Their service was extremely terrible. One of the waitresses is a racist!!!! They damaged the image of Erlangen.

The food was typical McDonald's. However, they charged a one-euro fee for the restroom, of which 50 cents was refunded as a voucher. A disgrace, in my opinion.

Definitely not recommended!!! I'd advise against it. Happy user story: I came with the whole family, and everything was fine until I ordered. But then my 5-year-old child suddenly wanted to go to the bathroom. In a panic, we found the blocked-off aisle where we still had to pay somewhere. Then a "friendly" employee came and laughed at us instead of helping. I said, "Please let us in immediately!" After a few phrases, I was told that toddlers were free, and I was finally allowed through. On the way back, the kids decided to order dessert, so I ordered a Coke to finally finish my hot dog... My jacket, a couple of umbrellas, and a women's bag were left at the table. When I turned back from the booking machine, after a few minutes (!) everything that was on the table: the food along with my hamburger, drinks, and children's toys from MD, everything had already been cleared away!!! Even though my personal belongings were left there to show exactly who was there. And?! The women's bag is gone! An employee was walking in an unknown direction! I noticed it by chance and stopped him. The bag was saved! Reported the incident to staff. What happened? Nothing! Absolutely! Everything's fine, as usual. What a disappointment, never again! If you suddenly land there, open your eyes! Like on the tracks! I'm so excited that even someone came here to save you... Unfortunately, I can't give negative stars. Regards.

Unfortunately, vouchers cannot be redeemed during the mountain season. It would be possible, but unfortunately, you don't want to. After all, it's all about maximum profit. They didn’t allow the coupon from my McDonald’s app only because there was a Bergkirchweih fest happening in the town and they wanted to make maximum profits by not letting us use the coupons. I am a local and I was very disappointed to not able to use the coupon.

The food was as expected, typical McDonald's standard. However, the entire restaurant was dirty, including the tables and floor. They charged €1 to use the restroom, of which only 50 cents was credited toward a subsequent order. I find this incomprehensible.

In the app, you can purchase table service using the option and then wait forever because they don't have table service. It's as simple as that, without prior notice.

Absolute impudence and deliberate rip-off! 🤬 As a customer, I expect to be able to use the restroom in a restaurant BEFORE my meal AND wash my hands WITHOUT having to pay €1 for it! The turnstile only lets one person through – having to pay an additional €2 for my two small children to comply with common hygiene standards in these latitudes and eat a "clean meal" is outrageous to me! Even the announced "deduction" of 50 cents from my order was "unfortunately no longer possible" because I ordered at the terminal and paid with a card – as planned! 😡 What's that all about? After all, there's no "restroom menu selection" at the terminal... oh? That would be an improvement? Please forget about that! The shift manager was so unfriendly, unwilling, and incompetent in dealing with the request for a solution to the problem that it's simply better to avoid this branch! Ugh, shame on you, McDonald's Erlangen!!! 😡 NOT wheelchair accessible! Stairs at the entrance (several steep steps) and a turnstile barrier to the restrooms! Strollers had to stay outside - worst service at McDonald's worldwide so far!! Plus, our food (3 meals and ice cream desserts) was NOT up to the usual McDonald's quality! 😤 Fries were too greasy, burgers were dry, and there was hardly any sauce, etc... Subterranean quality that can't be topped...! 😡 I won't come here anymore!! 5 lousy rip-off stars! 😡😡😡😡😡

No longer recommended. We each got a menu and were disappointed. The fries were soggy and didn't really taste good. The oil was probably not hot enough, which is why the fries soaked in oil instead of becoming crispy. The burger bun tasted old and so did the salad. The sauce from the "Der M" burger no longer tastes like it did at the beginning... The Coce Zero was also more watery in taste. To top it off, the milkshake was extremely thick and tasted very artificial. If you charge such prices, you as a customer can certainly demand a certain taste and standard. But if the burger doesn't taste good, you won't come back. If you want to go to the toilet as a customer, you now have to pay €1... As a paying customer, I find that cheeky. You pay for your food and then have to pay for the toilet. In other branches you don't have to pay anything if you buy something. There is the pin for the door on the receipt, in a branch a lady sat at the entrance to the toilet and looked at the receipt (date) and you were allowed in.

Incredible! For the first time in my life, I didn't touch the menu, fries (unsalted and old oil, was used) + drink (Sprite, almost only water flavor and ice cubes) was also inedible. The salad on the burger tasted old! The blueberry muffin was dry and totally crumbly. From this I conclude he was old! You spend so much money and nothing you order tastes good!

I grew up in the area and have known this store since I was little. I haven't seen the upper floor open for about 10 (!) years. In general, a little more hygiene would be good, as many tables and benches are dirty. The TVs downstairs also seem to no longer work. Maybe a little overhaul would be good. After the play area was replaced by McCafe years ago, which no longer exists, this corner of the restaurant is rather desolate. The burgers and fries are sometimes rather cold, but otherwise as usual at Mcces. The staff has always been friendly and helpful to me and it is not their fault that this branch is understaffed. The toilets have always been dirty, but it's crazy that you have to pay for them now. In any case, the conditions have not improved.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. Back in the 90s it was still clean, nothing was broken and the top was still open. Now it's just a garbage dump. The food was quite good so far, but the toilets were underground. There is no paper to wipe with, the toilet seat is loose and asking for a euro to go to the toilet is an absolute disgrace! There is no heating there and you are very cold. The citizens were far too small and too expensive!!

I was there on a Sunday, very little going on, some tables hadn't seen water in a long time and someone must have spilled sweet liquid on the floor in the entrance area. Point surprisingly, €1 is charged for using the toilet. The food tastes as always. The service was okay and since there was nothing going on it went very quickly.

Thursday 7 p.m., all free tables more or less dirty. We then chose the least dirty one and tried to get it fairly clean with tissues. When the food was brought to us we complained about it. And then the awesome answer: I'm not responsible for that. To eat: The BigRösti was extremely fatty, the McRib with very little sauce. By far the worst McDonald's we have ever visited.

Absolutely dirty tables - there were still leftovers from some previous guests on them. But what was worst were the toilets. They stink and are dirty. And if you only visit this location after eating, you will get a voucher for 50 cents (you have to pay €1). So you would have to buy something again and therefore pay something extra in order to be able to redeem it. In other words: €1 for a disgusting toilet. Never again!

It has gotten nastier and dirtier recently. Of course, no one expects a 5 star service in McDonalds but I would prefer my sauce package to not be covered with grime, dust, a sticky substance and hair. Last time we went there manager was fighting with customers. It used to be a better place. Now everytime I eat here I get sick afterwards as a result of the declining hygiene standards. Everything is sticky and grimy, leaves you with no appetite. The workers who clean the cash counter and kitchen floor immediately go back to preparing your drinks without washing their hands. I worked in gastronomy and know that you shouldn't be doing that if you are in contact with customer's food.

It's okay in itself, depending on how busy it is, it's usually relatively clean and the wait isn't that long. There is now a lot of choice for vegetarians and so far everything has been pretty good. But what I find really stupid is that as a customer you have to pay for the toilet yourself. I actually just wanted to wash my hands after eating greasy food, but even that isn't possible. It would be great if you introduced a code system, similar to some bakers, so that at least as a customer you don't have to pay anything and then you have the code on the receipt or something like that. That would be fair.

The ambience could be so nice, the building is actually great on the inside, but it is often quite dirty and unsightly. Now I don't think you need to say much about eating at McDonald's, if you know one, you know everyone. What is different here, however, is the condition of this restaurant. I think I've always seen the return cart for the trays overcrowded in recent years, and the rest of it somehow fits in with the order, whether there are tables or benches (if there are any at all, and I'm NOT talking about the Bergkirchweih time) .

A bit disappointing when you actually want to eat your food inside, but shortly before 11:30 p.m. you are no longer allowed a tray and when asked only a short "we're closing now" is thrown over the fence.
