A McDonald's like any other. 😂 Food: so-so. Service: so-so. Atmosphere: so-so.

The takeaway burger and nuggets were forgotten – outrageous, an outrage if that's how they have to make their money.

No more vegetarian options. Will therefore never visit again.

The order was wrong again. One burger was missing, as has happened far too often. Since I was in a hurry, I didn't check, which is why I only noticed it when I got home.

The food is nothing special, it's McDonald's after all. The restaurant is really clean, so the slightly kitschy atmosphere is perfectly fine. It's just the staff, well... At 10:28 a.m., I asked if the milkshake was on sale yet, and I've never been spoken to so aggressively by an employee of this chain. The Monopoly promotion is currently running again. I then ordered online at 10:31 a.m. and continued at the drive-thru. According to the app, there should be a sticker on the cup. Of course, there wasn't. The second star is only because a very friendly employee gave me a second one the next day and also apologized, even though it wasn't her fault.

Food, McDonald's, of course. But I've never seen such dirty restrooms. We asked an employee about it. The answer was, they'll be cleaned again soon.

Breakfast Saturday, 8:30 a.m. Service at the table: The restaurant was empty, and there were no table tents. Okay, let's just hold up the number 999 (in German). At least they found it—the only success. The McMuffin Fresh Chicken came without tomato, but drowned in double mayo and was correspondingly cold. The McToast shifted so much that you practically had three separate items in your hand. Luckily, the cappuccino was already at a "down-the-cup" temperature from the start, so you could make a quick getaway. No further comment.

I've received incorrect or faulty orders several times. Items are frequently missing or I receive the wrong items.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I specifically ordered it without bacon and received it with bacon. Scandalous!

It's getting worse and worse; every time something is missing, and what does arrive is sometimes wrong. The staff seemed to think it was normal, or even acceptable, that parts of our order were missing. This is not how service should be. During our visit, it wasn't busy, and two of the ordering machines were switched off.

There has to be a match sometime.

McDonald's is like any other. Except here, at the drive-thru, they always send you to the right side to wait, even if there are no other customers behind you. It's extremely annoying, and sometimes you end up waiting a very long time.

After today's visit, I'd give it zero stars if I could. Even one is too many... Waiting almost 30 minutes at the drive-thru for an order I'd already placed via the app is outrageous for a "fast"-food restaurant... But to be brushed off with a snarky reply and simply left standing there after my criticism, which was by no means harsh, is the icing on the cake. Yes, I know they can't really do much about it (although they are indeed slow), but treating customers like that is absolutely disrespectful! This was truly my last visit there... every euro I throw down the drain is better spent elsewhere. Just to be fair... the food tasted as usual. Nothing extraordinary, but edible.

Everything as usual at McDonald's

This McDonald's isn't even worth one star. Unfriendly, slow staff. You're just left standing around. Burgers are wrapped up, then left out of heat for 10 minutes. The burgers were cold, the fries were just okay... To top it all off, we only realized later (we ordered everything to go) that the nuggets weren't wrapped. This is a complete rip-off; you pay a lot of money for this kind of service. The place is filthy. And then they rudely tell you off when they call your name and you ask about your food. Where is the manager even looking? Surely they can't stop this!

I've never experienced such terrible service at any McDonald's before... You pay a lot of money, then you unpack the bag at home and half of it is missing.

The food is fast food, plain and simple. The service is usually overwhelmed. But the biggest problem is cleanliness. Tables are mostly dirty and rarely cleaned. I won't even mention the floor. The hand sanitizer dispenser at the service station is always empty. In other words, the seating area for guests is simply filthy.

The food is not delivered to the table and is simply left at the front.

A complete mess, the staff is totally leaderless. Ordered a Big Mac without salad three times... and got one with salad three times... Then they have the nerve to look at you like you're on fire. ... And this happened again today. They just never learn... Is there even a manager or someone like that, or do they just not care about the customers?

I didn't think I'd have to change my review after 5 years, but my experience today was simply disgusting. I wish I could give 0 stars for service. I ordered via mobile and selected the table delivery option (42). The employee then called out the number 42 loudly, and our food was ready at the counter, so we had to get it ourselves. It wouldn't have been a problem for me to get my food myself, but then the option wasn't available. Furthermore, the employees' attitude was desirable, as they gave us very judgmental looks and whispered among themselves. The fries were fresh, but the nuggets tasted like cardboard. Edit: This is absolutely disgusting. After a year, I have to edit this review again. Ordered a vanilla shake; there were chocolate spots on the edge and it wasn't completely filled (see attached picture). The fries tasted like cardboard. The burger wasn't assembled properly. It looked like someone had put absolutely no effort into it and just thrown the ingredients into the designated box. The shaker nuggets tasted like construction dust. Table service still hasn't been introduced, so I'd give it -1 star for service.

Poor service. When items were forgotten, the response was very unfriendly and the response was very slow. Also, very dirty.

We waited for our order, and when the four drinks were supposedly ready for pickup, we went to the checkout. There, the manager asked us why we were standing there. We said our number was ready. Very rudely, or rather, in a condescending manner, she told us... Then they go back to their designated seats, it wasn't ready yet. We were supposed to get the coffee across the street, so I waited, but I noticed it was right in front of them. I didn't go because we were forbidden to. That's how you treat paying customers. All three milkshakes were as smooth as water, but unfortunately, we had already moved on. When we arrived, the manager was already conspicuous, loudly yelling at their employee, so that everyone could hear. Whether this kind of management is something McDonald's itself has to decide, but this is never how you treat people. Whether staff or customers. This McDonald's won't see us again. Sadly.

Stay away from McDonald's, they forgot everything about your order and the floor is a disaster

I've rarely experienced a worse McDonald's than the one here in Wackersdorf. If possible, give it a wide berth. Terrible service and terrible food. The ordering process is careless and awful; the menu items are clicked away, apparently to speed up preparation. Horrible.

Dear McDonald's Team, Since I have to work hard for my salary, I expect to get what I ordered for a paid order. 1. A McRib was forgotten. 2. The McPlant nuggets were meat. 3. The McPlant wrap was meat. It's outrageous and irresponsible to serve a vegetarian meal with meat when ordered, especially since you can't trust the labeled boxes or the stickers that occasionally decorate the boxes. My favorite McD - everyone knows the chain

Hygiene in the women's restrooms was suboptimal. A pungent urine odor hung in the air.

We were here at 1 a.m. on our way back from a concert. Half the tables were dirty, the tray return station was overflowing because the trolleys weren't being emptied, so customers were leaving their trays on the tables next to them, and to top it all off, there was no toilet paper in the restrooms.

Ordered table service via app. After a long wait, I realized it was sitting at the counter cooling down. Annoying. At least they saved on cheese on a burger...

Congratulations on having the filthiest branch in the district! I've rarely seen such a filthy place. Everything is sticky. The floor looks like it hasn't been swept or mopped in weeks. The tables are littered with trash and dishes because the service cart isn't emptied. It's 10 a.m. and there are only a few customers! Meanwhile, the staff are standing behind the counter chatting. You could probably get your fill of the leftover food on the benches. Ugh, really.

Good. The staff is (MOSTLY) friendly or at least in a neutral mood, but you also have to be prepared to argue with them about any minor issue, especially in the evening or when there are a lot of people there (they're just fed up). The food is just like at a regular McDonald's, nothing special.

The fries had been sitting out for a while and were cold. A waste of money. The tables and floors weren't clean either.

The McChicken is not recommended, the chicken meat was extremely small...!!!

My vegetarian friend ordered a McPlant, and it had meat in it. The waitress replaced it without a word, but that shouldn't happen...

The food was great, it was clean, there's nothing to complain about, except for one point. If I order a coffee at the MC Café via the app—and I do that intentionally because I'd like it brewed from a portafilter—and then I get one from the WMF machine, and they argue with me that it's the same café, then that's enough for me. It's a shame the customer's wishes weren't taken into account here!

I had a larger order. I had already discussed it with the on-site staff by phone, etc. Everything went great, and I was able to pick up the order the next day (ordered again via the app). Everything went quite quickly on-site, and nothing was missing. The employees were very friendly to me. However, I'll give them a negative point because they were very unfriendly to each other. Some of them shouted at each other in front of customers and complained loudly about "old" kitchen appliances in the kitchen. It doesn't really make the best impression on customers.

Something was forgotten in our order, but it was corrected after we pointed it out. My son's burger and all the fries were only lukewarm. Unfortunately, one had the impression that a little more emphasis should be placed on cleanliness, both inside the "restaurant" (including the restrooms) and outside. Oh my gosh... this is by far the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been to. I don't know if it's because we were here on a Sunday morning and it's not usually that bad, but it's a real bummer for any meal. Disgusting!

Oh dear... where do I begin? We just wanted to grab a quick bite on the way home. So we looked for a seat and tried to order via the app. What we normally manage in 3-4 minutes (depending on the offer and our determination) took my wife 15 and me 20 minutes due to the terrible data connection. When the food arrived, my wife had fries that were clearly showing their age. My fries were fresh, but the wrong sauce was served on the tray. This was exchanged without any problems. The burger, which I specifically ordered without dalat, came with more salad than is usually on it. When I complained at the counter, I was met with a hissed "sorry," and instead of being offered the burger to be brought to the table (as in other stores in this chain), I waited over 5 minutes in a restaurant that was far less than half full, and I also had to endure insults about where to stand while I waited. So we spent a total of about an hour in this "fast-food restaurant." During that time, a single table was wiped down exactly once, while the rest were simply left alone. The floor also looked terrible. At least the atmosphere among the employees was fantastic, as the urge to communicate behind the counter was enormous, and there were plenty of employees standing around without anything to do. Come here again? Thanks, but no thanks.

One star is still too many. At these prices you can at least expect the food to be hot. Everything was carelessly thrown into the bag. I could have put my burger together individually at home. An absolute disgrace, and the staff hardly speak any German... never ever...

We have a gluten-free diet and McDonalds has always been a safe bet... Unfortunately, it probably doesn't apply to the German market, at least not to this branch... TOO MUCH.. And overall the worst MČ I've ever visited... The toilets are horrible, the floor in the restaurant is sticky... etc... When I ask about good food, they stare at me like a calf at the door😥...

They often forget things and don't serve at the cash register. I felt ignored for what felt like 10 minutes. Ps: I wasn't treated very kindly here either, even after I politely pointed out to an employee that something was wrong with my order. I'd rather go to MC's in Schwandorf South.

McDonald's is just so stable; you get exactly what you want here. The app works great too; you can order everything in advance and pick it up via McDonald's Drive-Thru. Everything's great. Absolute favorites are ice cream, milkshakes, and vegan chicken nuggets, so McDonald's is planning to serve you like a real burger.

I find this Mc store simply disastrous. It's happened to me three times now that the seller rounded up by 1 cent. Last time, I bought something for a total value of €6.49, and the seller then charged me €6.50. It's simply a disgrace. These people should simply be fired because it's considered illegal.

Every McDrive order (with the app) is missing at least two items. Usually just small burgers or sauces, but currently the value of the goods is €8! You almost have to assume it's intentional. It's a drama at home every time! And I'll be avoiding it in the future! Thanks for nothing, and bye forever!

Unfortunately, it's become standard practice at this McDonald's to unwrap your burger and not even fold it properly (see photo). Generally speaking, you can't use the drive-thru at this McDonald's, as they always forget something, be it a burger or nuggets. The staff is usually very unfriendly and irritated. Not recommended.

Less than one star is not acceptable when a global corporation no longer adheres to its opening hours. Open until 1 a.m. - closed at 12:15 a.m.!!!!!!! You apparently don't understand the fast food model. A report will be sent to headquarters.

At the Mc Drive it is a rarity when everything is included.

The citizen was already cold after less than a five-minute drive home. It also took over 30 minutes to receive the ordered goods. And that was only after repeated complaints. And that was the first time.

Cold fries, cold burgers, and Coke, but at least that was okay. It wasn't busy and they probably had too much prepared. The speakers in the ceiling are broken; it sounds terrible. The staff were very friendly, though.

The young, black-haired employee who brings the food is incredibly friendly and personable. It immediately enhances everything.

Hello, I'm sorry to have to write this review, but the unprofessional treatment of customers, which more than clearly shows how little they care after paying, leaves me no other option. We wanted to round off the weekend today with dinner from McDonald's, which we ordered and picked up, and we were really looking forward to it. We picked up food ordered via the app at the drive-thru. When we got home, we were met with an unpleasant surprise, and the family's good mood was naturally ruined. A portion of fries, curly fries, 9-pack nuggets were missing, and instead of a Fanta, we got Sprite – €16 of a €45 order was missing or incorrect. The burgers, except for one Big Mac, were ice cold. We called and explained the situation, and a gentleman on the phone said we should come back. When we got there, they handed us the missing food. No apology, no compensation for the mistake or the extra effort of driving twice, and no sympathy for us. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time this has happened to us at this McDonald's, but this situation was too extreme for us. We were big fans of McDonald's (for €45, three people can go out for pizza and probably get a better atmosphere), but we are extremely disappointed with this, our second experience. If this is the new standard at McDonald's, and customer service is so unimportant, then we won't dare visit there again in the future.

From the moment we entered the drive-thru, it was a disaster. The staff didn't speak the local language adequately, card payments were canceled, and the change was thrown into the donation box without being asked. In the meantime you can no longer go to this branch. Everything takes forever, there is no trace of customer friendliness and there is no need to even talk about the completeness of the order. A double pack menu with extra fries takes 13 minutes if the restaurant is empty. Then of course the 6 nuggets are missing. You go and talk about it. Instead of apologizing, they are handed over without comment. They were available, but the fact that they might belong to the customer in an empty restaurant is probably unusual. The highlight is the possibility of evaluation. Of course, the printer doesn't work properly, so you can't enter your code from the receipt. Hence the review here. It gets worse every time. Something should be changed as soon as possible.

In the restaurant at the ordering terminal the table number displays were dirty. There was food and garbage lying around on the floor. We waited 15 minutes for our order. The fries were cold and the nuggets were no longer hot either. Simply more order and cleanliness would be appropriate in a shop that deals with food.

The positive first: we enjoyed all 3 burgers. Now noticeable negative: dirty entrance area at the terminals; 3 out of 4 order terminals worked; no table service possible because there were no stands at the terminal; Screen at the pickup counter off; Extremely dirty floor (here I would venture to assume that it hasn't been cleaned for a while - see photo). We really can't make a recommendation here. Maybe the McDonald's Company should check its franchisees better.🤷🏻‍♀️

We had a stopover here and wanted to eat something. We had a hard time choosing where to sit, although there were a lot of free seats, the tables everywhere were very dirty. You don't like sitting there! 🫤

Worst branch! There are always things missing (sometimes burgers, sometimes fries, today ALL sauces!) Fries are ice cold and taste like they have been sitting for a long time. The burgers are also ice cold. The control sticker was removed from the apple bag (ice cold) before it was packed. At the ordering machine the roll was empty and no piece of paper came out. The pickup screen hasn't worked for ages. We will avoid this branch in the future! Totally chaotic and disorganized!

1 star is already too much. Every time you order takeout, something is missing. That's why I check before I leave whether "everything" is in there. Yes, today everything was there at first glance. But the food was inedible. Everything was ice cold (travel time 4 minutes) unfortunately I then noticed that all the sauces were missing! The Fanta can was also not included! Ordered to take away and only discovered it when I got home. Ice cold and white fries. The chicken nuggets were missing even though I paid for them. Out of 4 ordering machines only 3 worked. Very bad McDonald's.

Special request: No ice in drink --> there was ice in it Among other things, I ordered a double cheeseburger --> there was none. Unfortunately, I only noticed the missing burger on the highway, so I turned around annoyed at the next exit, only to be back 10 minutes after it was served. When I pointed out that I didn't see a double cheeseburger in there, the employee turned around and took the _READY_ burger from the dispenser that he had "overlooked" 10 minutes earlier and put it in the bag. No "sorry," no "I'm sorry," no "your entire order, including this burger, is now 15 minutes old - you'll get something as an apology." The moral: ALWAYS check IMMEDIATELY AFTER SERVING to make sure you have everything.

Sunday 8:00 a.m. - another McDonalds in Bavaria and again deserves five strong stars ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️. Very clean, staff very friendly, competent and helpful, everything delicious 😋, sun is shining, absolutely recommended..

The food is prepared quickly so if you are in a hurry the whole thing is perfect

The Happy Meal was missing the nuggets... fries not salted and cold. Lots of staff and no one has a plan.

Disaster! All cars had to pull over to the right (the waiting areas 1 and 2 are actually marked on the left) and we waited over 15 minutes for Royal cheese and wrap without any special requests 🤷🏻‍♂️

Unfortunately we didn't get any reusable cups and it wasn't clean (neither in the customer area nor in the kitchen).
