ist, als die ein oder andere. Auch das Personal ist immer freundlich, selbst wenn man mal bei der Bestellung mit der App Probleme hat.

Wir nutzen meistens McDrive, aber im Restaurant ist es auch ok. Tische werden abgewischt, manchmal vielleicht nicht schnell genug, aber bei dem Durchlauf... für mich ok. Service meistens gut, Essen schmeckt.

Das Essen war gut aber der gesamte Essbereich war dreckig. Die Essensreste der Personen vor mir klebten noch auf dem Tisch. Also würde ich eher den Drive In empfehlen oder Essen zum Mitnehmen

Ich fang mal an mit dem bestell-Terminal. Wenn da nur die Hälfte von funktioniert ist die Schlange ziemlich lang. Dann versucht man am Tresen zu bestellen und dann geht's erst richtig los. Zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung konnte kaum jmd. Deutsch. Naja mit Händen und Füßen bestellt, gefühlt ein Einfamilienhaus bezahlt und dann Fastfood artig gewartet - 15 min. Okay damit aber nicht genug, es fehlten von der Bestellung - ein Burger, einmal Chicken Nuggets und einmal Majo. Am aller besten finde ich jedoch, dass die Burger deutlich kleiner geworden sind - der Preis jedoch gleich oder höher ist. Es war viel los in dem Restaurant aber dieses stresserprobte Fastfood Unternehmen hat auch schon mal besser funktioniert. Alles in allem ist dieser Zustand kein Problem nur von Heide - das habe ich schon oft an vielen anderen Standorten erlebt, leider

Eigentlich kommen wir gerne zu MC Donalds. Aber jetzt sind wir sehr enttäuscht. Wir haben einen MC Plant bestellt und es war ein Fleisch Patty drauf. Das ist für Vegetarier echt blöd. Noch dazu haben wir es mitgenommen, sodass wir nicht eben etwas sagen konnten und umtauschen. Ausserdem fehlte ein Getränk. Das war jetzt das 2. mal, das ein Getränk fehlt. Es kann ja einmal passieren, aber dann sollte man mal darüber nachdenken, ob alles so läuft wie es soll?! Ist echt ärgerlich.

Irgendwas am Schalter mit der App geht immer mal.

Die Bewertung von 4 Sternen steht natürlich im Vergleich zu anderen McDonald's Restaurants. Immerhin, der Käse war geschmolzen und der Service war sehr freundlich. In Geesthacht ist das z.B. ganz anders. Richtig blöd ist nur die Zufahrt. Eine so schlechte Ausschilderung bin ich von McDonald's sonst nicht gewohnt.

In den McDonalds wo wir waren , wurden wir sehr unfreundlich behandelt. Man hatte das Gefühl , die Mitarbeiter hatten 0 Bock ... kennt man eigentlich nicht so . Toiletten war nicht sauber... Parkplatz als wäre da vor ner Stunde ne Party... hab besseres gesehn ... Aber für den schnellen Hunger ausreichend .

MC Donald ist wie immer noch aus. Einer Zeit dort hat sich viel verändert aber Robert ist immer noch so freundlich wie immer zu mir danke Robert war doll dich mal wieder zu sehen LG Matthias

Übliches Essen, ist ja bekannt. Allerdings waren meine letzten Bestellungen falsch. Keine Tomaten, Kleber zwar auf Karton, trotzdem Tomaten drauf. Soßen verkehrt. Eis halb leer. Muss man nun jede Packung kontrollieren? Jeden 🍔 auseinander klappen? Für eure maßlos angestiegenen Preise erwarte ich auch, dass ich mich wenigstens auf meine Bestellung verlassen kann. Schade, war mal viel besser. Personal welches den Kunden am Schalter versteht und den man selbst auch verstehen kann, wäre wünschenswert.

Eigentlich wollten wir mit unserem Sohn hier Geburtstag feiern, dies wurde uns verweigert weil es am Samstag zu voll wäre. Wir sind dann ohne Geburtstagsfeier hierher gekommen 16,30 Uhr und mussten feststellen das sich nur 15 Gäste im McDonalds befinden. Ich finde es wirklich frech mit Geburtstagsfeier für kinder zu werben und dann nicht zu halten. Mein Sohn war echt traurig, weil es bei seinen Freunden ging. Aber typisch McDonalds Heide, nicht einmal mit der Bestellung hat es funktioniert. 6 × HappyMeal bestellt und in jedem hat etwas gefehlt. Ich muss echt sagen, dass es der schlechteste McDonalds in Schleswig-Holstein ist.

Wieder mal kalte oder lau warme Pommes bekommen . Habe extra gesagt heiße Pommes . Man wartet gerne etwas länger .

Über viele Jahre hinweg die perfekte Wahl für spontane Heißhungerattacken. Die gleichbleibend köstlichen Speisen und schnelle Bedienung beeindrucken mich immer wieder. Die Vielfalt der Speisekarte ist bemerkenswert und das Personal stets freundlich. Diese Adresse ist meine Top-Empfehlung für schnellen Genuss und zufriedene Gaumen.

Saubere Filiale, die Bestellung haben wir sehr schnell bekommen. Parkplatz könnte sauberer sein.

Für einen McDonald's war dieser schön eingerichtet, das Essen ist in Ordnung, und wenn man Bock auf Fast Food hat auch gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und es war auch einigermaßen sauber. Man hatte zudem an jedem Tisch die Möglichkeit sein Handy zu laden.

Ich möchte mich einmal bei dem Team der MC Donalds Filiale bedanken. Wir haben über Lieferando das Essen zu uns nach Hause bestellt und leider hat in der Juniortüte das Trinken und der Fruchtquätschi gefehlt. Worüber mein Kleiner sehr traurige war. Nach einem Anruf wurden uns die Fehlenden Dinge plus Eis als Entschuldigung hinterher gebracht. Vielen Dank dafür, dass ist nicht selbstverständlich. Die Kids waren mehr als Glücklich.
