Bad service, almost understand German

My son had been looking forward to it all week! He wanted chicken nuggets and got fries and only 3 of them and asking for money for the paper bag is a disgrace 😠

I asked normally about Pepsi, i.e. how much it costs because they wrote it in small letters and the boss was very rude. His answer was: You could see it for 5 minutes even though that's my time to choose. In a rude voice That was the last time. Food is delicious but I give the food a 3 out of 5 stars. I recommend not eating in wooden spoons, that was the first and last time☹️

We had dinner today (10/24/24 shortly before 4 p.m.). Ordered 2 halfs with fries and a drink from the menu and also ordered cabbage salad with one menu. After paying, we sat down and watched our food being prepared. Unfortunately, the waitress (long black hair who was more concerned with her hair than with the food) dropped the can from her hand while seasoning and the contents of the entire spice can fell onto our fries. She reported that to her colleague who was trying to save some of the spices and the lady with the long hair said that you won't notice anyway and if you do we'll make new fries. That's why we thought that maybe not the entire can had been emptied. But when our food was ready to be served, the fries were visibly overseasoned to the naked eye. We wanted to try one more just to be on the safe side. Unfortunately… the first bite was spit out because it was over salted. When we asked you about it, the waitress was rudely unfriendly and started a discussion with us. When my husband clearly supported his opinion that this was not okay, the long-haired waitress said that this is a restaurant and not a living room and that he shouldn't behave like that, that was the final straw for us. We got up to leave and my husband emphasized that he would definitely complain. Then she said take the money and disappear. So we did that too. Unfortunately it was a bad experience that we won't have to have again, although we have to be honest and say that the chicken looked really tasty.

The waitress, a woman with long, dark hair, was very rude on October 22nd, 2024 between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. When I asked if I could get ketchup or mayonnaise with my box order, she replied rudely and abruptly that I should have said this beforehand, even though no one asked me about it. I thought that at the end they would ask me what dip I wanted. Instead, I received my order without any dip, even though it was stated that a box included a dip of my choice. The lady then demanded that I pay extra for the dip. I don't understand why when it says it belongs in the box. Even though the sauces come from a bottle and not a packet, it doesn't give me a dip. It's a shame, I've come here many times with my children, but we won't be coming back.”

We wanted to eat yesterday, but unfortunately the staff couldn't give us any information about allergens so we left without buying anything.

Service very bad, unfriendly to no end!!!! would rather drive further than eat here!

Despite ordering on the phone, I was told that I would be there in 10 minutes, but I would still be in the restaurant for an additional 15 minutes Waited 👎🏽

After years we once again took something from the wooden spoon. Hamburgers and croquettes. Were delicious. To mention, everything is freshly prepared. You are happy to accept a waiting time

The food itself is delicious. Unfortunately, the staff sits behind the counter with their cell phones and hardly pays any attention to the customers. And if you are noticed, your eyes will be rolled or your customers will be laughed at and laughed at.

Super unfriendly service! After eating we wanted to wash our hands (soap was empty) and asked if it would be possible to refill them... only to be laughed and the answer was: yes, maybe later! It makes you wonder whether they get paid to talk or work stupidly. If this employee doesn't feel like it, she should stay at home.

Unfortunately it's no longer what it used to be, the fries and nuggets don't work without this remoulade.

Clean and orderly. Ideal if you want to quickly combat hunger at lunchtime or in the evening.

It's really difficult when the employees speak such broken German that they don't type the coupon correctly even after mentioning it several times. At some point I just took the wrong product so that I could get home 😅 food is ok but not a hit

The food and the associated price-performance ratio is a disaster. The burgers were the worst thing I've ever had, carelessly thrown together and tasted subpar. The patty, if you can call it that, was maybe 5mm thick and looked like the sole of a shoe. You couldn't tell from the taste what you were actually chewing. An impudence. How this store can survive is a mystery to me. Maybe they do the trades better, but the burgers etc are really a disaster.

Several people have had food poisoning. It was also observed that the employees do not work hygienically. You should wash your hands and wear gloves before processing the meat. The price-performance ratio is not justified! I can't understand how you've kept it up since 1961.

The food here is quite good. Especially the sweet guy with glasses and a beard made the service perfect - quick, uncomplicated and super friendly. The furnishings are very comfortable. Gladly again.

The culinary experience at this burger establishment is truly exquisite, and at extremely reasonable prices. In particular, I would like to acknowledge the extremely professional gentleman with glasses and a beard, whose service can be described as outstanding - efficient, uncomplicated and characterized by the utmost politeness. The entire visit went extremely smoothly and the atmosphere and furnishings reflect a well-thought-out style. An unequivocal five-star rating that seems more than justified.

The burgers are not only delicious, but also cheap. The staff is extremely friendly, especially the gentleman with curly blonde hair and glasses. His service was outstanding and made the visit even more pleasant. The cozy atmosphere and the well-thought-out ambience complete the overall experience. Five stars are more than deserved!

Sehr lecker zubereitete Fastfood gerichte, Churros und Grillhänchen zudem eine sehr gute Abwechslung gegenüber der Konkurrenz, Mitarbeiter 1a, sehr netter, Junger und gebildeter Mann, trägt eine Brille und hat ein Vollbart, hoffe ich treffe wieder auf ihn!!!

Liegt zentral in der Innenstadt von Schwandorf. Hatte 1/2 Hähnchen das mir auch gut geschmeckt hat. Die Pommes waren jedoch nicht so meins. Das Lokal war sauber und die Belüftung gut, es roch nicht nach Frittenfett wie oft anderswo. Das Personal war freundlich. Ist natürlich Fastfood, aber eher von der besseren Sorte.

War vor ca. 4 Wochen dort. Servicekräfte waren super freundlich. Wurde vorinformiert, dass die Zubereitung ca. 13 Minuten dauert. Nach 13 Minuten hatten wir unser Essen. Essen war heiß und lecker. Da können sich andere Fastfoodbetreiber in Schwandorf echt eine Scheibe abschneiden. Lokal sehr sauber. Ich werde des nächste Mal wieder zu Kochlöffel Schwandorf gehen und nicht zu einem anderen Anbieter. Super macht weiter so!

Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und das Essen lecker. Für Kinder gibt es eine kleine Duplo Ecke. Einmal hatte ich meinen Geldbeutel dort vergessen. Ich bekam ihm wieder, da ihn eine Mitarbeiterin nach Feierabend zur Polizei brachte. Vielen lieben Dank. Sowas ist leider nicht selbstverständlich.

Wir gehen eigentlich schon gerne hier zum Essen aber heute war alles nicht so optimal. Die Pommes wurden aus der Fritteuse einfach auf den Teller getan ohne zu würzen. Das Hähnchen war zur Hälfte rot, also nicht genießbar. Der Mitarbeiter beim Kassieren war freundlich aber hatte Probleme mir das passende Wechselgeld zu geben, ich musste ihm Nachhilfe im Mathematik geben um das passende Rückgeld zu bekommen. Wir sind richtig enttäuscht weil wir kennen die Qualität und wissen das, das Essen bei Kochlöffel gut ist. Wir sind gespannt auf den nächsten Besuch.

Für den schnellen Hunger immer zu empfehlen, definitiv eine bessere Wahl als McDonald's.

Das Essen da ist voll gut man kann da in Ruhe essen die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und freundlich selbst die Chefin war sehr nett ich kann das nur in fehlen für mich geb es Stadt 5, 10 Sterne

Scheinbar wurde hier das komplette Personal gewechselt! Hier wird mittlerweile wieder mehr Wert auf Hygiene gelegt, allerdings sollte noch etwas an der Freundlichkeit gearbeitet werden.

Essen gut, Mitarbeiter und Öffnungszeiten wechseln gefühlt wöchentlich

Wenn es mal schnell gehen muss, die für mich geschmacklich bessere Alternative zu McDonalds und Co. Alles ordentlich und sauber. Toiletten sind im 1. Stock. Kartenzahlung natürlich möglich. Die Preise sind aber leider mittlerweile auch auf hohem Niveau. Unbedingt die App nutzen, immer wieder gute Coupons und Angebote! Personal ist (meist) freundlich und schnell. Parkmöglichkeiten leider bedingt durch die Lage etwas wenig.

War letztens echt enttäuscht. Miniportion in dieser Chicken Box, dafür ein Maximum Preis. Und die Qualität war jetzt auch nicht der Knaller. Schade.
