Clean and the service was good—that's about all the positives, unfortunately. The food was expensive and tasteless. Even the Coke was warm in summer. The potatoes were soft, and the burgers, unfortunately, were completely tasteless.

Nuri, the trainee, is the best employee. He's very nice, personable, and very helpful. We wanted a hot blondie, and he made it for us especially and delivered it personally. He provided the best service!

The food is soggy and tasteless. The drinks are warm. Go elsewhere.

Burger King is better than McDonald's

This was our second time there...and the last time...the burger was cold...the fries tasted like vinegar (I think they're bad)....and you can't even call it fries sauce—the cheapest of the cheap. Everything is of the lowest quality, and that's what it tastes like... Only the poor employees who have to sell this crap were very nice.

I went there after work today, just wanted to get something to eat and something sweet after a stressful day... I ordered it to go, so I'll get it at home... And the only Hot Blondie I ordered was completely hard and burnt... attaching a picture... And this isn't the first time they've burned... probably reheated for too long or used the wrong program, or whatever. Sure, customer service is great, but once they forgot something, so I had to go back and pick it up myself, and as compensation, they gave me a little extra, but that was also burnt in the end. I only eat one sweet thing at Burger King, and that's the Hot Blondie, but it's just a shame because you pay 4.99 for this Hot Blondie and then it's burnt. I don't have the energy to drive back to Burger King after work to complain. That's why I'm writing this. And I have to say, it happens quite often that you forget something, especially with takeout. A mid-sized Burger King, more on the outskirts of town. It's on a side street, but still hard to miss. Across the street from a competitor. The parking lot is relatively small for its size. At least there's a charging station for electric vehicles. The interior is modern and pleasant. The building itself is well-maintained. The floor was a bit clean, but everything else was perfect. The restrooms, on the other hand, are almost a disgrace. I'd go there again! The employees are friendly and quick. The beeping sound for pickup is annoying. It should be addressed differently. The screens are sluggish, the software illogical.

I didn't receive my entire order; luckily I was eating there. I had to ask five times to make sure everything was there.

10 people in the kitchen, but you still wait quite a long time for your food. I haven't experienced this at any other Burger King. The food was almost cold even though there was no line. The chicken nugget burger had more sauce than anything else. The drinks didn't come in reusable cups either, and after an endless discussion in which we had to repeat ourselves constantly, we finally got at least the deposit back.

No greeting at the checkout, zero conversation, bacon and fries completely oversalted. I paid €13 for a €50 bill with €5 bills and a handful of coins, again without a word. I don't think I'll be eating here again anytime soon!!

If you absolutely have a craving for fast food chains, then McDonald's is definitely a better choice. It tastes a thousand times better.

After a break of over 12 years, I gave Burger King another chance. Taste: Fries were still very good. Thumbs up for that. The burgers were okay... everything tasted the same and nothing was crunchy. Price: Ordered 4 burgers for 2 people and one fries each with a drink. The price was €45... well, fast food has never been cheap. Service: Unfortunately, none of the employees smiled. There was no hello, thank you, or goodbye. Ambience: Parking lot was clean. Conclusion: We'll continue to stay away from this company.

Don't understand anything, don't read the order. I canceled things from my citizen, but got a new citizen 3 times until they understood it. In my opinion, uneducated employees who hardly speak German and are extremely unmotivated.

In my opinion, Burger King in Weingarten is better than McDonald’s. The prices are cheaper, the food tastes very good and comes warm and the packaging is clean and tidy. The ingredients also make a fresh and high-quality impression. I think it's particularly positive that there are onion rings here - a real plus! In addition, all dips and sauces are different, which is often not the case with other fast food chains. Another advantage is the language selection at the ordering terminals. In addition to German and English, there is also Turkish, which is a great help for many customers. I also think it is environmentally friendly that recyclable straws are offered. Overall, I can only recommend Burger King Weingarten!

Just picked up King Nuggets again at the drive-thru... I have no idea how long they've been there for. Hard, dry, lukewarm - almost inedible.

We were at the drive-in on February 15, 2025 around 10:30 a.m. I don't understand how you can make so many mistakes at once. I ordered a Big Lover Burger menu but received something completely different instead. In the kids menu I specifically requested toy number 7, which was confirmed to me, and I was still packed with number 10. When I went to order King Wings, I was told they were already sold out - at 11:30 in the morning?! How can something like this not be available so early? It was clear that the team wasn't interested. Since the renovation here, it's a really great fast food restaurant, even if the word "fast" isn't entirely accurate in this case because the waiting times have gotten better, but every now and then you wait a little longer despite not having many customers, but it used to be worse. What's really annoying is that the ice cream machine doesn't work every time and that's really a big negative. It's well known that ice cream is in short supply there, but how about just buying a real machine because this is really the very last thing, otherwise the new play area is also very nice very nicely done and the staff are also very polite.

Today I actually ordered four burgers there. All four were perfectly packaged and prepared. Really perfect, I mean. I've never experienced anything like this at a Burger King. The paper was carefully folded, onions and tomatoes arranged appetizingly. The meat was juicy and well seasoned, topped with three slices of bacon. Well, you can expect that for €1 extra. Delivery was quick and the burgers were still warm. I was surprised myself. The delivery person was super friendly. Of course, the price is now quite expensive, but the cost of jobs has increased. And since McDonald's, which has two branches in the area, doesn't want to deliver to me, I'm happy to order from Burger King again.

Ordered yesterday at around 9 p.m. The Lieferando app said the food would arrive at 10:54 p.m. However, it didn't arrive until 11:55 p.m. which is an absolute disgrace considering we ordered to a house in the city center and it took almost 3 hours. This is not “fast food”

Very nice staff, ordered online. A few things were missing from the order, we called and were immediately greeted politely and apologized. The order was completely delivered again and everything was there. Thank you, I can recommend it.

Ordered today and instead of the food coming after 37 minutes as described on the app, it only arrived after 1 hour and 45 minutes. Recently ordered something to take away (on the ordering computer in the restaurant). It took forever, even though the restaurant was almost empty (6 people spread across 3 tables who had already had their food). Since I eat vegetarian, I ordered the plant nuggets and a plant-based burger. I didn't know that you could recognize the burger patties by the flower shape and so I ate the burger. The nuggets were first tried by a non-vegetarian and described as non-vegan. I have now learned that you can clearly see the flower shape of the patty. For me that means my burger wasn't vegetarian either. Wow!! In that case, that was the last time for me at Burger King.

I have never experienced employees being beaten up multiple times in front of my eyes. That orders are processed in what I consider to be an arbitrary order (even if the order numbers are 20 units larger). This was probably because other customers also had problems with their order and had to complain about the order again. That the women's toilets are both unusable. I believe that the rating of this institution was unfairly downgraded. On August 8, 2024, I visited this institution and it was the best thing that happened to me that day. Heute war ich im Burger-King in Weingarten zu Mittag essen. Ich habe mir ein Menü mit 2 Burgern bestellt, leider haben sie einen Burger vertauscht. Als ich gefragt habe, ob sie mir den Burger ersetzen könnten, meinten sie, dass es in Ordnung ist. Ich habe vorne am Tresen 20 Minuten gewartet, nur um von der selben Person, die ich gefragt habe, vergessen zu werden. Der Manager kam vorbei und ich fragte ihn, wann der Burger fertig sein würde. Er griff nach hinten, holte mir den gewünschten Burger und drückte ihn mir sehr unfreundlich in die Hand. Keine Entschuldigung für die Verwechslung oder Wartezeit, obwohl ich sehr Höflich geblieben bin. Das ist nicht die einzige schlechte Erfahrung die ich im Burger King in Weingarten hatte, über alles zu berichten würde den Rahmen sprengen. Heute hatte ich aber die Schnauze voll. Sehr Schade, weil das Essen eigentlich gut schmeckt. Muss mir wohl ein anderes Lokal suchen.
