I ordered Narcos, which were fries with chili con carne on top. Apparently I ran out of chili, so they put pulled pork on it for me... Well, they could have asked me if I wanted this. Actually pulled pork is not my thing. Otherwise the waiter with the short hair was very, very loud.

Very good fries. But way too much mayo on the fries. The spicy currywurst is not really spicy but a solid currywurst. Price/performance is TOP!

I went there on a recommendation. The order was taken quickly and friendly. We all really enjoyed the different dishes. The fries are a poem, as are the sauces. Price/performance ratio is right, as it cannot be compared to simple fries and currywurst. So if you're looking for something special, you've come to the right place.

The tastiest fries in Weimar. Unfortunately there was no quick service due to a lack of staff. Everything was a bit chaotic. But fries came hot. Very restless atmosphere when eating on site.

If you don't feel like working, then you don't have to have a big mouth. After asking several times whether one could order, the response was to frown. The 10 cm long fingernails with which you had to scratch yourself everywhere in order to then touch the fries were absolutely delicious. The store is completely overrated! But you can find out about all of the employees' private stuff, which is discussed loudly! The waitress then sat on the counter to cool herself with spray. How stupid do you have to be?

The waiting times are acceptable for a restaurant but not for street sales, and the waiting customers block the entire sidewalk. I don't understand why Franz Mitte can take over the entire sidewalk, but you deserve one star from me.

Solid fast food location with good fries; prices are okey; the self made mayonnaise is what makes this place special - unfortunately the mayo is bery expensive; at lunch time you might need to wait a bit; not my favourite place (because I don't love fries so much) but I come here from time to time - I still consider the fries recommendable.

Shortly before 10 p.m. we arrived at the Fritz and waited with others to get a delicious menu and a mate. The employee called out in a low voice and “extremely friendly”: “French fries are out” and closed the window. Thanks for nothing 😅

Überteuert, unfreundlich und nicht kritikfähig — das ist die Grundhaltung bei einem großen Teil des Personals. Alle Menschen werden geduzt und mit abgehobener Hipster-Attitute behandelt. Dazu kommt ein fast schon unerträglicher Hang zur Ertragsoptimierung. Eine Portion Pommes kostet im Sommer 2024 4,20€, dazu kommen 50 Cent für die Box, wenn man die Pommes mitnimmt. Jede weitere Soße kostet 1,50€ Aufpreis, eine Plastiktüte ebenfalls 50 Cent und über die Getränke reden wir besser gar nicht. Vollkommen aus der Zeit gefallen ist auch der Umstand, dass eine vegane Currywurst zusätzlich zur fleischlichen Variante 1,90€ Aufpreis kostet. Gekrönt wird der Service-Fail von der offensiven Forderung an jeden Gast, Trinkgeld zu geben. Jeder Versuch, höflich Kritik zu üben, wird mit absoluter Ignoranz beantwortet. Einen Stern gibt es deswegen auch nur darum, weil null Sterne nicht gehen.

Overpriced, unfriendly and incapable of criticism - that is the basic attitude of a large part of the staff. All people are treated on a first-name basis and with a detached hipster attitude. In addition, there is an almost unbearable tendency to optimize yields. A portion of fries costs €4.20 in summer 2024, plus 50 cents for the box if you take the fries with you. Each additional sauce costs €1.50 extra, a plastic bag also costs 50 cents and we'd better not even talk about the drinks. The fact that a vegan currywurst costs an extra €1.90 in addition to the meat version is also completely out of date. The service failure is crowned by the aggressive demand that every guest leave a tip. Any attempt to politely criticize is met with complete ignorance. There is only one star because zero stars are not possible.

I really enjoy eating there. The place is perfect for grabbing something to eat after shopping 🫶 I ate there a few days ago and since a saleswoman had made one portion of fries too many and they were still warm, she gave them to us for free. In general, all sellers are always very friendly. I always eat fries there which, unlike McDonald’s fries, were very crispy and never burnt.

Absolute failure. After a long time, I ate currywurst again at Fritz Mitte. Found the sausage to be a bit strangely firm and very dry in the bite. I have previously had better quality from Fritz Mitte Jena. I will no longer go to this institution in Weimar.

Very good food, but only one star for that. The service from a person with all dignity. Either this person can't read or doesn't know the clock. Opening hours Friday 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.! We entered the store at about 10 p.m. and were greeted with the words "Hey out, we're closed." thrown out.

A restaurant with a focus on fries in different variations. Nothing to lose weight, but of course you're not looking for that in a store like this. I can definitely recommend it if you need something quickly that will noticeably satisfy your hunger.

Fries with currywurst and greasy mayo...unfortunately awesome. On our last visit the portions were a bit small, so we were just about full. The ambience inside is very nice and you get your food delivered to you relatively quickly after ordering at the bar.

When we're in the area, we like to stop for a currywurst with fries. It always tastes good and the large selection of delicious mayonnaises is pleasant and good and there is no skimping on sauce here either. We are always satisfied. Super cool and friendly staff. The restaurant also has a super modern design. We can only recommend it and would love to come back again and again.

At Fritz Mitte you can get all kinds of fries. These are very high quality. The mayonnaise that comes with it is also very varied. Tastes really good. Even though it is always very busy, you can get your food very quickly. The sanitary facilities are very clean. The personnel is very friendly and courteous! I can only recommend Fritz Mitte for a quick snack in between!

Mega great fries with homemade dips. The truffle mayo is a hit! The girls say the lemonade and iced teas are delicious too. The ambience is lovingly designed. We recommend.

The preparation is quick and the price/performance ratio is right... If you are traveling in Weimar, you should definitely take the time and stop by... ✌🏻

If I could give 0 stars I would have. Staff very unfriendly and passive aggressive. Food tastes okay, but if you're not respected it's not worth it. Also not enough sauce.

I visited Fritz Mitte for the first time and I have to say: it was simply delicious! 😋 The different flavors of mayonnaise were a real highlight. The employees there are super nice and friendly. 😊

Today two friends went to Fritz Mitte to eat potatoes and sausages. A slim saleswoman with long blonde hair tied back stood at the checkout. But he wasn't friendly at all. His behavior towards us was not nice at all. Maybe he behaved like that because we were foreigners, I don't know. We liked the rude and unprofessional behavior of the employee at a store whose food we love. The food is very good, but we believe that the employees of such a quality establishment should be just as qualified as the establishment itself. !!

Die besten Pommes die ich kenne und die Soßen sind auch klasse, sogar für jemanden wie mich der normalerweise keine Soßen mag. Kann ich 100%ig weiterempfehlen. Würde mir noch eine Filiale in Erfurt wünschen.

Super leckere, krosse Fritten. Die kleine Portion macht mich schon völlig satt, denn da kommt ne ordentliche Portion Majo drauf. Die Trüffelmajo ist ein Gedicht und auch die anderen Sorten klingen lecker. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich und man kann auch drinnen sitzen zum Essen und Trinken. Wir kommen gerne hierher, Preis-Leistung stimmt 👍

Die Pommes und vegetarische Wurst schmecken gut. Die Macceroni eher alt bis künstlich. Das Personal lässt an manchen Stellen zu wünschen übrig: Von nicht angebrachten Sprüchen bis hin zum Versäumnis Tische abzuwischen, die komplett versifft sind, und der Laden grade mal leer ist und somit Gelegenheit.

Bei mir hat sich mein persöhnlicher "Fritz-Mittwoch" etabliert. Hier komme ich meist Mittwochs nach Feierabend vorbei und zieh mir ne' vegane Currywurst oder ne' kranke Fritzkombi und ne Fritz-Kola rein - Deswegen Fritz-Mittwoch (hahihahu witzig..). Es ist oft auch echt voll, dann arrangiert man sich damit oder man isst woanders. Aber bitte überlegt euch verdammtnochmal was ihr essen wollt, bevor ihr am Tresen steht anstatt euch in der Schlange über die Wartezeiten aufzuregen! Nach der Bestellung einfach mal ein Ohr offen halten wenn eure Bestellung aufgerufen wird! Da könnte Ich manchmal platzen...

Die Preise steigen permanent bei Fritz Mitte, während die Qualität immer weiter nachlässt. Man geht schon immer mal wieder hin, aber tatsächlich wird es von Mal zu Mal schlechter & die Bedienungen unfreundlicher & unaufmerksam.

Mittlerweile nicht mehr so das gelbe vom Ei. Früher echt gut gewesen Currywurst echt gut geschmeckt aber mittlerweile ist die Currywurst so klein das man sie schon gefühlt übersieht. Schade bin gerne hin gegangen. Es ist nicht ungenießbar aber nichtmehr das was es Mal war

Sehr cooles Restaurant mit super Essen und traumhaften Service! Absolut zu empfehlen, vor allem auch die vegetarischen und veganen Optionen!
