There are always new employees who don't understand what you want, preferring to take food home to eat comfortably. Bread but then very "mushy" due to sauce.

At the new establishment called 'Subway' I was served a meal that satisfied my hunger, but my palate remained undecided. The smell of the spices was so strong that I feared my stomach would soon rise to dance with the scents. This visit was a novelty for me and I wonder whether I will repeat it.

Ordered food to pick up. There is no one on site and the order is only started at pick-up time. Unfriendly employees.

Worst sub of my life. Staff overwhelmed. Ate directly on site, it was almost cold because it was still at the checkout and the next customer was already being served. 12.99 is exorbitant for such a bad sandwich. Never again Subway 😷

I often eat here, the subs are always delicious and the young staff is super friendly. I can't say anything negative, I haven't even had the wrong topping, either when ordering locally or online. I can only warmly recommend the shop in Meerane. Bon appetit 😋

Really sad here. We come to the store and wait. No employee on site. After 5 minutes we searched everywhere and couldn't find anyone. Store was completely open and accessible everywhere. After about 25 minutes someone finally drove up in a car. It was the employee. Unfortunately we had ordered and paid online beforehand!!! Even though we ordered an hour before, the food wasn't ready. Then the employee, completely confused, asked about our order, even though it was there. A ray of hope: I then asked for my money back and received it without any discussion.

In contrast to other stores, the subs here are still generously occupied. You are happy to accept the slightly longer journey. In addition, the staff is always friendly.

Very bad. I've ordered something three times in the last three months and they forgot something three times and still billed normally. Something like that has to work if you order an hour in advance. Today I had a large sub that tasted completely like dish soap, which ended up in the trash. Never again for that money

The regular crew is a super well-coordinated team. Everything goes quickly.

Very clean at first glance, not so much at second glance. The floor of the toilet was very dirty, the toilet could have been cleaned better, the rubbish bin was very dirty. Sink works like this. Tables neat and clean, the back of chairs could also be wiped down. Floor could be mopped better. I've had better taste, apparently the salad had been sitting there for a while and I barely got any sauce on my sub. Lots of cookies in the tray. You can also bake some later when everyone else goes away. My chocolate chip was pretty dry and crumbly :( . No basket for the sub when eating on site. And the sub was also wrapped in the white paper, I had never had it before, don't know if that's the way it should be.

The employees are repeatedly very unfriendly and the bread was topped incorrectly twice today. There is never a receipt to complain about it either.

Nice staff and quick processing

So we were there today and it looked bad. There was lettuce sticking to the benches as well as the tables. The woman serving had blown or wiped her nose with a hygiene glove and touched her cell phone. It's sad that something like this isn't checked.

Mimi is the best! She is the fastest and most competent, friendliest Subway employee I have ever encountered! We'd love to come back!

Just terrible... I've been testing the food for several months. And each time the roll was so hard and inedible on one side that it ended up in the trash. In my opinion the breads were from the day before. In addition, the subs are wrapped so that the inside is pushed out. You can be ashamed of these prices and the advertising that you can't implement anyway!

It was just fast food. But it was clean and the service was polite

I like to go to Subway, it's very tasty and your wishes are taken into account. The store is clean and the staff is very friendly even if they aren't having a good day themselves.

Subs are filled exactly how you want them. Absolutely nice staff. The work is done cleanly. We love coming here :)

I haven't seen anything so unfriendly in a long time. A young team where one person seems to be new. The other one put him down in front of the customers because he couldn't yet use the PC properly. Training is different.

Katastrophe. Ständig wechselndes Personal, demzufolge nicht eingearbeitet. Das Personal was da ist, ist die Definition von Inkompetenz. 2 Mitarbeiter sind mit 2 Kunden komplett überfordert. Essen wird nach dem Aufwärmen daneben gelegt und vergessen..Die Folge daraus, es ist Kalt. Sandwich wird lieblos und ohne Verstand für Menge belegt. Während der Kunde redet geht der Mitarbeiter weg. Noch nie Solang für 2 belegte Brötchen gewartet. Wirklich schlimm.

Wie kann es sein, das zu einem Samstag abend 19 Uhr nur ein Mitarbeiter dort arbeitet. Haben mehr als 40 Minuten gewartet...

Mit Abstand das freundlichste Personal das ich jemals bei Subway erlebt habe. Wir wurden extrem nett bedient und behandelt. Wenn wir pendeln, kommen wir in Zukunft immer hier her :)

Extrem langsames Subway … nur einer in der Bedienung… der arme Kerl kann nix für .. wenn Leute vor einem 7 subs bestellen

Trotz so voll & langer Wartezeit , haben die beiden Mitarbeiter (junge Frau ), junger Mann)) Vollgas gegeben , super belegt und sehr nett!

Heute waren wir im Subway in Meerane. Das Geschäft ist sehr modern und freundlich, schön hell. Es gibt genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten drinnen sowie draußen. Für die Sauberkeit braucht es noch ein wenig Übung. Es ist aber noch nicht schlimm. Leider bin ich mit dem Service nicht wirklich zufrieden. Mit uns wurde sehr wenig geredet, zwischendurch wird dann mal auf die Smartwatch geschaut und als ich eine normale Frage stellte, fühlte man sich scheinbar angegriffen. Die Bedienung hat mehrfach fragen müssen, was wir jetzt genau nochmal wollten. Lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Essen war lecker. Preislich finde ich es bei Subway mittlerweile etwas teuer. Dabei werden die Brote immer kleiner.

Service war überfordert, es war für 20.00 Uhr schon so einiges alle und die Cookies waren nicht durch sonder roh, der blanke Teig außer der Rand war in Ordnung. Was doppelt belegt sein sollte,ist auch nichts gewesen, aber dafür abgerechnet. Essen wurde vertauscht und dadurch falsch rausgegeben und falsch belegt. Es war ein völliges Durcheinander. Dann draußen essen gewesen und wollten noch unsere Getränke Austrinken in Ruhe, wurden wir von Personal verscheucht, weil sie die Tische zusammen schieben mussten, zwecks zu machen. Naja, wir sind nicht mehr so zufrieden und werden womöglich auch nicht mehr dort hingehen. Schade um die Zeit, wenn man für das Geld nicht das bekommt wie man es sich als Kunde wünscht. Leider Daumen runter.

Schöner gemütlicher Laden. Sauber/Hygienisch TipTop und Ordentlich. War leider nur mal gucken,aber komme wieder vorbei und esse auch mal was. Mitarbeiter/in nett und freundlich.

Der Laden war zwar fast schon bourgeois, aber sehr apart eingerichtet und sauber. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hat unseren exklusiven Gelüsten hinsichtlich belegter Brote voll und ganz entsprochen. Liebe Grüße, ein McDonalds Stammkunde

Das Essen war Subway typisch gut, aber die Potato Bites waren sehr wenig und die Verkäuferin war sehr unhöflich und mies gelaunt. Ich geh da nicht nochmal hin. Einmal und nie wieder

Die subs waren sehr lecker nur leider war eine der beiden Angestellten sehr unfreundlich. Man hatte das Gefühl es ist ihr zuwider das sie abkassieren muss oder das sie kontakt zu Menschen hat. Ich habe im Anschluss noch Kekse für zuhause gekauft da war sie noch mehr genervt. Die andere Dame war sehr nett und geduldig da ich mit Kindern da war und sie erst erfragen mussten was was ist.

Wir sind von einer wirklich netten Angestellten bedient worden (Theresa).Die Brote waren sehr Lecker und gut belegt. Kommen gerne wieder.

Ich möchte, u erst sagen das ich subway als Kette mag und logischer weise nur auf das erlebte in dieser Filiale mich beziehe. Generell ist das gesamt Konzept stimmig und wie zu erwarten bei Subway. Allerdings stören mich ein zwei Punkte. Zum einen werden Bestellung nicht richtig ausgeführt (Sachen vergessen) was erst hinterher immer aufgefallen ist.. Da man ja nicht immer eins zu eins den Leuten auf die Finger schaut. Zum anderen ist eine negative Stimmung ab und an spürbar. (ich meine damit das ein anleiter forsch zu Mitarbeitern war. Nun steht es mir fern die Situation zu bewerten allerdings senkt das etwas das Ansehen und sollte nicht unbedingt vor Kundschaft passieren). Alles in allem aber eine solide Filiale.

Ein ganz normales Subway Schnellrestaurant. Die Subs 🥖 waren gut, der Laden war sauber und die Mitarbeiter wussten was sie tun.

In 3 Worten: langsam und verpeilt... Kidsbox bestellt aber es gab weder das Laugenbrötchen noch ein Spielzeug. Die Überraschung war, dass es keine Überraschung gab. Ach und das Zitat: "blöde Spongebob" Spielzeug gab es auch nicht. Das haben wir dann beim Bezahlen erfahren...

Essen gut, Personal könnte freundlicher sein.
