Actually a very clever MacDonalds, nothing to complain about. Gladly again

Was there after 8:30 p.m. Had to pay a €35 fine because I drove into the parking lot. Was actually always satisfied. Now I'll never come back. Park & ​​Control doesn't respond to you either, they only ask you to pay if you write to them. Thanks for that Park & ​​Control, apparently I'm not the only one who feels this way.

Food is as you would expect from McDonald's, but this one is also very clean and everyone is always friendly

Nice McDonald’s food was good but I think they forgot to season the burger.

The fries were cold. The trays were piled up in the garbage return area so that some of our food was served in bags even though we ordered to eat here and all of this with very little activity. Were here on a quiet Sunday evening

Beware of rip-offs at the parking lot by Park&Control from 8 p.m. I had to pay €35 just because I parked there and ate something for 10 minutes.

It takes a long time to get the food and you can see that other people didn't get it or that they didn't get something, but otherwise it's a very nice shop

Staff annoyed, didn't clear anything away, the trays were overflowing. Burger poorly topped, far too little lettuce, it was a leaf when I asked the employee, the answer came, I couldn't change it... the staff was totally overwhelmed.

I'm really disappointed with my visit to McDrive. Even though I had already prepared my order in the app and just wanted to give the pickup code, we were simply ignored. The employees seem to be completely overwhelmed with the McDrive. They only took care of the neighboring lane while we had to wait forever. What was frustrating was that cars arriving after us in the neighboring lane were immediately served while we stood and waited! When I finally went to the checkout window to raise the issue, I was also treated rudely! That was just too stupid. I didn't feel like it anymore and went back without ordering. Thanks, Donalds!

I've had cold fries a few times now. I actually always eat them straight away. The burger was cold today too. I think it's pointless with the two tracks as the employees often get confused. I'd rather go to the industrial area and never had cold fries there. Everyone can forget something or something, but there is always something here

Newer and visually appealing, albeit relatively small, McDonald's. The fast self-ordering terminals and the mostly clean sanitary facilities are particularly positive. Especially in winter, the two entrances and exits with the seats directly adjacent to them are rather uncomfortable. Cold air is constantly coming in here and you kind of feel like you're sitting in the way. The parking situation is uncomplicated, even if everything in your own spaces is full, there is a large shopping center adjacent to it with enough spare space.

Just got something to eat there. Fries old and soggy, probably reheated. Disgusting

It's a shame there isn't enough parking space on site. The parking spaces of the neighboring supermarkets are not allowed to be used at certain times - if you do, you'll get a parking ticket sent home...

Nice, tidy McDonalds. The food is just fast food, but the employees are always very friendly and the food is ready in record time. Tables, chairs etc. are always clean, but I'm usually there in the morning, I have no idea what it looks like in the evening.

Very clean. All the employees were friendly. The menu ordered was complete. Fries hot and crispy, the Big Rösti was warm. Drinks are cold. That's how it has to be.

Be careful as a vegetarian!! I got chicken nuggets several times instead of the plant nuggets I ordered. However, I always noticed it before the first bite and gave it back. Today, however, I had 20 nuggets of plant AND chicken nuggets in my plant. Impudence! Never again

Unfortunately the heating hasn't worked or been turned off for weeks. The place is ice cold.

A usual McDonalds. Apparently the heating is defective. It is bitterly cold in the restaurant. A mountain of napkins is added to the food without considering the waste.

We were in the emergency room at the children's hospital with our son. When we were finally allowed to go home in the evening, we were of course hungry. We ordered via the app and then picked up the items from McDrive. An initial check revealed that the drink from the Happy Meal was missing and we were given the drink without any problems. However, we had overlooked the fact that the toy was also missing. We only discovered this when we got home. I can't imagine it being that difficult to process the order and pack all the parts ordered. Everything is listed individually both in the system and on the receipt. This negligence coupled with the poor quality of the food makes a visit to a McDonalds in Bayreuth (the other one is just as sloppy with packing!) an unpleasant experience.

I don't understand why it's ALWAYS so difficult to process the ordered things? Every time, every time, something is missing. Today the fun is actually over. When you order Happy Meals and no toys are delivered for the third time, it's more than annoying. If the wrong sauce is given here and there or none at all, that's okay. There wasn't a lot of customer traffic, everything was quiet, absolutely no stress. I ask for explanation or clarification. Thanks!

Rock hard nuggets are sold delicious!!!!!!

Today we spontaneously visited the McDonalds restaurant. Around 5 p.m. Orders were placed via card in self service. After less than 5 minutes the very friendly employee brought our food. Separated into drinks and food (2 trays completely full each) The french fries were hot, well salted and delicious. Burgers were great, although I have to deduct a small point here because there could have been a little more of the delicious sauce on the McRib... But that's bearable considering the fact that the entire restaurant was packed. Everything was spotlessly clean, there was no rubbish lying around, the toilet was clean. Easily 15 employees on site... Top👍 Real reference class. Keep it up! The shift manager was super cool and had everything completely under control. Good interaction with colleagues, very pleasant stay overall 💪

We just sailed through the drive-through for a coffee and a snack. Friendly and fast service.

I completed my order via cell phone. After entering the restaurant, my order was ready immediately. The perfect service for me. No long wait. Very clean restaurant and very nice staff.

It's a Mc... Thanks to its popularity and international quality it is a point of reference. The place is clean and is located on the ground floor. Order via pad, I don't understand why German, default, English and French are among the selectable languages. The menu is the same as the one I find in Italy, I don't think making the menu in Italian is a complication.

The service is 👍 Service also friendly. Eating quickly is acceptable - only a large fast food chain. Thanks to the new building, it's nicely furnished and even has a large tray for the kids to play on.

The winning codes had already been deducted. Forgot the sauce with the nuggets. Fries without salt. Unfortunately bad service!

People didn't clean the table. The employees throw coins with money and they look dissatisfied. This employee stared at me as if I had done something. I am a true Sigma and I don't think it's good when these paid skibidis aren't happy that they get money. And digga the water costs €4. In Lidl you can simply buy water for 35 cents with Plombir. These corrupt skibidi sigma in ohio companies fanum taxxed away all our money. I'm not Mr Beast who can afford everything. You Sigmas who are reading this… go to Lidl. Always these corrupt alpha wolves.

I've only seen it so dirty at rest stops. Almost all tables were free, but still no space was found because they were so dirty that you couldn't sit down. I don't even want to talk about the toilets and the washing area.

Some staff are overworked or unmotivated.

This place opened about a year ago. Everything is new and modern. New children's playground. Huge parking even if there is no space near the establishment

Michael best man deserves a raise

It's unbelievable, something I've never experienced before. One of your employees dropped an apple turnover on the floor, She then picked it up, then she/he went into another room to the side and then she/he came back and put the bag on the counter. It's unbelievable that the employees seriously wanted to offer this to everyone to eat. I threw away the apple turnover for safety reasons, I've never experienced this before. Restaurant is not recommended. I will also contact the local health department and describe the incident to you. Then they can check what to do next. Unfortunately, it can be seen from previous reviews that the owner will not comment on this.

I got my takeaway food from the store, food was good, was satisfied.

Burgers were dripping in grease. The cheeseburger costs €2.50 which is way too much. After the visit I have a stomach ache.

The food corresponds to the usual standard, but what I find extremely negative is that with 3 out of 4 orders I had to drive there again or go in to receive my order in full. In 75% of cases, something was missing from the order. Please check your order before you leave

I got food poisoning! The meat from the burger didn't taste like anything. The fries weren't tasty either. Strawberry milkshake didn't taste like anything.

Ich habe Essen mit Tischservice bestellt und wurde sehr freundlich bedient. So wie man es sich vorstellt. Essen typisch MC Donalds, Pommes waren schön heiß und knusprig und auch der Burger war frisch zubereitet. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service.

Also da kann ich einfach nur sagen. Wow! selten so einen aufmerksamen Service erlebt, und das auch noch im Fastfood-Restaurant. Super freundlich, hilfsbereit, aufmerksam. Absolut sauber. Da kann man einfach nur Danke sagen .

Solider Mc Donalds, nur manchmal ist im Karton des Burgers nochmal so viel Salat, wie auf den Burgern selber ist. Trotzdem eigentlich wirklich in Ordnung.

Auch alte Menschen haben Hunger, wollten gestern zum meci Hamburger essen kein Plakat keine Bilder über der Kasse wir wollten eigentlich nur 2 Hamburger 2 Cheeseburger, gibt's nicht sagte die Kassen Kraft ich sollte die App ?? Benutzen meine Frau wollte den bacon Burger 🍔 gabs auch nicht bekam dann so einen doppel Burger?? Wir sind 71 und 65 Jahre alt da ist man bei McDonald nicht mehr erwünscht schade.

Great Restaurant that really keeps the Restaurant and Dining areas very clean. The outside seating area gives the impression you are on a tropical Island on Vacation. The food ordering is rather quick, due to plentyful amount of Electronic order booths. And the double order lanes at the drive thru. This is one of the most modern McDonald's Restaurants that i have seen here in Germany so far. The parking lot is huge, so no worries about where to park. Definitly coming back here !

Es ist zwar "nur" ein Fastfood Restaurant aber ich war bisher 3 mal dort und von der Qualität her war das einer der besten MC Donalds, bei dem ich jemals war :D

Schon öfter dort gewesen. Bestellterminals haben immer funktioniert. Bedienung schnell und an den Tisch. Essen war immer lecker und frisch zubereitet.

War heute in der Filiale vor Ort essen und ich fand es teilweise etwas schockierend, wie mit dem Personal umgegangen wird. Bei meinem Besuch wurde ein Mitarbeiter im Kassenbereich lautstark ermahnt, sodass es alle Gäste zum Zeitpunkt mitbekamen. Sowas geht gar nicht. Der Kaffee wurde zwar in Tassen gebracht, aber hatte einen komischen Nachgeschmack, als wären noch Reste vom Reiniger im Wasserbehälter gewesen. Das Essen selbst war, wie man es von McDonald’s kennt. Geschmacklich gut. Die Anzahl der Plätze sind ausreichend. Die Toiletten waren bei meinem Besuch stets sauber.

Alles ok, aber für mein Verständnis zu teuer.

Schmeckt für ab und zu sehr gut

Bislang drei Mal durch den MC Drive gefahren , jedesmal fehlt mindestens 1 Burger , ich verstehe es einfach nicht!!!! So kann man auch Geld verdienen

Das Essen war ok, hat geschmeckt wie immer und war auch frisch und heiß. Was mich an diesem McDonalds stört ist, dass die Mitarbeiter nicht freundlich sind. Man wird nicht nett begrüßt, am Abholfenster angekommen, wurde ich von drei Mitarbeitern angeschaut wie Auto. Kein Lächeln, nichts. Ich habe von meinem Auto aus einen einzigen Mitarbeiter mit Elan arbeiten sehen, die anderen sind relativ planlos durch die Gegend gelaufen. Besonders negativ ist mir eine junge Dame aufgefallen. Sie sah extrem lustlos aus, hat nichts gemacht außer rumzustehen und hatte einen sehr unfreundlichen Gesichtsausdruck. Das alles vor den Gästen, das geht gar nicht. Sowas kenne ich von dem McDonalds im Industriegebiet nicht.

Ich finde diesen MC geschmacklich besser als Industriegebiet. Auch sind die Burger mal heiß. App oder Coupons funktionieren. Personal schien in den ersten Wochen noch bissi unorganisiert aber wird sich noch einspielen....
