The food is below average. Sure, the people there are nice, but that alone doesn't make it worthwhile. Whether it's doner kebab, schnitzel, falafel, or gyros, it's all just "barely okay."

Many thanks to the nice middle-aged lady who just refused to let my 5-year-old child go to the toilet (her husband had a heart and wanted to let her go). She waved dismissively and looked down on me as I approached. May God punish her someday for such misdeeds! I'm speechless. This was unthinkable and a complete no-go for the previous owners! But anyway, the food isn't what it used to be, and even the friendliness has disappeared. You'll soon realize that making money isn't everything in life! (Especially since I would have even given you money!) You should seriously reconsider your attitude towards the youngest members of society, because all such misdeeds will eventually come back to haunt you!

Ordered food from Lieferando, which stated a delivery time of 35-50 minutes. We've been waiting for over 80 minutes for our food, and we can't reach anyone by phone. We just received a message that the order has been canceled. Never again. A delivery fee of €3.50 is absolutely outrageous.

I've never been there, so I have no idea what the atmosphere is like. The food is great. I'd like to order there more often—like I'm doing right now—but if payment via debit card or Klarna isn't offered, well, that's a shame. Not everyone has PayPal and credit cards and has cash lying around at home. Unfortunately, it'll be the competition again.

I called seven times today. It only played a recorded message for about 15 minutes. The message said you're on vacation until July 25, 2025. Today is August 16-25, 2025! No one answers the phone. What's up with that?

I was amazed by the quality of the kebab, and the size. Quality for a small price, and my son and I were so full and truly amazed by the quality. Truly top-notch. It can't be compared to the other kebab just a few doors down.

The delivery arrived within the requested time and was still piping hot. The pizza, like last time, was much too thin in terms of dough and didn't taste as good as it used to. The tomato sauce was somewhat acidic. The potato chicken casserole was more like potatoes with chicken in sauce. It tasted good, though. I've ordered from you so often and always enjoyed it, but the pizza used to be better.

You're not serious! I place my order, and after about an hour, I get a call saying they're out of certain items (meat) I ordered. Unfortunately, you're getting worse and worse; you keep forgetting little things.

I wish it had been a bit cleaner there. I worked without gloves, was on the phone, and kept touching the bread with my hands. In any case, after that kebab, my daughter got a stomachache and diarrhea. The counter was dirty, and the inside where the sauces were was unappetizing. A bit of tidiness wouldn't be a bad thing. I hope something changes. I'll never eat there again.

So far, good. Today, after a long wait, I ordered a gypsy schnitzel with fries (it came without mayo, as ordered, but it was included in the price). The sauce for the schnitzel seemed like Bolognese sauce, only without the minced meat and instead with lots of bell peppers. This mush is abysmal. You've done better. Sorry, thumbs down... (P.S. Luckily, I still had mayo in the fridge).

Food always comes quickly. Food is always delicious. And the drivers are always in a great mood and friendly.

Absolutely not recommended! Ordered a kebab plate with fries sauce + mayo. Got meat from the almost empty chicken skewer because it might have had to go. No sauce. By the way, the lamb skewer looked good. Funny that I wasn't asked what meat 🤔. They obviously don't value new guests here.

Ordered online during opening hours. Order confirmation came via email. The estimate was about 45 minutes. After 1 hour 15 we called. “It won’t open until later today; food will be available at 4 p.m.” Essen didn't arrive until 1630. So I waited about 2 hours 45 minutes. Still tasted good. But communication and delivery disastrous.

We ordered from Lützenkirchener Grill for the first time and were thrilled. We are 4 people who meet every Monday evening for a series evening. Since we were a little hungry, we scrolled through Lieferando and ended up at the Lützenkirchener Grill. I actually wanted to make my friends happy and asked for a heart to be painted on the pizza boxes. But what we received was incredible and we were speechless! Not only were there hearts in the boxes, even the pizza rolls were baked in heart shapes! And then they tasted good too. Simply unbelievable! It definitely brightened up our evening and we celebrated the event! Thank you for this highlight. We would love to order here again!

After I got stomach problems from their kebab twice, I ordered salami pizza and croquettes with curry sauce after a long time. The curry sauce is heated Helas ketchup from the penny (disgusting sugar with tomato flavor) The pizza made me vomit after 30 minutes, which suggests that either the salami isn't really fresh or there is chemistry involved. My stomach is very sensitive (medical analysis) Since the store is getting worse and more expensive with cheaper ingredients, it's probably time to take action after visiting the doctor. Sample is available.

The worst meal I have eaten in 60 years + 6 other dishes never again.

Döner plate, generous normal portion, tasty and friendly decorated. Currywurst "ok", there could be more curry in the sauce. Fries as they should be, exactly right. Housekeeping was fresh with good dressing. Friendly staff or location, which seems to be constantly moving. “Brand-oriented” atmosphere so that you always know where you are eating. Delivery service adheres to the specified times. Prices with delivery service as stated, no surprises. In almost all deliveries the goods are complete and warm/hot. Delivery staff might like to have enough change if you have your wallet with you. 4 to 5 stars, rounded up to 5 🌟 But there is still a bit of improvement possible.

I can recommend it to everyone! Tastiest pizza in all of Leverkusen! Great service, nice people! Always friendly. The pizzas always have plenty of toppings and always taste good! See for yourself.

Ordered 2 hours ago and still not there. Called after an hour. I was told that the driver is leaving now and will be there in 10 minutes. And another hour passed.😡😡😡 If I had ordered in Holland it would have been here beforehand😤😤

I have the biggest stomach ache from the kebab

Ordered 4 currywursts. 3 Delivered. Call to the restaurant saying “it will be delivered later”. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting, another call. Statement “we’re finishing work and won’t deliver anything anymore” Definitely not recommended!

For me one of the best restaurants to eat delicious gyros.

Unfortunately the food was very dry and quite unseasoned. But since it was a holiday, let's turn a blind eye.

Ganz schlechter laden man bestellt ein Gyros pita und bekommt einen Döner unfassbar dann wird einen unverschämt gesagt ein Gyros pita ist bei uns als Kebab deklariert nie wieder da was essen wird gemeldet als Täuachung

Zuverlässig, schnell und lecker! Letzte Lieferandobewertung war meinerseits etwas verfrüht. Hatte bemängelt, Pommdöner ohne Zaziki. Lag separat dabei/übersehen (macht ja Sinn). Gibt nichts zu meckern 😊😉

Respekt an die Küche super Service einfach köstliches Essen Dennis 20 Sterne geben würde würden die nicht einmal genug sein um zu beschreiben wie gut das Essen bei euch schmeckt

Eine sehr freundliche Dame hinter dem Tresen die meine Currywurst mit Pommes frisch zubereitet hat. Dadurch waren die Pommes heiß und knusprig mit einem leckeren Gewürz dran. Die Sauce war mit einem geschmacklich etwas anderen Curry gewürzt als ich es gewohnt bin aber trotzdem sehr lecker. Ich bin nicht so der große Fan von feinen Bratwürsten aber diese hier war wenigstens von guter Qualität. Angerichtet wurde alles ganz nett in einer Porzelan-Pommesschale. Hat mir auch gut gefallen. Das Kölsch dazu hat auch geschmeckt also alles in Allem eine volle Empfehlung.

Wenn ich vor Ort bestelle geht es für ein Grill sehr schnell. Wenn ich telefonisch vorbestelle, ist es auch zu dieser Zeit fertig. Wünsche werden / wurden immer erfüllt.

Vor 4 Monaten hab ich euch ein negative Bewertung dagelassen mit nur einem Stern , weil wirklich nichts uns geschmeckt hat . Woran das damals lag, können wir leider nicht sagen. Aber wir geben immer eine weitere Chance . Wir haben also soeben abgeholt einen Döner , einmal Dürüm Und Pommes und ich muss sagen es hat uns wirklich köstlich geschmeckt, sodass ich euch von damals nur einen Stern hoch pushe jetzt auf volle 5 Sterne . Die Bestellung hab ich telefonisch gemacht und abgeholt dann. Die Dame am Telefon und später im Imbiss war super nett und bat einen super Service an .

Essen wie bei Muttern nur ganz anders Einfach nur lecker

Ich liebe diesen Laden. Bestelle mir sehr oft einen Dönerteller und es schmeckt jedes Mal sehr gut. Außerdem schmeckt die Pizza, Pizzabrötchen und die Pommes auch sehr gut. Fahrer sind immer SEHR freundlich und als bei meiner Bestellung mal etwas nicht klar war wurde direkt angerufen damit alles richtig ist. Oft kriege ich auch einen kleinen Kuchen mit zu meiner Bestellung. Jungs ihr macht eine Super Arbeit und steckt viel Herz mit rein. Freue mich schon auf die nächste Bestellung

Bedienung war nett. Die Currywurst war außen hart, wurde also mehrmals eingefrohren und wieder aufgetaut. Dafür 7€ ist frech.

Sehr leckerer Döner... Mit viel Fleisch und soße

Die Lieferung war eine Katastrophe kam erst nach 1,5 std, haben einen Gyrosteller bestellt und es kann nur ein pommdöner für arme an. Das Fleisch war labberig und nur schwer essbar. Das einzig annehmbare waren die Pommes

Ich vermisse sehr die alten Besitzer des Ladens, von vor 10 Jahren circa, dass war der beste deutsche Imbiss in der ganzen Umgebung! Weiß einer, warum diese nicht mehr den Laden weiter geführt haben? Hatte damals irgendetwas von einem Todesfall mitbekommen.
