People always forget to pack things. Sometimes there was no mayo or ketchup. Changes to orders will not be taken into account. How please without onion or without cucumber. It won't get any better either.

Bought 3xPlantbase Wopper with Curly Fries at the drive in, paid €40 and found out at home that the fries were hard, old and inedible. Ääättzzzzeeeeennnddd

After eating there for the 10th time in six months, I would like to leave a review. I am completely satisfied, compared to other branches, Weimar really does the best and anyone who has already eaten in Krefeld should know that. The citizens are always warm, fresh and generously served. The toilets were clean and acceptable during my visits. Back then, Bürger King was still at Goethe Platz and it wasn't nearly as good there. I'm satisfied and will come back.

Of the 5 items we ordered, we had 2 mistakes and an old bun.. There was chili cheese sauce on the long chicken and the bun was anything but fresh and the King's Beef was missing the second slice of beef you paid for extra.. Check your order, it seems Unfortunately it's not uncommon here. Update 2 years later: Everything was always perfect here on my last visits. Friendly service, food always freshly prepared and any special requests taken into account. I can now highly recommend it again.

Terrible! Staff (lady with reddish hair and glasses) carelessly prepares food without gloves. When I asked why the foreign employee was wearing gloves and the lady wasn't, the grubby blonde guy (could use a shower and a hairdresser) at the drive-in also became rude. His reasoning was that you don't have to wear gloves when preparing food. When I asked where I could read the hygiene guidelines, I was directed to Google. Tip to all drive in visitors. When it's dark, watch your food being prepared in the window. Bon appetit. **chokes**

Creepy! Bad-tempered service, lukewarm food and very dirty surroundings. After eating I wanted to go to the toilet and was told that it wasn't public. I had bought food 10 minutes earlier and the store was empty... Never again!

Above average - for what you would expect from a BurgerKing. Great service, super fast, the food is really fresh/still hot and the order is always complete. And very often attentive staff. And the obvious cleanliness and hygiene are also a positive surprise.

If you point this out to the staff, you get the impression that it's my fault as a customer and what I could afford to ask again. The restaurant is clean and there is enough parking space. The food came fresh and hot. There are two things that need to be improved: the scanner on the ordering machines is sometimes dirty, scanning doesn't work and you have to go to the checkout. That's what happened to my colleague. In the Restaurant zur Goldenen Möwe you can at least enter a code and then it still works. I also think table service would be nice.

Um Welten besser als die furchtbare Bude in Mellingen. Da gehört aber vermutlich auch nicht viel dazu. In Weimar war ich bisher immer zufrieden. Kurze Wartezeit, warmes Essen. Mehr erwarte ich nicht.

Mit fast food hat das nichts mehr zu tun. Dauert mir alles zu lange. Es ist nichts sofort verfügbar. Alles wird erst bei Bestellung gemacht. Da kann ich auch ins Restaurant gehen.

Super netter Service. Es wurde auf meine Probleme. It dem Magen Rücksicht genommen. Produkt angepasst und sogar Vorschläge zur weiteren Änderung gegeben. Dann wurde es Innerhalb von einer kurzen Zeit (Drive in) auch alles zubereitet. Ihr seid ein super Team. Viele andere Filialen können sich bei Euch noch was abgucken. Vielen lieben Dank.

Der junge Mitarbeiter am Drive In war super freundlich, Burger waren spitze wie immer beim Burgerking. Kommen gerne wieder.

Leider war es unmöglich, einen lesbaren Kassenbeleg für die Buchhaltung zu erhalten. Die dazu gezogene Vorgesetzte war sehr unfreundlich und antwortet nur, dass sie es nicht ändern kann. Danke für nichts! Mit der nächsten Jugendgruppe gehe ich zur Konkurrenz.

Ein schöner Burger King, es war etwas laut, wofür das Personal nichts kann. Das war freundlich und hat uns nicht lange auf unser Essen warten lassen.

Das Essen war total lecker und frisch zubereitet (etwas Zeit einplanen). Der Innen- und Außenbereich sowie die Toiletten sehr sauber und ordentlich. Da sollten sich andere Filialen eine Beispiel dran nehmen!

Die Bedienung hat schon kurz nach Öffnung keine Lust. Wir haben einen Burger zurück gegeben, weil er nach Seife geschmeckt hat. Keine Entschuldigung, sondern nur die Frage, was soll ich da jetzt machen. Kundenservice ist echt was anderes.

Die alte Rezeptur der Nuggets fanden ich viel besser

Essen schmeckt, wie man es von BurgerKing kennt. Die Filiale ist sehr sauber und die Wartezeit ist auch üblicherweise nicht so lang. Es ist irgendwie unglücklich gelöst, dass die Sitzkissen des Außenbereichs bei schlechtem Wetter drinnen auf der Sitzbank gestapelt werden. Dadurch ist ein kompletter 4er-Tisch nicht nutzbar und es tut auch dem Ambiente nicht gut. Wofür die Filiale nichts kann, was ich aber generell nicht verstehe ist, warum bei Kartenzahlung neuerdings so penetrant nach Trinkgeld gefragt wird. Für was soll man in einem Fast-food-Restaurant Trinkgeld geben? Niemand nimmt meine Bestellung entgegen, ich gebe sie selbst über das Terminal ein. Niemand bringt mir Essen an den Tisch, ich hole es selbst an der Theke ab. Niemand kassiert mich ab, ich zahle selbst mit Karte. Wer Trinkgeld haben will, muss auch irgendeine Form von Service erbringen

Fresh was it not. Both of my burgers were dry. I needed more ketchup to eat it. Standards have dropped a lot. Are those the standards from USA?

Gute Auswahl, schnelle Zubereitung und gute Einrichtung.

Klassisch Burger King, Nix außergewöhnliches. Bedienung war gut und schnell. Ich werde wiederkommen. Bei einem erneuten Besuch war das Restaurant leider schmuddelig. Der Boden hat stark geklebt. Ein großer Besucherandrang bestand zu der Zeit nicht.

Die Lage ist durchaus zweifelhaft, da an der gut befahren Straße immer was los ist und das mach das essen im außenbereich quasi schwer genießbar. Für Kinder ist durch das Rutschenparadies definitiv was geboren und auch innen gibt es einen Bildschirm mit Kinderspielen. Das Essen ist dort sehr genießbar und für nh flotte Nummer wenn man nicht weiß was man will ist Burger King definitiv eine gute Wahl. Durch die nahe gelegene Bushaltestelle ist die Filiale auch gut erreichbar und zu Fuß vom Bahnhof aus schnell erreichbar. Die Toiletten sind gut ausgestattet, aber leider meist verklebt. Trotz allem komme ich immer wieder gerne auf diesen Burger King zurück. Macht weiter so. 👍😉🙂🤔

Mostly nette Mitarbeiter, Drecksessen- erwartungsgemäß

Das Essen wird an einem Terminal bestellt. Das war es auch dann mit dem modernen Design. Die Burger waren trocken, pappig ... und haben nicht die erwartete Temperatur. Geschmack war vielleicht damals. Das gebotene überzeugt nicht. Die überteuerten Getränke sind auch eher gefärbtes Zuckerwasser. Leider kann ich so etwas nicht weiter empfehlen.

Essen ist in Ordnung manchmal sind die Brötchen sehr trocken. Wenn man auf die schnelle was zu Essen haben will kann man hin gehen.

Sehr gut, tolle Sitzgelegenheiten

Die Mitarbeiter haben nicht wirklich Lust zu arbeiten hat man das Gefühl. Immer lange Gesichter die nur genervt aussehen. Ein junger Mann ist da, der ist wirklich lustig und nett. Das Essen schmeckt gut, mittlerweile besser als bei McDonald's.

Von allen BK‘s die ich je besucht habe, ist das mein liebster, vorallem das BK- Team ist einzigartig 😋

Ich hatte mir zwei verschiedene Burger zum Mitnehmen bestellt, die recht ähnlich hießen. Jedoch wurde mir zweimal der gleiche eingepackt, was ich allerdings erst zu Hause bemerkte. Als ich am nächsten Tag um eine Auszahlung der Differenz bat, trat mir äußerst unfreundliches Personal gegenüber. Die Burger waren gut, aber Kundenfreundlichkeit wird leider nicht groß geschrieben - stattdessen wurde verlangt, dass ich am selben Tag nochmal hätte zurückfahren sollen. Blöd, wenn man eine halbe Stunde entfernt wohnt.
