McDonald's in Bayreuth - Telefonnummer, Reservierungen, Bewertungen

Was there with family. I'm disappointed. I bought food for 50€, and then a rude service worker talked to me stupidly because my wife had her own food with her (it's something special, she can't eat everything at the moment) it's strictly forbidden here, etc. etc. I think that's something of impossible. I will avoid this restaurant in the future because it is a complete disgrace.

I ordered nuggets to take away, but they forgot the sauces. Ok happened, so I went in again.... Unfortunately, the service reacted very unfriendly and threw me two mayo instead of my sauces. But why I'm writing the review: At home I open the nuggets... I must have found 15 black hairs in the nuggets... Thinking about it still makes me sick... Absolute no go... That was my last time at McDonalds!

Compared to other McDonald's branches, we really liked this one. Toilet clean. Modern furnishings. Food quick and good.

Fast food....air conditioning is way too warm in there....poor staff have to sweat....

Dirty McDonalds. Were there at 2 p.m. and it was very dirty. Older cucumber slices were hung on the TV in the corner. I don't even want to know what was hanging on the ceiling in the corner. It definitely wasn't dirt that had only been there since today. Food was good but the ambience makes you miss it. Will avoid this one from now on.

You can't say much about your average McDonald's

I always order a reusable cup with my ice cream to help reduce waste. What is being done here? My ice cream is poured into a regular disposable cup and the empty reusable cup is placed on my tray. Every time. Incomprehensible.

Mcce's stop. But what I would like to emphasize: We were there for breakfast last week and the employee was extremely nice, friendly and accommodating. Big shout out to this lady! ♡

I ordered via Uber eats, the delivery was super fast and the food was really warm. But.... The crispy burger was a lot apart and the salad and sauces were only half on the burger, the other half was in the cardboard box. The same was with the big Mac bacon. It's unbelievable how bad the service in the kitchen is. They would have to do stress training or stay at home if they don't feel like it. Take a look at a McDonald's in Japan and you'll know what quality and service is. Sorry, really sad when you're looking forward to a burger like that and then only get poor quality.

The super cute thing is that the flowers are everywhere in this Macdonald! We like it very much! Very cozy place 🤗

The coffee is not tasty, very bitter

2 out of 6 machines worked. I ordered a mcflurry which was only half full. I've never had a bad experience otherwise, but that's not possible.

First I only got half an ice cream then my drink was ruined and I didn't get my points either. Where else it's completely different. That was the first and last time I was here

Good poppy, fast internet, opening hours from 7.00 to 1.00, menu and food quality plus or minus standard.

Solid McDonald's, nothing special, just what you expect

Quiet McDonald's, good connection from the A9, food was complete, OK and delivered quickly to the place. There is children's playground indoors and outdoors.

So if the Tom Kaulitz menu shows plant nuggets and a cola in addition to the burger on the poster, I assume that this is all part of the MENU? I had to pay for the plant nuggets separately...And the lady at the window was totally unfriendly...

Waiting time far too long. I waited almost 30 minutes for my order, which consisted of 2 things, while other people whose orders were huge only waited around 3 minutes. And when you ask the employees about it, they cry that you shouldn't cry

Always the same thing in this store... something is always forgotten... happy meal without a cheeseburger just fries... can it be that hard to read on a screen?? Incredible

Everything was great, food was warm to hot and tasted good, waiting time was okay, cleanliness was also good.

It is probably more convenient for those who drive past the city on the autobahn. Of course, now we need to take a detour since the bridge is being repaired and will not open soon. I've been there twice, unfortunately there was always something negative when I ordered something there. Recently cold Frices lukewarm Bic Mäc Sprite which was just water.

Spacious restaurant with McCafe and Drive inn. Parking spaces available in front of the house. Nice service and atmosphere with friendly employees and quick problem solving. Food is served at the table.

Unfortunately the food was not complete and unfortunately a bit dirty. At least the fries were warm.

It's just a McDonald's. I only go to the McCafes now. I leave the disgusting touch screen behind.

It's bad when you can't count to three instead of three MC ribs you now get 1 cheeseburger, so that was better and then when you want to ask what went wrong you get insulted stupidly

Sorry.. every time (and it really doesn't happen often) you forget the burger in a MENU!!! HOW??? I'm really starting to get a little angry because I'm paying money for it and in the end I'm not getting anything in return. At least not what I ordered!!

Meanwhile, McDonald's is no longer what it was. Franchisees no longer pay attention to standards and hire staff who don't care about quality. I myself worked at McDonald's for a few months many years ago, simply because I wanted to do it... I have to say, back then I would have guaranteed that in terms of cleanliness and order, better conditions were required than in the rest of the restaurants . Meanwhile: dirty tables, floors and toilets. The burgers are e.g. T. disgusting. You don't want to know what else the staff is doing with the food. An example: we recently ordered a burger that looked like it did in the photo: Quiz question? What kind of burger is this? The straight-out-of-the-trash burger? No - a big Mac. I don't have any trust anymore. First no longer to Burger King, but now also to McDonald's. My health is more important to me...

Never seen such a disabled MCe. The order screens constantly hang up and sometimes increase the time to order to 10 minutes. There is also no table service.

I like the atmosphere and service. In principle, the tables are always clean.

Die Tablets zum bestellen waren langsam und kaputt. Als man an der Kasse bezahlen wollte ging nichts die Mitarbeiter wissen nicht mal wie man die Kasse bedient... Das Essen hat ewig gedauert und wie man sieht war das Eis ekelhaft, man konnte es aber zum Glück zurück geben. Also an sich ziemlich schlechte Erfahrung. Sauber war auch nichts. Und im Burger waren Haare wie EKELHAFT . KEINE EMPFEHLUNG

Es hat sehr guckt geschmeckt wir haben 10 Jahre auf das Essen gewartet die Mitarbeiter schon unhöflich

Waren heute zum zweiten Mal hier.. Das Essen sehr lecker und vorallem noch recht heiß/ warm wenn es an den Tisch kommt. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Da es genau auf der Hälfte unserer Route liegt kommen wir sicher nochmal hier her.

Essen war sehr unansehnlich. War aber auch viel los. Wartezeit auch entsprechend länger. Sonst ein ganz normaler Mac.

Diese Bestell Terminals finde ich total nervig.

Die Automatischen Kassen sind zu Nix zu gebrauchen. Man möchte seinen Coupon aus der App einlösen, die Kasse hängt sich auf und dein Coupon wird als nicht mehr gültig angezeigt. Für so einen Riesen Konzern eine schwache Leistung.

An sich ist es ein sehr moderner McDonald’s, die Tische sind zum Teil sehr sauber und nicht fettig, aber der Service ist sehr schlecht. Die Angestellten sind sehr unfreundlich und motzen die Kundschaft an, besonders die Dame an der Kasse. Die Bestellautomaten gehen zum Teil auch nicht, genauso werden einige Coupons nicht genommen. Das Essen war außerdem kalt.

Qualität muss verbessert werden! Burger werden größten teils kalt serviert, vor allem die Aktionsprodukte... Kaffee ist in Ordnung.

Leider musste ich öfter die Erfahrung machen das bei der Abholung von essen im Drive in immer wieder kalt ist nicht frisch sondern einfach ungenießbar. Wiederum ist in himmelkron das Essen wirklich warm und köstlich sollte einem mal zu denken geben.

Mit Systemgastronomie hat dieses System leider nichts zu tun. Einfachste Bestellungen (Kaffee+Burger) dauern erstaunlich lange. Man darf dabei zuschauen, wie nervös in zubereitete Burger gefasst wird, um zu prüfen welcher Burger vorbereitet wurde. Ja, es wird das Fleisch mit den Händen vom Kassierer angefasst. Der Kaffee, wurde in der Zwischenzeit kalt. Denn dieser wurde selbstverständlich bei Bestellungseingang als erstes zubereitet. Super. Bitte nicht weiter so.

Entgegen den meisten Rezessionen hier wurde an allen Ecken geputzt, es roch überall nach Fensterreiniger. Tischservice wie in anderen Stationen gibt es hier nicht.

Vor 2 Stunden Essen bestellt. Nach. 1 Std. hieß es „noch 10 Minuten. Der Drecksfraß ist nach 2 Stunden immernoch nicht hier!!! Nie mehr!

Filet o Fisch ist einfach zu teuer, und mit der App , zwei für 5 € geht's aber . Wenn er jetzt noch heiß und saftig gewesen wäre , hättet Sie mich als Fan zurück . In BT gegessen ...🍔🍟 aber sehr enttäuscht gewesen ...

Lauwarm ,aber total freundlich ... und einfach zu teuer

Schöner Platz um draussen mit dem Hund zu sitzen während man isst und erstaunlich saubere Toiletten. Echt top!

-war echt strong, schnell und saftig, ABER -Fredi (siehe Bild) hatte Chilli Shies Burger, war ihm zu scharf -veggie Nughies waren mit Bacon-Stixker markiert (warum?) Aaron fand Big Tasty Light hat geschmeckt wie Big Tasty Bacon( hatte alles mit nem Big Tatsy zu tun) -Pommes sind mir runtergefallen -was ein auf der ersten Toilette erwartet is ehrenlos -5er Tisch zu klein für 7 Mann (wir waren 5) -man rafft wirklich nicht wie man rauskommmt -Lieblingsstreamer(RaphiTheHuman) hat Raze gespielt -kein Poukestop( was soll ddas Diggi) -wir hatten Long Chiggn zu viel, Auto müffelt mies ansonsten gut

Standard McDonald's - mir Kindern praktisch

Sehr lange Wartezeit nach Bestellung (3 Menüs). Als fertig kam Mittarbeiter um Bescheid zu geben, dass Essen geholt werden kann. Wir bestellten mit bringen an den Tisch.

Auf unserer Urlaubsdurchreise mal zu Mittag was futtern, ging trotz etwas Andrang sehr sehr schnell! Gute Rast und gute Speise, Danke gerne wieder!

Das war der allerbeste McDonald’s auf der ganzen Welt und ich kann nur so viel sagen ich war schon überall wo es einen McDonald’s gibt #noflex. Gegen schlechte Bewertungen wird konsequent rechtlich von meiner Anwaltskanzlei vorgegangen!!!.

Das Restaurant liegt nur wenige Minuten von der Autobahn entfernt. Die Corona-passende Begrüßung ist sehr gut. Auch das gesamte Hygienekonzept stimmt. Der Rest des Personals wirkt allerdings sehr genervt. Das gilt sowohl für den Bereich, an dem es das Essen gibt, als auch für den Cafe-Bereich. Schade. Denn das Essen hat die übliche Qualität und alles wirkt sauber. Aber Wohlfühlatmosphäre geht anderst.

Beim Betreten der McDonald´s Filiale viel mir auf, dass es dort ein wenig unordentlich war. Die Unordnung machte sich dadurch bemerkbar, indem die Tablettrückgabe-Behälter hoffnungslos überfüllt waren. Folglich stellten die Besucher, die die Filiale verließen ihre Tabletts auf zwei Tische, die dann auch ziemlich schnell überfüllt waren. Da das Personal anscheinend unterbesetzt war, dauerte es ein wenig länger, bis man seine Bestellung aufgeben konnte. Es war ein ziemlicher Andrang, den das Personal dennoch freundlich und schnell abzuarbeiten versuchte. Komme gerne wieder. Vielleicht ist dann ja das "Müllproblem" gelöst.

Unfreundliche und unkonzentrierte Bedienung an der Kasse, der junge Mann plauderte lieber mit seiner Kollegin. Der teure "Signature Classic" kalt mit einer harten, ungeschmolzenen Käsescheibe. Kaltschnäuzige und abweisende Reaktion der unästhetischen "Geschäftsführerin"! Nie wieder!
