Good lunch with a reasonable price-performance level

So that was nothing, no taste, little meat

Unfortunately it was really really bad, it had deteriorated a lot compared to before, the meat was absolutely not good and very tough. Especially since 2 poultry kebabs were ordered and we got two veal kebabs. Definitely won't eat here again.

I'm stunned. How can a kebab man in such a good location make such an incredibly bad kebab. The sauces are sour and only taste like sour cream or whatever they use for it. The kebab doesn't taste good. I'm not coming back.

I went to Harput Döner yesterday and unfortunately I have to say that it was a really disappointing experience. The kebab was not only inedible in taste, but also caused me health problems. Shortly after eating it, I had severe stomach cramps and had to vomit several times. A few hours later, diarrhea started, which confirmed my suspicions that something was wrong with the food. The quality of the ingredients seemed questionable, the meat was dry and the salad seemed anything but fresh. The shop itself didn't seem particularly clean either, which in retrospect makes me even more annoyed that I ate there. I strongly advise against eating here, there are definitely better options in the area. Health should come first and with Harput Döner I feel like this is not the case.

Everything was good. The best thing is price, I bought for 6.90 euros and the kebab was big and tasty. This is a good place if you are somewhere next

Unfortunately really not that great, where are the spices? You have the feeling of not being welcome. This dismissive manner makes the customer feel rather annoying. I think it would be better if you said a few more words: Enjoy your meal, thank you very much, have a nice day or something similar, or say goodbye.

The employees are so disrespectful. We say that we want to pay by card. He says it doesn't work. Why not because of taxes or something. He says I'm busy. Hey, we just want to pay. He speaks so disrespectfully. I've never seen anything like it.

I recently ate in your restaurant and unfortunately I was not at all satisfied with the service. Your employees' behavior towards customers was extremely disrespectful and disinterested. I would have expected your restaurant to offer quality service, but this experience left me very disappointed. Fried chicken was cold but tasted good. Lahmacun also good. PLV ok. Unfortunately, the food was prepared quite unhygienically (touched with unwashed hands, pieces of food scraped off the rust and put into the food). This may or may not go well... I prefer to eat with less risk.

We actually enjoyed our falafel and filled us up, but we found a hair in it. We also had fries and chicken nuggets. The fries had black spots and the nuggets didn't taste like nuggets at all, too soft.

July 5th at 8pm I came, I said 1 wrap, a piece of meat came from beef and wraps and the officer still lied to me and I am the person who works at the doner shop.

One star is already too much for these incredibly bad, run-of-the-mill kebabs. The bread was so limp, the meat... Actually there was almost no meat in the kebab. It's probably better that way, considering the way they look. It's actually a bread with lots of salad, watery sauce and some "meat". Never never over!

It used to be really good, now it's disappointing, there's almost nothing in the dürüm. 90% of the salad is really cheeky at that price, turned with the hands with the ones in front of it 3 Customers were cashed in cash. Hygiene standards were once better...

It tastes freshly prepared and all the staff are friendly

I have rarely experienced such bad service. The employee who took my order then made me wait a full 10 minutes because it was apparently more important to wash dishes at that time. When I finally got my kebab, I realized that the meat and the fries were really bad and the only thing that tasted OK was the salad and the sauce. I'll never eat there again.

Unfortunately, the staff was very unmotivated and not friendly either. Doner kebab meat is only moderately tasty but garnished with lots of tomato pieces (tomato doner). Sauce selection weak and not very tasty. Sorry, but there is room for improvement

The vegan kebabs are freshly prepared in a pan and are quite OK. There is also a vegan sauce, but it is not very tasty. Then just hot sauce 😏 Unfortunately, communication is a bit difficult. After ordering a PommDöner, we were asked whether it was in bread or in a box. I would have liked to see PommDöner in bread...maybe next time 🤣

Here we had the Dürüm - kebab in the normal version half an hour before closing time. One positive thing to note is that the meat was cut directly from the skewer and (upon request) it was topped as desired. However, the quantity wasn't really convincing and the meat has a high proportion of minced meat. Therefore it is also declared as rotisserie meat.

Brot teilweise Tage alt, Fleisch schmeckt nicht und der Salat ist in Ordnung, da kann man aber auch nicht viel falsch machen…. Insgesamt ist das Produkt einfach nicht ansprechend. Vom Service kann man einfach nur geschockt sein. Mitarbeiter verstehen kleinste „Änderungswünsche“ kaum. Der „Chef“ ist ne Totalkatastrophe, sobald man nicht Türke, oder woher die auch kommen, ist, wird gefühlt mies behandelt. Alles in einem…. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Nett und freundlicher Service Angebot vielseitig

Also… bisher war ich dreimal da, und diese waren super. Zweimal mit einer Freundin, einmal, um einen Gutschein zu kaufen. Mit der Freundin war’s lecker, nett und entgegenkommend. Um den Gutschein zu kaufen… Es gab viel zu lachen… bis alle verstanden haben, was ich eigentlich wollte 😊😊😂

Das Essen ist normalerweise ganz lecker aber heute war es sehr ölig ganz eklig. Der Service heute war auch schlecht die Person hat richtig leise geredet man hat nichts verstanden insgesamt finde ich es akzeptabel

Also ich habe schon geschmackvollere Döner gegessen und der Laden wirkt auf mich ungemütlich einfach.

Ich war 2 Mal dort, und beide Male versuchte das Personal, mich auszutricksen, ich gab 20 Euro, zu denen ich nur 2 Euro zurückbekam, nachdem ich gefragt hatte, wie viel es kostet, bekam ich weitere 10 Wechselgeld, beide Male für den gleichen Witz

Schöner Imbiss, das Personal ist freundlich, das Essen ist lecker 😋 und die Preise sind noch moderat, trotz jüngster Erhöhung.

Glaub der einzige Döner Laden in Norderstedt, der auch Seitan als vegane Fleischalternative hat. Die Leute dort sind immer nett und freundlich. All good.

Für uns der beste und netteste Dönerladen in Norderstedt. Da sind wir oft und wir nehmen auch gern mal was mit.

Da kann man preiswert Essen,und Zeit verbringen . Preisverhältnis ist noch normal für ein türkischen Imbiss

Döner war ganz gut, aber war unnormal klein. Naja dafür nur 5,00€

Heute waren die Herren hinterm Tresen etwas maulig, wortkarg. Da geh ich erst mal nicht mehr hin. Ich erwarte keine große Verbeugung, aber etwas Lächeln im Gesicht würde nicht schaden. Essen war ok, aber sonst ?....

Geschmacklich ok, Soße wurde vergessen, Dönerbox mit reis bestellt, zu viel Reis und zu wenig Salat. Die Bedienung war nicht gut drauf. Kein Hallo sondern nur ein: bitteschön? Getreu dem Motto seh zu und sag mir was du willst. Trinkgeld gegeben und ein schönes Wochenende gewünscht. Es kam nur ein Tschüß... kein Danke etc. Naja Höflichkeit ist nicht deren Stärke

Der vegane Döner bei Harput ist wirklich klasse, kann mit dem Schanzendöner mithalten! Außerdem gibt es vegane Joghurtsauce, was auch nicht überall der Fall ist. Je einen halben Stern Abzug gibt's für das Ambiente (sehr lieblos, Imbiss-Style) und dafür dass der vegane Döner mit 10 Minuten erheblich länger in der Zubereitung dauert, als der Döner mit Kalb oder Geflügel.

Als Fast-food-restaurants, kann man nicht verlangen. Alles gut.
