The employees at Burger King seemed quite overwhelmed despite the manageable number of customers and the burger didn't really taste good and was also quite small.

The food tastes a bit old, you can't get refills for drinks for free and if you want to go to the toilet you have to go to the checkout beforehand to get the code

The burger I ordered was made with real meat and tasted good, as did the side dishes. However, as I stood at the counter and watched my food being prepared, I saw my burger being placed on the shelf (see example photo). Then I noticed that the burger was placed in the plant-based area. When I asked the employee about it, she just explained to me that my burger was made from real meat, then she turned her back on me and continued working. After me and my friends had all our orders, we sat together at a table. My friend ordered chicken nuggets, but they were packaged in a plant-based bag. As a result, I noticed that these “wrong moves” were made more often, or at least it seems that way. This shows that something like this is not checked often enough and is very inaccurate and dangerous for vegetarians. That's why I stated that this fast food restaurant is not suitable for vegetarians. If the restaurant is active on this platform, I would be happy to receive an answer

It's not open 24 hours a day, travelers and truck drivers just care about it

I hadn't only been in there once. Depending on the time, it can be crowded there. Food and service at the usual level. I had to ask for the code for the toilet.

As always everything is good 👍 Coupons are helpful, ordering via app is a good thing, collecting crowns is also a good thing!!

The staff has no idea what they are doing, the food was so-so and the prices are rising like everywhere else

It's just a Burger King... But the staff is very friendly <3 It's definitely a good place to pass time if you don't want to wait alone at the train station (I've done it several times and probably once or twice more).

Within 3 years from 3.49 (usually even 1.99 to 6.75. That was 12.50 for two miserable burgers. The worst thing about it is the shrinkage rate of the burgers. The "Big King" is neither King nor Big...

It says King Deal, of course, but the customers have to know whether it is so spicy 🌶️ And you just can't eat that much sauce on it! I turned completely red because of the sauce and it won't go away. I have to take a shower

5 stars ambience because of Rüdiger jersey. The service is incredibly good and the staff are very caring and highly recommended

Ganz normal BK am Bahnhof halt. Laden wirkt ab und zu etwas unaufgeräumt im Gastraum. Ansonsten halt das gewohnte Sortiment und Essen.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Mein Burger und die Pommes waren frisch und sehr lecker.

Leider haben wir einen kalten Bacon King bekommen. Bacon war nicht gebraten, ist wohl immer so, laut Mitarbeiter. Dann sollte man das Bild dazu auch ändern. Fazit: ab in den Mülleimer und kein Burger King mehr!

Essen war lecker, Toiletten sauber, Zugang über Pin, einzig dass es keine Alternative zum Tyson Händetrockner gab, könnte man als klitzekleines Minus bemängeln.

Mein Burger und meine Pommes waren wir immer lecker.Nur mit dem Personal hapert es.Ich hatte noch Glück,aber nach mir standen bestimmt 12 Leute an und nur eine Bedienung.Unf das Ambiente ist halt sehr ich sag mal Veraltet.

Schnell bestellt ohne Wartezeit und eine prompte Bedienung. So muss es sein.

Eingerichtet ist das Burger King am Bahnhof in Trier echt schön. Sehr auf Kinder eingestellt. Das habe ich so in noch keiner anderen Filiale gesehen. Es gibt eine "eingezäunte" Spielecke mit mehreren Dreh-und Motorikspielen. Es gibt ganz grosse Lego Steine aus weichem Plastik,Tierfiguren aus Schaumstoff (mit Plastik und Motiv aufgedruckt) zum spielen. Davor gibt es einen langen Kindertisch mit Kinderhockern. Die Bilder an der Wand sind auch hübsch. Das Personal ist eher unfreundlich und wirkt extrem überfordert (obwohl keine Terrasse und kein Drive) Trotz das recht viel anwesend war. Die Outfits scheint es nicht grösser zu geben. Von daher wäre es zu überlegen den Mitarbeitern zu erlauben in einfachen,alle gleichfarbigen Shirts zu arbeiten!? Würde ein wesentlich vorteilhafteres und gepflegteres Bild abgeben.

Das essen war kalt,die Burger haben dadurch nicht geschmeckt und waren auch nicht gut belegt Pommes waren auch kalt.Das Ambiente ist sehr langweilig und eintönig gestaltet
