Unfortunately, delivery services are given priority. Restaurant patrons are asked to wait as there are many Lieferando orders. Half of the chicken was burnt. The fries were unfortunately left in the fryer too long. The only good thing was the Pepsi-Cola.
Decent kebab shop where the prices are still within acceptable range. A kebab plate for 11.50 is cheaper than at many other snack bars. Bread is also served and tea is served afterwards. On top of that, the service is very friendly
I was warmly welcomed and served by the super friendly service. It was very tasty, I've loved going there since I was a child, and my two lovely aunts also worked here. Clear recommendation! I'd love to come back. THANKS

We ordered from Lützenkirchener Grill for the first time and were thrilled. We are 4 people who meet every Monday evening for a series evening. Since we were a little hungry, we scrolled through Lieferando and ended up at the Lützenkirchener Grill. I actually wanted to make my friends happy and asked for a heart to be painted on the pizza boxes. But what we received was incredible and we were speechless! Not only were there hearts in the boxes, even the pizza rolls were baked in heart shapes! And then they tasted good too. Simply unbelievable! It definitely brightened up our evening and we celebrated the event! Thank you for this highlight. We would love to order here again!
You order via Uber Eats for 80€ then products for almost 26€ are missing and when you call you only hear a crappy tone. They can't do anything about it and you have to contact Uber Eats to get a refund. I'm wondering what's the use of a refund if I want my food and everything is missing for one person, it's just ridiculous, thank you for ruining my evening and now I'm hungry. Honestly never again
We are deeply shocked by the prevailing "condition."
We were at the restaurant on Saturday and ordered half a chicken, three cheeseburgers, and six nuggets.
The nuggets were inedible. Incidentally, the sauce was also missing.
The half chicken was obviously too small and already looked quite dark. When we wanted to eat about 10 minutes later, the chicken was not only cold, it was also raw inside. To the point where it was still pink and not cooked through. I can overlook the chicken being cold, which of course shouldn't be. It apparently went into the bag already cold, otherwise it would have been at least lukewarm after 10 minutes.
Furthermore, we are shocked that the three already prepared cheeseburgers that were in the display (judging by the taste, they had apparently been there for some time) were taken from the display, opened, each had two pieces of bacon (90 cents) added, and repackaged. No wonder they were ice cold. The meat was thin and as hard as rubber.
We're not used to this "condition" from Kochlöffel.
We've been going to the Ehrenfeld branch for over 30 years and have never had such a bad experience. Unfortunately, we threw the food away and didn't take a photo. Otherwise, it would have been a case for the lawyer and the health department. This can't be in Kochlöffel's best interest. We understand that they accept losses when it's busy. However, the restaurant wasn't very busy. These are simply cost-cutting measures that are being carried out at the expense of the customers, resulting in a shockingly poor quality.
We won't be visiting the restaurant in Kalk again.
