At lunchtime the staff is overwhelmed with the many orders. Apparently there are savings here. It takes a very long time to get the food. A break is not enough for this.

Really chic since the renovation. Everything is also vegetarian. And the team is always flexible with special requests.

Very, very long waiting times. Drive in lined up at 8 p.m., one car in front. Me and left at 8:45 p.m. Unfortunately not an isolated case. This has nothing to do with fast food anymore. At that time you could have had your food in a burger shop. You are always asked to move away from the window. There used to be a timer on the window that kept track of the time per customer. Since this has happened to me probably 7-8 times in a row with long waiting times, I will probably have to draw my conclusions from it.

The food sucks but I got one more fries so 5 stars 👍

First of all, I only live two streets away. I repeatedly got cold plant-based menus at the drive inn, fries cold so not lukewarm but cold, burgers less than lukewarm, or meat burgers unpacked twice at home. I wish the employees were more careful, otherwise you can skip going to Drive or to Burger King in general.

Annoying and tiring. Whenever there is something “new” to eat, “it’s not available here” madness. Employees were so rude that it was better.

Total juice shop. Employees stand around completely bored, chatting, forever long queues, unfriendly, no willingness to help older people without smartphone coupons. And the black parking lot sheriffs are waiting outside with a stopwatch to hand out fines if you stay 5 minutes longer because you I had to wait forever. I left hungry again without ordering/food. Never again, I'd rather get a good kebab from my favorite Turkish restaurant.

After a visit to the swimming pool, we wanted to eat at Burger King in Erlangen in the evening, but the stay was unfortunately disappointing. Positive: Food: The food met the usual standards and tasted okay. Negatives: Long wait: Even though we didn't order a large menu, we had to wait over 20 minutes for our order. Lack of apology: There was no apology or explanation for the delay, which only reinforced the impression of poor service. Service: Overall, the service left a lot to be desired. Conclusion: While the food was fine, the poor service and long wait made the overall visit an unpleasant experience. We would like to see faster processing and more customer friendliness in the future.

The fries were cold and not even remotely crispy, just wobbly. My husband's burger was cold, the cheese wasn't even melted, he complained about it and the lady behind the counter tried to take him for a fool and said the burger was normally warm. The sauces we ordered for the fries weren't there either. Most of the staff just stood around instead of cleaning the tables, there was leftover food and garbage everywhere on the tables. The toilets were also completely dirty. Sometimes a rest area toilet is cleaner than the women's toilet. The floor of all three cabins was littered with toilet paper and much more. The quality at Burger King was also better.

We had to wait half an hour for our order.

It's freezing cold in the restaurant and there's a draft. The food is also at most lukewarm. You have to order from such a stupid machine! There is a completely veiled woman standing at the food counter. I used to love going to Burger King. But the last few visits were always a failure!

Time 1:30 a.m., admittedly not really the ideal time but people really, 25 minutes waiting for the food because no one in the store agreed who would serve the restaurant and who would serve the drive, the 2 Wooper was so cold that even they Micro was overwhelmed and to top it off were my chilly cheese balls then onion rings... A nice and well maintained Burger King compared to others

You can see it in many places, everything is becoming more expensive, and BK is no exception. The "Long Chicken" has shrunk by around 30% in recent years, the same applies to the fries. The price of the combination menu with the XXL has increased by >50%. To compensate, the whole thing is now “tasteless” if you forget about the over-seasoned salad dressing. Burger King was and is garbage, in the past you could at least satisfy your hunger, even that is difficult.

I picked up something at the drive-in, ate something in the car in the parking lot and then ran errands (you can shop around the corner). The parking lot wasn't full and there were still parking tickets. Don't know if that has to be the case. Addendum: The response to my review said the parking violation would be canceled. But he won't. That's why I deducted a star: write it like this here, but then do it differently at the end. PS: I am aware that the parking violation is legal and that it is my mistake. But it didn't make sense for the environment, my car or the parking situation to drive 50 meters to the next parking lot. I didn't park there because there are no parking spaces there (there are 3 huge parking garages next to the Burger King... which are freely accessible with no charge or time limit), but because I had something to eat there as the first item on my agenda. 35 euros?

What's going on here?! Third time I ate here. For the third time I wait forever on the intercom until I can order. Once again (for the third time) the waiting areas are full of cars even though only small bags have been brought to the guests in the cars. Then you get frightened because the intercom is set way too loud. The stupid thing is, I have to say my small order (9 Flame Wings) several times because I am not understood and I am shouted at several times by the (I am not exaggerating) way too loud system. Then I have to drive up and the unfriendly employee needs several attempts until he understands what I want. It's pretty stupid when you as an employee don't know the products on the menu. Then I shorten it and say “9 Wings” and finally it works. But I'm no longer looked at like a ****, I don't get a receipt, I don't get a "have a nice day" or "have a nice day". An annoying and tough experience (third time in 2 weeks) for 9 wings. It's my own fault if I come here. This really isn't a good Burger King restaurant.

When we (3 people) the place was empty. We ordered via machine, i.e. h. the order was printed. Nevertheless, we got 1 burger too many, 1x fries too few, and instead of the reusable cups we paid for, there were disposable cups. The waitress barely understood German and had to call another person to correct the order, but after two attempts it worked. Deposit returns were also cumbersome and complicated. The tables were not cleaned even though there was no rush. My enthusiasm was limited.

After a year of paying a traffic ticket, I had to pay money again for supposedly late fees. Never in my life have you been ripped off twice by a fast food chain while parking!

Service very nice and friendly. Ordering went very quickly. It's all ok.

Update... unfortunately crazy bad again. We went inside to order but wanted to take away. Ordering at the terminal works smoothly. Then wait 30 minutes for 3 menus. After that time it was still not our turn. When I asked what was going on I was told the grill was broken and the burgers couldn't be made!!! In the meantime, those in front of us gave their drinks back because there was no carbonation in the drinks. While we tried to cancel the order, the grill was being repaired and our menus were packed up after almost 60 minutes. Despite assurances from the staff that drinks were good again, they were unfortunately stale. It's a shame if you only notice this at home. This store is and remains a disaster. Apparently a new boss again. The following review is now incorrect We've been back a few times now and things have really gotten a lot better. Just like the branch manager promised us. Despite a number of rumors and rumors surrounding the chain, I think this Burger King branch is by far the best fast food restaurant in Erlangen. The fact that almost everything is available in vegetarian versions makes Burger King stand out here. The staff has always been very nice, and the opening times are a blessing!

For the third time, menu items were forgotten and the last order even included the wrong burger! One of the absolutely most incompetent Burger King branches I know. Either train the team properly or, if not possible, replace them with staff who are up to the task of system catering.

Sorry but you rarely get something like this at Burger King. We ordered two plant based long chicken, a plant cheeseburger and two large fries. One long chicken was so hard and dry (surely it had been in the warm container for a long time) that you couldn't chew it. The cheeseburger was burnt and also rock hard around the edges.... Two large fries... Yes, what can I say, if those are large fries for you, I don't know. Small bags like you normally get with the kids menu... But the main thing is to pay €8 for them... I mean, everyone knows that you don't get the highest quality food at BK or MC, but that was subpar...

Newly renovated place. Ample parking and lots of food variety. Well mannered staff and very friendly individuals.

I come here occasionally only to find that they don't have a lot of things from the app. For example, tortilla wraps have been around for a long time, but unfortunately not here. The colleagues behind the counter are very leisurely, the food is advertised as fast food, but takes longer than some pizza orders. The toilets are dirty and disgusting. The ambience at the front of the restaurant is quite okay. I can't judge the area behind the counter, but if you go by what you keep hearing about BK, it probably won't look so rosy there either.

Ended up here by chance after an event. Ordering at the terminal is quick and the food is freshly prepared. Special requests at the counter are also no problem. The food was warm and the fries were fresh. It's nice that you can refill your drinks. The toilets are clean and there is also enough parking space. The noise when an order is ready was a little annoying.

Everyone just walks back and forth and there are 20-25 orders in the queue...It's better to walk a little further, there's an Aldi...you'll get full quicker there...and a lot cheaper!

The waitresses are particularly friendly and the clientele has always been pleasant. The food is just Burger King, pleasantly average!

It was the best restaurant I have ever visited. The burgers were terrific, simply perfect. The cola tasted better than from the supermarket and other burger chains simply can't keep up. The Burgerheart next door can park.

The ice machine is out of order pretty much every day. If we want to get our ice cream after dinner Monday - Friday... It doesn't work in 99% of cases! It's a shame ☹️

Unfortunately, everything that was called “chicken” was more like a piece of cardboard. No more need for Burger King. Service was good, shop was dirty, floor and all tables. Shoes stuck when we left and a fresh sweater had to go straight into the wash because the sleeves were oily and dirty from the tables.

Food and drink are great if you ignore the math book straws. Burgers were tasty and the portions were big enough. The BACON was really cheeky 🥓!!! Paid extra for extra crispy bacon and got a mushy strip of meat, which was a huge cheek! Whoever made this bacon should be locked up for someone like that if the Volter penalty were to be reintroduced, if I were this employee's mother I would build a time machine just to power him in the past, absolute disappointment! Cold food, warm drinks from the self-service tap, unsalted fries. Instead of a real burger with real meat, get a newfangled organic meat substitute. So either fast food or bite straight into the field. If you expect a healthy diet, you should go to the nearest green space. Self-pay checkout, paper receipt blank. No receipt/number received. The operation pointed this out, but the machine is not restocked.

That was our last visit to this Burger King. After a long wait at the drive in order terminal, we drove to the second counter where you pay. Since no one responded at the first order counter. Two ladies stood around there and calmly told each other the latest gossip. When we finally had our food, the fries were bland, cold and lame, the burger was hard and cold and the onien rings weren't fresh either. What else can I say.....

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Burger King. I found an insect in my fries, which is absolutely unacceptable. When I reported this to the staff, they showed no insight or apology. This lack of hygiene and customer service is disappointing and unprofessional. I definitely won't eat here again and don't recommend this place to anyone.

One of the few branches where you don't have the feeling of taking your shoes off while walking on a Saturday evening. Relatively clean (the tables could be wiped more often but otherwise ok), nice people and the food tastes fresh too.

Fries cold and unsalted, burgers just terrible. The fries had already been on the tray for between 5-10 minutes before the burger was added. When we asked, we were given pepper instead of salt. Employees uncoordinated, hectic, even though there were only 4 orders (around 1 a.m.) and unfriendly. All in all, not exactly a model branch and underground even by BK standards

We were there yesterday and ordered something to eat at the drive-thru. 2 burgers without jalapenos, 2x6 nuggets and a pair of churros without sauce. We got the order and left. A short time later I looked in the bag and saw that there was a wrong order inside, where the burgers were already rock hard and the churros were with strawberry sauce, which we hadn't ordered. So we turned around and went to the drive-in again and then the CRAZY came: WE TOLD THE EMPLOYEE THAT WE DIDN'T ORDER THE CHURROS LIKE THAT. HE WAS already quite annoyed and bored and took it back. We then told him that you can't eat the burgers like that because they are cold and rock hard. He then threw the burgers on the floor and said something about what that was. My husband said he should slow down and change his tone otherwise he wants to talk to the manager said done he also called the manager and said yes I'll get the manager no problem... The manager came and said what the problem was: we briefly described the situation. The manager's answer Yes, they are all overworked, he understands him, he understands us, I thought I was crazy Please, how unqualified is such a statement? As a customer, I don't care what happens, how can you treat customers like that and throw food on the floor??? We then received our food FRESH and were brushed off. Fast service, quick and uncomplicated. There’s also a really great play tower being built outside. Colorful, high and visible from afar. The children want to come over there for dinner more often in the near future. Keep it up.

After the renovation, this place is one of the cool spots for a quick bite. I love that they not only renovated the building but the food as well. Things were definitely better than before.

People who ordered 15 minutes after me arrived before me and have been waiting for 25 minutes. I think that says it all...

25 minute wait even though there wasn't much going on. All the bells in front of us were served beforehand. Drink cups and nuggets were missing.

Caution! After 1 hour you get a parking ticket with a minimum fee of €30. Cameras everywhere The time from when you park until the order is ready is easily 20 minutes.
