I spontaneously ate there for the first time today. There was currywurst with fries. The food tasted good and the price was okay too. Afterwards I quickly used the toilet, which, like the dining room, was very clean and well maintained. Gladly again!

!!! Bad service !!! Unfortunately the service is terrible! It is strongly recommended to speak to the staff! The young shift is totally friendly and tries hard for the guests, the older cooperative could happily stay at home, the way the ladies treat guests is totally outrageous, they only do what is ordered and treat you like dirt. Advice of the day; Anyone who doesn't want to work or can't even tell the time of day or can't even speak to a guest in a friendly way has no place in the hospitality industry! Otherwise it tastes normal (not good but not bad either, neutral in taste), because the service is so outrageous, you don't feel like eating it; We will no longer come and dispose of your points trading card! Bad service !!!

Hello, the food is really okay. Unfortunately, I think the prices for ketchup and mayo are too high at €1. I can understand that people charge a little more money for homemade sauces, but for wholesale mayo and ketchup?

Seriously it deserves 0 stars but there is no such option. The outside of the shop is covered in mold or moss and inside it looks ugly. The food is either too salty or over-fried + I also saw beetles.

Ordered 2 different dishes, one with, one without fries, the second dish simply added fries and mayonnaise and was charged for. Forgot the mayo with the first dish. I paid immediately after ordering, gave a tip of 2 euros, no thanks, nothing. When I pointed out when I was packing up that the second dish didn't come with fries and mayonnaise, the comment was: "Yes, bad luck, I've already taken it into account", I told the lady that with dish 1, please add the mayonnaise that was ordered , which was missing when packing. I was then charged an additional 1 euro for these and I was supposed to pay another 20 cents for the carrying bag, but I didn't buy it anymore. But don't thank me again

Best snack in the HS district! Every day there is another new offer. The food is good, the service is friendly and very quick. The prices are reasonable.

It's been a long time since I met such an unfriendly and unsympathetic person. The lady with the short hair apparently has no feeling for how to deal with people and in my opinion has no place at a counter. The older of the two women, on the other hand, was more accommodating and friendly.

Unfortunately today was the last time I ate in this chip shop. The fries are a disaster. Half consisted of rock-hard "corners". Everyone else is also very dry There was leftover food on a table that wasn't wiped away during my stay.

Every now and then I buy currywurst with fries, sauce, mayo and onions. In 2020 I have €4.90, in 2022 €6.10 at the beginning of 2023 €7.10 and yesterday €8.10. That's a huge price increase of over 80% in a short period of time. Why?

I don't often visit snack bars, back then the Grillmaster was a top recommendation in Geilenkirchen as a "German" joint. Currywurst, pork schnitzel and delicious hamburgers. This is what this hut was once known for. Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated significantly and the prices have risen extremely sharply. Today I thought I would treat myself - after a long time - to a delicious portion of fries (as we once knew them, fresh, hot, golden and crispy) and 2 warm meatballs with mustard. You really can't go wrong with this menu. Unfortunately I was bitterly disappointed. The meatballs were - for that matter This is a mass-produced frozen food product, just like back then were still fried in hot fat - great. Juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside. Add mustard - perfect. They cost 1.70 euros before Corona, now 2.50 euros each. Well... you can give it a try - for me as “ordinary mortals” with little income but definitely borderline. The fries, on the other hand, were an absolute disaster. You couldn't call these fries, more like “acrylamide sticks”. They were more reminiscent of pretzel sticks than of the delicious potato sticks that we knew from here. At least on my last visit some time ago. And actually the fries have not changed due to Corona and the prescribed or recommended preparation has not changed - as far as I know. During my visit today, the fries had already been briefly bathed in hot fat several times to stay warm. Result: dark brown, hard, and there was almost no substance left inside, just the hard outer shell. There was no stress or crowds at the time of my order, there was just one other customer after me. Nevertheless, they were busy while I was waiting Lots of fries pre-fried and also kept warm. An absurdity. And then charge 2.70 euros (!) for a small portion of fries. If they are at least edible would have been... I paid for 2 meatballs and a small fries Paid 7.70 euros. Far too much for the result. After all: the mustard was included for free. Unfortunately I could no longer complain about my fries, as I had ordered the takeaway menu and also I didn't look closely at the preparation and packaging. Otherwise I would have already pointed out that the fries were far too dark. Maybe this would have saved my lunch break. At least in terms of taste. One does not know.... The crowning glory at the end: When asked whether I could carry everything "as is" or whether I would like a bag, I said that a bag would be more practical. I should be charged another 20ct for this - in my opinion the prices are already too high. When I then asked for a paper bag as an alternative, I was told it was a paper bag. There was a paper bag with advertising for this snack bar taken out from under the counter. I politely declined and received a grumpy comment from the waitress: "Oh, then that's how it works?" A local joke from the waitress? I hardly believe that anyone wanted to enrich themselves with 20ct. I can't say anything about the staff today. I don't know the other days of the week and the service today didn't seem particularly unfriendly or listless to me. However, you should think again about the processing of the fries. I will visit there again unannounced in the foreseeable future. I would like to be fair like that. Overall conclusion: Staff: friendly, with a catch. Meatballs: OK. Preparation time: also ok. But at what price...

War wegen eines Umzugs dort. Nette Bedienung und das Essen ist verdammt Super. Toiletten waren super sauber. Im ganzen ein Besuch wert ist wirklich TOP.

Gyros war gut. Schnitzel und Salate wohl selbst gemacht.

Currywurst mit pommes besteld, was snel klaar, prima worst, prima frieten, goede portie mayonaise erbij, en genoeg röstzwiebeln erop.. eten smaakt ook goed echt niks mis mee prima eten aardig personeel ook prijs was ook prima €3,70 voor de worst en €2,70 voor de frieten wat ook een goede portie was. Wat dan wel minder is en daarom maar 3 sterren, 1 ster weg omdat ze nog altijd 'het corona beschermings scherm' hebben hangen over de balie , nergens voor nodig en ziet er ook niet uit, geeft beetje een naar gevoel ook... dan 2de ster weg, flesje bier... bitburger stubbi (0.33l) €2,70!!!! Erg belachelijk voor n flesje bier van 70ct... maak het flesje bier €1 goedkoper en een ster erbij, haal je het corona scherm weg nog een ster erbij, dat zijn zo makkelijk 5 sterren , nou dan

Schnellimbis mit qualitativ gutem Essen, fast jeden Tag in der Woche ein Sonderangebot. Die Bedienungen sind freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber Selfservice.

Das Essen hat eine gute Qualität, die Bedienung ist freundlich und korrekt. Das Ambiente ist halt höchstens äquivalent zur imbissstube. Toilette ist von außen zugänglich.

Sehr unhöfliches Personal! Kommt sehr genervt rüber und das nicht zum ersten Mal. Begrüßung kennt man nicht und Bestellung wird meine ein genervten Blick entgegen genommen (dazu noch falsch ). Das Essen an sich ist gut und schmeckt.

Leckeres Essen, Preis ok, Personal freundlich

Seit vielen Jahren gute, gleichbleibende Qualität zu moderaten Preisen. Schade ist die Verkürzung der Öffnungszeiten, offenbar dem Personalmangel geschuldet.

Schnitzel kommen leider nur aus der Fritteuse und somit eine sehr fettige Angelegenheit. Sauberkeit ist soweit ok. Die Freundlichkeit ist durchaus Ausbau fähig. Preisleistung und Service befinden sich im Sinkflug.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung und wirklich lecker da lohnt sich mal zu stoppen um zu essen.

Das schnitzel kannst du voll vergessen da kannst du auch auf nem Stein kauen aber die Preise sind sehr gut. Viel Auswahl an Essen.

Currywurst mit Pommes und Mayonnaise für 7, 20 €. Currysoße für meinen Geschmack leider zu süß. Freundliches, nettes Personal.

Auf der Speisekarte steht ein anderer Preis als den man bezahlen muss, außerdem 3,80€ für eine große Pommes mit Mayo finde ich etwas überteuert. Dazu kommt noch das die Pommes so schmecken als währen sie kurz wieder warm gemacht worden.

Tolles Essen, wie immer freundlicher Service

Der beste Imbiss aller Zeiten. Die Portionen sind anständig und egal was ich bisher gegessen habe, alles hat super geschmeckt.

Eine der letzten deutschen Pommesbuden im Umkreis. Ich liebe die Burger von dort. Hamburger und Pommes Top. Gyros ist Tagesabhängig mal gut mal nicht ganz so gut. Ich gehe unregelmäßig seit über 20 Jahren essen und werde es auch zukünftig tun. Bedienung schnell und Nett.
