Eating took a few minutes, probably because the apparently new employees were a bit overwhelmed by the rush of guests at a late hour, but the supposed shift manager later apologized. I like to wait a little longer at fast food restaurants if the food is as fresh as it was here

Food and drink are great if you ignore the math book straws. Burgers were tasty and the portions were big enough. The BACON was really cheeky 🥓!!! Paid extra for extra crispy bacon and got a mushy strip of meat, which was a huge cheek! Whoever made this bacon should be locked up for someone like that if the Volter penalty were to be reintroduced, if I were this employee's mother I would build a time machine just to power him in the past, absolute disappointment! Otherwise nothing else to complain about. Nice shop. LG 🐻

On Sundays at 3 p.m. - I waited 40 minutes for my food while my companion got the food after 5 minutes. The apology was a “sorry” and that was it.

Cold food, warm drinks from the self-service tap, unsalted fries. Instead of a real burger with real meat, get a newfangled organic meat substitute. So either fast food or bite straight into the field. If you expect a healthy diet, you should go to the nearest green space. Self-pay checkout, paper receipt blank. No receipt/number received. The operation pointed this out, but the machine is not restocked.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this branch. Air conditioning works. Super modern furnishings. Self-service kiosk. Order was served within minutes. I'd love to come back. Best and most beautiful BK

At night it was the only real opportunity to get something to eat in Erlangen and when I was there at midnight everything was prepared fresh and warm, as well as very fast and friendly staff :) absolutely recommended

That was our last visit to this Burger King. After a long wait at the drive in order terminal, we drove to the second counter where you pay. Since no one responded at the first order counter. Two ladies stood around there and calmly told each other the latest gossip. When we finally had our food, the fries were bland, cold and lame, the burger was hard and cold and the onien rings weren't fresh either. What else can I say.....

We were there twice and they said we didn't have the burger or you could only order small burgers. And then you wait a really long time until you get the food.

One of the few branches where you don't have the feeling of taking your shoes off while walking on a Saturday evening. Relatively clean (the tables could be wiped more often but otherwise ok), nice people and the food tastes fresh too.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Burger King. I found an insect in my fries, which is absolutely unacceptable. When I reported this to the staff, they showed no insight or apology. This lack of hygiene and customer service is disappointing and unprofessional. I definitely won't eat here again and don't recommend this place to anyone.

Food was really bad, fries felt disgustingly hard without salt, burger meat was cold and tasted disgusting. Since when has there been no Cola Vanilla?

Fries cold and unsalted, burgers just terrible. The fries had already been on the tray for between 5-10 minutes before the burger was added. When we asked, we were given pepper instead of salt. Employees uncoordinated, hectic, even though there were only 4 orders (around 1 a.m.) and unfriendly. All in all, not exactly a model branch and underground even by BK standards

We were there yesterday and ordered something to eat at the drive-thru. 2 burgers without jalapenos, 2x6 nuggets and a pair of churros without sauce. We got the order and left. A short time later I looked in the bag and saw that there was a wrong order inside, where the burgers were already rock hard and the churros were with strawberry sauce, which we hadn't ordered. So we turned around and went to the drive-in again and then the CRAZY came: WE TOLD THE EMPLOYEE THAT WE DIDN'T ORDER THE CHURROS LIKE THAT. HE WAS already quite annoyed and bored and took it back. We then told him that you can't eat the burgers like that because they are cold and rock hard. He then threw the burgers on the floor and said something about what that was. My husband said he should slow down and change his tone otherwise he wants to talk to the manager said done he also called the manager and said yes I'll get the manager no problem... The manager came and said what the problem was: we briefly described the situation. The manager's answer Yes, they are all overworked, he understands him, he understands us, I thought I was crazy Please, how unqualified is such a statement? As a customer, I don't care what happens, how can you treat customers like that and throw food on the floor??? We then received our food FRESH and were brushed off. We will steer clear of Burger King in the future.

Fast service, quick and uncomplicated. There’s also a really great play tower being built outside. Colorful, high and visible from afar. The children want to come over there for dinner more often in the near future. Keep it up.

After the renovation, this place is one of the cool spots for a quick bite. I love that they not only renovated the building but the food as well. Things were definitely better than before.

25 minute wait even though there wasn't much going on. All the bells in front of us were served beforehand. Drink cups and nuggets were missing.

Caution! After 1 hour you get a parking ticket with a minimum fee of €30. Cameras everywhere The time from when you park until the order is ready is easily 20 minutes. Wouldn't recommend going there with children as the long waiting time makes them very cranky. There are children's chairs, no distractions... The: There is a construction site where (outside) there should actually be a play tower... there is (I'm only guessing) a leak in the sewage system. ⬆️ As I said, I only advise... The fact is that the entire outside area smells of feces... The intercom is so loud that you can't have a conversation outside. ...but it's not all that dramatic, as there isn't much time left anyway if you don't want a parking ticket :) Positive: the burger tasted good.

After the renovation, they will no longer take orders. You now have to navigate through menus yourself, which can take quite a long time. Then you have to go to the checkout to pay. (if someone is standing there) I would like to have the old shop back. I still had the impression that I was being looked after.

A very rude employee. Was today on June 10th, 2024 and picked up a King Sundae chocolate cup after dinner (at 1:06 p.m.). After waiting 5 minutes at the counter, where there was nothing going on and I was the only customer with a piece of paper (collection receipt) in my hand, another customer came to the checkout and got a coffee. He was immediately served by the employee (paid in and started making coffee). I then asked if I wasn't being served since I was there before the gentleman and had been waiting for 5 minutes. The lady looked at me and immediately checked my receipt and said that I had just ordered and that I don't need to worry about being served. Makes me look like a liar and in a totally cheeky manner. Her employee then immediately made my ice cream sundae and apologized to me, which wasn't actually his fault since he wasn't even there at that moment. I don't mind at all if I have to wait. Waiting is just part of it, but when another customer comes and is served first by an employee even though you were there before, you feel like you've been taken for a ride. I think it's a shame because I actually enjoyed being in this store, but with such unfriendliness I won't go there again and I won't let my family go there either.

Today we waited a whopping 25 minutes for food and then it was cold. We didn't have a cell phone with us and couldn't extend it for the parking lot. If it's stressful now, you might have to get a lawyer involved. Really terrible and super unfriendly to children 4 and 5 years old, their first result at Burger King was probably their last for a long time.

Burger King in Erlangen offers an average experience with reasonable prices and acceptable quality. Service is sometimes slow and cleanliness could be improved.

An old branch, you still have to order in person. There is a refill station. We had to wait a long time for our food. Food itself was ok. Today we receive a letter saying that we have to pay a fine because we have exceeded the maximum parking time! I think it's cheeky because we were actually in the BK and the waiting time (20 minutes) was so long. Should I eat my food next time? I won't come again.

On April 20, 2024 I went to Burger King in Erlangen with a friend. Everyone ordered a menu and lots of other things too. Left a lot of money there. It's not like we had to wait long for our food, we were immediately forgotten, we even drove through the drive afterwards and bought a lot for the rest of the family at home, we're talking about a very good turnover (5 people) and As a thank you, you get a fine of €35 because you parked for a maximum of 1 hour. exceeded (into the Burger King parking lot!!!). Never again….will I ever set foot in a Burger King. I will also advise everyone not to eat here. Absolutely no customer service, that's just not possible!

Eternal waiting times, card payment broken at the drive-thru, but you only find out when you pay - it's cash only. I was then allowed to queue inside again and order again. Food was cold and the burger had so much mayo on it that it leaked out of the packaging.

Unfortunately, they don't accept the coupons from Burger King because they say that's what the boss wants. So you don't have to say anything about it. This Burger King is supposedly owned by the chef and not the Burger King restaurant.

Burgers are rather below average for BK standards, the store urgently needs to be renovated. Some of the furniture is very worn, dirty and outdated. Everything is yellowed and some of the tables are cracked. I had to pay a fine today because I was in the branch for 1 hour and 19 minutes. Parking time is limited to 1 hour, which is far too little. Impudence! I'm never coming back! I'd rather go to Forchheim next time! But the employees are always nice and helpful.

I found the atmosphere to be very relaxed, there was nothing to complain about while eating and it didn't take long for the order to be ready.

Good burgers - the atmosphere is getting old, that's my impression. It was busy and the staff seemed a bit stressed. Unfortunately, you increasingly have the feeling that the food is becoming less and less good, both in terms of quality and quantity.

The reason for my bad rating is that I showed my Payback card when paying. However, the seller claimed that the scanner was defective and forced me to provide my Payback number. Two weeks later, points still haven't appeared in my account. It's disappointing that the seller entered his own payback number instead.

If you read through some of the reviews here “Had to wait what feels like an eternity” then you already know that you can throw this review in the trash. How often has the person had to wait what felt like an eternity? And what is actually felt? 5 minutes? 10 mins? 1 hour? And how does this fit in with eternity, does eternity not mean eternity, wouldn't the person then have been waiting all along, i.e. practically, still waiting now? Because is it an eternity? So, it's very clear. These are reviews that are simply fake. Or did the bot translate it incorrectly via Google? And if this review was written by a human being, their IQ couldn't have been high enough to give a fair review of this excellent Burger King. If you want to eat shredded animal corpses, you're in good hands here, just like at McDonald's!

Attention parking rip-off! We were here for 1 hour and 28 minutes and had to pay a parking violation of €30. The permitted parking time is only 1 hour, which I think is too short for a leisurely meal and conversation with friends. Even after complaining to Burger King, they showed no understanding and insisted on the fine. If you want to have a leisurely meal and don't want to rush, you should avoid this restaurant.

We were served by a very tall boy who spoke neither English nor Spanish, but that was not a problem, the problem was his attitude, he looked at us with total arrogance and without any intention of helping, we had to wait for the two women who did help us to be able to place the order.

This BK is getting a bit old. You can see it from the outside and some of the staff are running around in old shirts. I had to wait what felt like an eternity for my food and then there was a veggi (plant-based) burger instead of meat. Positive: At least the food was cheap with the coupons.

The hamburger bread falls apart in your hand, totally poor quality. The store is run down and nothing is being invested in it anymore. Touch game for children has been broken for ages and is no longer being repaired. What a pity...

I've eaten there three times in the last two weeks, but over the past six months it's gotten really bad. I haven't had any problems for years. When I left the restaurant for the last time, I vowed never to come back. I don't want to go into detail, but I've never experienced anything like this!

Edit 3/19/24: ATTENTION PARKING TRAP!! You are now only allowed to stand in the parking lot for 1 hour and if you exceed the limit even slightly, you will quickly be charged “fines” of €20-60. And that even though you were eating here and it was just busy and the service was forever slow! The food was better, by the way. Will avoid this branch in the future! Absolute rip-off

I bought a king of the month at the drive in 5 minutes ago, the burger is cold and the cheese is unmelted. After I went back in to point out to the lady that my burger hadn't even melted the cheese, I had to listen to a very rude answer. That's the case with fresh burgers and they just don't do anything with the microwave. Really now!!! I come from Fürth and we always have a good Burger King, everything is always fresh and always nice. I'll never buy anything in Erlanger BK again I have never experienced anything like it. In the future, when I get it, I'd rather go to McDonald's

Outdated, it doesn't have a machine to order, it's dirty and the food is one of the worst burguer king burgers.

Get your drinks machine working again! No cooling, no carbon dioxide, no drink concentrate... just lukewarm water - really bad!

As expected, the food wasn't good. The biggest shame, however, is that after the visit I received a fine of €35 because we were in the restaurant for more than an hour. Customer orientation is probably a foreign word here. I would advise anyone not to even set foot in this store.

Way too slow for fast food. I go there every now and then during my lunch break, almost always only one cash register is occupied. If there are a few people ahead of me, it takes far too long. I usually leave without ordering.

It's okay there for a quick snack, but too few staff in the checkout area causes delays and the cleanliness in the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired...

Unfortunately I have to give the Burger King a bad rating, the food is mostly cold and all the drinks that are supposedly carbonated are not carbonated at all!!! Employees are nice, especially the shift managers, but the problem lies in the management, the bread on the burger is anything but soft!

I was offered a position as a manager and trial work took place after a single postponement + delay of 15 minutes at the initial interview. After the trial day (11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. without a break), I was only offered the position of shift leader, even though it was clear in advance that there was no internal knowledge. However, for this reason (because there was no internal knowledge) the manager rejected the position after the trial day had ended. Very dubious, employees were largely friendly. Hygiene can definitely be improved in the kitchen. Not recommended from employees and customers perspective. I was interested in buying a branch for a hefty price. This has therefore become obsolete.

It would have been a good evening if we had gone to McDonald's. We were here this evening and spent €56. The staff is very slow and not particularly motivated. You wait a long time for the food. The fries were undercooked, the bacon was light. The burger was also cold. The onion rings were soggy and cold, a complete failure. Won't be visiting Burger King again anytime soon.
