Wir waren jetzt zum ca. 10- Mal durch den McDrive… um es kurz zu machen: Es ist eine Katastrophe!! JEDES MAL -ohne Ausnahme- wurde etwas vergessen! jedes Mal war das Essen lauwarm und kalt, besonders Hamburger Royal TS liegt wohl Stunden im Regal, Fleisch-Patty kaum zu genießen. Das ist mit Abstand der schlechteste McDonalds ….

Waited half an hour for a single cheeseburger.

Yes, what can I say. At least the third time this year that I'm standing there in MC Drive and there's a sign on the speaker column saying "No ice cream or shakes today!" Corrosive. And then they always look stupid when they ask “Welcome to McDonald’s, your order please?” And I just say "No goodbye." . 😜 You always just want strawberry shake! That's quite annoying. And then you end up standing in the path behind the front vehicles forever and can't get out. Oh well.

Waiting time 20 minutes is far too long!

The McDonald's near the Moselstadion, near the Globus Baumarkt and the SWT Trier Arena, also offers a drive-thru service. The branch is always clean and well-maintained, and the location is super convenient, especially if you want a quick snack before or after a visit to the stadium or arena. Friendly staff and good service

It is said that the cleanliness of the toilets says a lot about the restaurant. Unfortunately, I only saw the condition of the toilet after ordering. There was urine everywhere on the floor and it smelled terrible.

We didn't have MC Sundae anymore

I think it doesn't taste as good as it used to. Cleanliness is a foreign word. The tables, which are only wiped down upon request, and the toilets also need more checks.

Food was prepared quickly. Everything was hot and the chicken nuggets were also nice and crispy.

Sorry, the service was miserable, there today October 3rd, 2024, waited over 20 minutes for the food, unfriendly, and dirty (leftover food everywhere under the tables and not to mention what the tables looked like. And last but not least, almost everything was cold. Catastrophe.

Unfortunately, the McD in Trier is not on the same level as comparable McDs elsewhere; I have never ordered anything without problems. Either something is missing and you have to run after it or misunderstood, soda without syrup (Sprite is colorless) so I avoid this restaurant if I can.

Today I was at McDonalds on Zurmeiner Straße in Trier. I ordered at the terminal. Had a Happy Meal with Planet Nuggets for my son. Also wanted the book and not the Smurf. I wanted everything to take with me. But I probably clicked on the wrong one. The employee put everything on the tablet. Then I waited another five minutes for the nuggets. When I went to pick everything up and said I wanted it to go, all I was shown was the note. It said Tablet. He then reluctantly packed everything into a bag. The cold drink bottles first. Then the food. When I get home, I just have to go around the corner. After a 2 minute walk everything was cold. To my horror, they were also normal nuggets and not a planet. My son isn't allowed to eat them at all. The next disappointment was that we didn't have a book but a Smurf. I then went back and wanted to exchange other nuggets and the smurf. Was then insulted very harshly. I could have checked the order directly. It wasn't possible to exchange it. I have a sick child at home. I wanted to make him happy. I definitely won't go there again.

Today it's absolutely amazing, I'm super horrified and disappointed. - Waited 7 minutes at the drive-in intercom until my order was accepted - then another 8 minutes until it went 2 cars further - There was a full garbage bag from the garbage collector lying around outside the dining area, the garbage collector overflowed, the tables were full of empty food packaging, paper and napkins were flying around - It took 13 minutes from ordering to delivery - The food was handed to me carelessly, no hello, etc. - Fries + double chili cheese were great - Cheeseburger cold - Nugget burger not edible, burger soggy, nuggets cold and tough - 2. Chili Cheese was missing the chili Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars or less here, but my visit to MC Donald Zurmaienerstrasse today was unreasonable, disappointing and will not be repeated in the future. Congratulations to today's restaurant management and the team. If you are on duty more often, this branch may close soon 👍

Everything good, hot, excellent food

I ordered a vegetarian burger (MC Plant), I get a normal burger with meat in the McPlant packaging, which I unfortunately find really cheeky

Sorry, but I only went inside to use the toilet and there was never a problem with the staff saying that consumption was mandatory or something.

Just stopped for a quick snack while passing through. Used table service and received my food (which was hot) in a very friendly manner in a few minutes.

The very last shop 👎 Service is terribly bad.

Went there at 1am and got cold fries that were hard and cold old burgers. Really an absolute disgrace.

This branch has become so terrible that I will definitely never go there again. The staff is completely unable to communicate properly with the customers. The shift manager's manner was very rude and dismissive.

Big tasty ordered without bacon, a note stating that no bacon was added is included, unfortunately the burger was full of bacon. Quite unreliable and untrustworthy…

Waiting times are a disaster. Stood in the drive for 30 minutes. This is really an outrage. Then it's better to limit the service completely than not being able to get out of this queue. Many options in combination not plant-based possible...a shame

There are less than 10 guests and it takes 15 minutes for a single Big Mac. Then I can go to a real burger restaurant. There isn't much difference in price either.

Unfortunately you have to give one star, but preferably not at all. In the drive you wait for ages even though there isn't much going on and with 2-3 cars waiting 30-45 minutes ago is bitter. Something is always missing from orders. Although an email was already sent out to the company, no apology or anything.

Shift manager totally overwhelmed and unfriendly with the guests when they want to order at the counter... Not okay like that

New at McDonald's: Half portion of McFlurry for only €4.29!!! I ordered a McFlurry with no toppings and didn't even get half a cup of ice cream. When I complained to the shift manager, I only received the stupid answer: "That's the way it is." The service at this branch has always been marginal, but this experience was the final straw. I won't go here anymore.

Ok , but not a regular place for eat out

Very bad McDonald's, got food except for a box of 20 for which we waited another 30 minutes yesterday. After asking the second time, we were told that it would still take time. Don't bother and go to the one near the exhibition park.

The Mc Donald in Trier is the most expensive McDonald's I've ever been to. A Mc menu costs 3 euros more than in other cities in Germany. Furthermore, a Mcplan, which is otherwise the cheapest burger on the Mc menus at the Mc Donald in Trier, is 50 cents more expensive. In this day and age, vegetarian dishes are no longer more expensive than meat dishes.

Keine Ahnung was hier passiert ist, seit längerem läuft nichts mehr wie es soll. Neben viel zu langen Wartezeiten ist es schmutzig und oft sind die Wagen für die Tabletts überfüllt.

Hallo , Ich war mit meiner Frau in Mc Drive der Filiale Zurmainerstraße 153 b in Trier. Leider stellt der oder die Verantwortliche Personalmanger eine Person ans Mikrofon die kaum Deutsch versteht. The food was good, but the man who served us didn't really listen or understand, had to repeat the order twice and still missed out on one Coke, which we got from someone else.

Very slow service, waited almost 45 minutes for our food. Food was incomplete and they were stingy with what they gave. Not recommended! 😢

Only 1 socket. And people constantly come up to you and want to charge their cell phones or work on their computers there. Otherwise, I really like McDonald's.

I ordered via the app and then picked it up at McDrive. The chocolate cake was no longer in stock, so I was politely asked if I wanted another one, which went smoothly. I was also given 3 cheeseburgers for free. It took less than 5 minutes from the counter to leaving the McDrive, despite the time it took to ask.

Waited over 30 minutes in the drive in at 1am with 2 cars in front of me. Absolute catastrophe. The burgers also taste like tennis socks

Unfortunately, I'm not exaggerating at all when I say that every other time something is missing, too much was charged or even the wrong food was brought. Today I paid for chai latte twice again even though I ordered one and it was corrected. At home I notice that it's not a chai latte, but a black coffee. Thanks for that. But the food itself is good and the staff is friendly, hence a gracious two stars. For my part, today was the last time there.

Very unclean, I know a McDonald's isn't always clean, but that's bad here, the tables are full of crumbs or there are leftover food on the floor. At least sometimes you can sweep it or go over the tables with a wet cloth, that would make everything a little more pleasant make

The food was freshly prepared and good for fast food. What was bad was the cleanliness. No tables washed, carts full of trash and the toilets were very dirty. If you had had someone there to take care of it, it would have been absolutely fine.

This was the worst Tasty Bacon Burger we have ever eaten: dry, patty fried to death, tasteless. Nobody needs that! If I had returned I would have eaten there.

I've eaten at quite a few McDonald's so far, and it's always been warm and tasty. This McDonald's no longer had anything to do with a real McDonald's. We waited 50 minutes for our food, then it was poorly prepared and cold. The team seemed overwhelmed and there was noisy interaction. Then go to Burger King opposite.

I was there for the last time today. I've forgotten several times to pack burgers or fries that I pay dearly for, something like that just doesn't work. This has happened to me so many times now. Today we were missing a whole happy meal and a Hamburger Royal TS. Since I was stressed and it had already taken so long, I didn't check on site whether everything was packed. Fries were already cold too. But there's always something missing, be it fries, sauce or toys and that's so annoying that I don't go there anymore.

Food was as usual. Unfortunately the ambience wasn't great, but that's also a matter of taste.

Wir waren am Mc Drive. Der Mann der die Bestellung aufgenommen hat hat nicht einmal hallo gesagt. Am 1. Fenster wollten wir mit Karte zahlen. Der Mann hat nicht gesprochen und uns keinen Kassenzettel gegeben. Er wollte das Kartengerät nicht anheben weshalb wir aussteigen mussten. Am 2. Fenster mussten wir warten. Als wir da standen kam ein fremder Mann klopfte am Fenster und wurde von dem Mitarbeitern in die Küche gelassen. Er trug strassenkleidung und Wusch sich nicht einmal die Hände bevor er die Mitarbeitenden mit Handschlag begrüßte. Als ich den Abteilungsleiter am Fenster darauf ansprach (HACCP Konzept?!) meinte er ich soll eine Bewertung schreiben wenn es mich stört. Dies habe ich hiermit getan. Ekelhaft.

I haved whaited for 40 min,i order from my mobile phone(mc donald s app)they could not find my order and after 40 min i did recived only cold food and the burger meat was a diseaster, i will not eat hier no more!Disapointed

Das Essen schmeckt mittlerweile einfach nicht mehr, die Qualität vom Essen hat stark nachgelassen seit einem Jahr.

Immer das selbe.die hälfte wird vergessen..wenn gutscheine Aktion ist wird so gemacht als wäre es preiswert.Burger sind aber dann immer kleiner als sonst Die Leute in der Küche sehen aus als hätte man die zur not von der strasse aufgegabelt. Apfeltasche schmeckt nicht kalt normalerweise sind die so heiß das man sich verbrennt heute waren beide kalt als hätten sie eine Stunde gelegen wirklich null warm und wir wohnen 3 Minuten entfernt Mayo hat gefehlt und es war erst eine Stunde vor laden Schluss schade hab mich sehr auf die apfeltasche gefreut konnte beide in den Müll werfen :(

Entspannt abends mit ein paar Freunden zu McDonalds. Was soll man sagen...Wartezeiten von fast 30 minuten...selbst für einen simplen milchshake( schoko bestellt, Vanille bekommen) Mit den Bestellungen ist das hier auch eher wie eine mystery box...statt den veganen nuggets gabs leider welche mit fleisch. Im allgemeinen echt nich so toll und die automaten funktionieren auch nicht richtig

Schlimmer als Schlimm. Etwas Deutsch kenntnise bei Mitarbeiter wäre ein Vorteil. Man bekommt was anderes als bestellt.

Leider kein Schnellrestaurant eher ziemlich langsam. Qualität und Preise gehen langsam auseinander. Im Drive In sehr lange Wartezeit einplanen.

Achtung! Jacke mitbringen nicht vergessen, Erkältungsgefahr, ziemlich kalt… Dafür war aber immerhin das Essen warm.

Ganz okay. Allerdings könnten die Tische nach jedem Gast sauber gewischt werden.

Mindestens seit 5 Wochen funktioniert die Heizung nicht, was bei den aktuellen Temperaturen ein Unding ist. Mittlerweile ist das Personal auch sehr langsam und völlig überfordert, das war mal anders. Über die Qualität der Speisen kann ich nichts Negatives sagen, es war ok.

Einfach nur leckeres Essen und gutes Service 😃👍🏼

Yeah, it's your local McDonalds. Really isn't anything special. You order the food, you get exactly what you order and you eat. I would however avoid sitting down here, as the closeness to Trier-Nord is definitely showing in the crowds that are attending the Restaurant

Das Restaurant erfüllt seine Bestellungen schnell, die Qualität ist hochwertig und die Zubereitung präzise. Der Service war in Ordnung, es war viel los, als ich da war und das Personal hat sich die Hektik etwas anmerken lassen. Das Ambiente ist schön gestaltet, auf den ersten Blick alles sauber, jedoch fanden wir bei unserem Besuch Spinnenweben in der Glas-Vitrine vom McCafé vor. Das hinterlässt keinen guten Eindruck.

Sehr ordentlicher Laden, freundliches Personal und sehr sauber geführt, trotz der vielen Menschen, schöne Sitzgelegenheiten. Das einzige Manko, es fehlen Steh Tische

Wahr in den letzten 2 Monaten 3 mal dort und habe über den McDrive bestellt jedes Mal wahr kein Erdbeershake verfügbar.Das Lokal hinterlässt keinen sauberen Eindruck, vor allem der Außenbereich lässt zu wünschen übrig
