Had a great day at McColl's today. I was out with a friend and stopped there. Despite it being a holiday and being very busy, we got our food very quickly. Everything was fresh and incredibly delicious. The staff was also super friendly despite the busy situation. Big praise to the team today. I'm sure you mastered the day :)

In terms of food, my experience there has been the same as at any other McDonald's. It could be better, but there aren't really that many truly good McDonald's. This McDonald's is one of the most child-friendly I know. They're always giving out balloons, you can choose or swap toys, and there's a projector that projects games onto the floor. The kids are always well-occupied.

I visited this branch on June 22, 2025. Shortly afterward, I developed severe gastrointestinal problems and could barely stand the pain and nausea. On the 24th, I had to see a doctor, who diagnosed me with food poisoning. I also received a €40 fine for exceeding the parking time (+20 minutes), even though I had been eating and drinking in the restaurant during that time. Overall, it was a very negative experience for me, both in terms of my health and the treatment of customers.

We came here for breakfast. The staff was super friendly, quick, and cheerful. And the croissant was incredibly delicious.

Please check every order at this place. I've never had a correct order. Almost every time, a sauce is wrong. Quite often, I get the wrong burger, or entire sides are missing. It's quite nice inside, but the staff is extremely sloppy. When I order fries, 60% of them are fries and the rest are regular. Often, 2-3 chicken nuggets are missing.

One of the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. The nuggets were no longer crispy, but dried out. The burgers were carelessly slapped together. Added to that was the absolute lack of cleanliness in the dining area and the restrooms (soap and paper towels were also empty). The tray cart was also completely overflowing. All in all, not good.

Good place, just a small problem, a couple days ago I ordered a Double Big Mac menu in the drive thru, and sadly got a normal BigMac, didn't notice till I got home, should have checked before I left, otherwise than that staff is very friendly

Never busy, pleasant music, relaxed staff

Always check your takeout order, so you don't get ripped off and instead of a large portion of fries you get a small or medium one, and instead of a strawberry milkshake you get an iced coffee.

1. The order board didn't print a receipt. 2. The employees were very inaccurate; I even waited more than 10 minutes for my order. 3. The employees were rude and told us to leave (closing time was 1:00 AM and we arrived at 12:30 AM). 4. I ordered 20 Chicken McNuggets, but there were only 18. 5. I also ordered a large Coke (but I got Fanta). 6. The tables were very dirty. 7. It's very difficult to communicate because the employees speak little to no German. 8. The employees are not family-friendly. 9. They didn't have any children's amenities, like a slide, etc. 10. The food wasn't particularly warm. 11. The wait times are generally long at this company, whether it's the drive-thru or eating inside.

I ordered Big Tasty Bacon without bacon. Unfortunately, there was bacon in the burger. Additionally, one of the large fries wasn't completely filled. When ordering at the drive-thru, the fries are often not fully refilled. Please check your entire meal before leaving and complain if necessary.

An average branch in itself. Unfortunately yesterday there were only 18 in 20 chicken nuggets. Of course, you only notice this when you get home & it's hard to prove that you haven't already eaten two. Will we seriously have to recount the number in the future?

The worst branch there is! Went there once at 12:00 p.m., nothing going on and a menu was completely forgotten! Then at 8:45 p.m. my husband was there and two things were forgotten when ordering!!!! We ate at this branch around 8:45 p.m. It wasn't particularly busy and our food came promptly. Unfortunately, the burgers were assembled completely wrong and they were obviously never really warm (the cheese was still completely solid). The toilets were very dirty and so was the changing room. If we didn't have such a long drive, we wouldn't have gone to the toilet.

I am really stunned by my visit to this McDonald’s branch. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had! First of all, the chicken nuggets were cold, even though there were only a few guests there. How can that be? The curly fries tasted like they had been fried not once, but twice in old fat. Disgusting! Then the Royal TS hamburgers: They were so crooked that I wondered if they were prepared by a blind chef. The melted cheese stuck more to the packaging than to the burger itself, just embarrassing! The toilet was another low point: dirty and no toilet paper! I actually had to use the women's bathroom, which is simply unacceptable. And as if that wasn't enough, the air conditioning inside was running at full speed when the outside temperature was -1 degrees! It was so cold I thought I was outside! All I can say is: stay away from this place! Here you will not only be disappointed, but also treated really badly!

We ordered two happy meals and a big tasty bacon menu at the drive-thru. Five minutes on the way home later the fries were absolutely cold. Not lukewarm, cold! Leaky too. The Big Tasty Bacon without tomatoes had tomatoes and none of the ingredients were in the bun. Both cheeseburgers in the Happy Meal were cold and dry. The plant based nuggets were cold too. All in all a total failure.

We were at Mercedes in Erlangen, on the way back we felt a little hungry, OK the golden arches on the left before we started our journey home were very welcome at first. The parking lot was empty, hmmmmm they may have been CLOSED and that was on Friday afternoon, NOOO, everything just looked so desolate, as if the hay bales were blowing through the streets like in the Wild West. A hmmmmmm lady at the counter? who unfortunately did not speak our official language. The competent colleague quickly came over and informed us that the new voucher coupons were not welcome here in this MCD and that the chief had already thrown them all away. OK, then NOT!!! Unfortunately it is very frustrating when you are disappointed every time you order something, there is never a single time where an order is correct and nothing is missing. The quality of the food also leaves something to be desired, you notice a world of difference to the branch in Herzogenaurach. You don't even have to start with the service of the employees, they always give cheeky and rude answers when you point out that something was wrong with the order.

I ordered shake fries. Of course, when you take it with you, you don't look at the shaker bag in the bag, but rather whether all the other things are included. I have now paid 4.80 without being able to shake the fries because the bag and the powder were not inside.

My experience at McDonald's was disappointing. Every time I went to the drive-thru, my order was put together incorrectly. Staff seemed inattentive and uninterested, which led to repeated errors. It's frustrating when you're disappointed every time you order something. The fries were soggy and the burgers seemed half-baked. Overall, my visit to McDonald's was a big disappointment and I will consider other restaurants in the future that offer better service and quality food. 06/09/24 Been there again and once again very disappointed. When I stood at the drive-thru and said my order (1 Big Mac meal, 2x chicken burgers) The lady at the announcement entered 22 chicken burgers which she then changed to 2 when I asked. So I received my small order, I went and checked to see if everything was there. The incompetence to mess up such a small order is very extreme. Instead of 2 chickenburgers, I received 1 cheeseburger and 1 chickenburger. So I went back again and asked the employees about it. It seemed as if they already knew that they had intentionally packed the wrong goods and then replaced it. The question I have is whether the staff isn't trained well enough to pack the orders properly or they just don't feel like it. Additionally, I really hope that McDonald’s comments are taken into account. Or whether you even receive feedback for this misconduct.

The worst shop in Germany, don't go there, bad service or no understanding at all, they don't do anything I just had to wait 25 minutes to eat and then I didn't feel like eating anymore and left

Unfortunately it was very disappointing today, my friend and I had both ordered online, I still had to pay for mine, he did table service, stood there for 15 minutes until someone registered me, the cashier said table number 4 (was my friend) After another 10 minutes she took me again and was finally allowed to pay and also had to bring my friend the burger......after another 10 minutes I finally got my order. Employees felt overwhelmed.

Hmm...well somehow the cheeseburger buns taste old and the burgers were slapped together quite a bit so that half of the ketchup and mustard everywhere just didn't stick to the burger. I had two and they both looked and tasted the same. 😵‍💫

The burgers looked like they had stepped straight out of a promotional photo - perfectly styled and shiny. But when I bit into it, I realized that the taste didn't quite match the look. It was like a sad joke where the first bite was the punchline and the joke itself was the rest of the burger. The fries were a story in themselves. They were either too soft and limp or too crispy and burnt. It was almost as if they were trying to find the perfect balance between "unappetizing" and "unedible." It was really impressive how much they managed to miss the happy medium. And then we come to the drinks. The cola was either too flat or too fizzy, there was just no consistency. I felt like a test subject in a carbonated drinks lab.

Meidet Diese Filiale Mit arbeitende Person nimmt uns gibt geld, und geht hinter nimmt die fleisscheiben und haut sie auf den Bräter. Kein Händewaschen, keine Handschuhe. Auf ansprechen hin entschuldigt sich die Dame das sie keine Handschuhe an hab, geht und macht die Bürger ohne Handschuhe oder Händewaschen fertig. Fazid 2 Bürger die aufgrund von Ekel nicht gegessen aber bezahlt wurden Achja monopoly sticker fehlten schon, hoffentlich waren es nur nieten. Ich mache den Mitarbeitern keinen Vorwurf, ich denke eher das sie schlecht eingelernt sind.

Könnte mal wieder aufgehübscht werden. Das WC war eine Überwindung. Tischservice war nicht möglich warum auch immer.

McDonald’s sollte in dieser Filiale unbedingt das Personal ändern. Solch unfreundliche Mitarbeiter habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie erlebt. Eine Riesen große Frechheit. Man wird unverschämt von der Seite angeredet, wirklich unmöglich solch ein Verhalten. Hoffe das wird sich in Zukunft ändern.

Hey! Normalerweise hinterlasse ich keine schlechten Bewertungen. Aber heute bin ich wirklich sauer über den Service von diesem McDonald's. Kein Gruß, okay; kein Lächeln, auch okay; aber die bestellte Essens fehlte einfach, das geht gar nicht! Ich habe heute eine Menge bei diesem McDonald's bestellt und abgeholt, aber zwei McWraps fehlten.

Moderner McDonalds, sehr nettes Personal heute, Pommes und Nuggets waren sehr lecker

Ein McDonald's eben wie man ihn kennt. In der Regel geht alles zügig, Bestellung per App und los geht's. Bedienung und Service in der Regel freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sauberkeit o.k. Zwei Cheeseburger und zwei Chickenburger gehen immer.

War richtig super heute Mittag! Bin eigendlich nicht oft bei McDonald`s. Habe beim Menü ausversehen 2 Getränke bestellt. Die sehr freundliche Bedienung hat mir dann sogar noch einen Deckel gebracht damit ich das 2. Getränk mitnehmen kann. Klasse! Als sie mir den brachte, habe ich recht traurig gesagt das dies meine Pommes sein sollten. Habe ich falsch gemacht! Dann brachte sie mir noch Pommes aufs Haus. Super! Danke! 5 Sterne ! Freundlichkeit. 5 Sterne ! Service. Und gut war es auch wieder! Bis zum nächsten Besuch.

Haben einen Plant Based Burger mit Fleisch bekommen. Wie sowas geht muss man erstmal verstehen, immerhin hat der Burger sogar extra eine spezielle Verpackung. Keine Entschuldigung, kaum eine Reaktion. Die Chefin sagte dann noch zum Mitarbeiter, der die Burger macht ‚egal, mach neu.‘ Was ich auch als ziemlich unpassend empfand, sowas als ‚egal’ zu bezeichnen. Auf den neuen Burger haben wir dann auch 8 Minuten gewartet, ohne Blickkontakt und ohne Entschuldigung. Kann man also komplett vergessen den Laden.
