McDonald's in Bayreuth

Ich war total begeistert vom McDonald’s in Bayreuth! Ich war während meiner Reise mehrmals dort. Obwohl die Angestellten nur wenig Englisch sprachen, waren sie sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Atmosphäre war einladend und das Restaurant sauber. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir das McCafé im Restaurant. Soweit ich weiß, gibt es so etwas bei McDonald’s in den USA nicht. Die Cappuccinos waren köstlich! Neben den üblichen McDonald’s-Gerichten gab es auch einen vegetarischen McPlant Burger und einen fantastischen Frühstücks-Wrap, den ich mir auch zu Hause gewünscht hätte. Er war so lecker, dass ich ihn während meiner Reise mehrmals bestellt habe. Wenn ihr in Bayreuth seid und Lust auf eine schnelle Mahlzeit oder eine gute Tasse Kaffee habt, kann ich euch einen Besuch nur empfehlen!

Einer der ekligsten mc Donalds wo wir seit langen waren.. Damen WC völlig verdreckt und shaker pommes ohne tüte und kalt Burger und Nuggets lauwarm und apfeltasche eiskalt und man wird vom Platz geschickt wegen angeblichen putzen und dann putzt niemand... diesen einen mc werde ich meiden

Mcdrive absolute Katastrophe, 30 min gestanden obwohl net viel los war. Wo bleibt die Organisation?

38 Grad aber immernoch kein Klima???!! Mir tun die Mitarbeiter leid.. wer ist der Inhaber??

Der Kaffee war ausgezeichnet, und die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich, fleißig und gut gelaunt.

Burgerpatty verschimmelt Habe mir einen Big Mac von diesem McDonald’s mitgenommen und das Burgerpatty war verschimmelt!!!

21.6.26 Update: Der Big Mac meines Sohnes war verschimmelt 🤮 Ende Update Immer, sorry echt immer, fehlt etwas. Hab seit Jahren das Problem und prüfe immer meine Bestellung. Schade.

Pommes mal wieder kalt und dadurch ungenießbar bürger haben ausgeschaut als ob man die einfach nur reingeworfen hatte Eis kam schon halb geschmolzen an und sowas ist einfach nur frech man bezahlt so viel um dann was zu bekommen wo man einfach nur denkt das es wie den Schweinen hingeworfen zum Fressen

Leider muss ich ein stern geben, nur diese Laden hat keines verdient. Was die Toilette angeht, ist nichts da für behinderte. Wo sollen behinderte Menschen aufs Klo gehen, die Toilletten bieten nicht genügen Platz für rollstühle !!

An sich war ich relativ zufrieden. Es war sauber und nicht viel los. Jedoch habe ich an deren Terminal einen Big Tasty Bacon und Plant Nuggets bestellt. Bei dem Burger stand “Tomaten nicht verfügbar”. Das hat mich gefreut, weil ich sie nicht mag. Nachher musste ich feststellen, es waren doch Tomaten auf dem Burger, was mich geärgert hat. Zudem wurde mein Burger direkt fertig gemacht und die Plant Nuggets brauchten 5min. So lange lag der Burger in der Auslage… fand ich auch nicht so berauschend.

Einer der saubersten Mc Donaldsfilialen, die ich kenne. Schnelle Abwicklung in Mitnahmebereich. Leider waren meine Pommes lauwarm und etwas lappig, ich konnte aber nicht reklamieren, da wir schon losgefahren waren. Mein Sohn war mit seinem Menü zufrieden.

McDonald's halt. Drive-thru ist hier idr recht zügig. Lieferung über uber war auch ok.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, allerdings viel zu teuer. Ich verstehe nicht, wieso sich noch so viele Leute das Essen hier leisten können. Ich gehe hier nicht mehr hin.

Leider musste ich in letzter Zeit Mittwochs immer öfter feststellen, dass meine großen Pommes nicht komplett sondern teils nur zur Hälfte befüllt werden. Is halt scheiße, weil dann hätt ich auch kleine bezahlen können anstatt große, wenn ich nicht die korrekte Menge bekomme. Ich hoffe die Schichtleitung wird darauf aufmerksam gemacht und informiert die Mittwochs eingeteilten Mitarbeiter darüber, hierauf wieder besser zu achten.

Man bestellt einen Hanuta Mc-Flurry und dann wird einem an der Kasse gesagt haben wir nicht mehr da. 👍

Super guter Cappuccino,mit schöner Crema

Sophian-Kolb-Straße 16, 95448 Bayreuth. Ich habe meine Bestellung über Uber Eats aufgegeben. Aufgrund einer Verzögerung bei der Lieferung, bedingt durch einen Kurierwechsel, trafen die bestellten Speisen wie Burger und Pommes kalt ein. Das Eis und der Milchshake waren geschmolzen. Ich habe am Montag umgehend eine Reklamation bei Uber Eats eingereicht, jedoch bisher keine zufriedenstellende Rückmeldung erhalten. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit McDonalds ist ausschließlich über eine KI möglich, was in dieser Angelegenheit nicht zielführend war. Aus diesem Grund wähle ich diesen Kommunikationsweg und bewerte den Service mit einem Stern.

Eis und Milchshake quasi nie verfügbar.

Das ist ein wirklich gutes McDonald's. Unsere Bestellungen sind immer korrekt und werden schnell zubereitet. Ich gehe dort immer hin, wenn ich in der Gegend bin.

So geht Service!!! Frau Rotkilch super freundlich, einfach Top.

Ich mochte alles, wenige Leute, das Essen ist sehr lecker, das Essen ist sehr schön, das Personal fragte, ob alles zu uns passte und ob alles auf uns übertragen wurde

Naja mit Fastfood hat es in der heutigen Zeit leider nix mehr zu tun.. wartezeiten teilweise schon grausam

Zum ersten Mal gibt es keine Behindertentoilette, absurd.

Einer meiner Favoriten, besonders empfehlenswert ist der Matcha. M11

Die Bürger werden immer kleiner und die Preise immer Teurer. Wenigstens ist das Personal Top.

Wir waren seit längerer Zeit mal wieder bei Mac Donalds zum Frühstücken. Vorab: Der Kaffee schmeckt ausgezeichnet! Ansonsten hat das Frühstück unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt, der McMuffin mit Bac. & Egg war geschmacklich etwas fade den Bacon musste man suchen. Der McWrap Rührei Bacon war okay. Service war gut, die Filiale sollte jedoch was die Innenausstattung anbelangt, dringend aufgefrischt werden. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis insgesamt ist okay. Toiletten sauber, Seifenspender war defekt!

Lebensmittelvergiftung. Der Burger hat merkwürdig geschmeckt, hab ihn trotzdem gegessen. Großer Fehler. Liege seit 2 Tagen flach. Ich kann jedem nur davon abraten dort zu essen.

Am Eingang bekam ich gratis Süßigkeiten, zwei für mich und eine für meinen Bruder. Das ist also ein Pluspunkt für sie, weil ich dadurch mehr bekommen habe.

Personal (ältere Dame, vllt Schichtleitung) unfreundlich, bei Abholung des Essens an der Theke stand ich kurz da damit die Abholnummer geprüft werden kann (sonst kann ja jeder das Tablett abholen) und als da so eine kleine Weile stand wurde ich nur komisch gefragt, ob noch was wäre? Oder warum ich das Tablett nicht einfach nehme. Würde ich mir als Regionalleiter der Filiale echt mal ins Gespräch gehen und das Personal neu schulen … schon im Gesamterlebnis deutlich durchgefallen…

Bestellung über McDrive Personal kennt anscheinend eigene Produkte nur bedingt Pommes kalt und Burger maximal (mit viel Wille) lauwarm. 6 chicken Nuggets (wenig ansehnlich) für 5,99 wie auch winziger Doppel Cheesburger für knapp 4,50 Euro unverschämt. Wir waren schon länger nicht mehr hier und werden so schnell auch (generell) nicht mehr vorbeikommen

An sich sehr ungepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter hatten auch schon mal bessere Tage gesehen. Mit der Bestellung warten sie auch auf eine bessere Zeit. Also ist ja gut und schön dass sie putzen wollen aber um 0 Uhr schon die Hälfte des Ladens zu zu machen und Leute die sich dort hin setzen wollen vor zu schicken ist schon frech. Ich wusste nicht dass man eine oder mehrere Fremdsprachen studieren muss nur um mit dem Personal zu kommunizieren. Die bestell Automaten denken sich auch je langsamer die machen desto weniger müssen die arbeiten und dann kommt nicht mal ein Kassenbon raus. Würde schon gerne sehen was ich so bestellt habe. Und diese Tickets sind abzocke. Bei jedem Ticket kommt entweder ein Jackpot oder eine Straße. Die Pommes dehnen sich mehr als eine leere Zahnpasta Tube wenn ich sie hoch hebe und sonst ist das Essen auch nicht mehr das was es war. Ich weiß nicht ob es am Personal liegt oder am Automaten aber ich wusste nicht dass wenn man normalen Zucker bestellt man braunen Zucker bekommt (vielleicht ist das ja ein Feature). Früher war alles besser!!!! Ich will mein Geld zurück.

Sauberer als jede Großstadt oder Autobahn Filiale. Aber die Preise sind mittlerweile einfach frech und weit über dem Bundesdeutschen durchschnitt. Der Burgerking nebenan macht leider direkt mit.

Hervorragender Service mit freundlichem Team, schnelle Lieferung, ausreichend Parkplätze. Saubere Toiletten, Wickelmöglichkeiten.

Schmutzladen !!! Essen kalt, Falsche Burger bekommen. Von der Wartezeit will ich eigentlich gar nicht anfangen !!! Von Fastfood hat das lange nichts mehr ! Unglaublich schlecht der Laden!

Ein toller Ort, um mit Kindern Zeit zu verbringen. Es gibt einen separaten Bereich für Kinder!

It takes too long for a chicken burger

It's a great branch overall, with very friendly staff. Unfortunately, I have to deduct points because since the beginning of the year, mistakes have been happening repeatedly, and orders are often missing items or contain the wrong things. It's not a problem when you're dining in, but it's always annoying when you have a takeaway order and don't check it. So my advice is to always check exactly what you're getting, especially items that come in the same packaging.

Absolute chaos. We only noticed the length of the "in preparation" list far too late. For at least fifteen minutes, none of the items changed to "ready for pickup." We watched the utter mayhem behind the counter for a full 45 minutes until someone shouted out "1 burger, 1 fries, 1 drink" as order number 269 instead of using the display. The problem was, they actually meant 296. At least the food arrived cold—and topped off with an incredibly tough bun. There are truly enormous differences between branches. This one needs a complete overhaul.

I was there yesterday, it was a disaster! I waited over half an hour for food, then the cheeseburger was ice cold, and the fries and nuggets were lukewarm! Many people demanded their money back. The shift manager had no clue and was unfriendly! I was there around 7:45 pm. SOMETHING HAS TO CHANGE!

We've been waiting for our food for half an hour, as have at least 60 other people in the restaurant! The kitchen is completely overwhelmed, and there's only one waitress for the entire restaurant! I've never been to such a slow McDonald's! Never again!

We were repeatedly ignored at the counter and couldn't pick up our pre-ordered meal. We had to go into the restaurant twice, and all the staff were just standing around chatting. Very annoying, especially when you're pressed for time. Everything else at the other restaurants works perfectly.

It was okay, the food was quick. The seats are very hard there.

I was there today, and an Indian woman was serving. I specifically asked them, "Please, no iceberg or onion." They added iceberg and onion. What bad service is that?

Why an international burger fast food restaurant doesn't offer a single vegetarian (or vegan) burger these days is a mystery to me. Cleanliness was also lacking during my visit (floor full of fries, service cart overflowing), and when I asked if the vegetarian burger was no longer available, I was initially denied an answer, and then only given a "No, not anymore."

Everything is good and relaxed.

I was there with my wife today. It was a TMNT/Hello Kitty Happy Meal. And you could even specifically order it. We got some Connect 4 game. When I complained, I was told in an extremely irritable tone that the TMNT/Hello Kitty were sold out. And I shouldn't be like that. Sorry, but that's just not okay.

Over 15 minutes waiting for a single burger… Fast food doesn't get any better!

Slowest McDonald's in europe. I ordered food for two and waited 20 minutes. When I got my stuff, the fish sandwich looked like it was put together by a blindfolded person.

Unfortunately, it's always very dirty here. I even saw an employee bump into trash on the floor while walking and still ignore it. Even when the place is quiet, they don't clean. I've noticed this several times. Yesterday, for the first time, there was also a very unpleasant smell, so we didn't want to sit down and took our food with us.

The usual fare. Tables were clean, staff friendly, and the ice cream delicious.

The food was freshly prepared. As a side note, I think the interior is in dire need of renovation. The restrooms stink and need to be cleaned more often. And this certainly wasn't done. I watched the employees for a long time and even pointed it out to the cashier, but no one was interested! I know Mr. Elster very well, and he wouldn't like that.

McS is nice, but let's be honest: That redheaded guy in there carries the whole place on his shoulders. Always steady, always correct—it wouldn't be half as great without him. Please give the guy more money; he feels like he's doing managerial work on an employee's salary. Stable guy, no joke! 🔥👊

Top-notch service – especially the red-haired employee, he's just amazing! Always in a good mood, fast, and friendly. Awesome guy, really makes a difference.

The fries were cold and dry. Burger was OK. Restroom dirty!

We had a McMenu to go with 6 plant-based nuggets and fries. Of course, we got meat nuggets. When my boyfriend went back inside to complain, he was yelled at, "What's wrong now?" We then got new ones, but they tasted like rubber and were already well past their intended holding time. The 2 stars are for the fresh fries and the nice guy at the cashier. For just under €12, you can expect fresh produce.

I'm still going there for the kids. But it's too expensive and outrageous for me. You have to pay extra for all the extras, and very few people speak German anymore.

Some of the food was cold or lukewarm despite the large number of customers. Service staff could be friendlier.

The food is like McDonald's, the service is like McDonald's, the atmosphere is like McDonald's. Some people like it, and some people don't.

It's a total disgrace to always get stale fries at these prices! Without checking and complaining, there's no point buying fries there!

It's not the restaurant's fault, but the price/performance ratio for the new Samurai Burger is abysmal!

Regular McDonald's. Nothing great, but nothing bad either. They forgot to put the sauces on once. The child came back with the check, they gave her not only the sauces, but also a McFlurry as an apology. Of course, this time the indignation turned into pleasure😁

Dirty toilets. No soap in dispensers. Dirty/grimy, smelled of urine. Very slow service, had to wait half an hour for coffee! Had ordered a medium cappuccino, which was more expensive than other places, and which was way too hot (over 75°C) way too much milk and no foam on top. I asked for a napkin to hold the cup, and the "barista" at the barista counter pointed to the burger counter (didn't speak English?) There was a long queue and no napkin or cup holder and no one could help. Way too much milk for what a cappuccino should have, tasted like an overheated bad coffee latte without foam, not creamy. Will not return and will not recommend the "restaurant" to anyone. Thought MC coffee would deliver quality. Will stay far away from MC Donalds in Germany after this. Very clean (tables, restrooms, floor, etc.). Table service was very friendly and professional. I was there for breakfast. My best McD visit in years.

Coffee's been ready for a long time. Muffins too. Staff haven't done anything for 10 minutes.

I've never experienced anything like this at McDonald's before; they ask you at your table if everything's okay. Very friendly and, above all, German-speaking staff. Unfortunately, that's not a given, at least not in our region. Very pleasantly surprised!

The fries were cold. The cleanliness here leaves a lot to be desired. The restrooms are just dirty and disgusting. Instead of keeping the place clean, one employee uses the windows while it's busy. Cobwebs hang from the ceiling and flies gather in them. The freshness of the produce is only guaranteed if you change your order. Everything was rather cold except for the burgers, which have been changed. The place is stylish and really good, but somehow this all just doesn't work.

Very good McDonald's, but the most expensive I know. Many things are 30 cents to €2 more expensive than usual. For example, a milkshake costs €3 here instead of €2 like everywhere else. A chicken burger costs €2.80 instead of €2. A McDonald's Flury is €3.30 instead of €3. Luckily, a regular ice cream sundae is still €2.

First, I have to say that I go to McDonald's at most three times a year. It's relatively friendly. Always clean.

So einen dreckigen mc Donalds hab ich in meinem ganzen 30 jahren lebenszeit nicht gesehen... der boden sieht aus als wäre tage nicht mehr gewischt worden... die Tische sind mit essens resten vollgeschmiert und keiner der Arbeiter kommt auf die idee diese mal zu reinigen... abartig!!!

The woman who cleaned the restrooms was very nice. Overall, she did a great job, and the entire store appeared clean and well-maintained.

Unfriendly fries only half filled at maxi listless employees pass it on to the customers long waiting times

Coke is poured for me from various glasses, not from vending machines. And there's always a big problem with straws for drinks, but they're never there.

I can't agree with the negative comments. The service was great, the staff friendly. I even saw an employee wipe the tables for the first time (that's never happened to me before). So, all good. We would come again 😉

I specifically ordered Smarties for my McFlurry twice. Unfortunately, I didn't check, but then I noticed that one of your incompetent employees had just thrown in 10 Smarties or something. The cheeseburger also tasted weird. I took a closer look and have no idea what so much seasoning was doing on it. It's not the first time; sometimes something's missing, sometimes it's completely wrong, and sometimes it doesn't taste good at all because the stuff has been sitting there for half an hour, or the nuggets or burger meat are tough. Please close this place down already.

The food is really salty, you can't eat it at all, there is too little ice cream for the price you pay, they don't even have half the cups with ice cream and you don't get what you ordered

I was just at McDonald's and am truly disappointed by the poor treatment. The cashier was rude and refused to bring our food to our table, even though we had provided our table number. The restaurant wasn't full, there were hardly any customers, and the employee just stood there doing nothing—yet she was unwilling to provide even minimal service. This kind of behavior is absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope this is taken seriously and reported internally so that something like this doesn't happen again.

I would like to share my recent experience, which was unfortunately disappointing. The treatment was rude, and the staff seemed neither friendly nor helpful. I felt unappreciated and mistreated as a customer. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve service in the future – the current standard unfortunately does not reflect McDonald's reputation.

Food came to the table super quickly (less than 10 minutes), was still hot and therefore freshly prepared. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was quite clean for the usual McDonalds restaurants, but there is still room for improvement if the customers behaved better.
