Unfortunately the slide was out of service. The toddlers were very disappointed. Staff knew nothing.

Nice service. I recommend this place. There is also a large parking lot.

Unfortunately, my last visit to this branch was a disappointment. The tables were dirty and it seems like the floors hadn't been cleaned properly in weeks. Dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen!! The toilet was also in an unacceptable condition. I was also shocked when I saw an employee with a nosebleed working in service. Nobody seemed to be really working, the staff were just standing around except in the kitchen, even though there was a lot to do. To make matters worse, the burger was more expensive than usual and visually just looked disastrous. All in all a very unsatisfactory visit. I didn't expect something like that from McDonald's.

Half an hour before closing the food was ordered cold and hard and there were two other customers there and all the sauces and a drink were still forgotten. I know it's late but if it's open until 3 a.m. I want to be served until 3 a.m. at least I pay I'd rather go back to Burger King for the trash

The staff isn't exactly friendly, unfortunately they always forget to pack the sauces. The food was delicious, pickup was easy. Kids like the food, otherwise we wouldn't order anymore. Unfortunately we have been disappointed so many times :-(

If I could give zero stars I would. The store has become very expensive. Were today on 10/2/24 here in McDonald's in Schwandorf and ordered table service online. And the food wasn't brought and no notice was given. And the iced coffee shake should actually taste like coffee, but it doesn't have a chocolate taste. Staff very unfriendly.

We are a bit thicker, because tables are screwed on you can't move them and you can't sit on a bench.

Organization 0, the cappuccino was a milky mess, no milk foam, let alone the fact that I got it in a cup to drink here, but in a mug. Sustainability?? I'm not usually one to criticize, but phew. I got the money back, no sign from the restaurant manager as to whether I wanted to get a new one.

Went to the Mc Drive counter today, repeated our order 3 times and 3 times it was taken incorrectly, more was added than we actually wanted and we said out loud that that wasn't true. Wasn't noticed. Employee was very unfriendly. And if you complained on site you were just looked at stupidly and not even apologized. And last but not least, when I was drinking, the lid wasn't on properly and my pants were completely wet.

We came after 7 in the morning when it opens. Toilets dirty, smelly. We waited a long time for our order, considering the empty restaurant. we ordered pancakes, 12 pcs. We got 8 of them and the waitstaff was offended that they were giving 12. This branch is a disgrace to McDonald's.

We have now stopped eating. You're happy after hours of driving and then you're supposed to sit in a sauna. Lots of bees outside and inside it was like a sauna. To this day, the worst experience ever for me. The store apparently doesn't have air conditioning.

Totally useless staff, dont even know how to make coffee

I have already drunk a lot of cappuccinos from MC because I like them very much. Unfortunately, I had to return the cappuccino twice. In total we had 3 cappuccinos there and none of them tasted good. The staff added another shot of espresso and made a new one on the second try. Service was good, but I can't recommend cappuccino.

Ideal location if you've been traveling on the highway for hours. Right at the exit. We were on the way to vacation and had breakfast here. Food was good. Clean branch with good service.

Well, fast, good service is different, unfortunately very long waiting times. Fries are cold and not fresh. Employees unfriendly and stressed when the restaurant is at around 20% capacity.

Food was freshly prepared. Staff tried to work quickly given the high volume of people. Waiting time was okay. The sour burger sauces on all the different burgers didn't convince us in terms of taste. However, the staff can't do anything about it. Price and performance don't match the size of the burgers and the artificial taste. It's just too expensive for that.

Beware of the hidden camera at McDonald's!!! Time 10.20 Ordered breakfast... and a small fries please plus 2 MC Flurry!! Don't go there until breakfast is at 10.30...🤯🤯🤯 So just ordered breakfast... I ordered the rest at the window and after 10 minutes of discussion it was already 10.30. I get the fries and the ice cream 🙈🙈🙈 the rest was canceled.... Conclusion... worst McDonald's in Germany

Very good McDonald's. Cleanliness and service are very important to me. Things are going very well in this restaurant. Even during lunch rush, the tables are quickly cleared, cleaned and even cleaned with a shovel and broom. I thought that was very good, and you can see it too. Everything cared for. The food is just McDonalds.

It's clear to me that after 20 minutes and several more orders you can no longer see them!!! And I know that too because I worked in a branch back then!!! As the lady said from "goodwill", I give it to them, they didn't want to believe me despite PayPal confirmation and order overview on the app!!

I come here often and I've never not had to wait for my food. Other branches seem to be better organized and I often get the food straight away. I always only order common menu items because I don't feel like waiting. But waiting is normal here, no matter what you order.

Anyone who goes in and orders loses. The DriveIn is served first. As a customer you can wait 30 minutes for your coffee when you go in. So far too few staff. We paid for our coffee, but at some point we wanted to move on...

Addendum from May 30th: Simply bottomless 🤣 Terminals are down, staff totally overwhelmed, waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees and 2 wraps, small spoons out, large cups out??? A large cappuccino now costs almost 5 euros, we ordered this specifically to drink in the restaurant so that we would NOT be served it in a cup but in cups. We were given 2 paper cups because the large cups were out without informing us beforehand. It's a shame, the staff seems to have changed too. We're here 1-2x every week and we know there's definitely a better way

Not recommendable. Very poorly organized. 20-30 wait for ordered food. Dishes returned are overwhelmed, everything piles up. Toilet completes the impression. Neither cleaning nor toilet paper nor cleaning cloths available. And that at 10 o'clock... worst McDonald's I've ever seen

Never again!!! The restaurant is very poorly (or not at all) organized. We waited over 50 minutes for our breakfast and then had the money paid out. When we complained, we were treated very unfriendly by the shift manager. We're never coming here again.

Something needs to be changed about the staff, the fact that you have to repeat everything 8 times with McDrive is a joke

Amazingly clean in the MC. An employee was just cleaning. The waitresses were friendly and did everything quickly. I like to drive from Burglengenfeld to Schwandorf. Burglengenfeld is now a catastrophe and could take several lessons from it.

Rarely have I seen such a poorly organized and disastrous McDonalds. Yes, thank you, I like my cheeseburger with 2 liters of ketchup on it. Logically, I also order the tomatoes from my BigTasty just for fun. And then the McDrive. You already have low expectations when you get food to-go from Mc, but this branch always manages to regularly surprise you negatively on a new level. Why the hell should you ALWAYS pull over to the right after paying? Even if there is no car behind you? I have now been forgotten and “left behind” for the second time. It really is an art to consistently disappoint the customer in the same way. Dirty store, really.

Eat fast food and taste good as always. But do they no longer keep up with cleaning the tables or do they not know that this has to be done? Seats are no longer inviting at all. The ambience seems a bit run down and Mc Caffee is an empty, sad sight. Prices are rising steeply, do I pay part of the rent? No Like 👎🏻

A traditional fast food restaurant, perfect for a quick rest on the way, and you always get the usual quality. No unpleasant surprises here. :)

“Cleanliness is very important to us” it says in the toilet. The unreasonable smell, lack of paper towels and general cleanliness say otherwise. When I asked to pour the coffee into the cups I had brought with me, I was given two take-out cups - I was supposed to fill them myself and then throw them away; absolutely incomprehensible and a lack of environmental awareness.

There is hardly any water in the men's toilet, there are no paper towels and no blower to dry your hands...

Ordered at the order terminal and selected table service. After a few minutes, an employee yells "Table 18" several times through the restaurant. I go to the pickup counter and ask why she didn't bring the tray. She said she had too much to do. There were 10 guests present, I had the only outstanding order. But Elena (or something like that) preferred faxing to her colleague at the fryer and having private conversations rather than putting my tray in front of me (which, by the way, wouldn't have taken as long as shouting across the restaurant three times). That's just laziness. So only one star for the service! Even one star for the ambience, as modern as everything is, doesn't help if it's dirty.

Nothing going on, an order and still half of it is missing. Then there’s the price. Strong. And then they're so friendly to you - like you've pooped in their cereal.

Our visit was a complete disaster. It was a Sunday evening and we just wanted to have a quick meal. We ordered via the order board and wanted to pay at the checkout. Two customers in front of us were apparently so frustrated by the waiting times that they left the shop. We had to wait 25 minutes before we could pay for our order and it would be taken. During that time we saw around 15 customers, who later paid directly at the table, enjoying their food in front of us. When we finally paid, we were allowed to wait another 40 minutes, only to find that our order and those of about 4 others had simply been deleted. If we hadn't pointed this out, we would still be waiting. To order: Dips, drinks and toppings on the MCFlurry were missing. Drinks were all in wrong sizes. That's a 44% error rate. The food was also cold. We didn't even get an apology or anything for the whole circus. I can't recommend anyone to visit this "fast" food restaurant.

Was just there to pee... You can't even understand the symbol for the men's room if you've looked at the one for the women's room... A mystery. At the sink you have to press your hands against the porcelain to get even a little bit of water out... Great improvement!

Eine Schande das sich so etwas MC Donalds nennen darf! Sehr nett, dass man bereits fritierte Chicken Nuggets nochmal in die Friseuse wirft. Steinhart und ungenießbar. Genauso wie der Rest von beiden Menüs. Der Laden gehört sich geschlossen, ganz ehrlich!

Sauberkeit im Toilettenbereich und unter den Tischen kenn ich anders, 0k vielleicht haben wir eine schlechte Zeit erwischt.

Bestellung nur noch vom Terminal. McDonald's halt.

Cool, haben das erste mal über Bildschirm Eingabe gemacht. War nicht viel los da konnten wir in Ruhe aussuchen. Hat gut geklappt und ging recht schnell. Alles gut 🤗

Seit Jahren ein sehr empfehlenswertes Lokal. Bedienungen und Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, sehr hervorzuheben sind die ausländischen Arbeitskräfte mit hervorragendem Deutsch. Lediglich manche Tische sind zu Stoßzeiten etwas dreckig. Weiter so.

Ich finde diesen McDonald's sehr schön warm geheizt, sehr gemütlich, essen und trinken sehr gut. Das McDonald's essen sättigt mich sehr! Diesen McDonald's kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Für 2 verschiedene Getränke gab es einen Papierhalm. Nach mehrfachem Fragen, wollte nan uns keinen weiteren geben auch nicht gg Bezahlung. McD was bitte soll das?. Plastikdeckel gerne Papierhalm nein....hmmm ...seltsam oder etwa nicht?

Ein sehr schöner aufgeräumter und sauberer Mc Donalds. Toll. Nette Mitarbeiter. Perfekt. Wir haben hier gefrühstückt mit Kind. Es gab noch Ausmalbilder extra dazu. Sehr lieb. Empfehlenswert!

Hat alles gepasst und der neu BigMc und Hamburg Royal TS schmeckt dort super.

Besuche ich öfter auf Durchreise. Stets die üblich schmutzigen Toiletten, ein Automat zur Bezahlung seit wohl einem Jahr kaputt, immer viel los. Wer eine Serviette oder einen Strohhalm extra braucht, bekommt es nicht mal gegen Bezahlung. Wie üblich hat McDonald‘s inzwischen recht teure Preise, bietet aber nach wie vor weniger als ein Restaurant. Wer Pommes mit Sirup-Getränk bei schlechtem Service meist auf Englisch zu 8 Euro will, dabei noch nach einer Spende gefragt wird, ist hier richtig. Nur was für Reisen wegen keiner Alternative.
