Falls Sie planen, dieses McDonald's zu besuchen, sollten Sie es sich gut überlegen. Unser gestriger Besuch war eine absolute Katastrophe! ​Die Tische waren extrem verdreckt (zum Glück hatten wir eigene Feuchttücher dabei und konnten unseren Platz selbst putzen). Die Tablett-Rückgabestation quoll über und war so schmutzig, dass viele Gäste ihre Tabletts am Ende einfach auf den Boden stellen mussten. Ein unhaltbarer Zustand! ​Dazu kam eine unverschämte Wartezeit von 29 Minuten – eine halbe Stunde auf "Fast Food" zu warten, ist einfach inakzeptabel. Zu allem Überfluss war das Personal auch noch unfreundlich und wirkte völlig desinteressiert. ​Das war definitiv unser letzter Besuch in dieser Filiale. Sparen Sie sich den Ärger und gehen Sie lieber woanders essen!

Extremst lange wartezeiten Leute die Ewigkeiten nach dir bestellen werden vorher bedient

Habe 1 h auf mein Essen gewartet würde 0 geben. Essen war kalt und Belag vom Bürger war einfach daneben, geht lieber für das Geld ins Gym und baut euch euren Raum Körper lohnt sich ehrlich mehr. Alle Plätze waren auch voll also musste im stehen essen

Von diesem McDonalds kann man echt einfach nur enttäuscht sein. Ständig sind Seasonartikel nicht verfügbar. Während der Mc Donalds an der Autobahn dieses Problem deutlich seltener hat. Auch wie die Wraps gewickelt sind ist eine Katastrophe. Jedes mal fällt die Hälfte beim Essen raus. Eis bekommt man schon halb geschmolzen. Bin einfach enttäuscht und unzufrieden.

Mitarbeiter schmeißt mich mit Geld münzen, überall Krümmel. Ich saß an meinem Tisch und jemand schmeißt mich mit Pommes ab. Ich habe zwei Stunden auf mein Essen gewartet bis sie gesagt haben dass das Essen leer ist und ich wurde gefragt ob ich eine Pizza will. Und Typen vor mir labern über das Rassieren von bestimmten bereichen. Nie wieder werde ich dort hin gehen. Paar leute hinter mir haben asmr gehört von bestimment sounds.

Ab und zu muss man sich mal etwas gönnen, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.!

Das Personal war freundlich, aber der Burger war ungenießbar und schlampig belegt, einige Zutaten lagen außen herum. Als ich auf mein Navi schaute, merkte ich gar nicht, dass es wieder dasselbe Restaurant war… Ich hatte aber riesigen Hunger und hoffte, dass es diesmal besser sein würde, doch wieder lagen die Zutaten außen und der Burger war kalt, obwohl ich ihn warm bestellt hatte… Noch ein Stern Abzug 🌟

Ich bin stinksauer habe Punkt eingelöst wollte Bestellung gerade abholen dann zeigt mir die App an das die Bestellung nicht mehr existiert rufe dort an kein geht ans Telefon ganz ehrlich für was habt ihr so viele Mitarbeiter wenn die Hälfte davon Ehe nicht arbeiten tut mir rumsteht und keiner ans Telefon geht ich werde diesen Laden nie wieder besuchen weil ihr zieht die Leute nur über den Tisch

Lächerlich!!!! Nächstes Mal fahre ich lieber weiter zu einem anderen McDonald's oder Burger King!!!

Wir waren am Abend hier, und hatten uns etwas drinnen bestellt. Als wir am Tresen standen, filmte uns ein blonder mann von hinten aus der Küche und tippte weiter am Handy rum (während der Arbeitszeit). Ich beobachtete ihn, und er schaute immer wieder zu uns rüber. Sowas geht nicht!!!! Sollte das noch einmal vorkommen, rufe ich das nächste Mal die Polizei. Dann warteten wir weiter, und beobachteten weiterhin den Mitarbeiter, ich war geschockt!! Er popelte mehrmals in der Hand, und hat dann das Essen mit seiner Popel Hand weiter vorbereitet…. Also das ist sowas von ekelhaft, und ich werde nie wieder hier her kommen!! Solche Mitarbeiter sollten rausgeschmissen werden, durch sollte Angestellten, verliert man Kunden… Wo sind hier die Hygiene Vorschriften??????

Bodenlos 3 ceeseburger 8,60€ das war's könnt euer Zeug behalten wenn selbst der Mitarbeiter sagt man ist besser dran wenn man sich gegenüber nen Döner für 5€ holt. Für mich ist MC doof Geschichte ihr habt se ja nimmer alle!

Man denkt Stake House so lange muss man auf sein Essen warten. Ich bin hier nicht beim Nusret.

Wir sind leider recht oft dort. Meine Verlobte liebt McDonald’s und da wir in der Nähe einkaufen gehen, geht es oft noch zu diesem „Restaurant“. Es kommt sehr häufig vor, dass Teile einer Bestellung falsch sind oder ganz und gar fehlen. Angefangen bei Saucen über Pommes bis hin zu Burgern. Die Qualität schwankt ebenfalls sehr stark. Manchmal machen die Burger den Eindruck, als würden sie im Vorbeigehen in die Schachtel geworfen werden. Ein Vorfall sorgte jedoch dafür, dass ich diese Bewertung abgebe. Wir tätigten eine normale Bestellung wie immer, zwei Coupons zum Mitnehmen. Soweit so gut. Zu Hause angekommen stellten wir fest, dass alle Saucen fehlten und die Pommes bzw. Curly Fries kalt und nur halb voll waren. Mit einem Puls von 180 sind wir noch einmal 3 km durch den Stadtverkehr zurückgefahren und haben das Problem am Tresen geschildert. Anstatt sich zu entschuldigen, wurde alles abgestritten. Der Blutdruck stieg weiter. Auf die doch etwas lautere Diskussion hin kam die „Managerin“ aus der Küche hervorgewatschelt. Sie hörte sich unser Problem an und die einzige Aussage war: „Sie müssen Ihre Bestellung selbst prüfen, ob alles richtig ist.“ Auf diese Aussage hin watschelte sie wieder Richtung Küche. In diesem Moment war ich komplett sprachlos. Einem zahlenden Kunden ins Gesicht zu sagen, dass man seine Bestellung gefälligst selbst prüfen soll, und das noch in einem dermaßen schnoddrigen Ton, ist eine bodenlose Frechheit. Der Angestellte korrigierte unsere Bestellung und gab uns neue Tüten mit. Im Auto angekommen prüften wir erneut die Bestellung – und wieder passte es nicht. Es wurde einfach eine Handvoll Saucen in die Tüten geworfen. Keine davon war die richtige. Der Puls stieg erneut. Zurück in die Bude und nochmals Nachbesserung gefordert, und siehe da: Alles war richtig. Alles in allem ist diese Bude der letzte Dreck. Wäre sie nicht so günstig gelegen, würde ich die Fahrt durch die Stadt zu dem McDonald’s im Industriegebiet bevorzugen. Dort war komischerweise noch nie etwas falsch mit unseren Bestellungen.

Schon oft dort gewesen aber heute definitiv das letzte Mal. Pommes wie immer arsch kalt und das Personal ist nicht mal fähig Plant Based Nuggets gegen richtige auszutauschen. Hab nämlich keine Plant based bestellt. Nie wieder McDonalds. Burger King eh 100000 mal besser

Wir haben das Frühstücksangebot genutzt, eine sehr nette Dame, schnell und gut zubereitet für McDonald’s war es wirklich sehr lecker.

Conveniently located McDonald's between several shops, plenty of parking, drive-thru, friendly and nice service in the restaurant, you can order via touchscreen and service kiosks and the food is brought to the table - very convenient 👍 The quality of the burgers, fries and lattice potatoes is the usual quality - like in every McDonald's from north to south.

Ordering via the terminal has always worked without any problems. The food has always been brought to the table promptly. The restaurant is clean.

1 star – a nuisance every time I've been to the McDonald's on Otto-Hahn-Straße in Bayreuth several times now, and it's frustrating every time. In my experience, many employees speak little or no German, which makes communication extremely difficult – especially when it comes to questions or problems with orders. The service often seems unfriendly and overwhelmed. I don't notice any customer focus there. Ordering via the app often seems unfamiliar to anyone – you're sent back and forth as if no one really knows what to do. The on-site management (whether it's the shift supervisor or management) also seems clueless and incompetent to me. And the best part: the ice cream machine! It seems to be broken about every other time. People don't even bother to ask anymore because the answer always seems to be "it's not available today." For a franchise chain of this size, this is simply disappointing. I absolutely cannot recommend this location.

If I could, I'd give it 0 stars. I waited 25 minutes for a medium fries and six nuggets. The staff was absolutely friendly and didn't really speak German. NEVER AGAIN!

Every time you order takeout, something is missing. This seems to be a method; out of four orders, four were incorrect. Three orders were missing at least one burger. The fries or potatoes were only half full.

Just a McDonald's. I think anyone who goes to McDonald's knows what they're getting, so I won't say anything about the food itself. The employees there are friendly and do their work quickly but not hectically. It's also been clean whenever we've eaten there so far. I deducted a star for the ambiance, but that's not the restaurant's fault; it's more the location.

It's clearly a McDonald's, but the sandwiches here are often worse than at other McDonald's locations, with barely melted cheese and buns thrown away and disassembled in their packaging. Furthermore, when we went, there was a technical problem that significantly slowed down service for us and other customers.

Sometimes this way, sometimes that way...: We were there first on Thursday. Nice staff, even asked if it was tasty and brought straws. He just didn't know what the "seeds" on the wall were. Pleasant, clean, great, food and drinks were okay. We ordered via app, which doesn't work everywhere. So we went again today. Different staff. We had ordered via those giant phones for once, and when we tried to add a second sauce, an entire menu doubled in size instead, which I only noticed when printing out. So, about 30 seconds after ordering. "No, we can't cancel that, you entered it yourself, and it's your own fault!" Even if that were true, you could say it differently :-( So, 3 stars instead of 5. And no third visit.

Very small McDonald's, and ordering for two people plus a coffee and a McFlurry took a very long time. People who ordered later were served much earlier.

There's a menu board at the entrance and next to the cash register. Under Drinks, it says: 0.33l beer. Me: I order food and a beer. Bearded Muslim at the cash register: No beer! Beer is prohibited! Me: But it says so on the menu board! Bearded Muslim: I have to delete that! The entire visible staff are bearded Muslims. Here, you feel welcome in your own country!!!1

Always worth a visit, for young and old

This is the third time something was forgotten. Not recommended, especially for takeout orders for the whole family. Or at least bring someone with you to check the order. The fries were also old, and the burger that came with it had fallen apart into three pieces. Not recommended.

Even though it was a Friday afternoon, it was really quick. Despite a minor mix-up, the service was great – the manager was right there and handled it professionally. Everything was clean, the fries were warm. For me, this is clearly the better one in Bayreuth 👌🍟

The new Chicken Big Mac is an absolute disaster. You can't taste the meat at all. It just tastes of salt and sauce. Service was super fast and friendly. The prices at McDonald's are also unbelievable these days. I wouldn't go there anymore without the coupons.

If the app offers delivery to the parking lot but doesn't deliver and the food gets cold and is simply abandoned, I think that's a disgrace.

I waited 13 minutes for two MC muffins, even though there was only one other customer in the restaurant before me. However, during that time, five cars were processed that drove into the MC Drive after me. Finally, the employee wanted to give me the other customer's order, and my MC muffins were rather lukewarm. That was the first and last time I went to the MC in the Old Town.

Bayreuth is a village: After 1 a.m. there is nowhere to eat, not even at McDonald's

Our mistake was that we didn't check the order before heading home. So we discovered at home that a TS was missing. Really great. Thank you for nothing. Ordered four burgers, got three? I find it really bad!

Despite the stress of the holiday and a full house, I received my medium-sized order quite quickly. Everything was there and everything was warm. I was particularly impressed by the really friendly employee who handed me my order. This was my first visit to this branch but I'm really satisfied, especially compared to other branches I've been to.

I turned 18 today, the employees were a young lady and a very nice and sincere man took my order, a McMuffin and a McFarmer, they were so sweet and nice to me and also wished me a happy birthday. I would definitely like to come back and I will continue to be happy about such great staff

Very clean McDonald's. The toilets and the restaurant as a whole were clean, the service was nice, the food was tasty. There's nothing to complain about here.

You order via Uber Eats for 80€ then products for almost 26€ are missing and when you call you only hear a crappy tone. They can't do anything about it and you have to contact Uber Eats to get a refund. I'm wondering what's the use of a refund if I want my food and everything is missing for one person, it's just ridiculous, thank you for ruining my evening and now I'm hungry. Honestly never again

Disgraceful with the parking lot. 👎If you shop at Edeka shortly before closing time and then go to McDonald's for more than half an hour (8:30 p.m.), parking costs a €35 fine. I will avoid this Edeka and MC in the future!!! Thanks for nothing!

I'm really disappointed with my visit to McDrive. Even though I had already prepared my order in the app and just wanted to give the pickup code, we were simply ignored. The employees seem to be completely overwhelmed with the McDrive. They only took care of the neighboring lane while we had to wait forever. What was frustrating was that cars arriving after us in the neighboring lane were immediately served while we stood and waited! I've had cold fries a few times now. I actually always eat them straight away. The burger was cold today too. I think it's pointless with the two tracks as the employees often get confused. I'd rather go to the industrial area and never had cold fries there. Everyone can forget something or something, but there is always something here

Newer and visually appealing, albeit relatively small, McDonald's. The fast self-ordering terminals and the mostly clean sanitary facilities are particularly positive. Especially in winter, the two entrances and exits with the seats directly adjacent to them are rather uncomfortable. Cold air is constantly coming in here and you kind of feel like you're sitting in the way. The parking situation is uncomplicated, even if everything in your own spaces is full, there is a large shopping center adjacent to it with enough spare space.

Nice, tidy McDonalds. The food is just fast food, but the employees are always very friendly and the food is ready in record time. Tables, chairs etc. are always clean, but I'm usually there in the morning, I have no idea what it looks like in the evening.

A usual McDonalds. Apparently the heating is defective. It is bitterly cold in the restaurant. A mountain of napkins is added to the food without considering the waste.

We were in the emergency room at the children's hospital with our son. When we were finally allowed to go home in the evening, we were of course hungry. We ordered via the app and then picked up the items from McDrive. An initial check revealed that the drink from the Happy Meal was missing and we were given the drink without any problems. However, we had overlooked the fact that the toy was also missing. We only discovered this when we got home. I can't imagine it being that difficult to process the order and pack all the parts ordered. Everything is listed individually both in the system and on the receipt. This negligence coupled with the poor quality of the food makes a visit to a McDonalds in Bayreuth (the other one is just as sloppy with packing!) an unpleasant experience.

Rock hard nuggets are sold delicious!!!!!!

Today we spontaneously visited the McDonalds restaurant. Around 5 p.m. Orders were placed via card in self service. After less than 5 minutes the very friendly employee brought our food. Separated into drinks and food (2 trays completely full each) The french fries were hot, well salted and delicious. Burgers were great, although I have to deduct a small point here because there could have been a little more of the delicious sauce on the McRib... But that's bearable considering the fact that the entire restaurant was packed. Everything was spotlessly clean, there was no rubbish lying around, the toilet was clean. Easily 15 employees on site... Top👍 Real reference class. Keep it up! The shift manager was super cool and had everything completely under control. Good interaction with colleagues, very pleasant stay overall 💪

It's a Mc... Thanks to its popularity and international quality it is a point of reference. The place is clean and is located on the ground floor. Order via pad, I don't understand why German, default, English and French are among the selectable languages. The menu is the same as the one I find in Italy, I don't think making the menu in Italian is a complication.

The service is 👍 Service also friendly. Eating quickly is acceptable - only a large fast food chain. Thanks to the new building, it's nicely furnished and even has a large tray for the kids to play on.

Very nice and attractively furnished. The employees were very nice and accommodating. Nice parking lot right in front of the door. Unfortunately, the toilets were completely dirty, there was no soap and no towels, even though there were enough employees on site.
