Burger King in Trier

A completely normal Burger King.

There are long waiting times every time, whether it's busy or not. I never get my food in less than 10 minutes. At McDonald's things like this happen in no time. I don't understand

The food at Burger King was good, the service was okay, but the ambience was unfortunately disappointing. The store looks old and not particularly inviting, and it could be cleaner. Okay for a quick snack, but the surroundings leave a lot to be desired.

Food was great as always, service was a disaster. An eternity of waiting time until food was ordered and prepared, all the free tables were dirty, and even when asked personally, no one felt responsible to pick up a cloth

In the late evening there are few employees and a lot going on but still super nice and friendly staff, then you like to eat there :-)

No ordering terminals, which unfortunately leads to long waiting times and quite a bit of chaos at the checkout.

I thought it should taste the same everywhere, yes it usually does, but not in Trier. Burgers that you know taste completely different in Trier, completely drowned in cheap ketchup and with thick raw onions and not really hot. We ordered two different burgers, both of which were absolutely disastrous. Then save money and eat in Bitburg or Wittlich next time.

Eternal waiting time, finished burgers already cold.

Never again!! Burger totally limp, lukewarm, salad soft, lots of mayo slapped on it, meat dry. Chicken nuggets only tasted like frying fat. Drinks without ice cubes, the cups almost collapse after a few minutes. You have to be careful not to grip the cup too tightly.

You have to check everything directly. Ordered 2 plant based whoppers, paid €12.99 and looked in the bag at home and got 2 plant based long chicken for €10.79. So annoying...

Tables dirty, long waiting time

Located directly on the Moselle. A clean BK with good staff and a nice upper floor with gaming tables and not, as is too often the case, carelessly squeezed together burgers. Tip top! 🌈🎉

Very unfriendly service employee. He was probably stressed because he had to serve 3 customers beforehand. Really not customer friendly. Today the service was ok. There was nothing going on either. Food was ok as always.

Drive in, staff very rough and unfriendly, fries lukewarm, burgers lukewarm and soft. I also know it differently here, it depends entirely on which shift is on duty. It's just very difficult to find German staff.

My rating is valid for today, July 4th, 2024 and goes 100% to the employee at the checkout at 3:25 p.m.! What a sight... Smiling staff, super friendly, had fun with you, were accommodating and just great! I've never experienced that in any BK, let alone in Bitburg. THANK YOU for making this BK so friendly, I usually don't like ordering from a BK but here... Love goes out to you, thank you!

Unfortunately a very big disappointment... Onion rings were musty and you could already smell that the fat from the deep fryer was no longer good. The man was completely overwhelmed and wrote everything down incorrectly. I ordered a burger without tomato and got extra tomato. My son got a Junior box without toys and probably got Curly Fries from another order. What was also wrong was that I got Sprite instead of Coke. The gentleman hadn't really noticed anything either. I usually emphasized everything twice and didn't notice it yet. The order was at 5:30 p.m. and it wasn't even that busy... Unfortunately never again...

Fries old and almost cold! Nuggets hard and only lukewarm! Burger okay, but not good. No replacement product received despite complaint... that's not possible!

Unlike McDonald's, the drive-thru restaurant worked. Order placed, paid for and received. It should be so...

We were there last time. Completely overwhelmed on a Sunday at 6 p.m. 45 minute wait to get our food to go. The fries were soggy and undercooked. The burgers were ready in the compartments for 15 minutes until an employee actually packed our order. That was the last 55 we spent there!

This is really old-school ordering at the counter :) the staff doesn't really seem to like working there. It wasn't really clean. The food was tasty. But I mind that you pay a lot for a hamburger that is very small. There is parking and a drive-in.

The lady (blond) at the drive-thru gives wrong orders, there's always something missing, either a hamburger or a coke... Today I had snot in my fries, just the thought of it disgusts me, I definitely won't be coming back

The employee took my order incorrectly, which I was blamed for. I would have ordered something else and then wanted to pay with a voucher - then a second employee came over and explained to me in a friendly manner that given the amount it made no sense to redeem two, otherwise I would be giving away money. The explanation was not possible for the first one. He then literally popped every ordered item onto the tablet. I would have preferred to leave.

Fries have to be hot and not lukewarm...unfortunately that was the case, they just don't taste like that...

Totally overpriced now. You can also go to a luxury restaurant.

The quality of the food and service has now deteriorated so much that today was my last visit here. If necessary, it's better to stay hungry than eat here.

My order was via drive-thru today and everything was quick and efficient. 03.2024 This time I ate in a restaurant. Extremely slow and sluggish service, everyone listless. Burger poorly made and already lukewarm...not good

Unfriendly employee at the drive-thru. Claims that Quetschie doesn't exist and that you're not at McD here. Product was missing from the order, no receipt. It doesn't work at all

Every time I see the ladies come in, surprisingly even the kitchen staff look like little meerkats. You can observe how the female ladies are observed from top to bottom like in a zoo. Just embarrassing and unprofessional! Disgusting looks and an unpleasant atmosphere while waiting are guaranteed here!

It was an awesome diarrhea experience!

Not bad for fast food. In my opinion better than the golden M. Fries 🍟 hot and burgers with good taste.

You can eat well there like in any other BurgerKing, but it is a bit dirty in some places

I've never been served such a disgusting burger. The bread is full of fat, the meat is not fried. The paper was even full of fat. Not even our dogs wanted to eat something like that. Absolute impudence to ask for money for something like that!

I had the new Raclette Burger and for the first time I had a burger that looked exactly like the photo. It also tasted very good. The onion rings were also delicious, all freshly prepared and hot.

Freundlicher Service. Plant based Menüs sind exzellent. Wir komme hier jeden Sonntag nach Basketball Spiel.

Bin nicht der Fastfood Esser, dafür war es ganz ok.

Öffnungszeiten sind sehr schlecht

Bei 3 v. 4 Bestellungen wird entweder was vergessen o. falsch eingepackt. Viel einfacher als eintippen kann der Job nicht sein..

Das Essen ist immer lecker warm und schnell vorbereitet, obwohl es manchmal viel Betrieb gibt. Ich würde gern wieder kommen👍

O,2 hohes C 2,99€ !!! Was soll das?

Ersteinmal schönen guten Tag. Ich war am Freitag den 3.11.2023 um 21:00 im Burgerking. Habe eine kleine Sprite und eine Cola bestellt, das Mischeverhältnis von Spritesirup zu Sprudel war so miserabel das ich noch beim Schreiben der Bewertung zitter. Dann habe ich noch 10 minuten auf zwei Getränke gewartet. Ich persönlich würde lieber zum McDonals gehen direkt gegen über wo ich halbsolang auf ein komplettes Menü warte! Ich empfehle diese Filiale nicht weiter. Muss man selber wissen.

Ein typischer Burger King, wie hunderte andere. Unser Servicemitarbeiter war hervorragend. Er hat trotz Hochbetrieb (Ende einer Veranstaltung) den Überblick behalten und war super freundlich.

Ungemütliche Atmosphäre. Aber Fastfood Kunden sollten auch schnell wieder gehen. Für einen Imbiss ok. Nur Preise und Qualität passen für mich nicht zusammen.

Die Wartezeiten sind für ein Schnellresraurant mit 10 bis 15 Minuten zu lange. Zudem war unsere Bestellung nicht vollständig.

Freundliche Kassenkraft. Gibt freundlich und zuvorkommend Auskunft über Produktwahl.

Sehr Lecker problem der crispy chicken burger viel zu klein und war nicht gut sonst alles perfekt sehr nette Mitarbeiter

Toiletten waren um 21 Uhr geschlossen. Unglaublich. Der Premiumburger war einfach noch schlecht. Und das für € 9,00.

Incredible service, they never get your order wrong and the fries are somehow always fresh! By far the best Burger King in a 50 mile radius!

La hamburguesa mala, seca y con un sabor raro, no me la he comido, encima cara. El local, sucio. He puesto dos estrellas porque el personal es bastante amable.

Essen halt typisch Burger King. Der Mann an der Kasse war aber sehr freundlich. Ambiente naja, die Tische könnten mal öfter abgewischt und so von den Fettflecken befreit werden

Bra mat men tråkigt att personalen står och röker i entrén till restaurangen så att man går genom cigarettrök när man ska gå in.

Bei Burger King weiß man was man bekommt.

Essen sehr oft kalt und falsch zusammengestellt. Oft sieht das Essen aus als würde man es einfach Mal gerade reingeschmissen haben. Ein Veganen Bürger bestellt dieser kam aber mit einem richtigen Fleisch Pattie. Teilweiße sehr unhöfliche Mitarbeiter verstehen oft kein Deutsch.

Ich schriebe nicht oft Bewertungen, aber die Jungs und Mädels haben es verdient. Eine Filiale für die Werbung, Sehr sauber, aufgeräumt, schnelle Bedienung und super Freundliches und motiviertes Personal. Dazu noch Burger wie aus dem Prospekt und richtig lecker. Danke dafür und weiter so! Besuch war heute 29.07 gegen 15.15 Uhr (Damit das Lob auch das richtige Team trifft;-) )

Haben den großen Kaffee zum Preis des kleinen bekommen wegen etwas Wartezeit. Sehr netter Mitarbeiter.

Beim Drive muss man aufpassen ob alles drin ist was man gekauft hat

Standart Burgerking, die Mitarbeiter sind leider sehr langsam obwohl der Laden leer ist.

Wie immer wenn ich mal dort bin, alles frisch, freundliches Personal.

Wir kamen am 12.08.2021 gegen 19.50 Uhr zur Filiale, stellten uns an um drinnen zu Essen. Vor uns waren 5 Personen welche Essen bestellen wollten. Die einzige Dame war wirklich sehr bemüht uns sehr freundlich, wurde jedoch von Kollegen behindert welche grundsätzlich in ihren Laufweg standen, ihr zu helfen war jedoch zu viel. Um 20.35 Uhr waren wir fast an der Reihe, da kam plötzlich eine zusätzliche Mitarbeiterin welche zuerst mal die Vordertür zu schloss. Auf die Frage ob wir noch Essen könnten und nicht rausgeworfen werden da wir schon so lange warten bekamen wir die Antwort:" Wenn ich nicht soviel Fragen stellen würde, ginge es auch schneller !" Resümee: nie wieder in diese Filiale !!

Das Fast Food Restaurant ist nahe zur Autobahn als auch recht nahe zum Zentrum gelegen. Es ist vollkommen "gläsern" und innen auf zwei Etagen ansprechend und sehr sauber eingerichtet. Toiletten sind sauber und Essen Burger King standard. Gutscheincodes / App wird problemlos akzeptiert. Besonders interessant ist auch die Nähe zum Stadion und zur Arena, sodass man nach einem schönen Fußballspiel oder Konzert auch noch einen kleinen Snack nehmen kann, ohne durch die halbe Stadt fahren zu müssen.

Seit Jahren kehren wir immer wieder hier ein. Anfangs war dieser BK der nächst gelegene von Luxemburg aus gesehen (damals gab es noch keine BK in Luxemburg). Und obschon es z.Z. 2 in Luxemburg gibt, essen wir unsere Burger nur in diesem Restaurant.
