Harput Kebap in Norderstedt

Ich bin seit Jahren hier regelmäßig essen. Natürlich ist der Preis im Vergleich zu früher höher, aber nicht unbedingt höher als woanders. Es schmeckt gut und die Bedienung geht meistens schnell. Wenn man Extrawünsche hat werden die immer erfüllt.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, das Fleisch sehr saftig die Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr freundlich zu mir hab auch einen Cay bekommen und ich werde immer Chef genannt hahahaha Auch der günstigste Döner (7,5) hier in der Gegend für den Preis bin auch satt geworden

Also ehrlich gesagt ich kann die 5* Bewertungen gar nicht verstehen 🤦🏻 Entweder sind das Freundschaftsbewertungen oder bekannte! Orientiert euch an den negativen! Wir haben schon einiges probiert, aber dieser hier glänzt mit fertig Produkten. Nichts frisches und Geschmack wirklich nicht vorhanden. Es schmeckt alles fad und trostlos. Selbst das Geflügelfleisch hat kein bis kaum Geschmack. Es schmeckt alles wie eine Masse, nach nichts! Cocktail soße ohne Geschmack, Fleisch fast nicht vorhanden, Brot ohne Geschmack, selbst das Salat hatte wirklich kein Geschmack und wir mussten nach Salzen um ein bisschen was nach Geschmack herzustellen. Sowas ist auch eine Kunst das hinzubekommen. Und den Betreiber juckt es anscheinend überhaupt gar nicht. Da er nur Laufkunden da sind und kaum bis gar keine Stammkunden. Erklärte auch warum das Geschäft so leer war. Absolut keine Empfehlung!

Echt miserabel geworden. 7,50 Euro für kaum Fleisch, ein trockenes Brot und etwas Salat. Keine besondere Sauce, Schmutz hinter der Theke und keine Servietten auf den Tischen. Keine Lust an Produkten und glücklichen Kunden. Extra hinfahren für gute Stimmung kann man sich sparen. Die haben bei Harput einfach keine Lust mehr auf guten Döner.

Solider Service und die Jumbo Döner sind auch groß und für 10€ preislich gut.

Mir hat Der Döner Super geschmeckt

Ich esse hier sehr gerne. Lahmacun und Döner schmecken gut und werden schnell zubereitet. Geheimtipp: Cocktailsauce. Das Personal ist super freundlich und die Preise sind top. Der Laden selbst ist meistens relativ ruhig und man kann beim Warten gut die Passanten beobachten.

Ich habe einen Döner mit allem gegessen es war sehr viel Fleisch drin und es war sehr saftig. Die Saucen haben sehr saftig geschmeckt Mach meine Bestellung hab ich sogar einen Tee bekommen um mich ein bisschen mit dem Inhaber unterhalten. Er war auch sehr freundlich.

Es ist ein gutes Lokal, ich gehe oft dorthin und wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Das Essen ist schnell zubereitet und lecker.

„Ich dachte ja immer, ich hätte schon alles erlebt… aber dieser Döner hat neue Maßstäbe gesetzt. Nicht im positiven Sinne. Schon beim ersten Bissen wusste mein Magen: Das wird persönlich. Meine Kollegen und ich haben danach kollektiv die Bürotoiletten in eine Art Endzeit-Szenario verwandelt. Drei Tage lang. Wenn es dafür einen Katastrophenfilm gäbe, würde er einen Oscar verdienen. Geschmacklich? Eine Mischung aus Reue, Verzweiflung und fragwürdigen Lebensentscheidungen. Konsistenz? Sagen wir so: Selbst mein Vertrauen in die Menschheit war stabiler. Fazit: Wer Abenteuer sucht, sollte lieber Fallschirmspringen gehen. Dieser Döner ist nichts für schwache Nerven – oder stabile Verdauungssysteme.“

⭐ 1 Stern Ich bin wirklich schockiert. Ich habe 7,50 € für eine „Dönerbox“ bezahlt und bekomme dafür eine Mini-Portion, die eher wie ein kleiner Cappuccino-Becher aussieht (siehe Foto). Das hat absolut nichts mit einer normalen Dönerbox zu tun. Zusätzlich war die Bestellung falsch: Ich habe gemischtes Fleisch bestellt, bekommen habe ich nur Hähnchen. Als ich das angesprochen habe, wurde ich nicht ernst genommen – im Gegenteil, das Personal war frech. Für 7,50 € so eine kleine Portion, falsche Bestellung und dann noch unfreundlicher Umgang? Das ist für mich klare Abzocke. Ich kann diesen Laden absolut nicht empfehlen Eigentlich muss mann die an Finanzamt melden

Bei der Lage muss man keine leistung liefern. Der Lahmacun und der Döner waren die Enttäuschung schlecht hin. Das Fleisch hat vor Fett getrieft und geschmacklich konnte man nichts Markantes rausschmecken. Wir kommen nicht wieder. Zum Schluss mussten wir auch noch Bar zahlen, da er "alle" meine Karten nicht Lesen konnte.

1⭐️ Leider eine extrem enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir haben Dönerboxen bestellt und wurden nicht einmal gefragt, welches Fleisch wir möchten – es wurde einfach Hähnchen serviert, ohne Auswahl oder Rückfrage. Das wäre schon ärgerlich genug gewesen, aber die Qualität hat das Ganze komplett ruiniert: Das Fleisch war teilweise roh, sehr fettig und voller Knorpel. Wirklich unappetitlich. Auch bei den Soßen gab es keine Auswahl. Es wurde ausschließlich Tzatziki angeboten, das zudem komplett geschmacklos war. Der Salat wirkte wässrig und hatte praktisch keinen Geschmack – insgesamt wirkte alles lieblos und ohne Sorgfalt zubereitet. Besonders enttäuschend ist der fehlende Servicegedanke: Es wurde weder nach Wünschen gefragt noch auf Qualität geachtet. Für mich gehört das zu den absoluten Grundlagen in einem Dönerladen. So eine Erfahrung möchte ich nicht noch einmal machen. Leider nur 1 Stern – 0 wären angemessener.

Waren dort und haben extra drum gebeten das der Döner schnell zubereitet war, weil wir nur noch wenig Zeit hatten bis der Bus kam. Daraufhin wurde wirklich in einem Schneckentempo gearbeitet, völlig asozial. Am Ende war der Bus weg und wir blieben mit einem trockenen, geschmacklosen Döner zurück. Echt selten diese erlebt. Nicht frisch und teuer! Das Personal ist extrem unfreundlich.

8,50 Euro für Salat mit Beilage.. Spontan, da auf die U Bahn gewartet. Sehr wenig Fleisch, Soße schmeckt wässrig, nahezu 70% Salat aber auch keine Tomate oder Gurke, trotz Bestellung "mit alles". Dazu noch fast kalt, obwohl direkt gegessen... Kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen

Mitarbeiter sind absolut lustlos und unfreundlich, da kann man genauso gut mit einem Stein reden. Der Dürüm war schlecht gerollt und kalt, das Fleisch schmeckt nicht und der Salat war überhaupt nicht knackig. Spart euch das Geld, ist es wirklich nicht wert.

Die schlimmste Erfahrung, die man in einem Restaurant machen kann

Wir haben uns gestern zwei gemischte Döner bestellt, aber dies hätte ich mir im Nachhinein lieber erspart. Ich habe noch nie so einen schlechten und geschmacklosen Döner gegessen. Brot schmeckt nach Pappe, Salat überhaupt nicht knackig und frisch, die Soße war total krisselig und das Fleisch geschmacklos. Den Döner würde ich auf keinen Fall noch einmal essen oder empfehlen, nicht mal für umsonst.

Spontan zwei Döner mitgenommen, sowieso nicht viel erwartet, weil der Eindruck im Laden schon eher "ernüchternd" wirkte und dennoch enttäuscht. Das langweilige "Brot" wurde mit den Händen geöffnet, mit denen vorher das Bargeld eines anderen Kunden entgegengenommen wurde - okay, ein oder auch zwei Augen zugedrückt und so hingenommen. Dann schon beim auspacken des "Döners", einfach alles zugekleistert mit Soße, die wirklich einfach nur ekelig geschmeckt hat, das Gemüse langweilig, das Fleisch auch nicht besonders. Ich glaube, das war mit Abstand der schlechteste Döner, den ich je gegessen habe. Hatte gehofft, dass der Hunger es reintreibt, aber nein, ungenießbar. Ich hoffe, dass ich hinterher keine Probleme bekomme.. 7,50€ sind für diesen Döner genau diese zu viel. Nicht einmal umsonst würde ich von dort einen Döner oder etwas anderes essen.

Harput used to be a real treat, but now it's unfortunately a disappointment. The toilets are in very poor condition. The bread is dry, the doner kebabs are falling apart, and the meat doesn't live up to what you'd expect from a good doner kebab. The böreks are dry, hard, and seem stale, and the baklava tastes like it's from last week. Overall, it's only an option if you can't find anything else.

Unfortunately, the service has gotten worse recently. I ordered a doner kebab plate to eat here. The employee simply put tzatziki on it without asking what sauce I wanted. I like tzatziki, so it was fine for me. But what if someone doesn't like garlic? The portion was very small. About 15 pieces of fries, a bit of coleslaw, a few pieces of a cocktail tomato, and two slices of cucumber cut into strips. Plus a handful of meat that tasted like dry shavings. Doner kebab and an ayran for €17.50. Amazing! For me, the place is history.

Unfortunately I was disappointed. The meat was dry, the bread wasn't fresh and the sauce had little taste. The service seemed stressed and unfriendly. For the price I expected more.

The quality has suffered significantly in recent years. The meat is rotisserie and not a kebab, it tastes unseasoned. The prices are significantly too high compared to the quality. I find €8.90 for a kebab roll difficult, especially when the eating experience leaves something to be desired and you don't feel full. The shop itself is just a kebab shop, it definitely doesn't invite you to eat there. It is easy to reach by bus and subway. Conclusion: It's OK for a quick snack to go, but nothing more.

I went to Harput Döner yesterday and unfortunately I have to say that it was a really disappointing experience. The kebab was not only inedible in taste, but also caused me health problems. Shortly after eating it, I had severe stomach cramps and had to vomit several times. A few hours later, diarrhea started, which confirmed my suspicions that something was wrong with the food. The quality of the ingredients seemed questionable, the meat was dry and the salad seemed anything but fresh. The shop itself didn't seem particularly clean either, which in retrospect makes me even more annoyed that I ate there. I strongly advise against eating here, there are definitely better options in the area. Health should come first and with Harput Döner I feel like this is not the case.

Fried chicken was cold but tasted good. Lahmacun also good. PLV ok. Unfortunately, the food was prepared quite unhygienically (touched with unwashed hands, pieces of food scraped off the rust and put into the food). This may or may not go well... I prefer to eat with less risk.

We actually enjoyed our falafel and filled us up, but we found a hair in it. We also had fries and chicken nuggets. The fries had black spots and the nuggets didn't taste like nuggets at all, too soft.

One star is already too much for these incredibly bad, run-of-the-mill kebabs. The bread was so limp, the meat... Actually there was almost no meat in the kebab. It's probably better that way, considering the way they look. It's actually a bread with lots of salad, watery sauce and some "meat". Never never over!

I have rarely experienced such bad service. The employee who took my order then made me wait a full 10 minutes because it was apparently more important to wash dishes at that time. When I finally got my kebab, I realized that the meat and the fries were really bad and the only thing that tasted OK was the salad and the sauce. I'll never eat there again.

The vegan kebabs are freshly prepared in a pan and are quite OK. There is also a vegan sauce, but it is not very tasty. Then just hot sauce 😏 Unfortunately, communication is a bit difficult. After ordering a PommDöner, we were asked whether it was in bread or in a box. I would have liked to see PommDöner in bread...maybe next time 🤣

Here we had the Dürüm - kebab in the normal version half an hour before closing time. One positive thing to note is that the meat was cut directly from the skewer and (upon request) it was topped as desired. However, the quantity wasn't really convincing and the meat has a high proportion of minced meat. Therefore it is also declared as rotisserie meat.

Brot teilweise Tage alt, Fleisch schmeckt nicht und der Salat ist in Ordnung, da kann man aber auch nicht viel falsch machen…. Insgesamt ist das Produkt einfach nicht ansprechend. Vom Service kann man einfach nur geschockt sein. Mitarbeiter verstehen kleinste „Änderungswünsche“ kaum. Der „Chef“ ist ne Totalkatastrophe, sobald man nicht Türke, oder woher die auch kommen, ist, wird gefühlt mies behandelt. Alles in einem…. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Also… bisher war ich dreimal da, und diese waren super. Zweimal mit einer Freundin, einmal, um einen Gutschein zu kaufen. Mit der Freundin war’s lecker, nett und entgegenkommend. Um den Gutschein zu kaufen… Es gab viel zu lachen… bis alle verstanden haben, was ich eigentlich wollte 😊😊😂

Das Essen ist normalerweise ganz lecker aber heute war es sehr ölig ganz eklig. Der Service heute war auch schlecht die Person hat richtig leise geredet man hat nichts verstanden insgesamt finde ich es akzeptabel

Ich war 2 Mal dort, und beide Male versuchte das Personal, mich auszutricksen, ich gab 20 Euro, zu denen ich nur 2 Euro zurückbekam, nachdem ich gefragt hatte, wie viel es kostet, bekam ich weitere 10 Wechselgeld, beide Male für den gleichen Witz
