Burger King in Trier

Absolutely absurd! I'm speechless. I ordered fries kebab style and got diarrhea as a takeaway. On top of that, the employee accused me of using a counterfeit 50 euro note.

Simply awful. The doner kebabs and fries taste absolutely terrible, and the staff is unfriendly. It has everything. To accuse me of having the wrong money is outrageous! I'm going to report this place.

There would certainly have been enough good, honorable, and self-respecting reasons in recent years to turn my back on your overly ambitious chip shop forever: your imaginative approach to the human rights of your employees, considering hygiene regulations in chain restaurants as a kind suggestion, or the truly disgusting aftertaste of your pseudo-mayonnaise called "chip sauce." I admit, none of that was enough, because as a guy who's on the go a lot and is also openly fat and constantly hungry, you were often the coronary artery-endangering comfort food I wanted far too often, and in a way, even needed! Somewhat ashamed, in front of my cardiologist and, not least, my self-esteem, I must call myself a regular customer. Today in downtown Trier, I once again had the combination of a long day behind me and a crappy train ride ahead of me, and once again you were my only hope of quickly grabbing a warm dinner to take with me and thus make the train journey a little more enjoyable. I did, too: 20 nuggets, so a really damn good deal for you, after all, we're talking about lightning-fried, quality pink slime made from the finest mechanically separated meat; little work, the cheapest raw material, the profit margin is right, let's face it! When I actually gratefully accepted my grease-drenched paper bag, I asked for the restroom access code, assuming that I, now a customer, would be entitled to the dubious pleasure of your regularly extremely poorly cleaned and often paperless water closet (assumption based on experience, not verifiable on-site, see below!). Then your obedient, grinning, dopey wage slave, who only minutes ago outgrew her minority, pointed out to me: "Sorryyyyy, that'll cost extra, sorryyyyyyy!" I pointed, slightly confused, to my receipt, and again the grinning cookie simply replied: "Sorryyyyyyyyy!" Honestly, folks: It may seem ridiculous, but at that moment, a thread broke. That's when I realized that you really, really don't give a damn about your customers, and we're just idiotic wallet carriers to you, stupid and greedy enough to let you rip us off and rip us off. You'd spit in our burgers while laughing, and I'm not even sure you haven't already! As I said, you'll probably give a damn about this review, but today you've lost a fat, hungry, and patient regular customer. Making paying customers pay again for a bathroom break is what they call a "dick move" in the trade! That's what motorway service stations do! The food was good, the fries were warm and salted and the burgers were good, but the staff were not friendly and raised their voices if you didn't understand something. The food was way overpriced and you wait way too long for a small order, even there was no music, but you had a good view of the Porta Nigra.

The treatment of foreigners is unpleasant

Everything you'd expect from a Burger King was found at the Trier location. The restaurant was clean and well-organized. Tables are available on the ground floor and first floor. There aren't many self-ordering stations, but they were certainly sufficient during my visit.

Burger and onion ring were not warm and soggy. The management should really take note on this issue and have some quality control.

I got a completely wrong burger. I did not get my drink or my fries and I paid 10 extra euro even though I didn’t get the things I had to get and the food taste terrible anyway no salt or anything on the fries and they were weren’t even cooked fully in the wrong burger I got which was a chicken burger with jalapeños did not taste good.

I ordered a chicken nugget burger 🍔 and nuggets in the evening. I'm disappointed 😞 They didn't taste good. The chicken nuggets were cold and rubbery. Sorry, I won't be visiting the store again.

The ice cream machine works here, unlike at other fast food chains in Trier. A disappointment given the weather. The food is great as always. And at 35°C, a well-functioning air conditioning system is great. Kudos to Burger King for their customer service.

I called and wanted to ask how much a regular Coke, chicken burger, and fries cost, but she started yelling, "So if you want to play pranks, at least hide your number!" I've eaten here with my son a total of three times in the last six months. He loves nuggets, whether from McDonald's or McDonald's. We've ordered exclusively through the self-service kiosks the last three times and only had to pick up the order. I got a small fries even though I had paid for a large one. When I asked, the cashier claimed it was the large one.

The waitress literally made fun of us, calling us French even though we're Belgian! Furthermore, the waitress doesn't make the effort to speak English and rolls her eyes when we speak to her in English. This is shameful behavior and shows deep racism towards us. Fortunately, the kitchen remained at least somewhat clean and the atmosphere decent despite the lack of professionalism of the service.

Today I went to Burger King for the first time in over a year, I really wanted a Wopper! This desire has now permanently disappeared from me for the next few years! I ordered two cheeseburgers and a wopper to take away for an impressive 12.07 euros (re number 102151431)! I didn't have to wait long to receive my order! I took the first cheeseburger 🍔 out of the bag as soon as I left the restaurant, and it was already less than lukewarm, it was almost cold! The same continued with the 2 Cheeseburger and the Wopper! Quality looks different, I will no longer order Woppers and Cheeseburgers from Burger King in the future! My conclusion is that the restaurant cannot be recommended

I ordered and paid at the kiosk (screen). My receipt wasn't printed so I told the staff what happened. They wanted to make me pay again! I showed on my phone that I had already paid. Zum Essen kann ich nicht viel sagen, da ich das Restaurant wieder verlassen habe, als ich die Bezahlschranke vor der Toilette gesehen habe. 50 Cent soll man bezahlen - und zwar in bar. Dafür gibt's einen Wertgutschein, den man aber nur an der Kasse, und nicht etwa am Automaten einlösen kann. Also wenn man Pech hat, zwei Mal anstehen: einmal zum Geld wechseln, und einmal zum Essen bestellen. Den Kaffee, den wir dort trinken wollten, haben wir dann ein paar Meter weiter beim Italiener getrunken, ganz ohne Bezahlschranke vor der Toilette.

Selbst bei mehrmaligem anrufen geht keiner ran! 👎🏻 Veggie-Optionen sind gut.

BURGER KING ist zu empfehlen weil die Burger gegrillt werden. Das erzeugt ein.. rauchiges Aroma.. Ansonsten Ware wIe bei der Konkurrenz. Lieferservice schnell.

Sehr Kinderunfreundlich gestaltet und man muss für die Toilette auch noch extra bezahlen.

Burger waren ok. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Allerdings waren die Pommes total versalzen. Wurden zwar ausgetauscht, aber die neuen waren genauso.

Nachtrag 26.07.23 Leider hält man sich hier nicht an die eigenen Öffnungszeiten. Ich stehe seit 10 Minuten vor dem Laden, der eigentlich seit 10 Minuten schon auf haben sollte. Das finde ich nicht okay. Leider hat der Lieferservice mittlerweile auch Gebühren eingeführt, sodass dieser Pluspunkt aus der ursprünglichen Bewertung nicht mehr existiert. Ursprüngliche Rezension: Wir bestellen hier öfter über Lieferando. Wirklich praktisch ist, dass die Lieferung völlig kostenlos ist. Dafür kann man online die Gutscheine aus der BK App leider nicht verwenden. Manchmal kann es mit der Lieferung etwas länger dauern, aber das ist ja normal.

We went for a quick lunch to this Burger King during our visit to Porte Negra in Trier, Germany. It was conveniently located close to the main attractions in Trier. Food was delicious and I always Burger King fries and their patty. There's a pay and use toilet upstairs, so better to keep some change if wish to use it.

Essen und Freundlichkeit des Personals hat fünf Sterne verdient. Ein Fast-Food-Restaurant ohne freien Zugang zu einem Waschbecken vor und nach dem Essen ist aber objektiv einfach nur eklig. Die Extra-Bezahlschranke für die Toilette macht aus dem Laden für mich eine No-Go-Area. Da ändert auch der Gutschein nichts dran.
