A very nice manager. We were at the drive-thru after the store had closed, and he still took our order. And everything was fresh. Thank you so much again!

One of the best BK's, though it could be a bit cleaner in some areas. Everything has always been fresh and complete so far.

We ordered a regular menu and every Burger came out cold. I asked the manager if we could new ones or freshly made but instead they Said because of Winter Season it’s always like that. I doubt that the Winter has anything to do with the quality of the food. If it was fresh no matter the temperature outside the food will be hot/warm. Funny thing the Fries were warm. We ordered two meals and all the burgers were cold. When we politely asked the staff if we could have fresh ones, we were told they were freshly made and the burgers had gotten cold because of the winter. No one could explain why the chicken nuggets we ordered were hot and hadn't gotten cold. I've honestly never heard such a ridiculous explanation. They'd rather laze around at work than take care of customer satisfaction and do what they're legally obligated to do.

Tried to order some food at the counter but was referred to a computer display for ordering which I tried but didn't work as expected. I hate this kind of customer experience. I just went to eat some place else and will not visit a BK again for a while.

Cold burgers, stale, greasy taste in the chili cheese nuggets And all that for 30 euros. Absolutely unacceptable.

Whenever you hit an emotional low point. The worst "so far"

There were plenty of ordering kiosks. The restaurant was very clean. The meal was ready quickly, but it wasn't very busy. Three stars: the burgers were good, but the Christmas burger and the cheeseburger were cold!

I ordered a chocolate milkshake and received vanilla milk with a dollop of chocolate sauce. The name says it all, "shake," and for almost €5 I EXPECT I don't have to stir it myself, especially not with a paper straw that's then unusable. When I asked if I could have a new straw, they reluctantly gave me one. The fries and the lattice potatoes were both cold. I emailed Burger King's customer service, but after 2.5 weeks, I haven't received a reply. For that money, I'll go to a proper burger restaurant in the future; I'll get better food and better service. It's a shame, Burger King; I used to enjoy being your customer, but if you don't even bother to answer a customer inquiry anymore, then I don't want to be your customer again.

Burger King has meanwhile tried to have this review removed through a lawyer, claiming "defamation"—ridiculous! Original review: I received regular chicken nuggets instead of vegan ones and unfortunately only noticed while eating them. This shouldn't happen. My request for a refund has gone unanswered.

A great classic Burger King. Free parking for two hours. Then a camera will trigger and you'll get a ticket.

I waited over 25 minutes for the meal, and then it was cold. And it wasn't even busy! You should rethink your shift schedules!

The food was good, the burgers could have been warmer, but what was really unacceptable was the lack of toys in the junior menu and the service was clearly overwhelmed; some people waited over 20 minutes, and some even left.

The place looked clean and the staff was friendly too. Good for a calm and peaceful coffee break. Lunch time gets crowded a little tho. They have parking space too. Additionally, there is Aldi, Rewe, Deitchman etc next to it as it is in a shopping arena.

I went to Burger King at midnight and just wanted to eat my chicken nuggets and a burger. I placed my order, drove home, wanted to eat, and my chicken nuggets were missing. I tried calling, but no one answered. I called 4-5 times and let it ring, but nothing. I think that's really stupid.

You don't expect much from a Burger King, but you should at least know how to adjust an order on the machine.

The parking lot isn't suitable for large vehicles. The food is good. A new feature for me was the self-serve vending machine—the location could be made a bit clearer. Once you know where it is, it's no big deal, but it's in the blind spot to the right of the cash register ;)

The food is okay and it goes pretty quickly, but I find it disappointing that you can only order from the machine now. I'm older people now and they can't come there without a cell phone or card and can't order food from a member of staff anymore.

The meat in the Whopper was lukewarm at best and, unfortunately, extremely salty. I'm used to that from around here. Still, this was the last time I'll be here for a while. What a shame.

I was in this branch today on 9/10 because I wanted to try the doner kebab burger and the fries. I had to wait a full 20 minutes. The people who came after us got their food beforehand. When I asked how long it would be, the salesperson said... right away... The food then dragged on for about 20 minutes. I think it's a disgrace to wait 20 minutes for your food in a fast food restaurant and other people get their food first who probably came in later. I don't recommend it, an absolute disgrace. I was also charged extra for meat that I didn't get, although I only noticed afterwards when I had already left. The chili flakes weren't there even though they were listed as part of the offer. This place needs to be cleaned up properly and the boss really needs to come clean.

We like going to Burger King. They have more vegetarian options. Revill is great for drinks. Otherwise, it's just like any other place.

It's great when a vegetarian gets served meat even though they definitely ordered plant-based food. How can the staff not care about that?

I haven't been to a Bacon & Cheese store in 15 years. So I went there three times in two weeks and always ordered the same thing. I paid extra for bacon: The first time I got three strips, then only one, and the third time half a strip. The service is "friendly" enough. That's what friendly means in Germany.

Clean and well-maintained with the usual Burger King quality. Service can be a bit slow during peak hours, but the drive-through is efficient and a great alternative. Ideal for a quick bite if you're not in a rush. Consistent taste and decent seating space.

I don't like it when I can't even wash my hands for free after eating.

There's always something missing from my order, and it hasn't happened twice or three times; it's always. I definitely wouldn't order from them again. Just bad and disappointing.

Unfortunately, it's a really bad store. The same problem every time. I chose a Naruto menu today and got a crappy Hot Wheels car instead of the chosen figure. The overwhelmed staff said: "Sorry, nothing there"... then just remove that option from the display!!! It's a complete rip-off. It was the same with One Piece. Wait times are literally twice as long as in any other BK. The food is good, and the order is always correct. I'll always ask before ordering a kids' menu or a special menu if the products are available.

The worst Burger King I know. I always wait 20 minutes for my food. Today I went to the drive-thru because I thought they might be faster. Of course not. If the guy spoke German, we might have saved ourselves the five-minute conversation. And of course, we didn't get the right one. Then we pay five euros for two cheese sauces and don't even get them. Conclusion: Hire staff who speak German. Preferably without poor eyesight, too, because a sauce (chipotle) ​​worth 50 cents and a cheese sauce worth €2.50 look so similar. 🤦🏻‍♀️😤

It's just a Burger King like any other. The only thing worth mentioning is the vending machine. The drinks here taste significantly better than those at the vending machines, which offer so many different flavors.

The service is really great, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I like coming here because the atmosphere is pleasant and the food is consistently good. However, I noticed that there's almost never any soap in the men's restroom. This has happened several times and is very concerning for a restaurant, as hygiene plays a major role here. This raises a serious question: How do the employees wash their hands when there's no soap in the restroom? I hope this problem will be resolved soon.

Very unfriendly staff. We have a Dutch app, so I asked if they could give me the coupons at the checkout, but no, that's not possible. The sound is also unacceptable. They speak poor German.

Gastronomy is tough, and we weren't complaining. Unfortunately, the last few times we've been there, after waiting 20 minutes (even though no one else was there), the food was always cold and somehow didn't seem as if it had ever been warm :( It's a shame... we like coming here after parties or work. The Burger King at the Porsche Center is great, though :)

The first Burger King experience I dare remember, even a year later. The fries were perfectly fried and salted. The plant-based burgers were very fresh and warm. I would sit down here with my granddaughter after an American musical.

Ideally, no star at all. The ice cream machine has supposedly been broken for a month, and they're still giving me a really nasty rant. Simply impossible, and never again.

After the renovation, the food isn't as fast or tasty. Some burgers are lukewarm, and you wait at least 30 minutes for your food (without extras). Great for kids, thanks to the play area.

The staff was completely overwhelmed. One employee was verbally abusive to customers at the open drive-thru window. While we were waiting for our food, an argument broke out among five employees who repeatedly had trouble assigning three orders to the three waiting cars.

Achtung, Falle BK-Parkplatz! Habe vor kurzem einen Strafzettel bezahlen müssen, weil ich zu lange im Restaurant war! Das Auto wird neuerdings auf dem Parkplatz gescannt. Ich verstehe ja, dass niemand da stundenlang parken sollte. Aber Kunden bestrafen, die im Restaurant etwas essen? Ich habe mich bei BK beschwert. Sie erwägen eine Verlängerung der Parkzeit für Kunden, wie nett. Bin gespannt! APRIL 2023: Staumeldung: auf meine Bestellung von nur 2 Hamburgern am Drive In musste ich so lange warten, dass sich ein Stau bis zur Einfahrt gebildet hat. Warum? Die Antwort: alles frisch zubereitet. Nee, oder ...????? Meine Bewertung, irgendwann früher: Im allgemeinen sauber und schnell. Angenehmer Aussenbereich mit Kinderspielplatz. Wenn viel los war, wurde bei uns schon mehrfach etwas vergessen, vor allem beim Drive in. Hängt natürlich auch vom Personal ab, das gerade im Dienst ist. Manche geben sich wirklich Mühe und sind sehr freundlich und korrekt. Es gibt aber auch chaotischere Kollegen, die leicht überfordert wirken. Heute, 01/19, King Box getestet: gut und frisch! Satt für 5 Euro (Pommes, Nuggets, Cheeseburger, Chili Cheeseburger, Getränk), Team gut drauf, nett und schnell.

Burgers are sold to customers half the time. No insight from the boss. I felt like I had to throw away every other meal because of it...it's a real shame

My granddaughter and I had just come from an American musical in Nuremberg and were still hungry. What would be better than going to Burger King, we thought. Since there were still a few guests queuing inside, we spontaneously decided on the DRIVE INN. Even though I drive a really big van, it took a while before we were noticed. The lady wasn't very motivated but friendly and we got our food quite quickly. 5 minutes later at home we knew why. The burgers were just cold and the cheese hadn't even come into contact with heat. The fries were not cooked through, pale, soggy and also cold. See pictures. Unfortunately not for the first time. This is the reason for this review and we probably won't be leaving any more money there any time soon.

BK as you know it. Fresh fries - but unfortunately really salty to death. Unfortunately, the outdoor area only has three tables. Very modern and up to date, you can almost see completely into the kitchen. But relatively small shop. Children's play area is a little larger. Food was cold and not enjoyable. There was almost no lettuce and tomato on the burgers, put together carelessly. The sauces were a disaster in terms of taste. And the mayonnaise couldn't be opened. I will never go to Burger King with the grandchildren again, everyone was very disappointed. The staff almost didn't understand us either.
