Beware of alleged fraud! This MC-Donalds branch claims to deliver on Lieferando, but does not do so at all. Probably an attempt to place free advertising via Lieferando. However, this process seems to cause them so much stress that they sometimes forget to keep the Lieferando business closed. ADVICE NOT TO ORDER because it will not be delivered, as you can already see from the reviews in Lieferando. According to the employee, the order has been canceled, but this is not true. So there was no money back.

Definitely one of the better restaurants in this chain. Food came quickly, terminals were all working. What makes this store different from others for me? Definitely the cleanliness of the toilets. Not only were they clean and there was no smell, but the hygiene facilities were also up to date. There were actually 2 dispensers at the sink. Soap and disinfection 😂. I think I've never seen anything like that in a McDonald's toilet before 🙏

Biggest juice shop 20 nuggets = ordered 16 received. M ordered = felt like I got a salad

Order kiosk didn't work - staff unwilling to help. Very unfriendly and not solution-oriented at all. Then ordered via the app - table service selected. A short time later an employee actually comes to the table and says “your order” is ready to be picked up. When I asked why she didn't bring the tray with her, I was told that she wasn't responsible for it.

Decent store that's what McDonalds is all about - the food tastes almost the same everywhere

I've been to the Mc for a while now, but I've never seen it so dirty before. Nothing going on but the floor is covered in leftover food and totally sticky. Hopefully things will get better otherwise I won't go there again. Burgers were also sloppy.December 30th.

I've had very good service there so far. However, last time I went through the drive thru. The employee seemed very rushed and was extremely unfriendly. I'm not used to that there. Ok, everyone can have a bad day.

The 2 younger girls behind the counter were absolutely child-friendly, Katja even got a toy for free, we were very happy. And if there are napkins or something else lying around on the floor, the very people who throw it there complain that it's dirty...

It's McDonald's. The food offers no surprises. This branch is almost a bit larger than the usual branches and yet it is still quite crowded here on Saturday evenings. There is a small McCafe area with an excellent coffee machine.

From a purely visual perspective there is nothing wrong with this McDonald’s. Everything was clean and well maintained and the staff were really nice too. But what we got here as Filet-o-Fish is really a disgrace. Of course, it is clear to me that reality looks completely different than the photos. But really now? 1/2 slice of cheese and a mini fish patty with a dollop of tartar sauce? I'm at a loss for words.

This machine ordering is rubbish, it's better to order from a person. But that has been abolished and everything takes much longer at the machines. Total crap! The food is as always.

There are advantages and disadvantages to always visiting the same restaurants in every city. (I personally don't particularly like it but the Z generation probably likes it)

Horrible!!! Fries were ancient and ice cold. The salad dressing has expired and is no longer edible. The tables were all dirty and some of the tables were blocked off, probably because they were too dirty…

The old woman on the phone was disrespectful

One of the nicest, tidiest, nice smelling McDonald's branches I've ever seen. Came in and immediately felt comfortable. Since we're talking about a McDonalds, I don't take that for granted. We had breakfast at the Golden M today 😬 We were thrilled.

We were there as a family with two children and have never experienced such a child-friendly and accepting location in terms of the staff. Our children were super happy and an employee even gave them little gummy bear burgers as a bonus. The nuggets, fries and cheeseburger from the HAPPY MEALS were also fresh and really good. The toilets were also extremely clean and comfortable. You didn't get the impression that it was "just" a fast food restaurant. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Was there with family. I'm disappointed. I bought food for 50€, and then a rude service worker talked to me stupidly because my wife had her own food with her (it's something special, she can't eat everything at the moment) it's strictly forbidden here, etc. etc. I think that's something of impossible. I will avoid this restaurant in the future because it is a complete disgrace.

I ordered nuggets to take away, but they forgot the sauces. Ok happened, so I went in again.... Unfortunately, the service reacted very unfriendly and threw me two mayo instead of my sauces. But why I'm writing the review: At home I open the nuggets... I must have found 15 black hairs in the nuggets... Thinking about it still makes me sick... Absolute no go... That was my last time at McDonalds!

Compared to other McDonald's branches, we really liked this one. Toilet clean. Modern furnishings. Food quick and good.

Dirty McDonalds. Were there at 2 p.m. and it was very dirty. Older cucumber slices were hung on the TV in the corner. I don't even want to know what was hanging on the ceiling in the corner. It definitely wasn't dirt that had only been there since today. Food was good but the ambience makes you miss it. Will avoid this one from now on.

You can't say much about your average McDonald's

I always order a reusable cup with my ice cream to help reduce waste. What is being done here? My ice cream is poured into a regular disposable cup and the empty reusable cup is placed on my tray. Every time. Incomprehensible.

I ordered via Uber eats, the delivery was super fast and the food was really warm. But.... The crispy burger was a lot apart and the salad and sauces were only half on the burger, the other half was in the cardboard box. The same was with the big Mac bacon. It's unbelievable how bad the service in the kitchen is. They would have to do stress training or stay at home if they don't feel like it. Take a look at a McDonald's in Japan and you'll know what quality and service is. Sorry, really sad when you're looking forward to a burger like that and then only get poor quality.

The super cute thing is that the flowers are everywhere in this Macdonald! We like it very much! Very cozy place 🤗

The coffee is not tasty, very bitter

2 out of 6 machines worked. I ordered a mcflurry which was only half full. I've never had a bad experience otherwise, but that's not possible.

First I only got half an ice cream then my drink was ruined and I didn't get my points either. Where else it's completely different. That was the first and last time I was here

Quiet McDonald's, good connection from the A9, food was complete, OK and delivered quickly to the place. There is children's playground indoors and outdoors.

Waiting time far too long. I waited almost 30 minutes for my order, which consisted of 2 things, while other people whose orders were huge only waited around 3 minutes. And when you ask the employees about it, they cry that you shouldn't cry

Everything was great, food was warm to hot and tasted good, waiting time was okay, cleanliness was also good.

It is probably more convenient for those who drive past the city on the autobahn. Of course, now we need to take a detour since the bridge is being repaired and will not open soon. Spacious restaurant with McCafe and Drive inn. Parking spaces available in front of the house. Nice service and atmosphere with friendly employees and quick problem solving. Food is served at the table.

I've been there twice, unfortunately there was always something negative when I ordered something there. Recently cold Frices lukewarm Bic Mäc Sprite which was just water.

Unfortunately the food was not complete and unfortunately a bit dirty. At least the fries were warm.

Meanwhile: dirty tables, floors and toilets. The burgers are e.g. T. disgusting. You don't want to know what else the staff is doing with the food. An example: we recently ordered a burger that looked like it did in the photo: Quiz question? What kind of burger is this? The straight-out-of-the-trash burger? No - a big Mac. I don't have any trust anymore. First no longer to Burger King, but now also to McDonald's. My health is more important to me...

Never seen such a disabled MCe. The order screens constantly hang up and sometimes increase the time to order to 10 minutes. There is also no table service.

I like the atmosphere and service. In principle, the tables are always clean.

Zu lange Wartezeiten auf das Essen

Die Tablets zum bestellen waren langsam und kaputt. Als man an der Kasse bezahlen wollte ging nichts die Mitarbeiter wissen nicht mal wie man die Kasse bedient... Das Essen hat ewig gedauert und wie man sieht war das Eis ekelhaft, man konnte es aber zum Glück zurück geben. Also an sich ziemlich schlechte Erfahrung. Sauber war auch nichts. Und im Burger waren Haare wie EKELHAFT . KEINE EMPFEHLUNG

Mitkunden unfreundlich Mitarbeiter unfreundlich mussten 45 min auf Essen warten

Es hat sehr guckt geschmeckt wir haben 10 Jahre auf das Essen gewartet die Mitarbeiter schon unhöflich

Waren heute zum zweiten Mal hier.. Das Essen sehr lecker und vorallem noch recht heiß/ warm wenn es an den Tisch kommt. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Da es genau auf der Hälfte unserer Route liegt kommen wir sicher nochmal hier her.

Essen war sehr unansehnlich. War aber auch viel los. Wartezeit auch entsprechend länger. Sonst ein ganz normaler Mac.

Diese Bestell Terminals finde ich total nervig.

Die Automatischen Kassen sind zu Nix zu gebrauchen. Man möchte seinen Coupon aus der App einlösen, die Kasse hängt sich auf und dein Coupon wird als nicht mehr gültig angezeigt. Für so einen Riesen Konzern eine schwache Leistung.

An sich ist es ein sehr moderner McDonald’s, die Tische sind zum Teil sehr sauber und nicht fettig, aber der Service ist sehr schlecht. Die Angestellten sind sehr unfreundlich und motzen die Kundschaft an, besonders die Dame an der Kasse. Die Bestellautomaten gehen zum Teil auch nicht, genauso werden einige Coupons nicht genommen. Das Essen war außerdem kalt.

Qualität muss verbessert werden! Burger werden größten teils kalt serviert, vor allem die Aktionsprodukte... Kaffee ist in Ordnung.

Leider musste ich öfter die Erfahrung machen das bei der Abholung von essen im Drive in immer wieder kalt ist nicht frisch sondern einfach ungenießbar. Wiederum ist in himmelkron das Essen wirklich warm und köstlich sollte einem mal zu denken geben.

Mit Systemgastronomie hat dieses System leider nichts zu tun. Einfachste Bestellungen (Kaffee+Burger) dauern erstaunlich lange. Man darf dabei zuschauen, wie nervös in zubereitete Burger gefasst wird, um zu prüfen welcher Burger vorbereitet wurde. Ja, es wird das Fleisch mit den Händen vom Kassierer angefasst. Der Kaffee, wurde in der Zwischenzeit kalt. Denn dieser wurde selbstverständlich bei Bestellungseingang als erstes zubereitet. Super. Bitte nicht weiter so.
