No, the ordered menu was incorrectly stocked, the contents were lower when asked, the goods were not available and no replacement was offered demanded money back

I recently had an immense intestinal flow, when I wanted to go to the toilet the entrance was blocked by an extremely obese man, after which I defecated in my pants. I didn't have my Minecraft menu either, my toys were missing, and upon repeated requests the same toy was always packed in, shit day.

Ashtray is extremely dirty not smoker friendly

So you have to say McDonald's is getting worse and worse, especially when it comes to the preparation of the burgers, it's an absolute disaster and the service is also just idiotic, you have to be honest. 🤷🤦 McDonald's used to be good, but now it's just vegetating, the burgers are now lukewarm and after two minutes you only have lettuce and sauce in your hand than the entire burger - it's more of a mess than anything else. The wait staff are sometimes annoyed by everyday life or by the people as much as anything else. I can't recommend McDonald's anymore, I'd rather make my own burgers at home from now on because then I know what I'm having 🤷

Simply DISGUSTING – Never again! What we have experienced here can hardly be surpassed in terms of impudence, dirt and incompetence! €40 for trash – there’s no other way to say it. The food was cold, inedible and looked like someone had previously spit it out. The cheeseburgers, a single mess that looked like vomit. The outside of the burger boxes was greasy, dirty and sticky - just disgusting! The staff? Unmotivated, listless and obviously already in after-work mode, even though there were still guests there. The return van was completely overcrowded, the seats were dirty, but no one cared. Even though the store was almost empty! This McDonald's is an absolute disgrace and needs either a complete overhaul or a new team that takes its job seriously. A shame for the McDonald’s brand! I'll never set foot in here again!

It was a lady who was obviously hard of hearing. We repeated it countless times, both in German and English - she didn't understand anything. Later we had to drive the car to the front to tell her straight to her face. Why not like that? There wasn't a single other person or car there in the morning. Even when we talked to her directly, she didn't understand it. We stared at each other and her attitude was quite unfriendly.

Nice McDonald's, easily accessible via country roads. Parking space selection is rather limited, public parking spaces can be used as an “additional”. Entrance to the parking lot and McDrive on a very steep slope, not for lowered cars. Service OK, speed good! Staff less inclined towards customers.

Absolutely not recommended...👎 Latte Macchiato cold and without foam, Fanta not filled to the top. Unclean restaurant (chips and rubbish were on the floor, tables not wiped down, service trolley completely overcrowded). We definitely won't be going there again... It's best to close the shop.

Today it was supposed to be quick and easy, so pre-ordered it via the app and picked it up on the way home. So far everything was correct in terms of content and what we ordered was handed over to us. At home, the Big Rösti is great, garnished with mega long hair. Wonderful and that at the prices...

The staff at the counter doesn't speak any or hardly any German...correspondingly poor communication. The food (chicken) wasn't cooked through and the chocolate shake didn't taste like anything. The complaint was a disaster...blame...the language barrier. Never again!!!

Went to the drive-in today and was super happy! The order was quick and the team was really friendly. Everything was fresh, delicious and exactly how I wanted it. You can tell that quality is really important here. Definitely come back!

It was very decorated for Christmas and even Santa Claus was there and handed out presents to the children.

Table was unclean. After being informed, we first checked whether this was true. That doesn't work at all.

One of the best McDonald's restaurants I've ever been to. Friendly staff, competent and helpful I was helped with ordering at the terminal 👍 and the food was delivered fresh and hot to the table.. My son even got an ice cream for free in a really great restaurant, I will come back more often now.

Visited drive - thru, I must say even though we were not speaking german the employee assigned to drive-thru was fluently speaking many languages. Great service and fresh food.

I went to McD Weimar for lunch today. My burger and fries were hot, the service was great and the store was clean too. The ambience was also nice. There are even flowers on every table. Great shop! I come here regularly now.

The food is ok. Breakfast is mega for me. Unfortunately, it now happens very often that some things are forgotten when ordering online. I would like to add that something was missing 5 times within 20 orders. Better take a look before you go.

Clean and well maintained McDonald's.

Good connection. Food was better compared to other McDonalds. Probably because a little more care was taken. Personally, I was very satisfied. My parents were allowed to ride as passengers. They waited in the car and found the small rest area very relaxed and not too busy.

I never thought I would rate or highlight a McDonalds, but everything was just right here! So friendly young and older staff, the ambience made the staff cozy and welcoming. The menus were fresh, were all brought to the table and the burgers were plentiful and freshly topped. The outside area is unfortunately old-fashioned and bare, there was no trash can, the interior was also behind and boring BUT: so clean! Really a great atmosphere and so clean. I was very surprised and felt comfortable. Thank you for your good mood while working!

Wrong delivery of milkshake. Delivered strawberry instead of chocolate. We ordered extra ketchup with the fries and wanted to pay extra, but the waitress was annoyed. Didn't get any ketchup. Toilets were very unclean. Smell disgusting.

I have rarely experienced such unfriendly service. The good woman (a little older, dark hair, tied in a pigtail) should perhaps apply somewhere else. Do you get a rude answer when you ask what kind of toy is in the junior bag because you don't understand the new system?

A typical McDonald's restaurant look and feel as every other. We were on our way from Frankfurt to Leipzig and the restaurant is only a small detour from highway 4. The place is very convenient with some parking spaces in indoor and outdoor seating and a small playground.

The manager this morning was unbelievable!! While I was paying at the register her two employees spoke to each other in English and to this she response was completely inappropriate! Saying “hier wird nur Deutsch gesprochen! Wir sind ja in Deutschland!” As someone who works in service I found this completely shameful! You can’t forbid someone from speaking their mother tongue. If she had explained to them that speaking German will help improve their German or that it could make customers uncomfortable I would not have found it offensive but in this situation it seemed much more like an insensitive racist remark. McDonald’s should be ashamed of putting a person in charge that would make comments like that.

Time and time again the unfriendly staff I have ever met, hence finally the long-deserved review. Today I bought two McFlurry ice creams for 4.19 euros each. When I got my ice cream, one cup was sufficiently filled and the other, unfortunately, was only half full. When I asked if I could get a little more ice cream, no employee was able to show any understanding. Rather, I had to hear that we could put the ice cream on the scales to weigh whether the minimum requirement was met. With the ice cream being sufficiently filled, the statement was that I was lucky that it was so full. I don't understand how anyone can be like that. The word empathy is probably a foreign word in this store. The general mood in the team when you enter the store was very tense, and not just today. It was definitely my last visit there.

Long ago McDonalds weren't top. Today we stop off *preferably* at a McDonald's when travelling on Autobahns. Clean, super clever ordering, fast service, reliable tasty food, great coffee, FREE clean WC use (as it should be)! Loving it actually and better than any SANIF***-type stops!

Unfortunately there are no gluten-free citizens like in Austria.

I'm very disappointed, I bought 4 ice creams today, a whopping €17. From the point of delivery I was sent to the side because the employee had already made ice cream for the next car, where a second car was served and we were still standing. Then an employee came with the ice cream, different cups filled and half melted. It's sad to offer the customer something like that for the money. 17€ is fraud for me! I cannot recommend the company more.

McDonald's food was as usual and the service was good.

Unfortunately it's just an average Mac Donald branch. It was a hectic lunchtime rush, which was also visible (unfortunately, leftover food on the floor, dirty tables and a very full garbage and dish return cart). The dishes themselves were hectic and not very lovingly prepared and you could tell that one half of the burger had no sauce at all and the other half was dripping with sauce. Overall it was also very loud and not very charming.

So far the best and most customer-friendly McDonald's I have found in Germany.

The food was tasty and warm, but unfortunately some of the reusable cups were dirty. One burger was wrong, and at the service counter they tried to convince us that it was the right one. After a short discussion, the right burger was made. In addition, the happy mail didn't contain the things the child wanted, and when we asked if we could have other things, we were told there was nothing else, even though other things were on display. Then you should update this so that the children cannot see anything else. But the McDonalds was clean and the trays were put away quickly etc. Food also came very quickly. Unfortunately, there was again little carbon dioxide in the drinks, although that seems to be a general problem. Fries were very good, as were the rest of the burgers.

Service is underground. When I pre-ordered the app and paid for it, it didn't arrive for ages. It wasn't due to my WiFi or mobile network, it was internal to the system. In return you get stroppy answers from the lady at the checkout with cheeky claims that it wasn't locked or it wouldn't work if I ordered on the wifi at home and not on site... such nonsense. Then it would be best if I paid it again on site, although PayPal had already sent me a message as soon as the lady pressed completed that the money would be paid. Afterwards, things from the order were forgotten three times in a row. The first time a burger, the second time there was ice cream without Smarties or anything else and today 2 bottles of apple spritzer were forgotten. Apologies or something similar for the errors that are clearly based on your side!

Can no longer be recommended at all, price performance is subpar as the taste has deteriorated extremely and the lack of competence and niceness of the mostly non-German employees takes care of the rest. Never again!

Located near the highway. Terrace to sit outside. Food was prepared quickly and freshly. Taste ok. Atmosphere like any typical McDonalds. Toilets could be a little cleaner.

Were served by a service employee (order) who unfortunately we didn't understand at all! The German is very bad! That doesn't work at all! Another employee had to help him first. The TS wasn't very hot but the MC rib was absolutely hot! The fries were like when you somehow scraped the last bit together, not the usual length of fries! Well, getting staff is just difficult!

Ordered two menus today and mistakenly included a cappuccino and an MC Flurry. When we were told that this was wrong, we got the answer "No, no, everything's fine" and then the right drinks came. When it was pointed out again that two things were wrong, it was said again. "It's all ok". Suddenly, an employee insulted us, telling us what liars we were and that we should have said something. She refused to engage in a clarifying conversation and slapped the missing sauces across the counter. Thanks!!! In the future, let's move on to the competition.

Great McDonalds tasted great as always but perhaps it would have been great to see a little more motivation from the staff!
