The service is really great, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I like coming here because the atmosphere is pleasant and the food is consistently good. However, I noticed that there's almost never any soap in the men's restroom. This has happened several times and is very concerning for a restaurant, as hygiene plays a major role here. This raises a serious question: How do the employees wash their hands when there's no soap in the restroom? I hope this problem will be resolved soon.

This is my go-to place, when I just need some private time with good fries and fresh made burgers

Very unfriendly staff. We have a Dutch app, so I asked if they could give me the coupons at the checkout, but no, that's not possible. The sound is also unacceptable. They speak poor German.

The food was okay, but it's now two hours later and I have really bad diarrhea and I almost have to throw up. It took me 20 minutes to eat one Burger King meal. Never again, really stupid.

Gastronomy is tough, and we weren't complaining. Unfortunately, the last few times we've been there, after waiting 20 minutes (even though no one else was there), the food was always cold and somehow didn't seem as if it had ever been warm :( It's a shame... we like coming here after parties or work. The Burger King at the Porsche Center is great, though :)

The ice cream machine is always broken! At the drive-thru, something is always missing from your order unless it's one or two meals 😵‍💫😂 Very annoying when you wait over 15 minutes at the drive-thru only to be told that the ice cream machine isn't working.

The first Burger King experience I dare remember, even a year later. The fries were perfectly fried and salted. The plant-based burgers were very fresh and warm. I would sit down here with my granddaughter after an American musical.

Ideally, no star at all. The ice cream machine has supposedly been broken for a month, and they're still giving me a really nasty rant. Simply impossible, and never again.

After the renovation, the food isn't as fast or tasty. Some burgers are lukewarm, and you wait at least 30 minutes for your food (without extras). Great for kids, thanks to the play area.

You can't help but be very satisfied. Everything was quick. Friendly staff and a clean store. The food was good and really tasty 👍

The staff was completely overwhelmed. One employee was verbally abusive to customers at the open drive-thru window. While we were waiting for our food, an argument broke out among five employees who repeatedly had trouble assigning three orders to the three waiting cars.

Ich verstehe ja, dass niemand da stundenlang parken sollte. Aber Kunden bestrafen, die im Restaurant etwas essen? Ich habe mich bei BK beschwert. Sie erwägen eine Verlängerung der Parkzeit für Kunden, wie nett. Bin gespannt! APRIL 2023: Staumeldung: auf meine Bestellung von nur 2 Hamburgern am Drive In musste ich so lange warten, dass sich ein Stau bis zur Einfahrt gebildet hat. Warum? Die Antwort: alles frisch zubereitet. Nee, oder ...????? Meine Bewertung, irgendwann früher: Im allgemeinen sauber und schnell. Angenehmer Aussenbereich mit Kinderspielplatz. Wenn viel los war, wurde bei uns schon mehrfach etwas vergessen, vor allem beim Drive in. Hängt natürlich auch vom Personal ab, das gerade im Dienst ist. Manche geben sich wirklich Mühe und sind sehr freundlich und korrekt. Es gibt aber auch chaotischere Kollegen, die leicht überfordert wirken. Heute, 01/19, King Box getestet: gut und frisch! Satt für 5 Euro (Pommes, Nuggets, Cheeseburger, Chili Cheeseburger, Getränk), Team gut drauf, nett und schnell.

Burgers are sold to customers half the time. No insight from the boss. I felt like I had to throw away every other meal because of it...it's a real shame

My granddaughter and I had just come from an American musical in Nuremberg and were still hungry. What would be better than going to Burger King, we thought. Since there were still a few guests queuing inside, we spontaneously decided on the DRIVE INN. Even though I drive a really big van, it took a while before we were noticed. The lady wasn't very motivated but friendly and we got our food quite quickly. 5 minutes later at home we knew why. The burgers were just cold and the cheese hadn't even come into contact with heat. The fries were not cooked through, pale, soggy and also cold. See pictures. Unfortunately not for the first time. This is the reason for this review and we probably won't be leaving any more money there any time soon.

BK as you know it. Fresh fries - but unfortunately really salty to death. Unfortunately, the outdoor area only has three tables. Very modern and up to date, you can almost see completely into the kitchen. But relatively small shop. Children's play area is a little larger. Suitable for evening dining but not recommended for prime time.

Was there once at 1:30 in the morning and the staff was nice.

Food was cold and not enjoyable. There was almost no lettuce and tomato on the burgers, put together carelessly. The sauces were a disaster in terms of taste. And the mayonnaise couldn't be opened. I will never go to Burger King with the grandchildren again, everyone was very disappointed. The staff almost didn't understand us either.

Onion rings were totally limp and not properly fried. Salad consisted only of iceberg lettuce and some soft tomato. Rocket and cucumber were completely missing. But nice idea with the chopped patties on the salad! The veggie burgers were good as usual, the fries were fresh. Staff seemed unmotivated and it was very cold in the branch.

We were disappointed. We ordered cheese with the veggi burgers and the burger arrived lukewarm, the cheese wasn't even remotely melted. Afterwards we wanted to have a coffee in the restaurant in a reusable cup. It was specifically advertised that there is now a reusable tableware program at BK. Nope, no Chane! The coffee is only available in disposable plastic cups. This is how you really alienate customers.

We actually wanted to give service minus 5 stars. Food was cold. We complained about this and the NICE, RUDE gentleman at the checkout reluctantly took it after patting down the burgers. Sorry...but we would never be treated so unkindly here....

The lady with glasses just in the drive-thru should look for a job without customer contact. I was served very unfriendly because the code I gave was not valid at first. When I said I wanted some more ice cream, she laughed cynically and said very happily, “the ice cream machine is broken, and besides, it’s her closing time.” Next time I'd rather go to McDonald's.

It's newly renovated, don't like the ordering ordinary.The drive threw is always slow. So honestly, if it's late at night and no other place is open, then ok

I've never experienced such unfriendly service as the lady with the colorful hair. I can't rate the food, as I didn't get any... After four years, I wanted to give this branch another chance... Double Chili Cheeseburger, 4.79 here, only 4.19 in Munich on the same day. On top of that, two of the three burgers were simply cold, and the third was lukewarm, even though we ate that first... Still one of the worst BK branches I know...

After years and repeated poor service and subpar food, I finally feel compelled to adjust my rating. The employees constantly mix up orders and the food is often only lukewarm or cold. The chicken wings recently had a bitter aftertaste. I don't even want to know what happened to them. I recommend driving a little further to Büchenbach and going to McDonalds.

Catastrophic! I mean, you wouldn't expect anything else from Burger King. However, if you use the drive-in you have to expect a long waiting time (at least 10 minutes), hardly any German speaking staff, forgotten order items and unfriendliness. Things that should actually be taken for granted! A disgrace for the prices.

Fast food whoopper used to be tasty, burger has become smaller, less toppings and dry, no longer recommended, ordering only possible at the terminal and via card payment, ambience no more TVs with music videos, a chip shop has more ambience and also something for the hunger...

Very nice Burger King! Lots of ordering terminals and a nice indoor children's area. It was clean and seemed very coordinated.

In itself a modern branch of BK. Was there today and had a "Fanta" ..... no, more water than Fanta... what a shame. And the top lattice potatoes in the bag were fresh, but unfortunately the bottom ones were already hard and very cold...

The spontaneous lunch was nothing special but not bad either. Therefore a three. Unfortunately, the table and chairs all had some flaws. The outside play area is very dirty and looks unkempt, which is a shame. Ambiance therefore one star. Service, the employees were friendly and tried to accommodate all wishes. But 30 euros for parking in the parking lot for too long is really bad service. Update 2025: The restaurant has been completely renovated and is very beautiful. Especially the area for children/families. Parking time has also been extended. Thank you very much, we would like to come back now.

Plant based orders regularly take forever, while other orders go out quicker. Each time we had to wait at least 20 minutes.

Drive In is like comedy - no communication possible

Very, very long waiting times. Drive in lined up at 8pm, one car in front of me and left at 8:45pm. Unfortunately not an isolated case. This has nothing to do with fast food anymore. At that time you could have had your food in a burger shop. You are always asked to move away from the window. There used to be a timer on the window that kept track of the time per customer. Since this has happened to me probably 7-8 times in a row with long waiting times, I will probably have to draw my conclusions from it.

Unfortunately, eating at lunchtime takes a very long time. If you have a 30 minute break it is almost impossible to eat here. You wait forever (20-30 minutes) for your order. It feels like the employees are not keeping up or there is a lack of preparation.

Oh well. Even fewer employees. Only a few offers left in the app. App didn't work on the machine. MA also overwhelmed. MA: are you there by car? Me: Yes. MA: Then just drive in. There you go. Me: 😅

Being the first to wait in the drive-in for 20 minutes was extremely long and then at home there was the next surprise: two burgers were missing and the food was cold and the service was even better

First we have a discussion with the lady at the window at the drive in. Then wait another 10 minutes and then the meat will never burn again!!!

6.2.24: At lunchtime the staff is overwhelmed by the many orders. Apparently there are savings here. It takes a very long time to get the food. A break is not enough for this. The staff was very friendly and the food was freshly prepared today. Update 2/8/25: when we entered the interior, it was full of smoke. We used coupons to order Whooper Jr. menus, etc., including apple spritzer, from ordering machines. Without explanation, a 0.25 empty cup was given. When I asked, the staff didn't know what an apple spritzer was and told me to mix something together, then the manager Ms. K. (allegedly) said they didn't have any and she didn't give apple juice. When our order was already in the bag, we had to wait until the employees were finished talking and only received it afterwards. The whoopers were already quite "old" and mushy and cold, so they were put away until the rest of the food was prepared. A complaint goes to the managing directors. It was a very unpleasant visit!

First of all, I only live two streets away. I repeatedly got cold plant-based menus at the drive inn, fries cold so not lukewarm but cold, burgers less than lukewarm, or meat burgers unpacked twice at home. I wish the employees were more careful, otherwise you can skip going to Drive or to Burger King in general.

Annoying and tiring. Whenever there is something “new” to eat, “it’s not available here” madness. Employees were so rude that it was better.

Total juice shop. Employees stand around completely bored, chatting, forever long queues, unfriendly, no willingness to help older people without smartphone coupons. And the black parking lot sheriffs are waiting outside with a stopwatch to hand out fines if you stay 5 minutes longer because you I had to wait forever. I left hungry again without ordering/food. Never again, I'd rather get a good kebab from my favorite Turkish restaurant.

After a visit to the swimming pool, we wanted to eat at Burger King in Erlangen in the evening, but the stay was unfortunately disappointing. Positive: Food: The food met the usual standards and tasted okay. Negatives: Long wait: Even though we didn't order a large menu, we had to wait over 20 minutes for our order. Lack of apology: There was no apology or explanation for the delay, which only reinforced the impression of poor service. Service: Overall, the service left a lot to be desired. Conclusion: While the food was fine, the poor service and long wait made the overall visit an unpleasant experience. We would like to see faster processing and more customer friendliness in the future.

The fries were cold and not even remotely crispy, just wobbly. My husband's burger was cold, the cheese wasn't even melted, he complained about it and the lady behind the counter tried to take him for a fool and said the burger was normally warm. The sauces we ordered for the fries weren't there either. Most of the staff just stood around instead of cleaning the tables, there was leftover food and garbage everywhere on the tables. The toilets were also completely dirty. Sometimes a rest area toilet is cleaner than the women's toilet. The floor of all three cabins was littered with toilet paper and much more. The quality at Burger King was also better.

We had to wait half an hour for our order.

Time 1:30 a.m., admittedly not really the ideal time but people really, 25 minutes waiting for the food because no one in the store agreed who would serve the restaurant and who would serve the drive, the 2 Wooper was so cold that even they Micro was overwhelmed and to top it off were my chilly cheese balls then onion rings... That really doesn't have to be the case. Sorry
