McDonald's in Trier

A typical Mäckes, but I always find it stupid that there are apparently never enough staff to clean up the tables, chairs, benches, the floor and even the toilets after the chip fights or unhygienic toilet excesses of some stupid customers promptly after they leave.

Hire more people that cant even count to one. That will fix the issues for sure. Never again here.

Well, I don't really know what to think about this. I had to stand at the drive-thru for over 30 minutes until the old lady finally spoke to me and then she simply walked away several times during the conversation and I then had to wait repeatedly for up to 20 minutes. It's a shame, actually.

I drive here quite often, always through the McDrive, and every time I order, among other things, a double chicken burger. Today, for the sixth time in a row, it says double on paper, but there's only a single inside. They should not only renovate the building, but above all, hire employees who do their jobs properly!

Nice renovation, but please do something about the flies - they're a real nuisance when eating.

McDonald's is cool, the service is not long, the staff is friendly and the food is delicious.

Absolute disaster! I waited half an hour for my food. Afterward, I wanted an MC Flurry, which I was finally able to order after a quarter of an hour as the first person at the counter. Absolutely uncoordinated and incompetent staff. I won't even mention the wait time at the MC Flurry. If I search the dictionary for the word "uncoordinated," I'll find a photo of this branch.

The renovation (which I consider unsuccessful) will have to be paid for quickly. There's no other explanation for being sold such bad food. If I'd eaten at the restaurant, I would have complained. After all, the food is expensive enough. Fries that aren't fully cooked, a Coke that's at least 1/3 ice, and—to top it all off—a McRib with practically no sauce! My craving for a McRib is over for at least half a year, and the McDonald's in the Moselle meadows won't be seeing me again anytime soon.

I am not very happy because my beloved Caesar Wrap is no longer sold.

The laziest and most brazen employees work there. Nothing is brought to your table at night, with the excuse that we're not doing table service. I was alone in the restaurant. You ***** aren't ashamed of anything. Someone should throw your tablet on the floor when you leave.

If you don't mind waiting 35-40 minutes for your food, this is the place for you! The staff seems completely overwhelmed.

Good McDonald's. During peak hours, the wait is naturally longer. Outside of peak hours, the service is fast and the staff is friendly. The food is usually still warm, and special requests are accommodated.

I was just there with my husband, placed an order at the machine, waited over 40 minutes and the food didn't come at where is this another fast food restaurant?????? Then I went to the checkout and asked for my money back, which worked without any problems, at least something positive. But I definitely won't go here again. Nothing has worked here since the renovation! Wrong decision at the expense of the employees!!!! Very unfortunate

No, definitely a no! When you have to wait over 20 minutes to place an order even though you're the only one standing there. That doesn't work at all. The two older women were just complaining and ignoring me. Customer unfriendly. I'll write McDonald's headquarters like that again.

I only ordered hamburgers without onions and without cucumbers, but got something completely different because the guy at the window couldn't speak German. Very annoying.

If I could give fewer stars I would! Just disgusting! My wife had false eyelashes in her burger. One would do well to worry about hygiene instead of appearance. Never again can anyone advise against leaving their hard-earned money here.

No longer recommended after the renovation. Today we waited over half an hour for two half-full sundaes to take away. Other guests have already waited significantly longer, even though the store wasn't even full yet. The ambience is less “cozy” than before and has more of the feel of a dark canteen. The employees were friendly and helpful, but were completely overwhelmed by the volume of orders.

Since the renovation, this McDonald's location has been a disgrace. You wait almost an hour for your food, The area below is completely overcrowded and the display of when each order is ready doesn't work either. The employees mix up orders, call out the numbers incorrectly and the food is sometimes not prepared correctly. (occupied) I've been there twice now and it's getting worse instead of better.

Very disappointed by today's experience. 45min wait for food. It arrived with tepid unsalted fries. My burger arrived with sauce when I asked for no sauce. The sauce sachets and toys we ordered with our meals were absent. When we asked the server he did come back with toys but did not come back with our sauce sachets. The self service machine didn't accept our payment card so we had to queue to pay, the same card worked fine at the service desk. The playground was locked. Won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend.

Order: BigMac Maxi Menu, 4 cheeseburgers, 2 large fries...one cheeseburger lukewarm, the rest cold, taste underground. The concept of the double drive-in lane isn't that great either because the order is only taken by one service person, the poor guy was totally overwhelmed and not every customer understands the zipper process. In terms of ambience; Yes, it's pretty and attractively done, but if the rest isn't right, it won't work. One star for the food Five stars only for the person who took the order at the drive-thru. Waited a very long time again. Third time in a row. I order using the app and waited almost 30 minutes for my order. Many counter orders were placed after us and issued long before us. My order number was deleted from the display as picked up after 15 minutes. The staff was overwhelmed and didn't give any information about the order. No napkins were added to the order. I have no idea what you did with the sauce from the mcrib or is that what you wanted from above? The last few years you've been looking for the sauce on the mcrib, it's incredibly dry for a mcrib that normally required 10 wipes to clean your mouth. It's like that in every McDonald's in Trier.

Since opening after the renovation, the food has been really good. The service was quick and also courteous. It is cleaned and tidied up very thoroughly and often. The ambience has been completely renewed and looks really good. The only small mark was that my table wasn't screwed properly at the top🤣.

Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated significantly. The restaurant itself looks good, unfortunately the new concept of the serving area is very unstructured and the food suffers again as a result.

So much money was spent on a renovation but apparently a lot of savings were made on staff. How can it be that every order has been incomplete since it opened? There is always something missing or something is wrong. It also takes an extremely long time. I was there with a colleague. He got the wrong burger, and I was missing a fries. Since the introduction of the two-lane McDonald's, things have been a mess here. The man at the cash register simply held the card reader up to us without any communication, so we ended up paying the wrong amount and were asked to get out and pay again. When we expressed our displeasure about this situation (a combination of the wrong order and payment issues), the employee just gave us a "stupid" smile. We didn't expect much from the Messepark, but we could never have dreamed of this. Insane

I often go to various McDonald's. The food was okay, and the service was friendly. I can't comment on the cleanliness. I only picked up my order, and there were no complaints; everything was exactly as ordered. It can happen that you get parked in the drive-up if the drive-up is busy. So be careful where you park! I've seen this problem at other restaurants, too.

I'm sorry to say that my last visit to this restaurant was a very disappointing experience. As soon as I entered, I immediately noticed the general uncleanliness, which created an unpleasant atmosphere. It gave the impression that the cleaning was only very superficial, even though there were enough staff present. The staff seemed to have nothing to do, but instead of caring about the cleanliness, they were talking loudly and shouting across the room. This conveyed anything but professionalism and didn't exactly make you feel comfortable. In addition, the food - especially the burgers - was almost always faulty. Every visit there were several missing ingredients, and it really got to the point where it almost seemed like the norm. It was very frustrating to see time and again that simple things like how to properly prepare a burger were ignored. Unfortunately the shop seems to be falling into disrepair. The employees seem increasingly listless, which is clearly reflected in the quality of the products and the furnishings of the restaurant. The furniture is worn out and it seems like the owners or managers no longer have any interest in keeping the restaurant in good shape. All in all, I couldn't recommend this restaurant more. The atmosphere is unpleasant, the staff is inattentive and the food often leaves a lot to be desired. It would be a real shame if this place continued to fall into disrepair.

The waiting times in the drive are getting longer and longer.

Mak itself is closed, only MakDrive is open... There are no buses in the parking lot on weekends. You can become a truck.

Went to McDonald's again, it's the closest one, but it was definitely the last time. For the first time, the extras were missing on the burgers. The second time the fries were missing. The third time it was the wrong drinks and today two burgers were missing. I have no idea who works there (there was definitely enough staff there), but no one watches over anything and just does what they want. Everything is dirty/broken, 6 employees just stand around and something is always not complete when ordering.

Conclusion: Fast food is of course not intended for daily consumption, but if it happens in between, then like today! Update: Good service again today. Pick up an order from the app at the drive-thru counter. The employee “at the first window” said “Enjoy your meal!” desired. During one of the last visits, however, it was noticeably cool inside - you probably don't want to make it too pleasant and subtly keep the time you spend there short.

This McDonald's is located directly in the Moselle meadows and at the Treviris motorhome park - Camping Treviris. Super convenient for campers or travelers traveling nearby. The McDonald's has a huge car park and a children's play area - ideal for families. The location is nice and quiet, perfect for a relaxing break in between. Really a great location!

Never again! I stood in Mc Drive for 15 minutes and ordered 2 double pack menus via the app and paid via PayPal. Then I was told at the counter that the code was 20 chicken nuggets. We went there for breakfast with my family at the weekend. We weren't really there yet and were told in a stressed and somewhat harsh tone that we could order from the machine, otherwise we would have to wait for them. The sound plays the music! the food was okay. I suddenly got a crazy headache and wanted to take a tablet, since I only had one coffee, my husband asked for a sip of water to take the tablet. And again in an annoyed tone, then they have to buy soda. He asked for a sip of water (from the tap)!" No, that's not possible...!" The shift manager came over and she claimed that my husband wanted a whole bottle of soda. The shift manager then kindly helped us. For me it's not about the water, it's about how you treat people/customers. No matter what it's about, a little patience and kindness wouldn't be too much to ask. I know myself that in stressful situations you get annoyed and have to bite your tongue like crazy. That's just how it is!

Burnt breakfast and definitely nothing to do with the photos on the order card. Waiting seats have been broken for ages. Upper floor closed because cleaning is taking place. Can't you do this outside opening hours so that guests have space to sit??? The store's quality continues to decline. As a restaurant owner I would be ashamed. Never again!
