Drinks were warm, then wanted to get ice, unfortunately it was defective (employee's statement: Unfortunately it doesn't work). When I pointed out that the drinks were inedibly warm, the employee only shrugged his shoulders.
Why is the ice dispenser broken?
Why was there no mention of the defective ice cream dispenser (then I wouldn't have taken the menu!)
Maybe train employees on what to do in such situations other than shrugging your shoulders
Familiar food. Location is easily accessible and practical. On the last visit it took quite a long time for the food to be ready. The staff is sometimes friendly, sometimes annoyed. Haven't been inside yet so I can't say how clean it is
The best Burger King I've ever been to. I'm used to cold, stale food from Stuttgart. It takes a little longer here, but the food is fresh and hot. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.
Short version: unfriendly, inflexible, narrow-minded, and the customer is NOT king.
Long version: We came to enjoy four drinks as a family. Since my wife can't drink cold drinks due to sensitive teeth, I ordered two spritzers and a latte macchiato, along with an unchilled sparkling water. This wasn't available. So I asked for unchilled medium or still water. When that was also impossible, I asked for tap water.
At this point, an older gentleman behind the counter (presumably the manager) intervened and refused very firmly and unfriendly. I made it clear that I hadn't come to be stingy and that my wife unfortunately suffers from chilled drinks. The gentleman, however, didn't want to hear this, so I said I'd lost interest and didn't want any more drinks. The man at the counter, however, insisted that I pay for the latte macchiato, as he had already started it.
After at least 20 visits in the past few years, that was our family's last visit there. What a shame!
