Ich kenne beruflich wie privat so manchen Burger King und wir alle wissen die meinste sind eine Katastrophe 🤣 Doch hier waren wir wirklich positiv überrascht. Nach etwas Stau und 3h im Auto war das doch praktisch für eine kleine Pause. Der Service war nett und aufmerksam. Essen war soweit alles gut. BK ist nunmal ein kulinarisches Highlight.

Für mich einer der besten Burger King. Sauber, hervorragender Service und die Speisen sind sehr gut zubereitet.

Sauber, schnell und freundliches Personal. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Es werden auch keine Teile der Bestellung vergessen wie in anderen Fastfood Restaurants in Bayreuth.

Seit drei Jahren kommen wir immer wieder gerne hierher, und bisher hat es uns stets sehr gut geschmeckt. Leider waren wir heute etwas enttäuscht. Die Pommes wirkten teigig, die Cola hat eher nach Wasser geschmeckt, und der Burger war auch sehr kalt. So eine Erfahrung hatten wir hier bisher noch nie. Wir hoffen sehr, dass sich die Qualität wieder verbessert, denn wir sind eigentlich immer gerne Gäste bei Ihnen.

Ich bin normalerweise kein 100 Punkte bewerter, jedoch hier gebe ich die Punktzahl gern. Auf meiner Rückfahrt hatte ich letztens Himmelkron den totalen Burgerking Reinfall, daher sah ich dieses mal auf die Bewertungen. 4von5 müsste also Okay sein... Ich finde der Burgerking ist Sehr gut, ich bestelle über die App und innerhalb der ersten Minute steht meine Bestellung parat. Pommes Knusprig und optimal. Cola frisch mit Kohlensäure und auch die Eiswürfel sind richtig eingestellt.Beide Burger absolut frisch und wie man es sich Wünscht. Während ich schreibe Wischt eine Mitarbeiterin die freien Tische ab! So sollte es sein, danke

Die Burger in der Baby-Burger-Box waren kalt und anstelle vom Doppel Cheeseburger einen einfachen bekommen. Der Cheeseburger ertrank in Ketchup.

Meist sehr freundlich vom Personal her. Und die burger sehen gut aus, nicht wie bei der Konkurrenz oft, wo die Burger so hingeknallt aussehen. Kann man da nicht meckern. Gute Filiale.

Mag den Burger King eigentlich ganz gerne. Die einzige wirkliche Kritik, die ich habe ist, dass die Filiale immer noch nicht liefert, obwohl das die Konkurrenz schon seit Jahren macht! Denn gerade durch die Lage im Industriegebiet, ist es für Leute ohne Auto, nur schwer möglich, den Burger King zu erreichen. Von daher wäre es echt super, wenn man auch irgendwo bestellen könnte!

Der BürgerKing in Bayreuth hat mir keine einzelnen Pattys verkauft. Schade, weil wo anders geht das sehr wohl.

One of the best Burger King restaurants I know: friendly, clean, fresh, and fast, even when it's busy. HOWEVER, since autumn 2025, there's been a limitation for all app users: Not all coupons from the app are available in the restaurant anymore. Some aren't available at all, and some, for example, are only available as part of a larger meal deal. Therefore, it's best not to make a selection in the app beforehand, but rather log in with the QR code and then choose from the available coupons at the ordering kiosk. This results in a one-star deduction in both the service rating and the overall rating.

Order processing was good until completion, the quality of the beef kebab was okay. The meat in the kebab was supposed to be thick, but it was simply too limp for me. The fries in the kebab box were also too soft. It wasn't very busy yesterday, so there was plenty of time. And very importantly, the men's and women's restrooms are unacceptable. Cleanliness isn't a priority there, unfortunately. The staff was friendly.

Fraud! There's no display showing the total at the drive-thru. Nor at the window. No receipt is given!!! ILLEGAL!!! I was charged €26.97 for one extra long chili cheese meal with Pepsi Zero, and in exchange for a waffle fries. Then I ordered one extra long chili cheese meal on its own and six chili cheese nuggets. No matter how I ordered it, I can't get that amount. This is FRAUD! I won't even mention the quality or their inability to put the order together correctly. I'd rather go to a restaurant in the future. At least there, they'll address your complaint.

The fries were more like room temperature, even though we arrived shortly after they opened. The toilet paper in the restroom was empty.

Today I went out to eat with my boyfriend around mid-afternoon, and around 9:30 p.m., my boyfriend started experiencing symptoms of a gastroenteritis (watery diarrhea, nausea, and weakness), which he's still experiencing. He only had a Fanta and a small Whopper. We're never going to fast food restaurants again, as the same thing happened at McDonald's (signs of a gastroenteritis).

We were passing through and were thrilled with this Burger King. Clean, friendly, fast, and the food was top-notch. You couldn't ask for more. It was worth the drive off the A9, as very few other Burger King restaurants on the Autobahn are this clean. Keep it up 😎

I am absolutely satisfied with my visit to Burger King! The staff was friendly, the order was prepared quickly, and everything was fresh and hot. The burgers, in particular, were juicy and delicious, and the fries were nice and crispy. The restaurant was clean and inviting—all around, a thoroughly pleasant experience. I would gladly return.

I was just there and took the food home. Now I realize that a lot of it was missing and everything was so overcooked. 10/10 dissatisfied!

Yesterday I ordered the new tortilla chilli chees beef with extra sauce and paid extra for the sauce, it didn't fit, only 2 jalapenos on it and one side with sauce as if the rolls were being spread.

The display with games for the little ones is also nice so that you can finish eating in peace. Was very satisfied.

Unfortunately, they didn't understand what we wanted. So we got too many fries and too much Coke... But it was still well prepared.

The employees were very friendly, which isn't often these days. I can recommend.

Strange policy of not having power outlets in the place. You can't sit here with a laptop, unlike their competitor.

I had on November 2nd. Around 1:30 p.m. there was a problem at the order terminal with an order for an item from the BK Wheel of Fortune. The staff and especially the shift manager were very helpful. Together we managed to place the order and the nice and competent shift manager gave me instructions on the ordering terminal for the next visits. This is how customer service works! Please pass on my praise to the employees.

I'm sorry to say that the operator's greed has cost this company a previously satisfied customer. The campaign that was still running today on September 25th, 2024 with the Whopper for the price of €2.99 has been canceled without replacement. Attempts at explanation by management only rely on the order from management. Dear headquarters of the BurgerKing chain, don't run any promotions that you can't maintain. @BurgerKing Germany

What can you say, Burger King with fast food and a familiar taste experience. Check out what you get. In my case I got one less Patti instead of the Big King and had to complain about it. Then I got a new one. The content is prepared disgustingly anyway with lots of sauce and soggy bread and it fills your stomach. Of course, the preparation is extremely quick and without much waiting time for a quick filler.

Staff overwhelmed by simply entering orders. Order machine doesn't work, doesn't read QR codes. Didn't manage to pack what we ordered, of course a burger was missing. Just ridiculous.

What can you say, food comes quickly but there is no need to discuss the quality and taste. Unfortunately, there has been a significant decline in this regard over the last year or so. In my opinion, it's no longer suitable for emergencies, so it's better to avoid it. The only advantage is of course the price, it is definitely cheap.

The burgers were okay but the service was poor. We ordered a strawberry shake but got vanilla. At first we were turned away on the grounds that we were mistaken and that it was strawberry. After a second request, the slightly drunk vanilla shake was taken and topped up with strawberries. I have never experienced such audacity. The Burger King doesn't have the good fries either, so I'd rather go to McDonald's next door.

The food and ambience are typical Burger King, but it often happens that something is missing from take-away orders. Unfortunately, this only becomes apparent when you get home, but then it isn't delivered as a gesture of goodwill... not good!

All in all OK. Food comes quickly and is 80% fresh. I have often had the fries cold and dry. The store is clean and nicely decorated. What often happens, however, is that sauces are forgotten and drinks are wrong. But if a mistake happens, the employees are very accommodating.

We placed an order at the self-service terminal and then wanted to pay at the checkout. We were turned away at the checkout and told that they couldn't accept our order. Apparently the store is understaffed. The employees seemed stressed to me. We then went around the corner to another store. Everything worked there.

Wasn't anything special today. Fries looked stale, burgers were muddy and the chair was worn out. Tables dirty. Staff not particularly polite.

The taste was okay. But when I unwrap the burger and want to eat it and the patty starts to slip away, there is way too much sauce on it. Please not so much sauce. Furthermore, the chairs are worn out. Wasn't comfortable to sit. If you run a fast food restaurant, you should pay attention to details like this. I was always happy with it but unfortunately it has now deteriorated considerably.

After our visit on April 17, 24, I was more than horrified. My xtra long chili burger came fresh from the back, it wasn't in the waiting tray, I unpacked it straight away at the table and it wasn't even warm enough for the cheese to melt a bit, I complained about it straight away and the branch manager told his employee put it in the microwave, it's done!! 12.- euros for microwaves frass ?? And about the fries, they were lukewarm and shriveled up, they tasted like paste, we had them laid. My biggest mistake was that I didn't take everything to the cash register and ask for my money back. No more Burger King

Never again. We wanted a kingsmart menu and a large fries and a milky way. When we paid we were asked for 20 euros and we were surprised why. When I parked and we checked there were 2 menus inside. Afterwards I went in and complained. The employees were very rude and refused to give the money back or take the food back. Just rude and incomprehensible.

A very clean shop. It goes pretty quickly until you get the food and nothing was ever missing.

Kann sich ein Fastfoodrestaurant verschlimmbessern? Dieser hat es geschafft. Zum Kindermenü gibt es keine Beilage (Quetschie und co.) mehr und die Schokoladensoße für das Eis ist total gestreckt. Diese Rezension basiert auf meiner Meinung, meiner Ansicht/Erfahrung und es muss kein Dauerzustand sein.

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, im Burger King Restaurant in Bayreuth zu essen, und ich muss sagen, ich war beeindruckt! Das Ambiente war einladend, und das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was jedoch wirklich hervorstach, war die Qualität des Essens. Die Burger waren perfekt zubereitet, saftig und geschmackvoll. Die Auswahl an Beilagen und Getränken war vielfältig, und alles, was ich probiert habe, war frisch und lecker. Besonders erwähnenswert ist auch die schnelle und effiziente Bedienung, trotz des hohen Kundenaufkommens. Ich freue mich darauf, bald wieder vorbeizuschauen und weitere Köstlichkeiten zu genießen. Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team für eine ausgezeichnete Erfahrung!

La hamburguesa que elegí se miraba bien, pero lamentablemente no cayó bien al estómago, estuvimos enfermos mi esposo y yo después de comer aquí. Servicio rápido, ambiente tranquilo.

Mit dem Bacon King war etwas nicht in Ordnung, seit dem ich den gegessen habe ist mir richtig schlecht, durch diese Erfahrung werde ich nie wieder einen Burger King aufsuchen. Nach dem Essen sollte man Schmerzensgeld bekommen. 🤮

Leider heute das erste Mal in langer Zeit schlechte Erfahrung gemacht bei diesem burger King. Zuerst funktionierte die Codeeingabe an den bestellterminals nicht. Daraufhin Bestellte ich den signature Raclette Burger. Bekommen habe ich den Burger inklusive der richtigen Soße, jedoch ohne Raclette Käse? Dieser wurde durch den Standard gelben Schmelzkäse ersetzt. Schmeckte halbwegs gut jedoch für den Preis nicht tollerierbar. Habe es leider erst gemerkt, nachdem ich Zuhause den Burger ausgepackt hatte. Normalerweise Hammer essen hier aber leider dieses Mal nicht gut.
