You can have a good meal there And you even have a straw with you when you drink, not like the big M

Actually a good Burger King. Staff was friendly. But what turns me off from going there again is that this store doesn't have any ordering terminals. You can only order in the drive-thru or at the checkout.

A very well maintained Burger King, The staff is very nice and the seating was great. Unfortunately, we have already experienced this differently. But here you notice! That the employees are happy and super friendly.

It's mostly quiet compared to the McDonald's next door. There are no terminals that would make ordering easier, but are not absolutely necessary. It is clean and the food tastes relatively freshly prepared. Some small mistakes are made when ordering, but the staff is friendly and apologizes for a small mistake. Overall, 4 stars are justified for this Burger King.

Larger order taken home. 4 x fries that were included on the bill are missing. The employee is obviously completely overwhelmed.

Meerane Burger King is okay. He likes to eat there. Except sometimes the fries are too savory or too salty, which is why only four stars. Otherwise everything is okay and I've already tried the vegan one. I think that's great

Extremely long waiting times, staff can hardly keep up. In some cases, people who order after you get their order sooner. The taste is ok, but overall I don't recommend it.

“Fast” food is something else... Waited in line for 25 minutes to order.

You can only drink coffee or ice cream there, don't expect friendliness or service.

The staff works relatively slowly and sluggishly. The young man at the checkout was a bit confused but really very friendly. The older woman has more of an “I don’t care” attitude. We had two Chrispy Chicken, nuggets and an ice cream. The ice cream was delicious. Nuggets and burgers have little taste. The consistency of the burger patty was kind of weird and mushy and tasted kind of like stale cereal. All in all, not recommended. For the price you can get much tastier food.

Never again Citizen King Meerane the people were totally overwhelmed my son stood for almost 10 minutes for a bag to take with him to eat 2 steak houses got some of my own creation and eating there was just disgusting even our dog got diarrhea and that may be saying something

For Father's Day only 1 person in the shop and 1 in the kitchen. The waitress has no idea what he's doing, he's just operating the drive-in counter and the people in the store are standing on their feet. No response to request and totally slow waiting time 16 minutes. And last but not least, cold burgers and onien rings that were raw. Bad . Actually not even worth 1 star.

The ambience is very good for a local chain, and the food is Burger Kind style. The counter worker was very friendly. Were in transit. Was OK

On the one hand, the staff works incredibly slowly, on the other hand, there is one employee who messes up the entire store. She fidgets with the other employees' orders and forgets items that were ordered. Always check carefully whether everything is there...

The ice cream, the coffee were very tasty, my son had a menu and he liked it very much, everything was great. Always happy.

Mayonnaise tastes like mustard, onion rings are not fried, iced tea has a strange aftertaste and check nuggets don't taste that good either but fries and crispy chicken burgers are also okay and tables should be wiped down

I took the largest device, as always the Big King xxl, fries were still nice and hot and not too salted, my colleague & I then treated ourselves to a large ice cream with Smarties and carramel sauce

Die Qualität hat sehr nachgelassen. Als Nachtisch wollten wir ein Eis. Ging nicht, weil die Eismaschine defekt ist. 😃 Ja. Ist klar. Es ist nicht das erste Mal. 😃

Ich bin eher für McDonald's, aber meine Tochter wollte zu Burger King. Ich hatte den Klassiker Whooper, war nicht schlecht.

Leider waren die Burger kalt (schon wieder), der Käse nicht zerlaufen und der Bacon nahezu ungebraten. Auf Nachfrage kam, daß es schon immer so sei und man könne nichts daran ändern. Wir sind dann mal weg 🫡

Der Service ist wie immer super. Das Essen ist lecker und schmeckt uns besser als bei MC. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke.

Schnelle und nette Bedienung, Preise bissl hoch.

Personal freundlich jedoch das Essen ist unter aller Sau!! Man zahlt über 12€ für 2 xtra Long Chilli Cheese und bekommt sage und schreibe bei dem einen 3 und bei dem anderen 4 Jalapeno Scheiben drauf !!! Nie wieder werde ich dort hin gehen für diese Frechheit !!!

Ein ganz normaler Burger King. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

18:30 Uhr (DriveIn) zwei Menüs (Coupons) sowie zwei extra Beilagen bestellt. Beim ersten Mal fehlten 3 von 4 Burger, 1x Pommes, 1 Getränk. Nach dem darauf hinweisen erhielten wir in einer zweiten Tüte drei Burger, Pommes fehlten weiterhin. Zuhause beim Öffnen bemerkten wir, dass zwei von drei Burger nicht die bestellten waren. Vorerst werden wir nicht wieder dort hin gehen.

So gut die Burger von BurgerKing auch sind, aber wenn IMMER etwas von der Bestellung fehlt, dann hat man irgendwann keine Lust mehr. Die Bedienung ist freundlich, aber unendlich langsam! Längste Wartezeit 36min im DriveIn.

Personal ist freundlich und nett. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Essen war sehr gut. Bedienung hätte freundlicher sein können und nicht so genervt. Wir hatten das Gefühl nicht erwünscht gewesen zu sein.

Essen ist schnell fertig, Qualität wird hier noch geliefert. Essen ist frisch und heiß. So wie ich es erwarte. Service ist freundlich ☺️

Man merkte der Mitarbeiterin anhand von Ton Mimik und Gestik an das es nicht erwünscht ist 45 Minuten vor Ladenschluss etwas essen zu wollen . Unterm Strich sehr unfreundlich
