Fries and burgers cold as hell upon delivery. And really wrong for the money.

Since the renovation here, it's a really great fast food restaurant, even if the word "fast" isn't entirely accurate in this case because the waiting times have gotten better, but every now and then you wait a little longer despite not having many customers, but it used to be worse. What's really annoying is that the ice cream machine doesn't work every time and that's really a big negative. It's well known that ice cream is in short supply there, but how about just buying a real machine because this is really the very last thing, otherwise the new play area is also very nice very nicely done and the staff are also very polite.

Disastrous, restaurant cold, same as the food, dirty, tables messed up, at least mine and the ones next to it, tablet carts absolutely full, you don't know where to put your own, it's best to leave it standing, terrible. I/we travel a lot and like to use fast food to save time, other Burger King's can do it a lot better...

Very small restaurant that is never particularly busy, but is still always very loud. I have no idea how they manage it, but at least one item in my order is legit every time. Not to forget that when I get my food, something is always forgotten.

The worst BK in the area. A catastrophe par excellence. Employees can hardly speak German, eat lukewarm and cold in the restaurant. Ordered drinks with ice and received them without. Hardly any communication possible at the drive-in counter.

Today I actually ordered four burgers there. All four were perfectly packaged and prepared. Really perfect, I mean. I've never experienced anything like this at a Burger King. The paper was carefully folded, onions and tomatoes arranged appetizingly. The meat was juicy and well seasoned, topped with three slices of bacon. Well, you can expect that for €1 extra. Delivery was quick and the burgers were still warm. I was surprised myself. The delivery person was super friendly. Of course, the price is now quite expensive, but the cost of jobs has increased. And since McDonald's, which has two branches in the area, doesn't want to deliver to me, I'm happy to order from Burger King again.

Ordered yesterday at around 9 p.m. The Lieferando app said the food would arrive at 10:54 p.m. However, it didn't arrive until 11:55 p.m. which is an absolute disgrace considering we ordered to a house in the city center and it took almost 3 hours. This is not “fast food”

Very nice staff, ordered online. A few things were missing from the order, we called and were immediately greeted politely and apologized. The order was completely delivered again and everything was there. Thank you, I can recommend it.

Ordered today and instead of the food coming after 37 minutes as described on the app, it only arrived after 1 hour and 45 minutes. Had the check tortilla which was good and lattice potatoes which were extremely tasty and crispy. Typical Burger King. I've been there several times and sometimes it was good and sometimes it wasn't. This time it was good and the service was friendly and attentive.

Food was great. Staff was very friendly. Only the location was a bit like a train station hall.

A cheeseburger and a small fry were enough to give me diarrhea. My little son peed his pants for the first time in his life. A truly impressive achievement. Even though there was nothing going on, the service was slow and unmotivated. An employee let out a drink and drank it directly in the visible area - that's not possible... The toilet was dirty. The ambience is still the best of all. But you should bring your own food 😅

Veggie King is no more! Only disgusting Beyond Meat, which as a vegetarian I DON'T like! Had to drive home without food because there is now nothing left to eat except fries and salad for a vegetarian who doesn't eat fake meat! Too bad! I have loved the Veggie King for years!

Basically a Burger King like any other. We stopped here after a long day. The restaurant was clean, unfortunately there was no soap in the toilets. Ordering was quick and easy. My partner's burger was flawless, unfortunately my vegetarian burger had a cold, hard patty. The side dishes were again of the usual Burger King quality.

Recently ordered something to take away (on the ordering computer in the restaurant). It took forever, even though the restaurant was almost empty (6 people spread across 3 tables who had already had their food). Since I eat vegetarian, I ordered the plant nuggets and a plant-based burger. I didn't know that you could recognize the burger patties by the flower shape and so I ate the burger. The nuggets were first tried by a non-vegetarian and described as non-vegan. I have now learned that you can clearly see the flower shape of the patty. For me that means my burger wasn't vegetarian either. Wow!! In that case, that was the last time for me at Burger King.

Incompetent workers... It's been about a year since the manager changed... Everything has been going haywire! DRIVE IN is an absolute disaster!!! With 3-5 cars you wait at least 20 minutes! I would have liked to have known beforehand what to expect. Then I would have gone to the McDonalds across the street. I have never experienced employees being beaten up multiple times in front of my eyes. That orders are processed in what I consider to be an arbitrary order (even if the order numbers are 20 units larger). This was probably because other customers also had problems with their order and had to complain about the order again. That the women's toilets are both unusable. On the positive side, I can say that the food tasted relatively mediocre, even if some of it didn't correspond to what I ordered.

The incompetence of the employees is unsurpassable. If you buy more than one burger here you have to be prepared to wait over half an hour and end up with either less or something wrong.

Honestly not a good burger 🍔 King. It wasn't cleaned, the tables looked like a mess and the floor was ok, you don't eat from the floor but it was still unappetizing. Fries were cold and Latvian. Onion rings also totally Latvian and only lukewarm. No air conditioning extremely hot in the restaurant. The employees were all very hardworking and there was a lot going on, but I still didn't like it.

I believe that the rating of this institution was unfairly downgraded. On August 8, 2024, I visited this institution and it was the best thing that happened to me that day. Potatoes are delicious, BigKingBurger is just great. The hall is perfectly clean, as well as the playground and toilet. Heute war ich im Burger-King in Weingarten zu Mittag essen. Ich habe mir ein Menü mit 2 Burgern bestellt, leider haben sie einen Burger vertauscht. Als ich gefragt habe, ob sie mir den Burger ersetzen könnten, meinten sie, dass es in Ordnung ist. Ich habe vorne am Tresen 20 Minuten gewartet, nur um von der selben Person, die ich gefragt habe, vergessen zu werden. Der Manager kam vorbei und ich fragte ihn, wann der Burger fertig sein würde. Er griff nach hinten, holte mir den gewünschten Burger und drückte ihn mir sehr unfreundlich in die Hand. Keine Entschuldigung für die Verwechslung oder Wartezeit, obwohl ich sehr Höflich geblieben bin. Das ist nicht die einzige schlechte Erfahrung die ich im Burger King in Weingarten hatte, über alles zu berichten würde den Rahmen sprengen. Heute hatte ich aber die Schnauze voll. Sehr Schade, weil das Essen eigentlich gut schmeckt. Muss mir wohl ein anderes Lokal suchen.

We were just at the BK in 88250 Weingarten. My email to customer service: 1. The lady at the drive-in counter forgot my fries from the menu and my partner's drink and then didn't even apologize! There wasn't even much going on, maybe 3-4 cars in the parking lot and NONE in the drive-in! That means we were the only ones and there was no time pressure. 2. When I asked about getting my things, there wasn't even a friendly word. 3. At home then the BIG disappointment. The fries were only half cooked and still white on the inside. There was dark hair stuck in the chili cheese fries, mine can't be, I have light brown hair and tied strictly back. And as if that wasn't enough, the burger tasted really rotten. Abnormal! One bite was enough...and you even smelled it. So I'm really more than disappointed! You pay almost €30 and you aren't even offered a voucher or partial refund! Never again!

The scanners in the restaurant are now working. Maybe lies it also on my new smartphone. The staff was also changed or I had a different shift than the last visit. The waiting time was reasonable and the service gave no cause for complaint.

Although 1 star would have been deserved for ice cold, soggy fries for €3.79

I have ordered here several times. You can expect a waiting time of 60-120 minutes. Calculate, 4/5 times something is missing, when you call often no one answers but even if someone answers it takes another 60-120 minutes for the missing food to arrive, but the suppliers and staff are friendly and the food tastes good.
