At the moment there is no toilet on the outside, not clean due to renovation. Open toilet. 4.7.24 still public toilet outside at hogo .14.07 still no toilet in MC. Toilet at Hugo under xxxx.22.o7 still no toilet in mc open.3.8 toilets are still closed, 12.8 toilet open for 1 euro like so only 0.5 euro?

Very atmospheric. The upstairs was closed, so there was insufficient space downstairs. Food was as you would expect

Centrally located McDonald's restaurant. Unfortunately, it is a bit old and, despite various renovations, it is no longer so well maintained. Toilets terrible. Floor sticks all over the restaurant. Some of the tables were broken and locked.

Service was good but... Fries were way too greasy, chicken nuggets were also too greasy and too well done, salad was no longer available around lunchtime. Ambiance was good but seating area dirty. Fishburger far too small and ended up paying 30 euros when I would have gotten "more" elsewhere. The toilet was closed due to renovations (then look in a pedestrian zone).

Asked to use the bathroom, after buying and eating my food. Was declined, due to 'renovations' (since years!). Ridiculous customer service, especially by the management, not the employees! Shame on you Mc Donald's!!

Not much has changed in the last 30 years, wheelchairs still can't get in because of the large stairs outside and they already have new terminals to order like everyone else, cell phone points system is also great

The 1 out of 2 McDonalds Restaraunts in Erlangen. This place has been gotten worse and worse over the years. Although its looks nice from the outside the inside does look completely terrible. This place needs a serious renovation. The interior is very sketchy. Food has also slowly been getting worse so I would say it is below average. The service is nice but they have to improve both German or English. The bigger reason why this place needs a renovation is because it is in the middle of the city and there are a lot of people eating here. If you want a good burger with a nice drink and cool interior such as atmosphere considering going to Hans im Glück which is just 20m next to this McDonalds. Location is very good.

My order was made completely differently, in the end I just got a bun and the burger patty (so really nothing more) the toilets were closed and it was very dirty there (I also saw a beetle).

Very antique McDonalds the toilets were closed because someone had massive diarrhea sometimes bears walk around outside. But we got money for food

No toilet, no hand washing. They close everything early and blatantly kick out customers who are still eating.

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The McDonald's on Hugenottenpl. 1 in Erlangen is always my first choice when I feel like delicious fast food. The staff is friendly and quick, orders are always processed correctly and quickly. The dishes are freshly prepared and taste simply delicious. The cleanliness in the restaurant is top and the atmosphere is pleasant. I can fully recommend this McDonald's and therefore give it 5 stars!

This is not a place where you want to eat! Way too expensive and my cheeseburger was cold too! So I still remember the cheeseburger for €0.99 and it was delicious. Now it costs €2.95 and is cold!!! How can you charge almost €3 for such a mini burger? Never again!!!!

I was eating here and found that half the store was a construction site, the nuggets and fries had black spots and the cheeseburger didn't taste normal. The tables are half white half brown and the benches are broken and dirty.

Service was terrible, MC had ordered a muffin and a large coffee, instead of crediting it to me as a menu, it was sold to me as a single product. The reference to the coupon was not even taken into account. They weren't even able to cancel this to make it a menu. That wouldn't work. This happened on June 11th at 8am. Of course the mood was gone.

The rating relates very much to the service in the form of opening times. Erlangen tries to create an attractive nightlife and as some would certainly confirm, after a long night comes the nasty cravings. Unfortunately, from midnight there is nothing left to counteract this desire. Unfortunately, calling for the golden seagull doesn't help either.

McDonald's as we know it was there for breakfast, everything was great and the employee was particularly nice, which has to be said

I haven't heard anything so outrageous in a long time. Coupons will no longer be accepted after 9 p.m. Well, I can still live with that, but the fact that no orders (in my case cheeseburger without onions) are made with a special request is more than audacious and outrageous.

The french fries and my drink (Sprite) were very good, but my companion didn't like it at all. According to her, the salad was disgusting, had probably been standing for a long time (not freshly prepared) and the potato rings (curly fries) were cold and also inedible. That was probably the reason why the food was ready after just one or two minutes (and we didn't have to wait at all). It's a shame, because the space with the supporting pillars up to the ceiling and the great ambience actually makes you want more...

Actually a very noble looking McDonalds in a beautiful building, but the toilets are the absolutely disgusting thing Erlangen has to offer... absolutely filthy, the whole floor sticks and it feels like the toilets are half-heartedly "cleaned" at most once a year... every station toilet is there even cleaner...

It's good that you can order with machines there and they are fast at preparing your meal but I only recommend take out since it is always so noisy in there.

No more comparison to the good old McDonnald with children's birthday party and Ronald McDonnald... no more honey dip for the shaped meat chicken nuggets. The only edible thing is the McRip for just under 4.50 per burger... everything Andete is like cardboard with taste... unfortunately I'm out of here... an era is coming to an end...

The food, like in every McDonald's, requires attention to the cleanliness of both the tables and the sanitary areas, as I'm used to better in other restaurants in the same chain.

Hardly any customers, but the food was still lukewarm, as was the “hot” chocolate, and the toilets were completely out of the question. You literally stick to the floor. Never again.

Unfortunately it's usually a bit dirty due to the proximity to some clubs and the train station.

Large McDonald's with long opening hours right in the pedestrian zone. Nice building. Modernized by ordering computers. Everything runs quickly and the employees are nice as standard. Only the toilets are below any standard. We were there on weekday mornings. It was very smelly and incredibly dirty. Nobody sticks to the cleaning schedule. But you don't have to trust the team either. A professional company has to do it.

Das Angebot entspricht dem anderer McDonalds-Filialen. Diese Filiale ist oft sehr voll, so daß es schwierig wird, einen Sitzplatz zu bekommen. Terminals zum Bestellen sind vorhanden. Man druckt einen Beleg aus und bezahlt an der Kasse.

Sehr kalt, Service ist sehr unfreundlich, essen ist teilweise kalt oder auch nicht das was man bestellt hat und die Cola schmeckt sehr eigenartig

Freundliches und schnelles Personal. Das Restaurant ist schon ziemlich alt und wurde immer wieder Renoviert.

Schlechtester McDonalds seit langem. - Schmutzige Tische, schutzige Klos ohne Klopapier, schmutziger Boden - Trotz vieler Kunden wurde der erste Stock gesperrt, eine Ecke war als Gerümpeleck zugestellt - Auf Nachfrage ob man in dem abgesperrt Bereich stillen könnte, wurde man auf die versiffte Toilette mit Wickeltisch verwiesen.

Мак как мак, но с Украинским не сравнится. У нас в Украине нет ни одного такого, чтобы было так грязно внутри. Желания находиться там и есть внутри нет совсем. Да и сами блюда по вкусу уступают. Сам персонал конечно вежливым и работает быстро. Но атмосфера внутри на 3 из 10.

Verdreckt die ganze Straße und den Innenhof mit Abfällen und übelriechender Luft aus dem Fettabscheider. Die Autos vom Lieferservice fahren einen über den Haufen. Mülltrennung bzw. treffen von Müllcontainern Fehlanzeige. Neu installierter Taubenschutz funktioniert eher wie eine Taubenfalle aus der die Tauben nicht mehr rauskommen und dann Tot am Boden liegen, bis die Ratten „aufräumen“ Schade um dieses wirklich schöne Gebäude. Konstruktive Kritik an den zugegebenermaßen freundlichen Filialleiter. Bitte die Themen Ordnung, Hygiene und Sauberkeit intensiver Schulen, der Innenhof sieht aus wie eine Müllhalde und die Umliegenden Anwohner wären wirklich sehr dankbar wenn die Deckel der Fettabfall-Tonnen (besonders im Sommer) geschlossen bleiben.

In unserer Bestellung (zum Mitnehmen) und bei anderen Bestellungen haben Sachen gefehlt.

Seit Monaten ist die Toilette „defekt“ und abgesperrt. Es gibt keine einzige Möglichkeit sich die Hände zu waschen. Bei Finger Food wie bei McDonalds, ist das inakzeptabel!

Man muss ewig bei der Kasse warten und wenn sehr viele in der Schlange sind, machen sie keine zweite auf, obwohl gerade andere Mitarbeiter nur rumstehen und nichts machen. Außerdem wie kann es sein, dass die Preise hier teilweise teurer sind als in anderen McDonald's in der Gegend. z.B. McSmart Menü ist statt 5,99€ 6,99€... Essenstechnisch, ist halt McDonalds, kann man keine hohen Ansprüche haben.

Ich hab am SB das Essen bestellt aber auf dem Schirm wurde die Nummer falsch angezeigt und niemand sorgt dafür. Deswegen hab ich zu lange unsinnig abgewartet. Ich muss die Kollegin dort mehrmals anfragen aber die Antwort und Handlung des manageraussehenden Mann ist sehr unprofessional und vernachlässigend.

- Mitarbeiter an der Kasse schreibt lieber auf dem Handy anstatt zu kassieren - Netzkartoffeln kalt, lagen also schon eine Weile - Toiletten geschlossen - keine Strohalme vorhanden (Nicht mal für einen Milchshake) Wird aber natürlich nicht erwähnt bis die Bestellung fertig ist - Servietten fehlten ebenfalls Wer Lust auf McDonald's hat sollte diese Filiale vermeiden.

Dreckige Tische und Toiletten. Pommes waren kalt und latschig. Selbst auf Nachfrage gab es für einen MILCHSHAKE keinen Strohhalm. Mitarbeiter stehen desinteressiert an der Kasse und spielen mit dem Handy.

Für die mangelnde Sauberkeit sind meistens die Gäste schuld. Ist halt immer stark besucht und wenn manche Leute meinen ihr Geschäft neben der Toilette zu entrichten ist das nicht nur nicht die Schuld der angestellten sondern auch unfair und sehr entwürdigend gegenüber dem Personal. Kritikwürdig ist aber die Tatsache das ständig bei Bestellungen was vergessen wird, teilweise bei einer Bestellung mehrere Burger, Pommes und Saucen bei den Menüs, Fleischpatty in Burger vergessen ect. Weiterer Kritikpunkt die herablassende Art der Kommunikation gegenüber den Kunden.

Wieso erlaubt das Ordnungsamt Erlangen es in einem Restaurant wo man Vorort Speissen kann , keine Toillete zu haben oder out of order zu schreiben und das jeden Abend ab 23 Uhr ? Der erste Gast sollte wieder letzte behandelt werden! 30 min vor Schluss gibt es keine Pommes mehr keine Nuggets mehr ? Der frenchaise nehmer sollte vielleicht mal was überdenken !

Sehr nett und es gibt viele sitzplätze, dauert nicht lange bis meine bestellung fertig war und die Einrichtung ist hübsch 4/5 weil der biden nicht so sauber war.

Ich wahr früher sehr oft bei McDonald's essen aber seid dem es solche unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter oder in diesem Fall beim McDonald's Hugenotten Platz am 12 September 18:40 die Schichtführerin so ein unfreundliches verhalten an den Tag legt! Da gebe ich mein Geld lieber wo anders aus! Wie kann man so einer Person nur eine Führungsposition geben wenn das, dass Vorbild für die Mitarbeiter sein soll dann verstehe ich die Welt nicht mehr das Essen und Ambiente ist ziemlich vergleichbar mit den andern Filialen. Aber diese Schichtführerin ist der ausschlaggebende Grund warum ich dort keines falls mehr mein Geld ausgeben werde das ist einfach nur traurig.

Ich hatte mir und meiner Freundin 2 mc Menü bestellt mit 2 mal trinken und 2 mcflury als wir die Sachen an der Teck abgeholt und gemerkt das wir nicht alles tragen können habe ich gefragt ob wir so ein Becherhalter bekommen können und dann hat die (noch nett formuliert😡) eine rassistische Bemerkung ( so tuhen als wäre ich nicht gut genug um bei denen was zu essen gehen ) und dann als meine Freundin gefragt hat hat die Dame erst mal rassistische Spruch über mich gesagt und dann uns denn Becherhalter zu geben😡

Sehr positiv auffällige Architektur, Restaurant wie in einem Barock Schloss. Passt gut zu Erlangen. Lohnt sich dies am Tag und Abends anzusehen und dabei zu essen.

Hat nie was wenn man Hunger hat. Ein Haus der Enttäuschungen.

Sehr oft ist abends die Eismaschine "kaputt" und am nächsten Tag wundersamerweise wieder voll funktionstüchtig, aber nur bis zum späten Abend, dann ist sie wieder "kaputt". Noch störender finde ich jedoch, dass die Mitarbeiter auf der Anzeigetafel immer auf "Abholbereit" drücken, obwohl dies nicht der Fall ist, wohl damit die Zentrale nicht erfährt, dass man hier ewig auf sein Essen wartet (da läuft ein Timer mit). Hab sowas hier leider sehr oft erleben müssen. Die Schilder für Tischservice werden versteckt. Tische sind dreckig, Toiletten auch. Muss hier nicht mehr hin
