Ich hatte nur 3 bis 4 min Zeit ! Die Mitarbeiterin hat es gezaubert .. mit extra wünsche ichvhave noch mein Bus bekommen … beide Burger top , Mitarbeiterin top . Vielen Dank

Ekelhaft wenn das Personal insbesondere am Wochenende die Toilette am Busbahnhof Garstedt benutzen. Und eben gerade habe ich es wieder gesehen das Personal von Burger King zu der öffentlichen Toilette am Busbahnhof Garstedt geht und heute ist Montag der 8 Juni 2026 um 17.35 Uhr. Schwach das Burger King keine Toiletten für das Personal hat und außerdem habe die Toiletten im Einkaufszentrum Herold Center geöffnet

Null Sterne!!!! Habe heute einen Long Chicken gegessen und jetzt liege ich mit einer Lebensmittelvergiftung zu Hause im Bett !!!! Ich rate jeden ab da was zu essen!!!!

Ich komme schon seit langer Zeit hierher und bin immer zufrieden. Das Personal ist freundlich, das Essen schmeckt gut und der Service ist schnell. Für mich definitiv 5 Sterne wert. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Burgermenü und 2 Burger bestellt habe nur das Menü bekommen :(

Größere Bestellung, sehr zügig bekommen. Dann festgestellt, fehlt was. Also nochmal zurück, kurz besprochen und sofort frisch und mit ner Entschuldigung bekommen. Service wie man ihn grad bei Fast Food Ketten sehr selten hat.

Öffnungszeiten oftmals falsch und früher geschlossen. Bürger oftmals max lauwarm bis kalt.

Die Sprite schmeckt nach Schemie, die Pommes waren zwar frisch aber ohne Geschmack, der Burger ging, .. man kann nicht gemütlich essen, kein Sitzplatz, die Sonne blendet total und das nervt..

Essen Top. Service nur bedingt. Ist halt auch nur ein kleiner Laden für schnell rein bestellen und wieder raus. Hauptsächlich wohl auch wegen dem Regen Verkehr und Bus Bahn Haltestellen. Ich hatte dort auch keinen Ambiente Anspruch benötigt da es einfach ein fast food carrier mit wechselnder Laufkundschaft ist. Essen war super zubereitet und besser als in den grossen Filialen.

Bis 3:00 Uhr geöffnet und 2:53 Uhr gibt es nichts mehr. Was soll das?

Schlechteste Fastfood Erfahrung Ever! Hatte 3 Cheeseburger bestellt. Die Buns knochentrocken. Die lagen wahrscheinlich schon ein paar Tage offen rum. Die Paddies auch trocken und ungenießbar. Der Belag lieblos in einer Ecke der Cheeseburger geklatscht. Der Service unfreundlich und nach Reklamation pampig. Keine Empfehlung.

Das ist eine Frechheit dass die preise noch angezogen werden bei McDonald's kosteten happymeal4.49€ bei burger king 5.99 besser schmecken tut's auch nicht, also wo geh ich lieber hin mc

Absoulute Katastrophe. Das Essen alt und kalt. Unfreundlich Mitarbeiter. Wir waren als Gruppe dort haben 7 Bürger Menü bestellt haben nur 3 Burger erhalten. Die super alt und ungenießbar waren. Von dem Mitarbeiter wurden wir respektlos behandelt. Schade um das Geld und super traurig und gefährlich für unseren Körper. Nie wieder! Einfach nur eklig und unfassbar!

Schlechtester burger king im Umkreis von 20km inkompetentes Personal ein ignoranter geschäfftsführer hält es nicht für nötig zu helfen und lässt leute einfach stehen statt konstruktive lösung zu finden ne dann wird einem gesagt dann halt Tschüß das ist top Kunden Service Bin froh wenn das Gesundheitsamt irgendwann den Laden schließt nie richtig sauber und immer fettiger rutschig Boden

Eine Kleine Burger King Filiale, bei der man je nach Tageszeit mit einer kleinen Schlange rechnen muss. Die Bedienung ist stets freundlich und das Essen in der Qualität wie man sie erwartet. Der Laden ist sauber und direkt über den Busbahnhof zu erreichen, ist also sehr Zentral direkt am Einkaufszentrum gelegen.

After being told that the lettuce was only a deep brown because the burgers were being kept warm, we asked about our forgotten mayo and were told that anyone could say that. Is it too much to expect someone to be able to properly count the ingredients that go into the bags, or at least be friendly about it? Incredibly brazen service!

Went to Burgerking in Garstedt today around 3 p.m., I just got a fries and 5 nuggets for my 3.5 year old daughter and me. The end of the story is that my daughter has been breaking up for the past 5 p.m. and hasn't stopped yet.

After finding the official phone number of the branch, I dialed the number and waited anxiously. It rang several times and finally the call was actually answered. But instead of a friendly greeting or even a professional "Burger King, how can I help you?" All I got was a completely disrespectful, condescending “Cüs” – and then they simply hung up. At first I was completely perplexed. Was that a mistake? Did someone dial wrong? Maybe it was an inattentive temp who didn't know how to handle phone calls? Since I was sure I had dialed the right number, I tried again - hoping there was a misunderstanding. This time, however, it only rang briefly and then the call was immediately rejected. I thought to myself, “This can’t be true!” So I tried a third time - but this time too it was immediately pushed away. Now I really have to ask: In what world is this kind of behavior towards customers acceptable? I had a completely harmless, normal question - and instead of getting any help, I was brushed off in a way I've never experienced before. This shows either a complete disregard for customer satisfaction or an absolute one

I'm usually here late in the evening/night on the way home when everything is closed. Even late at night, the staff is always friendly and can deal with a wide variety of people. The food is mostly fresh, hot and delicious. There is still room for improvement in terms of atmosphere.

Good food, usually friendly staff. Only issues are that the menu is limited (doesn't usually have seasonal items) and the location is very small. But it's a good place to grab your food and go.

I've been to this place twice and twice my order was put together incorrectly, the first time I ordered two burgers with beef and one with chicken, on the contrary they gave me two with chicken and one with beef, completely forgetting about the sauce Potatoes, twice I had them and twice they weren't given to me.

With a lot of customers, not much good service could be expected for a “quick snack in between.” However, you should take this into account for “fast food restaurants” with a lot of “walk-in customers”. But the staff was still very nice and tried hard. A lot was probably produced beforehand, so my food was unfortunately lukewarm or even cold - a shame!

Plant based burger (vegetarian) ordered and when you get home you can see that bacon was put on it (of course not ordered). Just cheeky and rarely stupid. Then of course no one answers the phone. Now I have to go back to get my money back or what?

Great campsite. Coffee corner sparsely occupied. Transit area, so the tent campers change every day. We were there longer than some others. Is a stopover campsite. Owner very friendly and helpful.

The burger was old and had a sour taste. The hygiene in the restaurant is also questionable. Not long after eating, my stomach started to hurt. I definitely do not recommend immortalization.

Oh my god I got a chicken nuggets burger and it was in there. Mayo and salad was also bad and the chicken nuggets were also old. My God, it's such a juice shop I can never eat it again.

Saturday evening from 9:40 p.m August 3rd, 2024 😷🤢🤮 I ordered food from Burgerking Herald Center, Big King menu as well teriiyaki king burger, in the evening I could hardly sleep and in the morning I vomited more than 5 times plus constant diarrhea and until Tuesday morning I still had the stomach ache. 🤢🤮😷🥵 The cause I think was (teriiyaki King) I still have a stomach ache as I write this. That was my first bad experience with Burgerking.

I don't know how you managed almost 4 stars? 1 star is just rubbish for you. I'm sorry for you. I hope at some point you will offer customers fresh meat and clean baguettes

Worst Citizen King ever, there are no specials here and the opening times aren't right either, it's supposed to be open later on the weekend but it closes at 11 p.m.

My husband just bought a large portion of fries for 4 euros for our son…. I asked him if he only bought a small portion because I was immediately surprised about the small portion. This is an absolute disgrace. Not even 100 grams of fries for €4. This is a rip-off. It would always be nice to check what's in the bag and buy a small portion because that's what you get when you pay the big price

The snack is good and the price too! But the trash can was full and no one was cleaning it. The two girls working like crazy with the long line and the lazy owner sitting at the computer not caring about anything. You could help the girls when the queue grows or clean the bins since you don't want to spend money to hire another person. The floor is sticking. In addition to sweeping, they need to be washed with water from time to time. The impression it gives is that they never washed the floor. My feeling is that the owner is stingy. Unfortunately there is nowhere to sit.

Despite the negative reputation, I ordered there. But only one fries because I thought you couldn't go wrong with that. You can, I had really bad gastrointestinal problems afterwards. Essen ist Mega, Mitarbeitern sind sehr nett, Sitzbänke sind aber gar nicht bequem. Bestelle da sehr gern zum Mitnehmen

Ein sehr kleiner Verkaufsraum,dadurch können sich sehr schnell Warteschlangen bilden(passiert auch des öfteren). Des weiteren sollte man nach dem Empfang der bezahlten Ware(Tüte) den verpackten Inhalt desselben unbedingt kontrollieren, es könnte sich sonst evtl. eine Überraschung anbahnen(einigen der Mitarbeiter interessiert es nicht wirklich was sie gerade machen oder verpacken,dazu gehört ein gewisses Maß an Mitdenken(auch IQ genannt)).

Standart halt. Wichtig wäre zu erwähnen das es ein sehr kleiner Laden ist und man daher recht häufig warten muss. Und dieses Restaurant nimmt auch nicht an allen Coupons in der app teil

Bei jedem mal wenn ich was mit nehme fehlt etwas bei der Bestellung. Genau dann ist der Kassen Zettel nicht da bei.
