McDonald's in Weingarten

Everyone is sleepy, can barely move, they forgot to put the nuggets in, it’s good that I checked, the sauce for the nuggets was wrapped in a napkin in the fries, all this was taken out of the bag twice and the burger fell apart, girl, stay at home

I've been to this branch several times now. Something is ALWAYS missing from the order. I just ordered a menu via the app and had to remind myself at the serving counter that I also received a drink with the menu. The fries weren't seasoned and the McRip was cold. It's really a disappointment. McDonald's used to be a joy... but this branch in particular is trying hard to trample on that legacy. I'm also tired of calling them and having to regulate what's missing... one time my burger was even missing the meat... if you now pay 12 or more euros for a menu, meat and cola should be provided even without the customer telling you... you don't think so also dear McDonald's team?

Food bad, machines to order from are unreasonable. Toilets completely full of urine, the floor sticks completely everywhere, even if the kitchen looks like that. Cheers meal. Never again. Tettnang is much cleaner there.

Clean, friendly and then McDonalds :-)

Tables could be cleaned more often. Otherwise I am very satisfied

Food is really okay. However, the fast charger for electric vehicles in the parking lot is permanently occupied by the McDonald's song car, even though it is a combustion engine.

Had a moldy Bruger, the bread was already green 🤮🤢 Couldn't eat anything after that, just disgusting.

Employees hardly speak German and are reluctant to open the parasol. We had to wait 20 minutes in the blazing sun at 30°C for our food, there were lots of birds outside that were bothering us (questionable about infection protection), foreign music was also played on loudspeakers (probably due to the foreign employees), in the men's toilet the cubicle door only opened Violence on and off

When ordering, the sauces and ketchup are completely missing. We are ignored at the counter.

The toilets are a disaster!!! No toilet paper, toilet seat messed up, terrible!! The service was ok and the burgers too.

Hardly anyone speaks German. People smile and say yes to everything. But nothing was understood. If you order anything additional (+onions, +cucumber) it will simply be ignored. Burgers are thrown together. Most of it is next to the bun. Fries are already being prepared even though there is no rush at the moment. Ergo......French fries are cold and soggy. Nuggets are often simply fried to death because it's more important to stand around and skillfully ignore the beeping of the deep fryer. The toilet is either dirty, flooded or broken for months. No soap and hand dryer out of order.

I was very disappointed with my last visit to the McDonald's branch. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The entire area was dirty and the floor was very dirty. It seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in days. This is really unacceptable and I hope the cleanliness situation improves soon. Such conditions should not occur in a restaurant.

All tables were dirty and everything was very unclean. The return tray was full as always. Every customer who arrived had problems finding a clean table.

Unfortunately only 1 star. We had to put the cola back because there was hardly any syrup in it. The fries were still half raw and why can I choose a glass (pink) when I get a green one? Reason: we're out of pink. Well then I would say take it out of the selection...

There's just always something missing when you order from MC Drive. Today it was two cheeseburgers.

What an impudence my girlfriend and I went there at 1:55 a.m. First my girlfriend ordered then I wanted to order then the boss came and told her employee in an angry tone that it was the end of the working day and the cash register was out and we politely asked if I was still there What can I order because my friend has already ordered (we would have taken the food with us) should I now watch her eat? They could have said before we came that they don't accept orders then we would have understood no boss was really disrespectful and Inhumane and not comfortable, it seemed to me that you were intimidating your employees, which is typical for an unqualified Romanian branch manager I'm from Romania myself and I have to be ashamed of my compatriots. You have to be more organized. I'll never enter this store again (maybe do some training on how to deal with customers or with your employees. That wouldn't be bad at all). After all, that's everyone People you treat with respect

Quite okay for a McDonalds, but unfortunately there are far too few bicycle parking spaces.

A McDonalds as we know it. This is meant positively. Particularly worth mentioning is that at lunchtime, even with a "full" house (on a previous visit) and long lines, everything goes pretty quickly.

My chicken nuggets were a little too hard and dark. Guess they were in the fryer a little too long. Then I went to the lady at the counter and told her about it. She said they are always like that!!! To that I said NO, I often go to McDonald's and they've never been like this before. The shift leader can do this and agreed with me. He said you can tell by the color that they are a little darker and they will get new ones straight away. He acted very professionally and was very friendly and pleasant. The rest of the food was good. The fries were perfect. Because of the management I will always choose McDonald's, Weingarten over Ravensburg. April 1, 24 at 11:30 a.m

McDrive the gentleman who took the order was friendly. Fries cold and soggy. Burger lukewarm and soggy. The lettuce on the burger was so strangely black and brown rotten. Food just sat out for too long. Even the iced tea didn't work because they skimped on the syrup. Was there last time. Absolutely not recommended.

The fries were already crispier. It's a shame that the disinfectant wasn't refilled again and that there are no more straws

Everything you wanted wasn't there because some of the machines were broken and with such a big company you expect that they have someone on hand who can come at short notice to take a look at it. The fries went straight from the fryer into the bag, super greasy. And half of the order was missing.

After a busy event in RV we stopped at McDrive. As expected, it was very, very full. The employees processed all orders very quickly and remained calm and very, very friendly. That simply has to be said. A big compliment to the late shift from 2.3.

Something happened to the poppy. For some reason, the menu is such that whether you ate or didn't eat, the only difference is that you spent money

I would have preferred to give 0 stars as we've been waiting an hour for our food. We can't cancel it either because the staff says it's not possible. They are clearly overloaded with so many orders, you should know that Saturday evenings are always busy, especially when there is a festival in Ravensbur.

Had to wait over 1 1/2 hours for my food and still don't have it. Had ordered with table service, this number was simply deleted after an hour of waiting, so you had to get a new number at the checkout again. Impossible!!!!!!

There's always a lot going on here. The staff tries very hard, sometimes it doesn't always work. There is always one ordering station broken.

Fries were lukewarm, Cola almost non-carbonated, muffins dry from the day before:-(

Anyone who now sells their product based on restaurant prices also has to deliver quality. Fries could be bigger and more aldente.

The ice cream machine is broken again ... within several weeks we tried it several times. Every time there is no ice cream! Could it be that you want to save yourself some cleaning or what is really behind it? Why is ice cream offered at all?

The service would be better if the staff spoke the country's language. Apart from that, it would be cool if you didn't throw the food far in the kitchen because the citizen was completely distributed in the bag. When I wanted to eat my burger and blindly reached into the bag, there was an empty bread base in the box and the rest was spread out in the bag. Thanks for eating great African leftovers. Next time I'll eat it through the glass too. Please forgive my spelling, I'm slightly irritated by eating fantastic finger food from McDonalds.

Disgraceful service at the drive in. You get something different than what you ordered and then you are rudely told that you are in the wrong. Conclusion: I couldn't do anything with the order and was able to throw it in the bin - great👍 Incident from this evening at 9 p.m

Wollte mc nuggets hab ausversehen plant based bestellt, Umtausch war nicht möglich nachdem ich ein nigget gegessen hab, enttäuschender Service!

Rösti Raclette Top Burger, jedoch im Drive Leute wo kaum deutsch können man muss denn Code oft mehrmals wiederholen (wird dann nervig auf Dauer)

Die Mitarbeiter im Drive in können fast kein Deutsch und verstehen fast gar nichts Eismaschine... Waren kaput so daß es fast nichts gab jedoch das was es gab war gut

Unter den MCes definitiv ein guder. Personal meistens sehr freundlich. Das fastfood ist wirklich fast fertig. Alles in allem passt es.

Heute ca 21 Uhr am Drive In. Essen prinzipiell lecker wenn man MC mag. Aber 1. Nach Jahren mal wieder nen Mc Fish gegessen. Preis/ Leistung unterirdisch. Noch kleiner geht's nicht für den irren Preis? Aber ist eh alles geschrumpft. Gut das wird in allen Filialen so sein. 2. Mein Hauptkritikpunkt. Von 7 Burgern wurden 2 VERGESSEN. Heißt bei mir. ..Eine Person meiner Familie hat nichts gekriegt. Da ich aber für 7 Burger bezahlt habe, wäre Pizzaessen billiger gewesen. Und man wäre noch satt geworden. Ist es so schwer, die Dinge die an der Kasse angezeigt werden einzupacken. Es waren keine 30 verschiedene Dinge mit x soßen etc . Nur 7 (!!!) Burger. Nie dran gedacht, das zu kontrollieren. Zumal nicht mal viel los war.

Das Esssen war schnell da und es gab nichts daran auszusetzen. Es war wenig los und die Toiletten waren auch okay.

Habe wie sooft über die App vorbestellt. Mit Kids unterwegs ist das wesentlich entspannter (wenn die App nicht hängt;)). Die Bestellung wurde zügig hergerichtet, so dass es schnell geht mit Essen.

Ich war schon öfters hier, es ging auch oft alles gut, nur ab und zu wurden Kleinigkeiten vergessen mit einzupacken (Bsp. 3 Apfeltaschen bestellt und nur 2 bekommen). So nun wurde jedoch heute Cola über mich geschüttet, dass war nicht so schön und sehr nass und demütigend 🙁. Deshalb nur 3 Sterne.

Die Filiale Weingarten war immer hervorragend. Leider hat sie sehr stark nachgelassen. Doppel Cheeseburger kalt und der Käse nicht geschmolzen. Außerdem ist die Größe der Bürger um ein vielfaches geschrumpft. Viel weniger fürs Geld und somit für mich also keine Option mehr. Viel viel Glück weiterhin…! Mich habt ihr verlogen…

Gleich vorne weg, das Essen ist okay, so wie in den meisten Filialen halt auch. Allerdings ist das Team weder kompetent noch freundlich und unterstellt einem sogar Diebstahl wenn man am Screen einen Teil des Bon hängen gelassen hat, den anderen aber dabei hat und sein Essen mitnehmen möchte - und lässt einen zudem ewig lang auf die Bestellung warten, welche dann aber wenigstens frisch ist. Allerdings kann ich das mit dem ewigen warten nicht verstehen, wenn von den gefühlten 15 Mitarbeitern die Hälfte in der Küche rumsteht und nichts macht...Vor allem wenn es sich nur um eine Cola handelt, also nicht mal etwas aufwendiges oder kompliziertes, vor dem man sich drücken müsste. Aber gut, dann gehts halt in Zukunft nach Ravensburg oder zu Burgerking gleich gegenüber.

Ein McDonald wie alle anderen? Nun die Parkplatzsituatuon ist beengt. Das Restaurant ist ordentlich und nett eingerichtet.⁴⁴3 Das Personal höflich und zuvorkommend, so wie es sein soll. Die Burger waren gut.
