Burger King in Trier

This Burger King branch, or rather its kitchen staff, almost always ignores the special request to make the burger *without* a tomato slice. In contrast, the staff at the counter and the drive-thru are always very friendly and attentive, and you can always rely on their good recommendations. What's also becoming increasingly noticeable is the steadily declining cleanliness of the restaurant. I don't want to speculate about the reasons for this, but other branches further away (Kaiserslautern, Frankfurt, Dieburg, Hamburg, Aachen, Cologne, etc.) are significantly better in this regard.

It was a Burger King. Did notice that service was slower than I get elsewhere from BK. I would say 50% slower, in restaurant. Drive through and online orders appear to be the priority not restaurant patrons.

The stuff just doesn't taste good and is too expensive for what it is.

The menu is completely different from an American Burger King. The staff was friendly and the food was good. I ate here while traveling. I wanted to see how it compared to an American one.

Just the worst attitude of the staff members. They celebrate 30 years celebration but has nothing organized but pure chaos.. Absolutely Customer is not King here..

Very tasty, but it takes a while

A good Burger King branch, which happened to be celebrating its 30th anniversary during our visit. We were originally there for the kebab burger, but jumped at the special offers. The bun on one of the burgers was a bit hard, but it was quickly and easily fixed or replaced. In general, the service was very attentive and friendly.

BURGER KING, of course. The burgers were warm and had that typical meaty, tender, fast-food taste (as long as you don't stick a veggie burger in the food hatch). All in all, you can eat well here and it's a good way to fill your stomach. The 4 stars for the food always refer to other Burger Kings and have nothing to do with other restaurant genres.

Extremely friendly employee, Mr. Obadid! Unfortunately, it's far too rare to find such employees.

A very chic two-story branch. The staff was very friendly, the order was prepared quickly, and the food tasted good. Unfortunately, there are no ordering kiosks.

Absolutely not recommended anymore, my double whopper was a joke, no ketchup, just a dollop of mayo on it, a thin slice of tomato and two pieces of iceberg lettuce, the meat has also been dead twice...that was definitely the last visit here!!!

The fries were all rotten. The staff was arguing with the manager at the cash register. No sauce on the burger. I'm not going here anymore. This burger king desperately needs staff and new employees.

BK has no limits when it comes to ordering; everything is done at the counter (a bit old-fashioned...). The burgers were good and the fries were hot.

Not really recommended. There are no order screens like the competition. You're not even given time to think about what you want to order because someone immediately jumps to the cash register and waits impatiently for your order. We felt very uncomfortable and would rather go to the competition. It's a shame, because the burgers are pretty good.

It's not as crowded here as at the competitor a few doors down.

I need to correct my application from a year ago. I was there today and was absolutely DISAPPOINTED. THE TABLES AND CHAIRS WERE DIRTY. THE MAN IN THE KITCHEN WAS WEARING FULL JEWELRY WITH RINGS, CHAINS, ECTU, AND NO GLOVES. THEN IT TOOK FOREVER FOR THE FOOD TO BE READY; AND THEN THE TASTE WAS NOTHING. THERE WAS FAR TOO LITTLE TOPPINGS ON THE WHOPPER - A disaster. THE 🍟 TASTED OLD.

Unfortunately, cleanliness isn't a priority here. All the tables were dirty upon arrival, so much so that other guests were already complaining loudly. Then the service was incomprehensible; they spoke very quietly and were unintelligible. The order took forever, and we had to point out that something was missing. They were asked to clean the tables twice because our table was still dirty. When other guests complained about the service, they were subsequently insulted loudly and very rudely.

Yesterday, I was served very friendly by the branch manager. It was quick. In my opinion, the better branch in Trier.

Cannot stick to their own opening hours and close the indoor area 2 hours early.

Burger King like everywhere else in Germany. I'd love to come back.

I ordered four takeaway meals last night. Unfortunately, I discovered at home that three burgers were missing. It's annoying to have to explain this to hungry guests at home. Counting isn't that great.

The food is delicious, and the service is a bit odd because you have to wait at the counter. It's also very cool for small children because there's a play area. There was one moment that annoyed me: I said I wanted a burger without "everything." I corrected myself and said, "So, without greens." I received my burger, got in my car, and wanted to eat it. When I opened the packaging, I saw that the "burger" only contained a patty.

I went here for lunch. They have self ordering machines. Which is good for people who don’t know the language. The food was fast food and fine.

My experience today on March 5th, 2025 at around 4:00 p.m. was excellent!!!! This was mainly due to the friendly staff, wow. Simply a great experience. I really hope that this lady reads this and that her work is particularly appreciated in some way!!!

Service very friendly. Disabled toilet clean! Upper floor was closed (around 8:30 p.m.) shortly upon arrival. Still, I couldn't find any clean tables. You can see in the photo what I found to be the “cleanest” of the five tables. It's Thursday evening. This means that there are around 6-10 people waiting for their food. The bottleneck is the only man at the checkout! (Great man who still works well!) But the situation also explains the dirty tables and floor :-(

This fast food story has become extremely expensive. 18 euros for Big King Menu plus 6 spicy small pieces of chicken wings.

Today we were able to have another pleasant experience. I don't know if it's a hiring criterion, but if you don't want the job then you should just leave it. Ordered nuggets yesterday, paid for them and got chili cheese nuggets (threw them in the trash). Bought a brownie with ice cream today, packaged so carelessly that all the ice cream ended up in my car and on my jacket. Something urgently needs to be done about the basic attitudes of some of your employees.

Instead of pointing out to the customer after a 30-minute wait that certain products are no longer available, the kitchen's own creations are given out without being asked Absolutely disgusting what we experienced here today!

Ich war heute gegen 05:50 Uhr unterwegs und habe mich darauf gefreut, mit meiner Familie ein schönes Essen zu genießen. Leider gab es eine unangenehme Situation. Eine Person, die aussah wie jemand indischer oder pakistanischer Herkunft und einen Ohrring trug, war sehr unfreundlich. Als wir ihn ganz normal nach einem „Fischking“ gefragt haben, antwortete er abweisend: „Den Fischking gibt es hier nicht. Gehen Sie woanders hin, wenn Sie Fisch-Burger wollen.“ Das Essen selbst war auch enttäuschend. Die Zwiebelringe, die wir bestellt hatten, waren alt, und die Soße entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Es fühlte sich so an, als hätte diese Person den falschen Job, da es an Freundlichkeit und Professionalität mangelte.

I was there yesterday at the drive-in with my son, our dog was there too! At the end, the very nice employee at the counter gave us a small burger patty for our dog, which I didn't expect and was pleasantly surprised! The food was very good as always! Thank you very much 🥰

If you want to feel like you're not welcome or you want to eat in the dark then this is the place for you. There's hardly any lighting and the staff are overwhelmed with simple ordering and you don't get a free refill of drinks. The only positive thing is the food case is hot

There are long waiting times every time, whether it's busy or not. I never get my food in less than 10 minutes. At McDonald's things like this happen in no time. I don't understand

The food at Burger King was good, the service was okay, but the ambience was unfortunately disappointing. The store looks old and not particularly inviting, and it could be cleaner. Okay for a quick snack, but the surroundings leave a lot to be desired.

I thought it should taste the same everywhere, yes it usually does, but not in Trier. Burgers that you know taste completely different in Trier, completely drowned in cheap ketchup and with thick raw onions and not really hot. We ordered two different burgers, both of which were absolutely disastrous. Then save money and eat in Bitburg or Wittlich next time.

Never again!! Burger totally limp, lukewarm, salad soft, lots of mayo slapped on it, meat dry. Chicken nuggets only tasted like frying fat. Drinks without ice cubes, the cups almost collapse after a few minutes. You have to be careful not to grip the cup too tightly.

You have to check everything directly. Ordered 2 plant based whoppers, paid €12.99 and looked in the bag at home and got 2 plant based long chicken for €10.79. So annoying...

Located directly on the Moselle. A clean BK with good staff and a nice upper floor with gaming tables and not, as is too often the case, carelessly squeezed together burgers. Tip top! 🌈🎉

Very unfriendly service employee. He was probably stressed because he had to serve 3 customers beforehand. Really not customer friendly. Today the service was ok. There was nothing going on either. Food was ok as always.

Drive in, staff very rough and unfriendly, fries lukewarm, burgers lukewarm and soft. I also know it differently here, it depends entirely on which shift is on duty. It's just very difficult to find German staff.

My rating is valid for today, July 4th, 2024 and goes 100% to the employee at the checkout at 3:25 p.m.! What a sight... Smiling staff, super friendly, had fun with you, were accommodating and just great! I've never experienced that in any BK, let alone in Bitburg. Unfortunately a very big disappointment... Onion rings were musty and you could already smell that the fat from the deep fryer was no longer good. The man was completely overwhelmed and wrote everything down incorrectly. I ordered a burger without tomato and got extra tomato. My son got a Junior box without toys and probably got Curly Fries from another order. What was also wrong was that I got Sprite instead of Coke. The gentleman hadn't really noticed anything either. I usually emphasized everything twice and didn't notice it yet. The order was at 5:30 p.m. and it wasn't even that busy... Unfortunately never again...

Unlike McDonald's, the drive-thru restaurant worked. Order placed, paid for and received. It should be so...

We were there last time. Completely overwhelmed on a Sunday at 6 p.m. 45 minute wait to get our food to go. The fries were soggy and undercooked. The burgers were ready in the compartments for 15 minutes until an employee actually packed our order. That was the last 55 we spent there!

This is really old-school ordering at the counter :) the staff doesn't really seem to like working there. It wasn't really clean. The food was tasty. But I mind that you pay a lot for a hamburger that is very small. There is parking and a drive-in.

The lady (blond) at the drive-thru gives wrong orders, there's always something missing, either a hamburger or a coke... Today I had snot in my fries, just the thought of it disgusts me, I definitely won't be coming back

The employee took my order incorrectly, which I was blamed for. I would have ordered something else and then wanted to pay with a voucher - then a second employee came over and explained to me in a friendly manner that given the amount it made no sense to redeem two, otherwise I would be giving away money. The explanation was not possible for the first one. He then literally popped every ordered item onto the tablet. I would have preferred to leave.

Fries have to be hot and not lukewarm...unfortunately that was the case, they just don't taste like that...

Totally overpriced now. You can also go to a luxury restaurant.

Every time I see the ladies come in, surprisingly even the kitchen staff look like little meerkats. You can observe how the female ladies are observed from top to bottom like in a zoo. Just embarrassing and unprofessional! Disgusting looks and an unpleasant atmosphere while waiting are guaranteed here!

I've never been served such a disgusting burger. The bread is full of fat, the meat is not fried. The paper was even full of fat. Not even our dogs wanted to eat something like that. Absolute impudence to ask for money for something like that!

I had the new Raclette Burger and for the first time I had a burger that looked exactly like the photo. It also tasted very good. The onion rings were also delicious, all freshly prepared and hot.
